Hi SBI Fast tag,

It is has been almost a month since I sent a mail to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in for the fast tag with my number ending with 566.
The issue is after the user login, it keeps on asking to verify the PAN several times, which is weird. If cancel is clicked, it logs out me and I am unable to view my details.

I cannot cancel the Fast tag since I need to log in to the portal which is not possible due to the PAN verification error.
When the customer care executives are called, they keep playing by telling, we will record your feedback and send it to the backend team.
Why do I care about the feedback, why can't they try to resolve it.
It is taking ages by SBI to even give a reply.
I never get a reply, after 2 weeks, I sent another escalation mail to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in ; etc.[protected]@ihmcl.com .

Even then I don't get a reply.

To be frank, SBI should shut down its service operations unless it is serving the people. Every 9 / 10 people, you ask, they tell you how pathetic SBI works.

    Sbi yono app - did not have rights

    Sir I, Santanu Adhikary, am a account holder of SBI BANK. ACC NO - [protected]. CIF No - [protected] .
    Recently I applied for sbi yono app registration. After that I can access the acount but did not able to transact. It shows I have no right to do so. When I go transaction right option in the app there shows ' no account found'. Kindly if you look in to the matter....

I had returned the product and 22nd June, 2021 was the date of refund initiation. I still haven't received my refund yet. The refund reference number is :[protected].

            I am praveen using sbi credit card since last 12 years...since due to pandemic last 1 and half year I was unable to pay the amount...
            But still I am willing to o pay and need some time..

            Recovery agents r harassing my father and brother calling 200 times a day and if they pick it's out duty is was they r saying.my number is [protected]

              Dear SBI credit card team i have two card with sbi bank ending with 6771 and 4995 .
              In last month i was positive of covid 19 and due to that scanrio i was unable to pay bill on time of one card ending with 6771 .

              1: i paid total bill of card ending with 4995 of 11500 date 19/08/2021 but when i checked i was charged for approx 2005 inr .

              2:due to my medical condition i paid 6000 in card ending with 6771 and talked for same to excecutive called from your side to pay rest on 25 aug 2021 .But today i found my card in negative limit of irn 999 and ehen i checked unbilled transaction i found that i am charged for finance charges of approx INR 8665 /-
              It is very shocking that after talking and for such a small time i am charged such a hingh amount .
              This is unethical .
              Please reverse charges else i am going to sue you guys in district consumer court and also in rbi ombus.I am in mental and financial depression because of you guys .

              Please revert asap asap

                I ordered three products (realme narzo 30A laser blue, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage with no cost EMI/additional offers and neostark men's slim fit stretchable white jeans and inkast denim co. men's slim fit casual shirt) of worth 8999 (realme narzo 30A laser blue, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage with no cost EMI/additional offers) and 619 (neostark men's slim fit stretchable white jeans) and 499 ( inkast denim co. men's slim fit casual shirt) on 3 august 2021, 21 july 2021 and 21 july 2021.
                and i cancelled realme narzo 30A, inkast denim casual shirt and returned neostark jeans on 28 july. amazon says they already issued refund on 4 august, 22 july and 29july but i didnt get any refund from them i checked bank statement clearly.
                the RRNs for orders are:
                1. 860299
                2. ONUS20210729
                3. ONUS20210722
                i contacted the bank it says there is nothing we can get from these RRNs its amazon's fault and amazon says its SBI's fault and my amount is still not received.
                please go through this situation and request bank for the refund amount, its big amount, i've talked about this situation to amazon about 10times and bank about 5 times i didn't get any help.

                  On 15 august 2021 i made a payment ref. no. [protected]IGALTSIAE6 TO TRANSFER INB PayU Payments Private Lim but website showed null response and the payment was not forwarded to municipal corporation of patiala portal. but my account has been debited of Rs. 1596. please refund.

                    Please have a Look into the concern about my SBI Credit Card Settlement Plan.

                    As you can see in this below mail, I mentioned all the Transactions along with the reference numbers. My Last Transaction was late due to COVID-19, Phase-2 Lockdown, because I’m a salaried Employee.

                    Just because of Lockdown My Salary not credit in my account on time and my SBI Credit Card Payment delayed, However I already talk to My Settlement Agent (Mr. Sameer Singh), He Told me “Don’t Worry Mam, You can pay before 30th May 2021 and your settlement will not cancel, because I ask to my senior that is working in (Netaji Subhash Place Branch), So, No need to worry. But before 30th May 2021”.

                    But now he says your settlement plan is cancelled due to payment delay and also He left the Job.

                    How a person trust on your Customer Support like you because your agents & Co-workers renege their promises.
                    Kindly draw your kind attention toward my concern; I was customer of SBI Credit Card Ending with 6468.
                    I agree to settle up my account with you (Tracer No- [protected]) on 10/2/2021 with Rupees 50, 000/- and I already paid my all EMIs of Rupees 12500/-
                    EMI Details:

                    1. 12500 10 Feb 2021 Txn No: VHD[protected]
                    2. 12500 10 Mar 2021 Txn No: VDH[protected]
                    3. 12500 10 Apr 2021 Txn No: VDH[protected]
                    4. 12500 22 May 2021 Txn No: VDH[protected]
                    So, I want you to Release my NOC on my mail, please look forward it as soon as possible and please close this case on immediate basis.

                      Respected sir, I made a recharge of 149 for airtel number XXXXXX9010.But the recharge was not done, but my points as well as money got deducted from my account.On entering and submitting the OTP, a message was shown on the screen as error 500-there is some error from my side.My sbi rewardz registered no is-XXXXXX2262.The payment was done from SBI bank registered mobile number-XXXXXX4464.Date-24th August, 2021.Time around 1:58 pm.I attach a photos in this COMPLAINT.

                          I having demat ac. with client id 44541339.I am getting problem in funt lien . when i trying to do FUND LIEN .its coming like e broking registration is not available. that's why i m not able to do online trading i have this problem starting when i opened an account.

                          I have spent 6 weeks to fix this problem, there is no response let alone solving the problem. I called the Jalgaon branch office and already been 6 months. They are giving reasons like the website not working, holidays are there, etc. since the opening of my account and has no use yet. My sincere advice is to open Demat with private brokers they at least give u a response as your important to them unlike govt sector. I want to escalte this problem to SBI, but couldn't find any details.I am very upset by this service, and I am wondering why other websites like 5 paisa and others are growing and I wish that i should have not opened account by sbi at first place. Please solve my problem.

                              My refund was credited by Amazon on 15/08/2021 but still i have not received my refund in my bank account mean my refund was not credited on my bank account yet.

                                  I have made all the payment before due date as due date is 11 th of june. Payment
                                  made are as follows 5/06/2021- rs 6200 6/06/2021- rs 20273.76 transferred to EMI
                                  9/06/2021- rs 11200 11/06/2021- rs 10000 11/06/2021- rs 7300 Total payment
                                  including transfer on EMI is rs 54973.76 and my due amount on 11/06/2021 was rs
                                  54889. However I am charged for 2588.91 as late payment charges, I have chasing
                                  them for long time but they are not responding with correct answer and just sending
                                  me message that late payment can not be reversed, I have almost sent 19 to 20
                                  email but they behaviour like they do not care about customer, they have just
                                  wested my time and it's a kind of mental torture where they do not even care about
                                  customer, Request you tk please check and resolve this matter

                                    I was using UPI PhonePe Through On 7th July 2021, My bank have done 5000 Rupees Failed Transaction and that amount is not reversed in my account, I have also raised a complaint in SBI, Phonepe, and NPCI. But they Didn't resolve my problem!
                                    So, I am Humbling requesting you!
                                    Please take some action at my branch.

                                      I have a saving account in sbi, due to some personal reason I was not operated my account for a long period,
                                      So it became inactive.afterthat when I needed I transferred my account onlie in other state and completed my kyc.they told me it's hold account and there's[protected] lien amount.
                                      When I asked them what's the reason they didn't told me to go your old branch to clear this lien amount.
                                      When I didnt taken any loan then whats reason of lien???
                                      Who will tell the proper reason##i sent an email to my old branch but no response yet.plz help me to clear my lien amount and active my account soon.
