I had issued a Power of attorney (PoA) for property registration to my spouse as we had a joint loan and due to medical obligation i could not be present at the registration office.
The registration was done with PoA but the MODT was rejected. We approached the loan office to help with MODT but no one knew the procedure in this case. We are left with no clue as to the further process. The medical obligation would take atleast 4 months...
