I had summited my cheque in SBI ADB Begusarai on[protected].My cheque was issued by STATE BANK OF SAURASTRA.Cheque no. is 447425 which has amount of Rs 7285. My account no. is [protected] at SBI ADB Begusarai.I went to SBI ADB Begusarai more than 20 times about this cheque.By rule cheque must clear within 15 days but it has been more tham 9 months & it is not clear yet.I have given 2 times written application to the bank but they did not care for this.I need this amount.Please pay attention to my complaint.My mobile no. is [protected].

    I tried to withdraw cash Rs.200 from ATM on 23/07/09 from ICICI Bank ATM in Malleshwaram at 20:26, the money was debited from my account but it was not dispensed from the ATM. The Transaction number is 5304. I have the ATM Transaction slip saying Transaction declined. Please do the needful and revert back the wrong transaction. My Account Number is [protected].

        After my repeated remainders since 21.07.2009 my credit card account not reversed the DD amount and other charges which was debited in my credit card. I have returned the DD through Regd. Post the same day of receipt of the DD.

        Kindly cancel the DD and reverse the DD amount and other charges debited in my account as early as possible.

        Do the needful.

          Hi, I'm Rajneesh Makhija from Delhi.

          I was holding a TATA SBI credit Card.
          I was very very frustated with the services of this card.
          I was shifted my house from Ghaziabad to New Delhi in July - 2008 and I was informed to TATA SBI card for Future communication on new address. And the vaerification of new address has done by TATA SBi card. But, after verification, I have not reveiced any credit card statement from TATA SBI card. I have inform many many times for statement but no response.

          After this I ave stopped the payment for card. and the TATA SBI card executive settle full and final payment of the card Rs. 6, 600/- on 12.07.2009 and Rs. 1, 000/- at once and balance payment Rs. 5, 600/-after sending the settlement letter 2 - 3 later.

          Yesterday I have received a call from TATA SBI card, that the settlement on dt. 12.07.2009, was FALSE and you have to pay Rs. 7, 600/ more for settlement

          I was realy surprised. what a joke is this. I don't understand. I have a person name and ID Number who talk to me on 12.07.2009

          Please look into the matter.

          Thank you for your email dated 21st. August 2009.

          Please be noted that for the last few months, I am getting your monthly account statement in time and accordingly paying my minimum dues well before due dates, which you will appreciate. So yours explanation on statement generated dates & due dates of payments etc., as per your above letter, seems to be not a major issue for me. So do not advice me for last payment etc., at this stage. My main issue is ignored, for which I am giving you last chance to send me the details of transaction, right from beginning to till this date indicating the all debits, credits, waivement & fines etc. I cannot pay you any charges for duplicate monthly bills.

          You have attached a file-“modes of statement- tata .doc” for opening my card account in various mode, but sorry to inform you that the file is not opening saying “there is a problem …………………..” Hence pl. sends me a soft copy/hard copy.

          As a customer, I may ask statement of account in any form ( as other financial organizations/Bank/LIC etc. are providing) for details information; so that I may be that assured that no hidden charges or extra penalties are charged.

          You are requested to clarify in writing for the bifurcation of the huge amount of Rs. 5, 700.82 debited by you. It is very surprising to note that against the loan amount of Rs.12, 000/-, a sum of Rs. 5700.82 extra has been recovered by you with in small span of 16 months !

          Further as per your monthly statement dated 12th May 2008, you have already pre-computerized interest for Rs. 2880/- for entire transactions, then how the figure of Rs.5700.82 has arrived?

          Also please clarify that as per your e-mail dated 25/02/09, you have waived an amount of Rs. 350/- + Govt. S/charges @ 12.36, but how it could be confirmed from you ?

          Lastly you are requested to clarify all the above points and recalculating the statement and considering all possible waivements, please send me the full statement & balance to pay against your final outstanding, which I wish to pay & close.

          In case I do not get your all clarification with-in 7 days of receipt of this letter or e-mail, , I shall advice my Lawyer to lodge complain in the court of law.

            I am Arunava Roy, with a SBI account in SBI, Lumding Branch, Assam. I am using the ATM debit card service. l am staying in Kolakata, West Bengal for my higher studies and so I use the ATM service to withdraw the money for my daily use. But on 19th April, 2009, I went to withdraw Rs. 6000 from nearby HDFC ATM counter through my SBI debit card. But I unfortunately didnot get any amount from the machine and additionally Rs. 6000 was deducted from my account. I have attached a copy of the balance enquiry slip along with a complain letter and gave it to the Manager, SBI - Lumding Branch on 27th April. But till date I have not received the desired amount.

            So can you help me in this regard.

              I had subscribed Credit Card No. [protected] from SBI Card in 2006. I had made one payment of Rs. 15, 500/- in December 2006 through ICICI Bank Cheque. But I was advised by SBI Card letter dated December 23, 2006 that the same cheque was returned unpaid for the reason: Alteration requires Authentication. I made the payment of Rs 16000/- again by another cheque bearing No. 155379 drawn on ICICI Bank. At that time I wanted to know about alteration on cheque. I myself a banker issue several cheques daily and wanted to know why the alteration on my own cheque remain unauthenticated. I just wanted to see the cheque myself. In this regard I made 4 rounds to SBI local offices at Jamshedpur but to no avail. In January 2007 I received the credit card statement around payment date. There was no actual transaction by me during the period but on account of levying late fee and cheque bouncing charges and carry forward of Rs. 420.90 (for which I have deposited a cheque in drop box installed at SBI Main Branch Bistupur, Jamshedpur, but the same was not presented for payment). The statement was showing total due amount of Rs. 1143.50 to be paid by February 08, 2007. In the response of the same, I deposited a cheque of Rs. 1143.50 in drop box installed at SBI Main Branch Bistupur, Jamshedpur drawn on IDBI Ltd. bearing No. 545314. But this too was not presented for payment. I also sent a email regarding poor service and reversal of the late payment fee and cheque returning charge and the same was been acknowledged but not been replied.

              Again I received a statement dated February 19, 2007 on March 06, 2007. Against this statement which was showing total amount due of Rs. 3527.94 (Rupees Three thousand five hundred twenty seven and paise ninety four only) I made payment of Rs. 1, 667/- (for which amount actual purchase made by me) by IDBI Ceque bearing No. 545317 dated 07/03/2007. This time instead of dropping cheque in drop box I deposited the cheque in SBI Card office and taken proper receipt (copy enclosed). This cheque also has not been presented for payment till date. Nonetheless their official/ agent harassed me and followed up twice in indecent manner for payment of the outstanding or minimum due amount. In short I saw some foul play in the dealing of SBI card.
              First the copy of my unpaid cheque of Rs. 15, 500/- bearing No. 155376 dated 12/12/2006 was not been made available to me .
              Secondly two cheques which I dropped in drop box was not been presented mainly due to levying unnecessary interest.

              Thirdly even that cheque which I have deposited at SBI Card office and taken proper receipt (copy enclosed) was not been presented by SBI card.
              Right now they are harassing me by sending muscle man to my house and asking for more than Rs. 11, 000/-

              SBI Card — UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

              This is to inform you that I Suman Kumar Roy having a SBI Card(Card No.[protected]).and using this card since long time, but for unsatisfactry service from your end I had to cancelled that card and gone for settlement.I have paid the amount(19, 000/-) as said by your customer service department in Feb.2008.and they told me that they will send me settlement letter but until now i did'nt got anything accept monthly statement including late fines and other charges.Is this your service to your customers and making false commitments to them.
              So, kindly do the needful as early as possible.

              Most Respected sir,

              I, the undersigned Mr. Suresh G. Narayankhedkar, Credit card bearing
              No. [protected] do hereby humbly and most respectfully submit as under:-
              1. That I had applied for the credit card through your Direct Selling Agent on the condition
              that no yearly or monthly charges whatsoever would be levied on the credit card.
              2. That subsequently I received the card and kept in my personal custody with due care.
              3. That till date I had not utilized the card anywhere for whatsoever purposes.
              4. That despite myself not utilizing the said card I received a numerous phone calls from
              one of your recovery agent whose telephone No. is[protected]. I brought to their
              notice that I have not used the card hence no liability fall upon me to make any sort of
              payment whatsoever.
              5. That due to mental harassment from the said recovery agent who insisted me to pay sum
              of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as one time settlement. And that the settlement
              letter would be obtained from the Main Branch at Fort.
              6. That accordingly, I immediately remitted Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by cash
              at Main Branch, Fort Mumbai vide Cash Receipt No.MGRA-00039 dated 23.12.2008.
              7. That after my visit to Main Branch at Fort on 9.1.2009 I was given to understand that I
              require to submit a written request to obtain the settlement letter.
              8. That I firmly believe and state that HSBC bank through oversight might have
              incorporated wrongly the amount in my monthly statement. I request you to verify the
              same and issue me a final settlement letter and close the said credit card henceforth.
              I hope necessary action would be taken by your esteemed bank and relieve me of the annoyance meted out to be through your recovery agents. Yours faithfully,

                SBI IRCTC Card

                I got a call from a man telling that he is calling on behalf of IRCTC (Really they r agents for SBI credit Card).
                He told that irctc offers u card with the following benefits

                1.No platform ticket for any railway platforms in INDIA(No rly officials r aware of it)
                2.No charges for internet ticket booking(1%).
                3.10% Cash back for AC tickets.
                4.Railway points for all the tickets booked online using the card.
                5.It also can be used as credit card.
                6. Initially Rs 500/- payment in that Rs 350 as rly point.

                As it was Saturday I said call me on Monday I will come after looking in deep the full details.But he dint give me time and he said it is a offer for ur transactions in IRCTC .But after applying it on Sunday I came to know that what he said was all bull and AC tickets 10 % cash BACK, rly points etc all for AC(2 tier), I Class and not for 2 class, 3rd AC ETC.
                The telecaller dint mention me

                1.No points or benfits for 3rd AC, 2 sleeper, 2 Sitting(10% cash back and rly points for only for AC(2 tier), I Class).
                2.He dint tell that I have to pay rs 300 from 2 year onwards.
                3. No rly officials r aware of irctc card holder no need to take platform ticket.
                4. Only after gaining 500 points u can book ticket in AC 2 Tier and I Class and not in other low seatings.
                I am non AC travellor and the card is simple credit card for now to me(when there r free credit cards available from others this is a paid card).

                So be careful when this call comes to u.Think whether it is useful to u and go for it.

                Dear Sir,

                Pardon for my tone of my letter .I am using SBI Credit Card for the last 7 years, even though I was an loyal customer to SBI Cards I don’t get any service on my issue from your side.

                The issue is as per my 23rd April statement my total Outstanding on the card was Rs.20, 797.54. I made a payment of Rs.21, 000/- on 14th of May 08 Cheque No: 344402 from my husbands account SBI IIT Branch account, who also has an add on card. For some reason my Cheque got returned on 17th May 08, but the same cheque No 344402 was represented without my knowledge for collection and got cleared on 19th May 2008.

                From 19th May till date the payment is not credited in my account and above this there are charges levied in my account as late payment charges Rs.600/-, Finance charges Rs.772.95 and Total GST debit Rs.298.02.

                I have rised this issue with your call center team but there is no one seems to be working for this issue because it’s not their money, they just give a fax no and wants me to fax all the details for claiming my money which was taken by your company that to without my concern.

                Over this I also get calls at least 3 to 4 time in a day starting from morning 7 AM asking for payment, which pushed us to take this matter with RBI Banking Ombudsmen asking for justice and also claiming for my money.

                I want to understand one thing from your side that why there are no Sr. Official from SBI Credit Card service are not coming in line to solve an issue and also why your call center executive are not directing the customers to Sr. Official or they don’t want to give any detail about the Sr. Official or they don’t escalate the issue to them.

                As an loyal customer can we get to meet any one of your Sr. Official of SBI Cards in case of any grievances or all the Official are behind the screen hiding them self from customer complaints.

                I kindly request you to work in this regards at the earliest and solve the issue by waving all the charges levied in my credit card account or I will be forced to file a criminal case with Law against the Head of Customer Service for not crediting my payment received from the client and misusing my money and also I will take up this matter with Press.

                I booked my ticket irctc dated 18.08.2008 through my icici credit card amount was Rs 1094/-amount was deducted two times .is due to any fault from your system kindly webof one times charges.

                I got a call from a man telling that he is calling on behalf of IRCTC (Really they r agents for SBI credit Card).
                He told that irctc offers u card with the following benefits

                1.No platform ticket for any railway platforms in INDIA(No railway officials r aware of it)
                2.No charges for internet ticket booking(1%).
                3.10% Cash back for AC tickets.
                4.Railway points for all the tickets booked online using the card.
                5.It also can be used as credit card.
                6. Initially Rs 500/- payment in that Rs 350 as rly point.

                As it was Saturday I said call me on Monday I will come after looking in deep the full details.But he dint give me time and he said it is a offer for ur transactions in IRCTC .But after applying it on Sunday I came to know that what he said was all bull and AC tickets 10 % cash BACK, rly points etc all for AC(2 tier), I Class and not for 2 class, 3rd AC ETC.

                The telecaller dint mention me

                1.No points or benfits for 3rd AC, 2 sleeper, 2 Sitting(10% cash back and rly points for only for AC(2 tier), I Class).
                2.He dint tell that I have to pay rs 300 from 2 year onwards.
                3. No rly officials r aware of irctc card holder no need to take platform ticket.
                4. Only after gaining 500 points u can book ticket in AC 2 Tier and I Class and not in other low seatings.
                I am non AC travellor and the card is simple credit card for now to me(when there r free credit cards available from others this is a paid card).

                So be careful when this call comes to u.Think whether it is useful to u and go for it.

                I agree with the sender of the mail (could not find the name). I was also told exactly the same as above, but my woes started even before me receiving the card. Suddently today, after 3 weeks of the SBI/IRCTC representative collecting signature and xerox copies from me, got SMS congratulating me that I have done 1st Trasaction on the card !!!

                What an state of affairs ! SBI has cheated me in earlier instances, but this time, I have fallen for the lie that this is IRCTC card.

                How can I trasact without even receiving the Card ? Is there anyone who can stop this cheater on spree !! Or we have to only wait for GOD to do justice ??

                SBI Credit Card — Cheating Spree

                In the last week of November I received a call from SBI Card customer care cell enquiring about my card details and my identification and then they offered me this welcome package. I agree I have talked to the caller and after discussion on the scheme they asked if I wanted to book this package. To which I have agreed on the terms that cancellation of the package is possible with a charge of Rs. 350 or so, if I did not like the package.

                Two days back I have received the package and I did not like the travel options and other specified dates which also have a mismatch with what was earlier communicated to me over the telephonic discussion. So, I called on [protected] to inform my decision about the same. However to my surprise the customer care executive was not only very rude and not ready to help but also narrated several stories and referred to various new clauses to inform me that I cannot cancel the package and must accept it.


                The amount is Rs. 7000 plus if I accept this offer against the cancellation offered to me then which was mere Rs. 350. Didnt accept this from so called reputed National Bank!!

                All out there be ware and let me know if anyone else have faced this problem.

                Very good Card for Frequent traveller who travels in 2nd AC and above class.
                Personally I got so much benefits in terms of railway points.
                Personaaly advice to take this card but read all the T&C.
                Have got a call as well and this information on this forum helped me deny the IRCTC platinum card without any hesitation. They are in such a hurry to collect the PAN, and other personal information but are least bothered to give the card benefits or where it can not be used.

                  On[protected] at the Corporation Bank ATM KGF, i used my SBM ATM debit card for a withdrawal of a sum of Rs.20000. but I did receive any cash and a slip stating "Transaction Rejected" came out of the same machine with a response code #163. On 17-02-09 I checked my balance in the ATM and was shocked to see that Rs.20000 was deducted from my account and on[protected] i complained about the same to the Bank Manager, SBM Malur, where i have the account.

                  But unfortunately till now neither my amount is credited to my account nor the concerned bank(SBM) manager is willing to solve my complaint.

                  I request the concerned authority to take the matter immediately and rectify the problem and credit back my amount to my account as per the RBI circular regarding the 12 day time limit to rectify the deficient service by the concerned bank.

                    Sir, My account was credited for Rs. 10, 000 on 31/03/2009 by my elder brother from the Kharagpur Branch, the place where my account was opened. At that time, I was in Sikar (Rajasthan) to attend a marriage. On 02/04/2009, I went to withdraw the amount from a nearby ATM (since 1st april, the rule was passed that we can withdraw money from any bank's atm) that was of PNB's. When I gave the command to withdraw the money of Rs. 10, 000, the atm did not dispensed any cash and my account was debited for the same amount. After that, when I asked the branch about the problem, they said that the machine was not working and we cannot do anything about your problem. You have to either launch this complaint in your branch or either from the Sikar Branch of SBI. When I went to SBI Sikar Branch, they told me to contact my branch, as a result my brother launched the complaint regarding this. My brother had to go there several times for launching this complaint and the branch manager was not giving any satisfactory answer. Then I talked to the SBI customer care and they advised me to launch a complaint in the regional head office at Kolkata. Then I tried to contact them but they never gave any satisfactory answer and instead told me that until and unless your branch refers the case here, we are helpless. Then one day, I sent a fax with all the relevant details to the regional head office in Kolkata (SBI head office), but till now I have not received the money or any answer. Whenever I go to the branch, they always say that we have already launched the complaint and we cannot do anything more. The customer care says that you will definitely get the money, but it will take some time.

                    Sir, I have tried my level best to get my money back, but till now I have got it back, so, as a last resort, I am launching this complaint. Please do help me as soon as possible so that I can get my money back. Sir I am always in need and always worried about my money that whether I will get it or not. So, sir kindly help me out.                     I have withdraw 5000 rupees from BOB ATM first time withdraw 5000/- but second time not received to money and reduce my account from 5000/-rs. (I am disputing the transaction ref.no.3786 ATM ID. 1FSUR32 as under dated 27/11/2008.(A) Cash not dispensed in the ATM but balance reduces from Rs.5000 /- from my account.

                    I (Pavada.Vinod Kumar, Saving Bank Account.No.1450, UCO Bank, Sector – 3, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam – 32, and ATM Diamond Card (International Debit Card.No.[protected])) went to draw the money from the STATE BANK OF INDIA, UKKUNAGARAM 2ND ATM, no cash comes out to me Rs.3000/- after the transaction from this ATM counter or I have not received(Three thousand rupees) but the amount, the three thousand rupees deducted or debited to my saving account, the transaction particulars are date 02/08/09, time 20:32, ATM ID S1CC00805402, TXN NO.3160, result is sorry unable to process i.e. no cash comes out but debited to my account.
                    After this transaction, I checked my Bank balance in the same SBI ATM counter; it’s shown less balance Rs.28654.94/-, particulars are date 02/08/09, Time 20:34, ATM ID S1CC00805402, TXN.NO.3161, Response code 000, from A/C [protected]
                    Actually my Bank balance according to our UCO Bank as on date 01st August 09 is Rs.31, 654.94/- (as on 31st July 20009 Rs.15313.94 plus salary for the month of July/August Rs.16341.00/-).
                    Kindly the aforesaid amount Rs.3000/- add or credit into my saving account. Two counter foils are enclosed.

                    i went there to apply for loan under doctor plus scheme but their response was horrifying, just ready to bark on you like a dog, they definately needs to be drastically improved

                    State Bank of India — No Cash Dispensed from ATM but account debited

                    Hi

                    I have visited Corporation Bank ATM, Axis Bank ATM and South Indian Bank ATMs in Jeevan Bima Nagar, (Near Indiranagar), Bangalore

                    In all of the above ATMs I made an attempt to withdraw Rs. 2000, however I got the message "Host offline" in corp bank, and "Unable to process transaction" in Axis Bank and South Indian Bank ATMs. To my suprise upon checking my account, I found a debit of Rs. 2000 without cash having dispensed to me. Pls log the complaint immediately and retrieve the fund to me.

                    I am also copying this mail to consumer forum for immediate action against such a practice!

                      Dear Mr. Ajay Bharti,

                      I seek your help as I am receiveing numerous calls on a card which I have not used, Today I got a call from number 011 – 40742606.
                      They said your card has an outstanding of about 3, 00, 000 with principle amount 75, 000.
                      But I assure in my whole life I have never used a SBI credit card, it has been wrongly issued to a fake identity under my name, which has just come to my notice in last 10 days

                      I am very much confused and tensed about this as the amount they are reffering is very high and it is a big concern to me as it is spoiling my credit worthiness in banks for further loans

                      People called me and told me that card number is [protected] and is a 5 year old card.
                      I would like to know whay I wan not contacted earlier in 5 years and why suddenly now after 5 years.

                      Mr Ajay I really seek your immediate concern over this issue

                          Respected Sir,
                          I am dola mahapatra(pursuing MBA from Xavier institute) writing this letter to bring into ur notice the derogatory behaviour of your employees towards female customer.Sir I wanted to open an account in SBI(DIGWADIH BRANCH) for my education loan as my father Mr. Manoranjan Mahapatra already have an account in digwadih branch, but the fact is now I really regret to open an account in sbi digwadih branch but as this is my compulsion to open an account so I had to do beyond my wish. I would like to inform u sir that, to open an account I had to make 3days walkout in digwadih branch, whenever I used to go to the person who opens an account, he speaks as if talking to an animal i.e. Mr………said me “ not now go out, or go afterward I’ll call u, or all ladies go out and sit I’ll cal you(in very rude manner) ”but the fact is he used to get no time to call us, and after every 5minutes he used to go out from his room and at the end of the day he used to say “aaj nahi, kal aana” and finally last day I was very angry and I complained to the branch manager Mr.S.B.Pandey, but again it was of no use.He was least bothered to hear me and scolded me and asked me why haven’t I opened the account 3yrs or 2yrs ago, in reply to this when I said him I have an account in UBI(howrah-B.E.college branch) then he abused me by saying “kya hua UBI lath maar diya, nw u need loan so you are in a hurry”. sir I want to inform u that no bank deny to give loan, I had to open the account in digwadih branch because my father is having an account over there, he is an BCCL employee and his salary is being credited in digwadih branch.finally when I complained about the behaviour and said that no branch in kolkata had such rude behaviour towards their customer then he replied “don’t compare Mumbai branch with digwadih branch”.sir I want to ask a question-why cant digwadih branch make a change in their management?
                          Sir this is my humble request to give comeuppance to deserving employees and look into the matter and make a fair decision for all customers specially to the ladies customer.

                          This kind of behaviour is very common. Dola, I really appreciate that at atleast you have raised a voice against it. These bank officials know, that no one would take action against them and hence behave as if they are giving money from their own pockets.

                          Forget about loan, even if you withdraw money from the account, the attitude is as if Mr. X is doing obligation by giving money.

                          Hope that any senior SBI personnel reads this & takes some action. In this era of globalisation when SBI is thinking to go global, it should also look at Customer Relationship.

                                I WAS USING SBI CARD.DURING 2008 MARCH I GOT MY STATEMENT, AS PER THAT I HAVE TO PAY Rs1177/= I GAVE SBI CHEQUE FOR Rs 1200/= INSTEAD OF ACCOUNTING RS 1200/=.THEIR STAFF MADE THE ENTRY Rs120/= THAT I COME TO KNOW FROM NEXT MONTH STATEMENT.WHEN RAISIED THE SUBJECT WITH BANK, NO RESPONSE.THEN I SEND MY SBI BANK PASS BOOK ENTRY PAGE WHICH SHOWS CHEQUE NUMBER AND THE AMOUNT Rs1200/=DEBIT.
                                SBI NOT ACCEPTED MY VIEW AND REQUEST SO I STOPPED USING THE CARD AND INFORMED SBI CREDIT CARD SECTION THROUGH LETTER AND PHONE.

                                INSTEAD OF CORRECTING THEIR STAFF MISTAKE.THEYDEMANDING ME MORE THAN Rs 6000/=AS NON-PAYMENT.ALSO THREATENING FOR CONSEQUENCES NOWA DAYS.
                                IS IT VULCAR AND ABSURD.VOILATION OF THEIR CODE OF BANK CONDUCT.

                                They come on the line and say they are from SBI and not from SBI Agency...

                                SBI Credit Card — Harrassment & torture By SBI Bank

                                Hello,

                                This is to bring to your notice that one of your collection person with the name Narender and Raju which he keep changing[protected] /[protected]/ [protected] is been calling me in regards to payment which
                                is pending (my credit card ). I have never used SBI card..But yes I had it .

                                They are asking me to make payment of Rs 100000 (1 lakh) , when I asked for statement they said that cannot be provided. Without statement how come someone will make a payment.

                                He has been calling my all relatives and using very bad languages and threating that he will come to my office and talk to HR and all my friends and family saying
                                that i stole Bank's money and am running. He has called up thousand times at my office reception and has been using foul language and defaming me as fraud. This is absolutely not acceptable and not expected from your Bank. Due to his language and regular threat am going through really bad mental torture and total haressment. Am really shocked that your Bank hires such a goons like him.... and
                                using him like this. He is threating me all the time. I will really appreciate if you could talk to this person .Otherwise, i can go to consumer forum and take the legal action against your Bank for metal
                                harrassment and torture and against defamation.

                                Also I am going to report a FIR against this phone number and two above mentioned people and I would include SBI bank as well.

                                  I would like to complaint against SBI Tata Credit Card for Harassment & Torture - being given to wrong person and also on wrong landline number, looking for some Mr. Feroz

                                  My mom who is 60 plus in age is been told that she will be behind the jail bar & will be punish if she doesnt help them.

                                  Its really ridiculous if SBI is calling and abusing my mother on telephone. Somebody call Rachna from SBI Tata credit card is harassing my mother.

                                  I have register the compliant with SBI Tata credit card helpline no. 60008000 on 23.07.2009 at 4.30pm with Mr. Ashish - Manager (Gurgaon) and got a compliant register for the same with Compliant no.[protected]

                                  Kindly take a serious complaint for the same.

                                    Sir, my sbi card No. is [protected]. As I lost in busness I became defaulter since jun 08. I took loan jfro 27000 and paid 17300.and totally I paid 20000+ including penalty. Jan09 I asked for settlement and interviewed with telemanager Ms.Shalini at Chennai Head office. Agreed to pay 26000/ with 3 months. No settlement jletter was issued by them. As I settled account with ICICIC and HDFC bank by verbal I took granted it also like that. I paid entire amount within stipulated period that is 4th Apr 09.
                                    In spite of writing letter talk to the customer service and sending mails since two months they insisted on payment of 40000+ more because settlement was agreed., whatever I paid was taken for interest only.
                                    Sir, I am 56 years old and unemployed staying with my pensioner sister for my bread and butter. I request you kindly help me

                                      On 30th April, 2009 - thursday I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1500/- two times (Rs. 1500 * 2 = Rs. 3000) from union bank of India ATM Counter at Koovapady. I inserted the ATM Card and completed all the related procedures and at the time of cash withdrawal, no any error message was shown on the ATM monitor. At that time no cash received and only the customer advise slip came giving the message unable to process.

                                      Then after some times I withdraw Rs 1000/- from the same centre. After this transaction I noticed that an amount of Rs 3000/- wrongly withdrawn from my account. I am a SB Account holder of SBI, Perumbavoor Branch.

                                      On 19th April, 2009 I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 900/- from ICICI ATM counter at Perumbavoor. While insert the ATM Card and all procedures are completed, and at the time of cash withdrawal, network complaint message was shown in the monitor. At that time no cash or customer advice slip was not came.

                                      Then I go to SBI ATM counter at Perumbavoor and withdraw Rs. 1000/- and take a mini statement. In that statement Rs. 900 and Rs. 1000/- were withdrawn from my account. I am a SB A/c holder of SBI, Perumbavoor Branch
                                      i booked twice railway ticket throw my atm but the ticket was not booked...
                                      and the money was deducted every time...

                                        we have sifted from Paschim vihar to Nangloi recently.My brother is having a saving account in SBI paschim vihar branch.I also wanted to open a saving account in this branch but they refused to open my account with the argument that you should open your account in Nangloi only.When i contacted the manager he also reply same.there is no such rule in SBI laws.

I want to open saving account in dist.center janakpuri branch. but branch imployee says you cann't open ur account in this branch. U can open ur account in that branches where's your add proof.
