I have applied for eNPS on 13th of August, 2021 and selected SBI for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of SBI Bank for past 10 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
I went to SBI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that SBI Bank has to approve/reject it.
I had tried to reach customer care, but they also don't know the process.
I had raised complaint to SBI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an normal KYC process at bank.
My final option was to raise complaint here, hope SBI Bank will take care of this this time.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
After the above complaint, they were silent for 15-20 days, but now started again harrassing my relatives and their tenants on my wife's and father's name. Do they have any right to disturb others privacy. I am not in a position to pay, as currently still I am jobless and need some time to get on my feet. Kindly look into this.
