Dear Sir,
I am Sudip Sinha, a SBI simply save credit card holder. On 3rd. Nov. 2021 I submitted a Demand Draft chq. (No. 393968) of Rs.96183/- in favour of my SBI credit card account to clear my all outstanding.
On 7th. Nov. 2021. I got a message (Image – 1, attached) from SBI Credit card that the demand draft chq. (No. 393968) that I submitted for clearing purpose is invalid due to “CROSSING STAMP CANCELLATION”.
On 11th. Nov. 2021 I raised a request (Image – 2, attached) to SBI credit card for returning my original demand draft chq. (No. 393968). After several chase on 17th. Nov. 2021 they informed that, “Retrieval-Bounce-Cheque copy” is under process and status will be share be 23rd. Nov. 2021. (Image – 3, attached)
On 24th. Nov. 2021 SBI card informed me through mail that they have sent a Scan Copy of my Demand Draft Cheque (No. 393968) through Bluedart. (Image – 4, attached)
On 25th. Nov. 2021 I informed them through mail that I want my back my Original copy of Demand Draft Cheque (No. 393968). And also raised a complaint over phone (Image – 5 & Sound Track – 1 attached). They confirmed that within 1st. Dec. 2021 my issue will be resolved. Today is 2nd. Dec. 2021 and till now no action has been taken.
Due to above mentioned negligence and carelessness of SBI credit card I am being mentally and financially harassed. I have to pay more than Rs.9000/- extra this month and my family will suffer because of that.
I am Sudip Sinha, declaring that above mentioned information are true and I am expecting justice from the court.

    I have ordered a product on amazon and returned it .The amazon product price is RS.1615.00 and order no. is[protected].They have refunded the amount on DATE[protected] but i didn't still get the refund in my bank account .Thhe refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].

      On 29.10.2021 unauthorized transaction of Rs.20, 000/- Done from my father's personal account.

      Particulars:
      [protected] Rupay WDL TXN @KO 1A7
      [protected] OF NICT TECHNOLOGIES PVT AT 10521 DAU, RURAL BANKING, GIT, MUMBAI.

      As this transaction is not initiated by us we want full refund of this amount.
      Also we would like to know how this has happened and how to prevent such transaction in future.

            I purchased a product from amazon on 16 november 2021 of amount 499 and returned on 20 november 2021 . i made 469 rupees payement online using my sbi debit card and 30 rupees from amazon pay balance but not received my refund for bank payment of rupees 469 and amazon intiated refund also gave Refund reference number VMRNJHSG0000KVJYQAIA

              I have order two product from brandfactory.com
              Order date-15 nov 2021.

              Total amount-4018 rupees.
              I returned this two product amount =1768 rupees are refund by brand factory of my one product .
              Refund amt bank reference number is =[protected].
              Mechant transaction ID= 813688.
              Date of refund initiated-23 nov 2021 .
              But refund amount not reflect my bank account.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am an SBI Customer. I had 10rupee coins worth of Rs.1000/-. I had repeatedly tried to exchange 10 rupee coins into notes from all the SBI branches in machilipatnam, Krishna dt, Andhra Pradesh, including Main branch in Machilipatnam.
                All the branches refused to exchange. I would like to complaint in this regard.
                Kindly look into this matter and please get it exchanged.

                  Yesterday i called customer care as i wanted to generate pin to my new debit card and the call got invalid after two minutes. I was about to call again and another number called me registered on truecaller as sbi customer care so i answered and told them about my query they pretended to be the customer care whereas they were not and something led to another and i got scammed they made me install anydesk and i got cheated and lost 25000 rupees via debit card which i generated the same day
                  As soon as i got the debit msg from my bank i blocked my all means of internet banking and debit card and reported a complaint with cyber crime portal. Please tell me what can i do to get my money back?

                    Rs 9.44 has been taken away from my SB account towards DOM charges without any notice. This is highly objectionable and liable for criminal action. You the SBI is just a trusty of my wealth. Please let me know what is this.

                      Hello,

                      I have applied for a credit card via SBI branch employee of Virar west. My card got declined due to unknown reasons. But after that I'm getting several mails of credit card applications . I have only applied once but ther are about 7-8 different application numbers. I haven't applied this many times. I tried to reach SBI virar west branch department of credit card they didn't had any sort of proper solutions. This is not the way to treat your customers. I nees to know how is it possible that so much of applications without my consent.

                        Since last year Unauthorized SBI credit card applications are being processed by SBI, Even I am not interested in credit card, these applications are reflecting on CIBIL.
                        I am receiving SMS from AX-TATACD that my SBI credit card application has been rejected due to internal policy, etc.

                              Hi,
                              I have owns a SBI due to some financial condition I was unable to pay the amount for some time. Now they are calling the people who are not involved in this he is calling my father and abusing him that he will make him pay the amount either by selling something or by mortgage.
                              He is a BP patient and got frightened easily the recovery agent has called many people if my village and defaming me and my family.
                              Please help my SBI card is 1801.

                                From 8/11/2021 till now the SBI bank is not activated my account, i'm student, How can i pay fess and survive without my money that they just take it without any issue, but while i want to withdraw i cant event 1 Rs i cant because of "CIF is not scrutinized by LCPC" message.

                                  I have paid BHU online fee on 24/11/2021 but transaction got failed and i got a message that refund has been credited in my account, but refunded amount wasn't showing in my account, so i complaint in my bank they have ask me for refund transaction ID, so i need refund transaction ID .

                                        I have paid to MKU register account through gpay using sbi collect on 20.11.2021.

                                        Then I got a message

                                        Dear Customer, Your refund of Rs 2800.0 from MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY - R with transaction Id DUI1067649 has been credited to your account on 221121. -SBI

                                        But my amount was not credited to my account
