i am opening the a/c in SBI Parseoni Branch (Dist: Nagpur) on date : 05 Dec 2008, i was also apply for ATM Card to, but it was came after 06 monts later. and its PIN code no. was given to me also wrong. then i had request to branch asst. manager for new PIN No. but he said me that problem not from our side, the ATM Pin code send by Mumbai pvt. co. i am also given them 02nd request for new PIN No. but till the date it was not came.

I self is the permanent customer of your branch at Talbehat on this A/C.No.[protected].

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    recently i have opened a saving a/c in name of my mother in sbi bank churcha c.g, branch code 6792 and its a/c no. is [protected].In a/c opening form she has done signature in urdu language,a/c is open and also got atm card but when the time of issuing cheque book bank employee Mr. prabhakar refuse to giving cheque book due signature in urdu language while in all legal works and also in central bank she use urdu signature.when i discuss upon this matter then he told me to change her signature then he give cheque.
    Again again this person create hurdle in banking process, my mother do not want to change her signature and i know urdu language is third language which is more usable in india. so please give me direction or suggestion is urdu signature is usable or not by a customer.

      Hi,
      I had withdrawn money using my SBI bank debit card in an ICICI ATM located in Kannur,branch, Kerala. The money was successfully debited from my account but the same did not come out of the ATM. When I consulted my SBI bank branch, they asked me to submit a form which I did.it is been more than 20 days no respense from SBI customer even after sending many remainders, as I am in abroad and i coluld only send emails to check the status . it is really sad to see big banks like SBI doing thi to their customer

      Hi,
      I had withdrawn money using my IDBI bank debit card in an SBI ATM located in Vadgaon branch, Pune-411041. The money was successfully debited from my account but the same did not come out of the ATM. When I consulted my IDBI bank branch, they asked me to submit a form which I did. When enquired about the same lated, I was told that they have lodged the copmplaint but the SBI personnel will take 45 working days for getting this issue resolved. The situation has become quite problematic with me. Because for some, they have reversed the amount, but not in my case.
      Respected sir,
      I HAVE TO SAY THAT, I CHANDAN KUMAR, SAV A/C NO.[protected], BRANCH-B.U.JHANSI (3808), ATM CARD NO.[protected], I WITHDRAWAL 500/- FROM THE OTHER BANK ATM, ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE BUT CASH DID NOT WITHDRAWAL DUE TO SERVER PROBLEM AND MY A/C SHOWS THE TRANSACTION.
      SO, KINDLY TAKE ACTION AND PLZZ RETURN MY VALUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

        I have my defence pension A/C No. [protected] with SBI, Midnapore ( Branch Code-0132 ) since 1989 and my PPO No. 08/14/B/10604/1988 . I have a few grievances of working attidude and my bad experiences with SBI, Midnapore . Following points are as below :
        a ) On 03.12.2008, I have applied for discontinuation of my Medical relife Rs. 100/- to enroll myself in ECHS membership. Almost on every alternative month I used remind SBI, Midnapore for the above subject. In variably, the recorded reply I have received from them that they had already sent my application to CPPC, Kolkata and nothing has happend so far. On 29.09.2009, I have resubmitted my application for same issue. How long I am to wait for this issue ???

        b) On 01.09.2009, while updating my pension Pass book, I learnt that my Pension has been reduced to Rs. 4533/- per month from Rs. 5420/- w.e.f August 2009. Reason for such neither known to the dealing pension officer ( SBI ) nor the Chief Manager of SBI, Midnapore. In this regard, I have already put up an application claiming the hidden reason for such reduction. Issue is still pending with CPPC, Kolkata. How long I am to wait for the subject issue ??

        c) On 29.09.2009 I visited SBI, Midnapore to enquire my arears ( 60% ) Rs. 14767/- paid to me is quite less ( my assumsion ) . Because Rs . 14386/- was cedited my account on 08.12.2008 as my 40% arears. How the 60% of amount paid, the difference is Rs. 381 /- only .Very strangely while updating my pass book on 29.09.09, it was noticed that Rs. 7183/ - has been debited from my pension account without any valid reason/ evidences. On approaching Chief Manager of SBI, Midnapore, he tried his lebel best ( 6- 7 times ) to contact CPPC, Kolkata but nobody has attended his call . Even today ( 01.10.2009 ), I personally tried for atleast 7-8 times to speak to some of them and to resolve my above pending issues but nobody has picked up the phone . This is a bitter exprience faced by many pensioner like me in this locality. WHO WILL ANSWER TO THESE ISSUES ????

        Under the present circumstances, as all my request has gone to deaf's ear, please look into these issues and try to reply the pointwise as stated above and also request you to state the actual pension I am supposed to get per month after 6th pay commission.

        A bunch of sitting ducks being fed by the people of India. Almost similar is the case of mine where CPPO had passed on the PPO and they have to pass the "order" to the paying Branch. I am still waiting for the auspicious moment when my pension will be credited into my account. " GOD SAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT SIN THEY ARE COMMITTING" (BIBLE)
        As per AFRO NEW Delhi my PPO has been send to respective branch on 29 nov 09, Plz refer my PPO and give the status of encashing my arrears.SBI BURDWAN sent the PPO to ketugram 5603 vide letter no-GS/pen/1774/09-10 dated 19/12 .
        and despatched on dt 21/12 by speed post.but still there is no action on PPO.Plz do the needfull proper action on my PPO for encashing my arrears.

        I am a Defence Pensioner named Rabindra Nath Saha pensioner of SBI Nabadwip Branch. My orginal PPO No. 08/14/B/08066/1992 and Corr. PPO No. 08/14/B/Corr./23194/2008, my SB A/c No. is [protected]. As per my Corr. PPO my basic pension is Rs.4218/- from 01/01/2006. But I received 6th CPC Arrear on Rs.3500/- only therefore, I should get the arrear from 01/01/2006 to 30/06/2009 i.e., 42 months @[protected] = 718/- per month.

        Sir, I have applied several times to CPPC Kolkata and to SBI Nabadwip Branch but did not get any reply.

        Kindly do the needful so that I may get the arrear as early as possible.

        Sub : Rectification of pension due to OROP-SK DATTA, EX-PO NO.204056-R, A/C NO. [protected]
        Most respectfully, I beg to state that the revision of my pension due to OROP not correctly computed by the bank, and when I failed to get it rectified despite my appeal, they verbally instructed me to get a letter from my RECORD OFFICE in support of my claim. In response to my prayer, The Commodore Bureau of Sailors vide letter no. PEN/600/Pre-2006/204056 dated 10/2/2012 clarified the details of my pension entitlement and instructed SBI/Berhampore Branch authority to pay me the rectified pensionary benefits with arrears.
        I have approached SBI/Berhampore Branch several times for this, but they stated that they have forwarded it to CPPC/Kolkata for necessary actions and nothing could be done locally .So, I went to CPPC/Kolkata on 27/6/2012 which is 200km. Away from my residence to solve my problem, but nobody could entertain me as the dealing officer Sri A.Ghosh was not present on that day .However, the officer at the enquiry counter said that I shall come to know the fate of this within 15 days.
        Now, more than one and half year has elapsed, my pension is not rectified. I do not know what is to be done to get my legitimate pensionary benefits . I therefore pray to all the authorities please take necessary actions to solve my problem . I shall be ever-grateful to you all for act of kindness.

        Day by day my pension is reducing.

            I hold a savings bank A/C vide No. [protected] at Forest Park branch,Bhubaneswar. On 10.08.09 I tried to withdrew Rs.1000/- & Rs.2000/- from two ATMs of SBI & HDFC respectively located at Antophill, Mumbai. The money was not delivered to me. Same day I used another SBI ATM at GTB Nagar, Mumbai. and withdrawn Rs.2000/-. I was shocked to see the ministatement, it reads that Rs.1000/- & Rs2000/- (Total 3000/-) has been debited from my account from the above mentioned two tranjactions. The next day I went to the SBI Antophill Branch and complained about the matter. Though I was assured that my application will be forwarded to my bank for rectifying above fault, It has not happen so far. Thus I request you to look into the matter and credit Rs.3000/- immediately in my account.

              Sir,
              Kindly note that I Sandhya Ghosal W/o Late Kamal Kumar Ghosal an account holder of SBI Dankuni (Code 1896) vide account number S/B [protected].

              Further to let you that on dated 31/07/2009 one of the Unknown cheque got cleared from my account without my knowledge vide cheque number 164534 of amount Rs 9163 /-( Rupees Nine thousand one hundred sixty three only) .

              Sir , also note that my self given cheque in favour of Life Insurance Corporation of India. Got bounced on dated 12/08/2009 due to insufficient fund .

              Sir due to Bank’s fault I had to suffer a lot but they refuse to return the cheque dishonor charges made by LICI to me. Of amount Rs 125/- (Rs One hundred and twenty five only) and other late fine charges of Rs 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) approximately.

              Sir also note that Instead of repeated mail to the all senior concerned department they are neither replying me nor they are interested in solving my problem, LICI related matter.

              I have also suffered from the central clearing practice. I today approached the babk which was dishonoured because "signatures differ" . The officials who checked my signatures with those on official record agreed that the difference was not that significant to be dishonoured.

                  I had collected the User ID & password from my SBI branch (Kaggadaspura, Bangalore) on Thursday, 20th August 2009. I was told that the same will be activated within 24 hours. However it keeps saying invalid username & password.

                  It’s been over 10 days now and I have been trying everyday and calling the branch daily to get this fixed. I have been contacting Mr. Srinivas at the branch. He tells me that from his end it shows that the user ID is active.

                  I have called the SBI phone banking and the branch multiple times but nothing has helped me.

                    Hi,

                    I have opened an account with the SBI, BSEB branch, Patna about 6 years back. Along with the account opening form, I also fille the ATM request form. It was informed to me that the ATM card will reach me within 15 days. When the "15 days" did not finish even after 2 years, I filled up another form for ATM card but even after 4 more years I haven't received the ATM card. Now when I decided to give another request, the feedback given to me is that I first need to continue making transactions from my account, only then can I apply for the ATM card.

                    It is indeed a very pathetic scene wherein I can't get an ATM card for my account even after 6 years.

                    Further, when I sent my brother to the branch today, the officials behaved very rudely with him and when I spoke to the manager over phone and told him about my intention of approaching the consumer court, he very rudely told me to 'Do whatever I can'.

                    Hope to get some positive help from your side.

                      I have been suffering from the services given by your SBI Noida Branch.

                      I have couple of issues.

                      1) One is despite of asking repeatedly for provisional certificate , Mr Arun Kaushik is only making the promises.
                      2) Last year due to bank negligence ( Which was agreed by earlier branch manager Mr Anil Bhati), 11 PDC got misplaced at your end & later , on my follow up i could came to know that EMI not been deducted for 03 months by SBI. When same informed to Mr Anil Bhati , i was told that it got misplaced & new PDC's were sent. & All of sudden three EMI were deducted from my bank account. & interest charged to me for delaying the EMI

                      For the losses which got incurred on me including interest, it was agreed by Mr Anil Bhati to return the same to me. ( The said mail is also been shared with Mr Arun Kaushik) , but again no movement than the false promises .

                          I was issued State Bank Cash Plus Card No.[protected] Valid from Dec.’08. But still date I have not received the PIN No. though I have brought the matter to the concerned branch and requested for issuing new PIN in writing on 04.07.2009 as advised by SBI Contact Centre vide their mail dated 30.06.2009. But till date the same is yet to be received, the reason is best known to the SBI DEBIT Card Authority.

                            It is not a complain, but a Question to concerned department.
                            SBI had issued ATM-Cum-Debit Card.So I would like to know what is the standara life of card? Physical as well as Electronically? After over a period, its 21 digit numbers and other important information also get patially/fully unreadable?

                            Suggestion:SBI should fixed some life span of the card like 4yea or 5 year.After completion of these period, Bank should extend customer service and replace FREE OF COST.

                              When I got the Net Banking Activated in start of the year 2009 from my branch mentioned above I was told that my Housing Loan Account CIF Number being from the same branch I would be able to view it on net. Now I am using it frequently since 8 months but I am unable to view it till date. I requested the SBI in above branch to kindly look into the matter. But they have still not solved my query. I dont know what to do in this matter.

                              Therefore I request you to look into the matter and see that I am able to view my housing loan statement on net as soon as possible

                                Sir, I applied for credit card on 26 Jun 09. I filled the application during the promotional event organised by SBI at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad. I subsequently submitted the form to the SBI- AFA branch where i have the account([protected]).Till date I have not recieved any info regarding the status of my application. I kept regularly contacting the concerned authority(Mr. Subramaniyam- [protected]) but to no vain. The system is very dragging.

                                  Mera SBI Bank mein account hai. Jo ki bhopal mein hain. yah dekhne mein aa raha hai ki jaise aagar mera account sbi ki vindhyachal branch mein hain aur mein bhopal ki sbi bank ki dusri branch mein apne account mein rupees dalta hoon to bank dawa service charge liya ja raha hain jabki iase nahi hona chaiya core banking ka kya matlab. han aggar bhopal se hum bhopal se dusre town ki branch mein paise bhaje to service charge lena chaiya bhopal ki branch mein nahi.

                                    I was drawing pension from SBI INDER PURI NEW DELHI (SB [protected]) I changed over my account to SBI SECTOR 36 NOIDA.
                                    Subsequent to 6 Pay commission, the pesions were revised and is being paid..Case of Lt Col pay was taked up by MOD and the pay was revised to Pay Band 4. I have not been paid my AREARS as well the revised pension.I took up the case with the Btanch Manager Sectior 36 Branch, who very kindly wrote to Chandni Chowk State Bank office in writting and on telephone..
                                    Officer of Lt Col rank have all ready received their AREARS and are drawing reviesd pension, my case is still pending.IT IS REQUESTTED AN EARLLY ACTION MAY PLEASE BE TAKEN TO GIVE ME THE AREARS AS WELL THE REVISED PENSION..
                                    MY file no as intimated to sector 36 branch is 261.

                                      i am krishnan, i withdrwal the amount in syndicate bank Tambaram(chennai) railway station atm.First i verified my account balance.After that i withdrwal amount in Rs 2000 but amount and recepit not received.My acount balance was debited in Rs 2000.I went my own branch i had given the complaint for my branch manager, untill they are not cleared my amount.
                                      i had tried to draw an amount of Rs.2000/- in Corporation Bank, ATM, Nellore using SBI, Debit card.
                                      the amount debited but cash not dispensed, So many made a complaint to SBI B ranch manager, But could not received any reply. Pls help me in this regard.

But amount debit from my account. Ihandover all document to the respective branch & i inform through E-mail Also. Now I am in Delhi so There is no communication between me & branch. I try to ring up the respective branch but no buddy pick up phone. So please credit Rs 3500 in my Above mentioned account.

                                        I am a Account holder in SBI Sitalpur Branch code no-5786. My account no - [protected]. I had applied for my user ID and password for internet banking. My branch had provided me a internet banking kit no [protected] hand to hand in the branch on 3.02.09, till today am unable to login with the user id and password . When i try to login it's saying invalid user name or password (both in caps&small letter), i have complained about the same to my branch but they are saying that we have done what we can do . I have contacted all the officers of my branch but no solution came out till to day (ie. in 6 months). Am fedup of running to my branch . so kindly do needfull as soon as possible, so that i can use internet banking.
