Your ATM was not functioning on 6.07.2009 at 3.00 pm.
Hence I tried to draw cash at the nearby CITIBANK ATM.

I WAS USING SBI CARD.DURING 2008 MARCH I GOT MY STATEMENT, AS PER THAT I HAVE TO PAY Rs1177/= I GAVE SBI CHEQUE FOR Rs 1200/= INSTEAD OF ACCOUNTING RS 1200/=.THEIR STAFF MADE THE ENTRY Rs120/= THAT I COME TO KNOW FROM NEXT MONTH STATEMENT.WHEN RAISIED THE SUBJECT WITH BANK, NO RESPONSE.THEN I SEND MY SBI BANK PASS BOOK ENTRY PAGE WHICH SHOWS CHEQUE NUMBER AND THE AMOUNT Rs1200/=DEBIT.
SBI NOT ACCEPTED MY VIEW AND REQUEST SO I STOPPED...

I would like to complaint against SBI Tata Credit Card for Harassment & Torture - being given to wrong person and also on wrong landline number, looking for some Mr. Feroz

My mom who is 60 plus in age is been told that she will be behind the jail bar & will be punish if she doesnt help them.

Its really ridiculous if SBI is calling and abusing my mother on telephone. Somebody call Rachna from SBI Tata...

Sir, my sbi card No. is [protected]. As I lost in busness I became defaulter since jun 08. I took loan jfro 27000 and paid 17300.and totally I paid 20000+ including penalty. Jan09 I asked for settlement and interviewed with telemanager Ms.Shalini at Chennai Head office. Agreed to pay 26000/ with 3 months. No settlement jletter was issued by them. On 30th April, 2009 - thursday I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1500/- two times (Rs. 1500 * 2 = Rs. 3000) from union bank of India ATM Counter at Koovapady. I inserted the ATM Card and completed all the related procedures and at the time of cash withdrawal, no any error message was shown on the ATM monitor....

we have sifted from Paschim vihar to Nangloi recently.My brother is having a saving account in SBI paschim vihar branch.I also wanted to open a saving account in this branch but they refused to open my account with the argument that you should open your account in Nangloi only.When i contacted the manager he also reply same.there is no such rule in SBI laws....

i am servicing in pvt ltd company at dholka GIDC and my family depand upon my salary.sir my company deposited my salary in State Bank Of India (dholka branch).bank gives me a debit card and pass book.but till today it doesnt give me any pin number of my debit card.

I am regular user of SBI card. I had done purchasing on SBI card and got statements in time and I paid all dues in time. Hence there was no interest and late fee on my transaction. Due to best status, the SBI card offered me a personal loan. I had accepted this personal loan with specific monthly EMI. I got statement of first EMI in time. I paid first EMI in time. Then never received statement of 2nd to 10th EMI in time just to more interest...

But after so more than 90 days I had not been informed about status of my Credit card. then i called your helpline where I was told my card application has been rejected and I was not informed of any reason. Dear Sir,

I hv been a SBI card holder and honestly this is the worst ever card available in the world. Bank do claim of transparency and high values but the reality is far far away from the claims. I hv not been receving any statements from bank since last 2 years and I had been chasing bank for a period of 2 years almost begging to give me the statement of my account so i can clear the account but nobody is bothered to listen...

I am a client of SBI Cap Securities and trade using the SBICAPSEC site. The contact numbers mentioned on the site to be called on, whenever I face any technical difficulty do not work. None of them is accessible and always busy, both off/on trading hours i.e., 9:45 AM-3:30 PM. I have found a great difficulty in contacting them and have had to resort to mailing their help desk which takes around 30 min to reply to a technical fallacy....
