i am servicing in pvt ltd company at dholka GIDC and my family depand upon my salary.sir my company deposited my salary in State Bank Of India (dholka branch).bank gives me a debit card and pass book.but till today it doesnt give me any pin number of my debit card.
my atm card no is[protected] and my saving account no is [protected].i received my atm card in january-2009.
i complained online on 21st june 2009 and at the bank on 22nd june 2009.at that time bank manager told me that your complain is registred.than after i visited the bank again on thursday dated 09th july 2009.
at that time i found the manager doesnt complain the further details on his correspondings. and than after i visited SBI HO Branch situated at Ahmedabad.thanafter i give him all the details but my problem not solved. i am giving you a second time complained Please do fast sir

so what can i do sir?.

    sir,
    on 16th june 2009 we send a neft transfer to the party namely BASANTAMAL SATYAPRAKASH of ludhiana the utr no.SBINH[protected] of Rs.95000.Due to some error on the account number given by the company the account number was wrongly typed as[protected] insted of [protected]. Hence due to the wrong account no. the party account was not credited, but the amount till today has not been refunded to our account no.[protected].(mes goenka trading company) kotma.
    so please look in the matter and help us to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    we have approched the local sbi branch several of times but they say that the fund is with punjab national bank and they are not respondig. so please look in the matter.

      Dear Sir,
      In my letter ref (1), My Father Shri Vishnudeo Singh have shown the true status of the
      Your tractor loan account no-[protected] which was taken by late Shri Rajpati Singh
      And he was one of the two witnesses. My father has signed as witness only without giving any property documents which are required for co loan taker as you have mentioned that my father is joint loan taker. On sad demise of Shri Rajpati Singh, how my property documents and photographs reached to you to make my father joint loan taker. It is also learnt that my forged signatures are also done on those documents which my father have never seen to make him joint loan taker.
      This may be the act of then Branch Manager or you what so ever it may be. On receiving
      Bribe from actual loan taker, this malpractice is done by your bank only to favor the actual loan taker’s son Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh s/o late Shri Rajpati Singh.

      No doubt loan recovery should be done as per your procedures, but when my father is not
      Indulged in taking loan, only on basis of forged document why my father is being
      Harassed unnecessarily.
      Please take note you pertain to most prestigious bank of this nation where, name itself is
      Symbol of trust and belief. Such malpractices will not be tolerated.
      My father is 82 year old who is already suffering from heavy diabetes and blood pressure,
      And is being harassed by your recovery officers unnecessarily on basis of forged documents.
      Please note if some unexpected things took place, you will be solely responsible for cause and consequences.

      Dear Sir,
      I "Madan Lal Mittal" (retired gazetted officer from Irrigation department) have an account no.[protected] in SBI, Main Branch, Station Road, Muzaffarnagar, U.P. I am residing in Hardwar, Uttaranchal. My pension comes in this account. I used to come in Muzaffarnagar specially to operate this account. On 3rd & 4th November'2009, i went their to entry in my pass book. But entry was not done due to printer is not functioning. I met Branch Manager "Mr.Jain". But his behavior was not good and even he was not ready to listen my problem. Most of the time I see that this printer not work and nobody cares about it.

      Since, i came here only for entry in my passbook and this happened most of the time, hence I disheartened from SBI services.

      Please look in to this matter positively.

      SIR I AM A RETIRED PERSON AND AFTER RETIREMENT I HAD INVESTED SOME MONEY IN SBI's MONTHLY INCOME SCHEME BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE MONEY I SAW THAT ABOUT Rs.1500 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C,ON ENQUERING THE OFFICIALS SAID THAT DUE TO SOME SYSTEM PROBLEM YOUR MONEY IS BEING DEDUCTED SO GIVE AN APPLICATION THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I HAD COMPLAINED TO THE SBI MAIN OFFICE IN MUMBAI BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO TRAVEL 100 KMS TO THE BANK AND GIVE APPLICATION FOR REFUND.I AM FEED UP WITH THE SERVICE COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN MY PROBLEM.WITH THIS I END MY LETTER HOPING THAT YOU WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

      100% now Ibelieve that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. I. Iwent to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies.On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. No.[protected]he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel'sand some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me!My wife andher family, Sandip Samanta andhis family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally.
      We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on09/07/2005. My wife andher family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family membersit’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old)who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler.My wifefiled the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, The Learn" ed court granted me on bailon 19/09/2009. My wife left our only solitary daughter tome who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots o[censored]nfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE)are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t acceptthat demon wife. Ihired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next?It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanarypunishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barelyand save me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A richreserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.
      After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.
      Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of queryto recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of querynor he did roundup them against my case.
      When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
      As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So Iwantto let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India . P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, my nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, Isee they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.

        I am regular user of SBI card. I had done purchasing on SBI card and got statements in time and I paid all dues in time. Hence there was no interest and late fee on my transaction. Due to best status, the SBI card offered me a personal loan. I had accepted this personal loan with specific monthly EMI. I got statement of first EMI in time. I paid first EMI in time. Then never received statement of 2nd to 10th EMI in time just to more interest from me on loan in the form of late fee. . However the govt. tax on EMI is not fixed. So I cannot pay EMI without statements. Then, I had contacted customer services in time and paid my EMI 2 to 10 in time. But the customer care person told me less amount on phone call for 3 rd EMI. I paid the amount told by customer care person. However this amount was less by one rupee. Then SBI charged me Rs 350 as a late fee. This happened for all 10 EMIs. Then I paid 10 late fees. This is technique followed by SBI to recover more interest from the customer. After paying all 10 late fees, I had requested SBI to send me statement on email. I paid EMIs regularly. They could not recover additional money from me for few months.In JAN 2008, I paid EMI through cheque. But SBI could not banked this cheque due to reason " the amount in fig. and word differs". Then I issued new cheque of two EMIs with late fee. Then asked SBI to return my old cheque. However they had refused to return my old cheque. Then requested SBI to send me xerox copy of old cheque. I got xerox copy of old cheque. The cheque was perfect. Then I reported this thing to customer care. Then SBI credited additional EMI and late fee. But inn next statement the minimum amount due was grater than total amount. As per their norms I paid total amount due not minimum amount due. Then they charged me late fee on minimum amount due and interest on difference. Actually my additional amount is with SBI. because the minimum amount due is greater than total amount due. This was the case for all remaining EMIs
        This is called administrative crime to recover more interest from the customer

        A Person named Deepak Tiwari intoduced himself as an Agent of Kotak
        Mahindra Bank personal Loan Dept. I asked for Personal loan at minimum
        interest rate he assure me that I will arrange for the loan and taken five
        cheques in the name of Kotal Mahindra Bank cheque details are
        No. 167781 amt 18000/-
        No. 167783 amt 11700/-
        No. 167784 amt 11700/-
        No. 167785 amt 11700/-
        Ch. no. 167782 blank.
        Complaint:
        On 26/10/2010 when I checked my account I was surprised that ch. no.
        167781 amt Rs.18000/- passed and it is transferred to a/c no. [protected]
        SBI chember branch and ch. no. 167785 amt 125000/- is passed and it is
        transferred to a/c no. [protected] SBI chembur and ch. no. 167784 amt
        122000/- passed in the name Nimi Shankar Agarwal Bank SBI Ghansoli and
        ch. no. 167783 amt 98000/- passed in the name shankar prakash agarwal
        bank sbi ghansoli.I have stopped the ch. no. 167782. No cheque is passed in
        the name of Kotak Mahindra Bank although I have issued the cheques in the
        name of Kotak Mahindra Bank and I was surprise to see all the changes in my
        cheque like in Numeric Amount , and In the words.
        Also each cheque was crossed and my a/c is with SBI Wagle Estate THANE
        Br. I think there is a network who are doing these types of fruad in which Bank
        is also involved.Even though I have register the FIR in the Shree Nagar Police
        Station but the response is Very Very slow.
        I Request you to please Help me to stop this Guilt.

          Dear Sir

          I had applied for sbicard application no.[protected] on april 20 2009. But after so more than 90 days I had not been informed about status of my Credit card. then i called your helpline where I was told my card application has been rejected and I was not informed of any reason. As per the consumer forum whom I contacted after the rejection it is mandatory for the company to state the specific reason for the credit card rejection. As per my knowlege I fullfull all the required formalities for the card but still if my application is rejected i seek the exact reason for the denial. the consumer forum has provided me these email ids and complaint No. 184083.

            I am the savings bank account holder in state bank of india, kavali .
            I am having online banking facility with this bank.
            I made transfer of Rs 100000 to account in the name of S.Srikanth in state bank of hyderad, kavali on 15-07-09 through GRPT (Group transfer within state bank group)
            The reference number is GRPTINBIZ00172019 transfer to[protected].
            Utr=SBI[protected].
            The amount was debited to my account but it was not credited to beneficiary account.The sbi people are saying we cant trace your money.
            In the transaction I find that account number was mentioned wrongly

            The SBI customer care is showing IZ00172019 as wrong reference code.

              I had raised this online complain last week. Though there was an SLA mentioned for the reversal time but till today I got no information.
              I tried to call the Grievance Cell (Tel no :[protected],[protected] several times but only once they picked up the call saying that State Bank Of India has no responsibility to explain the reason that why a cheque (duely issued and signed) got returned even if I was having sufficient...

              sir,
              We are a customer of STATE BANK OF INDIA -ANISABAD BRANCH (code-9003). My name is Surendra prasad singh A/C No.- [protected]. At 11/07/2009 we go for withdrawal from atm at anishabad sbi ATM.
              The following points are happend :-
              (i) The ATm slip was not print.
              (ii) The cash is not collected by us.
              (iii)After some time we try next time for withdrawal then 100/- cash recive by us in same day and my account was debited by 40100/- (i.e ATM maximun LIMIT is 40000/-)
              (iv) Same day we go branch but branch say your amount id debited by AXIS bank, so go for fir at police
              (v) Next day again we go branch then branch say aount was debit through SBI anishabad ATM.
              (vi) After seven day Branch say cash was withdrawal so we cannot give you.

              With above reference we recive anly 100/- but amount debit in my account was 40100/-, You also verify bo ATM video clip we can't recive 40000/-.

                I hv been a SBI card holder and honestly this is the worst ever card available in the world. Bank do claim of transparency and high values but the reality is far far away from the claims. I hv not been receving any statements from bank since last 2 years and I had been chasing bank for a period of 2 years almost begging to give me the statement of my account so i can clear the account but nobody is bothered to listen to customer but just want him to pay all what THEY ask. In my opinion, I hv alrdy paid much more than my actual usage but still the bank is asking for money. Despite of my repeated requestes no statement has been provided in last 2 years, so how can I pay the money without knowing what has happened in my account in this period.

                I am ready to pay each & every single paise of bank that I hv used BUT I wont be paying any un-justified charges and that is very much clear. Sir, pls pls help me on this issue.

                  I am a client of SBI Cap Securities and trade using the SBICAPSEC site. The contact numbers mentioned on the site to be called on, whenever I face any technical difficulty do not work. None of them is accessible and always busy, both off/on trading hours i.e., 9:45 AM-3:30 PM. I have found a great difficulty in contacting them and have had to resort to mailing their help desk which takes around 30 min to reply to a technical fallacy.

                  I agree, that most of the time helpline is busy, i can not get any help for any query or for any help . If by chance i get reply the executive does not respond properly and disconnect the phone.
                  i had to remain connected and waiting at least 25 to 30 minutes

                        Hello,

                        My name is Deepshankar Dey, and this complaint is against SBI, India largest bank.

                        Context: I was trying to open a savings account and deposit money in SBi :-).

                        Description: Just imagine citizens, and beaware because here is a bank who doesnt value any ones time and money, had it been a private bank they would have been backpacking by now.

                        I went to the Pune main branch approximately 20 days back to open a savings account, with a lot of trouble i got an account opeining form, in the mean time i also got to hear a few harsh words like " wo madam ke pass jao", Computer pe se haath nikalo" etc... finally i fill up the form and submit it to this very well spoken lady, who was the only point of help but had no powers what so ever.

                        Please mark my words, "this bank can convert automation into manual work, there is a form for everything...every single thing"

                        I had to fill up a form for Online banking, Debit cards (Joint Account Holder) and god know for what else in future.

                        Then i had to collect the passbook, and i wasn't surprised to the tone of the teller, they were rude to the core. as in they were passing on a favour on the customers.
                        I had a few bad instances as well in just 20 days of opening this account, for everyones information these 20 days were utilised by SBI to just open an account.

                        Finally their online banking never works, i am still waiting (7days) for their online banking credentials to work for me.

                        SBI Customer service is the most pathetic one i have ever spoken to, even BSNL has a better one, the guys sitting out there dont know heads no tail about their services, there is no co-ordination between bank and the contact center, the only answer they have is "Please Visit The Branch"

                        Problems in a flash:

                        1. Bad reception
                        2. Bad customer service
                        3. Bad personnel sitting at the teller (Very Rude)
                        4. Bad co-ordination between customer service and bank
                        5. No point of contact to get information conveniently ( I can loose anything if you get information at one counter)
                        6. Bad way of providing facilities - Internet Banking, Pin, Sccount number (SBI would frustrate you so much that you will be forced to not use any of the SBI services)
                        7. SBI will call you to the branch for everything.

                        Crux:
                        Its been 20 days i haven't been able to operate this account, its still in the initial strugling stage, which is ka Account opening in SBI.
                        This bank can only operate in villages where people dont know the importace of online banking, customer service and where they would like to go to the branch for every single reason, no offences though.
                        I have been so frustrated with this service that i have planned to close this account/no operate this account, and open up another account in any other bank, and never ever in my life would i ever engage with SBI for any reason.

                        This is 100% true. This Bank has worst service in western Maharashtra. The staff is very rude & behaves 100% in opposite what they mention in their advertisements - specially remember the ad. they do in name of Mahatma Gandhi. [ i.e. customer is god for us... customer is not an obstacle in our work etc. etc... ]

                        Worst bank in nationalised banks.

                        It is so simple Deepshankar ... SBI situation for such branches as of today is like a bullock cart driver is given a Mercedez or BMW to drive? This is what exactly happening with SBI banks in such areas, their personnel are not trained to meet the latest state-of-the-art banking requests and we cannot just blame the employees, it is our traditional system that they follow. They get frustrated when people like Deepshankar Dey approaches them with such requests whcih they are not aware/heard of ... please always understand their limitations, they cannot serve such requests in an hour, a day or a month.. it will take time to take a decision and then as i said such requests are probably sent to their HO in a 'bullock cart' for next action so it will take its time to get such services activatedI Recommend you try using other city braches of SBI for opening your account/activating online services and then you can have it transferred to the said branch without much difficulties or meeting such people at the counter for serving their customers/clients. Whatever happening is for good and whatever will happen that will also be good! Unni
                        My SB account is in Pallavaram branch(in Chennai) which was working on Sundays. Suddenly the branch has stopped working on Sundays. As such I am operating the account through Royapettah branch (in Chennai). Even for updating passbook one has to wait for 30 to 40 minutes [out of 5 counters only 1 or 2 will be working at a time]. Further, the bank is charging Rs.10, under the head "non-home passbk", for updating passbook. In my opinion, only God can tame SBI management and its staff.
                        This is aalok Bansal, i have an a/c from 2005 in Agra main Branch, But from last 4 Yrs i m under processings of My mobile no. registration, which is still in Process, They can't do anything for customers but only for their Relatives, sometimes they say, " there is no service for Mobile No. Registration, u are mistakenly filled some form", now i have opened an A/c with ICICI & using only this A/c. that SBI A/c is Used only for address Proof, nothing else is thr i can do wid dis a/c.

                        I am prashant. I am from middle india ( chhattisgarh) and currently in Pune (doing job). I am willing to open an account in SBI bank, . but the problem is that I dont have any proof of residance over here in Pune though I have passport, PAN and Driving licence which have the address of CG.
                        Do you think I can open the account in SBI as dont have any residancial proof.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am posting this complaint for the fourth time. Iam not a SBI card holder. I have never applied for any credit card and is not an user of credit cards. I am receiving SMS message every month from TA-SBI informing that Statement has been despatched and also informing the details of amount payable. My mobile No is [protected]. Each time on receiving SMS from TM-SBI I had posted a complaint through this forum but in vain. Except for these monthly SMS, I have not received a single communciation in writing. I regret to say that posting complaints through this forum seems to be a waste of time. No action has been taken and no reply has been given so far. I would once more request the authorities to deactivate it and ensure that no further SMS are send.

                            this is Pran Nath Thusoo i have an acc. in State Bank Of India, branch Durgapur (WB) I m with drawn the money of sbi atm machine in branch of Bhori Chungi talab tillo, Jammu (J&K), IFSC Code No.SBIN0010459, on 28.08.2009 i inserted my ATM card of No.[protected] in machine for Rs.500/- I did not get neither amount nor get any slip. After that when I take balance enquiry from the same machine at the time is 1454 hrs TXN No.6348, an amount of Rs.500/- was seen debited as cash withdrawl, all time I have seen that if amount is withdrawn through ATM, on the balance sheet it shows ATM WDL. I concuslted with the bank officials but they did not give any response. On 01.09.2009 I submitted written compliant from Durgapur SBI Branch Code No.0074 but till date the same amount was not credited in my account.

                              SBI STATES AS" THE NUMBER ONE BANK OF INDIA IN THIS BUSINESS", BUT HAVE DENIED ME A ELIGIBLE HOME LOAN FOR MY SON.NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE OFFICER CONCERNED BEHAVED IN A NON-BUSINESS LIKE MANNER.

                              I WAS GIVEN A ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE BY MY SBI MIND SPACE BRANCH FOR RS. 40.00 LACS FOR HOME LOAN FOR MY SON. WHEN APPROACHED THE OFFICERS CONCERNED ONE MR. SATYENDRA FROM BORIVLI (WEST) BRANCH DENIED THE AMOUNT. HE SAID WE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RS. 35.00 LACS ONLY.

                              WHEN I ASKED WHERE IN THE WORLD I WILL GO FOR THE SHORTAGE OF 5.00 LACS AT THE FAG END OF THE DEAL, I WAS INFORMED BY THE MAN THAT "SBI NEVER TOLD TO YOU TO BUY A HOUSE AND ALSO THERE ARE MANY OTHER BANKS IN THIS FIELD AND YOU CAN AVAIL THE LOAN FROM THEM.".

                              NOT ONLY THAT I WAS IN AGONY, BUT I WAS TO APPROACH THE HDFC BANK FOR THE LOAN WHERE IN THE LONG RUN I WILL MAKE A LOSS ON INTEREST OF RS. 5.00 LACS. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LOSSES??? SBI BANK ONLY. SBI SR. OFFICERS MUST REMOVE SUCH USELESS STAFF FROM THE MARKETING FIELD LIKE HOME LOANS- A MOST SENSITIVE FIELD, WHERE THE EMOTIONS OF A MIDDLE CLASS PERSONS ARE INVOLVED.                                 Hi,

                                I have saving account in Selaiyur, Chennai branch. One year before I relocated to Navi Mumbai. I went to CBD Belapur branch to fill and submit the account closure form. No one was accepting the form to close the account. They told me to go to Chennai and close the account.

                                I have registered for LIC payment by SBI credit card. I got a SMS on 09.01.08 saying that, my bill payment will be done on 10.01.08. i got customer care to stop payment as i earlier by cash to LIC, but cusotmer care guy told me that, it was paid on 08.01.08 itself (Rs. 8491/-) So i got one day late SMS. Then i dropped the check to SBI, even though i was in tough situation financially that time. Unfortunately i could not write the date in the check. I got check bounce letter from SBI after a week. Again dropped one more check. So the amount got credited just a 4 days late than the due date. For that Rs. 1000/- penalty given by SBI in next month statement. I called customer care so many times regarding this issue, they did not reduce the penalty amount. I sent many mails also to sbi. but no reply. Just a week back i have given a complaint also, then customer care replied that SBI will come back in 4 days. but no calls.

                                I could not get the tax exemption also for that LIC payment this year since the LIC transferred 2008 amount to 2009. I faced lot of problems as well as my tax exemption has also gone.

                                Now the amount i have to pay SBI is Rs. 6026. I want close the issue anyway. Pls let me know how best you can reduce the penalty.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I, Ketan D. Sardesai, Unfortunate Credit card holder & horribly harassed of SBI Credit cards. I have already once complained regarding harassment implied by SBI recovery dept. My case ID is CaseID=[protected]' After launching a complaint last time, Miss Amarpreet Kaur spoken with me regarding my complaint & even wrote to me & promised to resolve my problem. As per my previous mail & continuous request, I wanted SBI to cut my payments from my account directly. I have given the request in their supplied format. I have acknowledgement copy of the same with me. She confirmed me that I should send her a cancelled cheque & she will start auto debiting my dues from my account on monthly basis. When I converted my dues in ECS they said my amount per month is 2193/- . I wrote her in Email that I have lost trust from SBI people because every time somebody from SBI commits some thing & other says it is invalid. This has occurred many times. Hence I requested her to confirm that what will be my amount of EMI & for how many months it will get cut & I will send you the cheque so that she can start auto debiting the amount from my account. No reply was there from her side till the date.

                                  2 days back the same things have started again. SBI executive from Mumbai namely neetu called from[protected] & suddenly started convincing me for settlement of amount in lesser amount. I clearly mentioned that I am not interested in settling it, Since day 1 I am interested in auto debit only, but this so called customer care team could not solve my single query till the date. Every time they say that this harassment will not happen again & every time it happens repeatedly.

                                  That lady was not knowing anything about my case & even was not ready to here single word from me & was just forcing me to either settle or pay full amount at once where as I have been committed by them to cut it in 12 months. I have planned my finance according to the same, then how can they say that Miss Amarpreet is wrong? If she is wrong then why she committed like that ?

                                  Same day evening other lady from[protected] called neesha & she suddenly turned around, she said that I will not be availed with ECS without any reason as she committed that she don’t know it. Then I said that their other executive was offering me settlement & she typically said that she was wrong & no settlement is possible.

                                  These people are just playing with customer’s life. How & why should I disturb my finance planning for whole year because of SBI mistake & carelessness ?
                                  Who will pay for the mental imbalance created due to continuous harassment from SBI executive ?
                                  Who will bare the tension & problems created due to contradictory behavior of SBI recovery people ?
                                  Who is going to pay If I loose something major like my job due to this bad customercareship as I am not allowed to talk on phone while on job ?

                                  Finally that lady neeta has taken the promise from me to give 3 cheque’s for my pending amount, which will hamper my month badly & going to create mess in my next remaining years budget. I am holding SBI responsible for the same & not willing to pay the amount in such big quantum. I am ready to pay it from day 1 but whole team of SBI has failed to give me only service of auto debit in 12 months. I am warning SBI customer care & recovery dept that this is not possible for me to pay such a big amount suddenly. That lady neeta is going to send her executive to me on Monday. I need my solution before that. As I am unable to pay such a big amount at once. It will create problems from me & I don’t want to bare problems of being honest & bad service from SBI. SBI recovery is solely responsible for the problems created in my life & instability created.

                                  I hope you can do a little about this. Need a help being a honest customer & citizen.

                                    I have acquired a number [protected] which belonged to some guy named Chandrakant Parabh, I have this number since over a year now.

                                    We don't know who this guy is... or what he has done. But we are getting continuous calls from your call center #[protected] asking to pay or what not. Inspite of telling them over a month to update their database they keep calling.The last person we spoke was Rahul Kumar from the call center.

                                    I would like to know what kind of harassment is this? Inspite of not dealing with SBI in anyway you people have made us loose our sleep like we are criminals.

                                    I have received a SMS saying Call letter despatched and also got the Exam Date and Time. But i didn't get the call letter through Post till date.

                                    An option from your end that take the call letter printout from site with the help of Login ID and password.and i have been searching the Link but doesn't get the same.
