Sir, I have a Bank A/C No. [protected] at SBI PINJORE. I have withdrawan Rs. 14, 000/- on dated 10/11/08 through ICICI ATM at BARH, Distt-Patna, State-Bihar (ID S1CW5109) vide token No. 9422 but said amount not withdrawn thorugh ICICI ATM and shown transaction declined. Now I have checked balance vide token no.9423 then I have astonished said amount Rs. 14, 000/- debited against my account. Furhter I have contacted with ICICI Bank patna and he advised to me submit a complain parent SBI at Pinjore. Subsequently I have lodged a complian on 14/11/08 regarding such matter at SBI Pinjore and he given a reference number1833278 and assured that you case has been taken with concerned authority and your amount automaticaly credited into your account. But till date said amount not credited into my account and I always contacted with Manager of SBI Pinjore but neither response to me nor solve my complain. Presently I am facing financial hardship and such amount is needed urgently.
In view of above, request look in to the matter personly and credited such amount on my account.

Hi,

We had a similar incedent, the ATM machine was of Standard Chartered and the Bank Account belonged to ICICI Bank.

We had to follow up vigrously with ICICI bank and we got the amout refunded in approximately 75 days.

Please dont loose hope and if nothing helpd, go to a consumer forum / court.

    Hi,

    Place- SBI, Tiruapttur Branch, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu-635601

    I have approched SBI bank for Home loan with the proper documents reqiured. Manager has replied saying that SBI doesnt provide Home loan's for village area's. If Home loans are not given for village, then how villages will grow in our country. To whom i can approch other than my government to get loan for my purpose. I dont want to come out of my village. Please help me and provide the loan for my village.

    Yes boss... same thing happened to me with ICICI bank...

    I don't know how come these are not considering villages in country like India where 80% of population is in villages...
    Really government and so called banks, i have faced same problem.
    I hope you media will expose this and people will get justice soon .

      This is my A/c.No.[protected].From T.Nagar Branch.I have lost my ATM Debit card.So can you pl LOck my ATM Card Transactions.
      On 13th August 2009, when I was trying to withdraw an amount using my Debit Card from SBI ATM situated at Reserve Bank of India, Main building, Mumbai, I have inadvertently entered wrong PIN number. Because of this my Debit Card has been blocked/deactivated. I have not preserved the slip which came out at that time from ATM machine.
      Now, my card is not being accepted by the ATM and due to which I am not able to use my Card. Hence I request you to activate my Present Debit Card and send me fresh PIN or issue me a new card with PIN to my Address given below.         hello sir, i m lovish dhiman . my elder brother had applied for atm service in last december . he recieved his atm card on 15th of jan2009. but due to exchange problem of post with other branch(as told by bank officials) he didn't get his pin no. so far. although when we approach to bank officials they just neglect us by saying that the problem is being forwarded to main branch either may be delhi or somewhere else. pls look into the matter as my bro is in deadly need of this, also pls check on behaviour of branch officials. eagrly waiting for u rs response, otherwise i m going to take the help of RTI 2005 soon.my phone no.           I withdrew Rs 1500/- from my SBI account on 24th April '09 using my SBI ATM cum DEBIT card. later when i checked the mini statement Rs 1500/ were debited twice from my account on that day. I went to the branch and got it checked and found that both the transactions have the SAME transaction code, that is my account has been debited with Rs 1500/ twice when I asked for once, which means that it is a fault of the machine.

          The money has not been reverted back yet.

          Kindly help.

          on 27th of this month while booking 3 train tickets, fare of two more tickets was debited from my account... In the online reservation site (irctc.co.in), its is showing the amount has been refunded bt when i chkd the mini statement... it was not refunded

But the amout has been debited twice fm my A/C.. I have file complained vide complain No. AT[protected] but still I have received no reply from yr banck. Please intimate statuse of my complaint

              This is S.Arunkrishna, I am a customer of SBI-0869 branch located at west veli street, Madurai-01 since 2007. Today morning I contact this branch for applying for new ATM card due to damage of old one and internet banking. I applied for ATM card that is not problem, I can’t be applied for internet banking because absent of net banking executive. That fellow is failed to do his duty. One or two day absent is not problem but most of the day that net banking fellow is absent. If he came, he failed to contact customers timely. I am contacting continuously this branch for net banking for last one year but still now I can’t be getting that due to that fellow. See SBI peoples are doing their job for time pass and they sitting at AC room and simply telling that person is not in his seat so you please come tomorrow. I contact enquiry section for home loan that lady told loan person also not in his seat so you please contact tomorrow. So SBI peoples are failed to know customers situations and their feelings. See in this time everybody knows important of net banking but SBI is failed to giving that to me. Sir I am also professional, working as an Electrical Engineer in one Construction Company at Chennai. So I am also known all rules and regulations and legalism. If it will continue like this SBI may loss more customers from this branch. I can come to madurai three or four times only per year. Now also I came here on leave. Kindly treat this as very seriously and most important. If you put one survey for know the status of madurai-0869 branch, you can surely get same responses from customer’s side.

                SBI-PBB, Koramangala Branch hardly answers any calls made by the customers.
                Also there are no replies to the mails sent to the branch regarding any issue.
                People who reside other than in Bangalore do not have any update of any issue faced by them unless they personally walk into the branch.

                I opened a Trading Account with them. Though I am receiving sms(es), I have not received the kits from them which could have enabled me to start business.
                This is true...I am trying to contact the bank but they never pickup the phone.
                Absolutely True...They are ruining the name of the bank badly.Today almost all the banks are customer oriented, but there customer service is pathetic.The ph. no. on the site are not working and on putting 100 mails we never get reply for a single mail.
                IT IS REALLY TRUE THAT PBB KORAMANGALA BRANCH NEVER ANSWERS ANY CALLS FROM THE CUSTOMERS.WE HAVE TO WALK PERSONALLY INTO THE BANK TO GET ANSWERS FOR OUR QUERRIES
                It is really true. This is a terrible fact which SBI needs to look after. This is really bad for customers staying away from bangalore and having account in this branch.
                SBIppb koramangala will not repaly to any of the mails, we have to personally has to go to the office.Even though i went to change my gender which is written as female instered of male, for this i went to office when i was in bangalore i made him to change, but in my pay-slip still it is giving as female.And 2 more issues i had i mailed them i think 20 times but no replay. this is really difficult those who are staying away from bangalore just like me.
                Strongly Agree, These people never turn to solve my problems. What kind of customer service you are providing?

                This is 100% TRUE.SBI need to have a look at this issue seriously .This really damages the name of sbi.They will never pick up the phone and never reply to any mails.Worst customer service
                Even i strongly agree with this. I have sent many mails but there is no reply yet!!
                PBB Koramangala SBI branch is not functioning properly i feel.
                People do not respond at all. almost many customers facing the same issue with this branch.
                I wanted to contact the branch manager hell lot many times, but there always no response from them.
                This is really something SBI should look in to!!
                It is true. I have sent so many mails for raising a refund request and they never respond to it. Also I call them up, the result is same.
                Yes. I had taken a loan in order to do a initial deposit while joining WIPRO. After the 4 years bonding has been completed. The loan has also been fully closed but still when we take loans in other banks they get the records as pending payments. I dont know why. When we called to th number [protected] given by the branch to contact them for any issues, it seems they have received such complaints earlier also. They said they will send me a confirmation mail that the loan has been completely paid and closed. I sent the issues to their mail id Wiprohelpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in as well as sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. But its been 2 days that i have not received any reply even i followed up on the same mail. We need to walk in straight to the branch. I am at chennai. When we go there they very cooly tellling we could have mailed them instead coming to branch long way from chennai. Very funny. Now its urgent for me to get a letter that my loan account has been completely cleared, no payment and confirmation letter from them for the same. They are not picking up the calls also. :(

                The customer service is bad but they expecting us to take loan in their branch. If such things happening how can we trust and take loan from them.
                PBB Koramangala team is really donno whether they are doing their job holistically and just not bothered about the customer requirement. Since many co-operates are tagged with SBI and there is no proper function happening. Once need to have a discussion with Branch Manager to close the loopholes and make the team respond properly and being satisfaction when there is a need out.
                This is the worst branch of SBI that I have ever seen, infact the worst branch any bank could ever think of. No one responds to your call nor you get replies for your email.
                What the hell the staff do in 8 hours..I sent number of emails, number of time called...

                I am raj, i have signature issue in my account, i'm from hyderabad and my account is from koramangala branch, bnglr, actually i work in mnc while joining some of your executive took my details to opening an account and i got account opened after that when i'm using my cheques its showing wrong signature with this issue i checked with one our nearest branch but they said my signature is appearing with some other signature, so this the issue...kindly tell me what i have do now coz without my knowledge the signature was wrong.

                After reading all the above complaints, the bank is the same from 2012 till now in 2019 Dec. It is pathetic. No response to the emails and no response to the calls as well.

                My Loan A/C Number is [protected] & First EMI started from 10th November 2020. Since then I have paid regularly and I haven't kept pending a single EMI.
                While I was signing my loan formalities I have given my EMI date shall be 10th of every month & accordingly it was accepted by bank officers.
                Even today I am getting frequent message & audio message saying I am irregular & defaulter of paying my dues. When I have contacted branch, they said please ignore the message.

                I am sorry to say instead myself ignoring, I request your person (team which is regularly sending SMS & Audio messages) should update in their system related to my loan. Sothat the concerned authorities will awake & will not send sms such un-useful things.

                Atleast they should have the idea to contact the concerned bank branch and should have checked whether this guy is defaulter. Isn't???

                Hope my issues will be resolved soon.

                  i'm a sbi atm-cum-debit card holder. on 10/5/09 at 17.33 i went to axis bank atm, which was near by(ezhilagam, chennai). i fed all the details n waited for money. the response was THE HOST IS NOT AVAILABLE. after that i took money from sbi atm, i realised Rs200 was debited from my account in previous transaction. ATM id is S1A000610 and the record number is 4223. transaction declined code is 072. thank u for refunding.

                  i had with drawl Rupees forty thousand on 02/09/2009 from two Axis bank machine i had with drawl Rupees forty thousand on 02/09/2009 from two Axis bank machine which is under the same roof but the amount debited from my account was 80000(eighty thousand rupees) the atm machine id's are
                  1. S1AC01626 and its record number is 1520 time is 20:05
                  2. S1AC01636 and its record number is 6651 time is 20:07

                    On 4th May 2009 around 7.20 PM I use my ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- from S.B.I, B-1, Community Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110 058 through my Andhra Bank, ATM Card No.[protected]. But S.B.I ATM Machine is not functioning my transaction was turned down and no amount/receipt came out of the ATM machine.

                    By next day morning I check up from Andhra Bank, R.K.Puram, New Delhi where my Savings Bank account is there the amount of Rs.10, 000/- taken from my account. Immediately I made a written complaint to our Andhra Bank, R.K.Puram, New Delhi branch. Till date my amount was not credited/return from S.B.I.

                    I would request to your good office to kindly look into the matter and arrange to return my amount of Rs.10, 000/- at an early date.

                      I had to deposit cash in my account which was rejected due to my 500 rupee note was little bit mutilated.The 500 rupee note I had had withdrawn from ATM. After that I asked the branch manager to give me in writing that my note is not usable but he refused instead he with his staff joked with me about my native place and my community(racial joke).

                        this is very common attitude of bank now a days so please change your attitude mr. state bank of India and i am also think that it may be a scandal of bank employees that automatic transaction made of any person
                        I have also faces similar problem on day before yesterday.On 30th May I have tried to make a transaction of Rs 10000/- with SBI ATM using my CitiBank ATM Card.But got pop up like "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS ".Later I haave used the card with AXIX bank and got the money.But surprisingly I found Rs 10000/- has been debited from my account, although I didn't get the money from SBI ATM.I have talked to CItiobank and SBI cust care.Citibank confirmed me they would look in the issue but SBI told me they couldn't help me in this regard.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is further to my letter 7.4.2009 and other 5 letters sent to you earlier after atleast more than 30 letters to all others of your Bank to settle my issue. This is my 6th reminder to you in regard to the settlement of my accounts. I have already sent you all the related documents earlier . In the mean time I have received another Legal Notice dated 8.4..2009. Instead of settling my genuine problem, you are sending me Legal Notices again and again.
                            I have received a letter ref. no.HV/E/APR-09/12342 fromManager Payment Assistance Unit wherin it is stated that I need to pay Rs.10648.2105 before 1st June to settle the matter which is without any base.
                            1.In this matter please note that a cheque no.162713 dated 27.6.2005 for Rs.10000/- towards balance transfer was received by me from SBI without my consent or my request.
                            2. I returned the Cheque to SBI Cards. But the amount and installment with interst had started in my monthly statement of July/August 2005 and accumulated in my total outstanding.
                            3. I several times reminded to the help-line / Customer service to correct and reverse it with interest and installments paid monthly by me and to change my total outstanding correctly, but it has not happened.
                            4. At last in September 2006, I have calculated the total outstanding and made final payment considering all my payable .41000/- on 29.9.2006 with interest and destroyed the card and send the broken card to the Bank with letter and I have not used the card after I have made last payment.
                            5. The outstanding showing as on August.06 is Rs.46903.02 less Rs 10000/- cheque return less interest and installment of Rs.10000/- from August 05 to September 06 Rs 6443/- less Rs. 41000/- paid by me I, e I have paid more Rs.7539.98

                            Unfortunately instead of returning me the above amount your Executive is asking me to pay Rs. 10648/- on what basis kindly let me know.

                            From 2005 repeatedly I am crying to door to door for correction of my account but none has done so. I can show you about 100 pages file which has been created for this card.

                            Sir, the way I am being harassed and the way I am to spend money and waste time without any fault, you can only understand.
                            Please give a little time on my issue and settle the issue which is clear that Bank is not get any amount from me.
                            I am not sending other papers to you which I have sent to your Bank time to time from 2005.

                            Again I would like to state that the Bank will not get anything from me which you will only understand .

                            2397/- through my SBI credit card No [protected]. The amount correctly shown in my monthly statement dated 17/06/2010. But the amount i.e Rs 2397/- dated 29/05/2010 has again shown in the name of P P Jewellers PVT LTD NEW DELHI in the monthly statement of 17 jul 2010 but I never purchased any thing from P P JEWELLERS on 29/05/2010 with Rs 2397. In this regard you are reguested kindly rectify this bill and intimate through email and sent fresh bill at my address for early paymemt.

                              I am a Class_I Officer in Electricity Co. in Maharashtra. I have taken in Principle clearnace of SBI for takeover loan of Rs.6.50 lacs taken earlier from ICICI Bank. The clearnace was taken on 4/5 Oct.2008. As per procedure, I have submitted all document and papers to SBI Branch Market yard, Kolhapur on 23.10.2008. The Branch submitted the file to Regional Business Office, Nagala park, Kolhapur for scrutiny of file and sanction. RBO took nearly 2-3 months to process the file the reason better known to them. RBO assumed that Class I officer post is temporary and loan can not be given. This is a joke that Officer post is regarded as temporary. I tried to convince them that all Govt. orders are on same lines stating any post as temporary prima facie and that will not in any case affect permanent ship on the post held by me. But the authorities denied my loan application after nearly 6 months by passing falatu remarks since their intention was very clear. Not to sanction my file at any cost. If this is the case with Officer, how can SBI makes propoganda of sanction of loan without tension @ 8 % p.a. rate of interest and saying that home loan is not a burden. I have come to the conclusion that SBI loans are meant for only shethjis, big houses and businessmans and not for the needy common man. SBI favours the insolvents and loan is easily available at their doorstep within few time and SBI kicks the common man and honest Officers like me who look the loan as first preference liability. Is there any body to wake up the SBI ?

                                Sir,
                                I used my ICICI bank ATM card on 6-4-09 at SBI ATM machine No.S1AC 00081346 for withdrawal of Rs.9000. Payment declined vide TKN No 5878, Response code 072 but my ICICI bank was debited for Rs.9000.
                                Took up the matter with the ICICI bank and SBI bank but despite 35 days not refunded the amount to my ICICI Bank A/c[protected]. Have made several calls to the call centres of both the banks but so far no progress.

                                  I had applied a housing loan from SBI, NAL branch bangalore in Feb 2009. I did all the verifications done, attached all the documents they asked and they were satisfied with the documents. Even though there was no way of getting the status update, I tried in whatever way I could. They kept on saying that it is under process always. Now after 3 months they say that my applications has been rejected due to ineligibility. This is very wierd and stupid as there is no way it can be as my and my wife's income together makes a good amount, much more than the eligibilty. Also please note that the application is taken only after checking the eligibilty. They are also not able to explain what the ineligibilty is. Now we are facing severe problems as we had alrady paid a good amount as advance to the builder. How can we trust these nationalised banks and their service. It is really horrible and very downgraded.

Now after 3 months they say that my applications has been rejected due to non verfication of address on which we reside, Me and My brother both work in software industries so it will be sure that on weekdays no one will be at home, we presented our rent contract and all the proofs then to they are not satisfied. This is very weird and stupid as there is no way it can be as my and my brother's income together makes a good amount, much more than the eligibilty. . They are also not able to explain what the ineligibilty is. Now we are facing severe problems as we had alrady paid a good amount as advance to the builder.                                     My complaint is the regular one about the SBI Credit card. No monthly statements by post or through email ever, except when I complaint about it. But they are sending messages regarding their mega offers through all means, ie, postal, email, sms and through mobile phone! They will also acknowledge recipt of the check only after five or six days after depositing the same in their SBI box. But they are prompt in one thing though: they sent me my renewed credit card (without my consent at all) more than five weeks before the expiry month. I am trying to register with sbicard website for the last two days, but to no avail. Anyway, I am going to get rid of it this month. Even the thought makes my BP down and feels me releived of the trauma.

                                      I wanted to check my balance through my sbi atm card.I used dena bank atm in rt nagar, bangalore to check it but the card was taken away by the machine and asked me to contact the bank.I contacted dena bank and they asked me to write a letter abount the incident and told me that they would send my card to the sbi rt nagar directly and i should collect it from their.Is it possible that my card can be misused?

                                        I have Savings Bank Account with State Bank Of India, Defence Colony Secunderabad . My S.B A/C No, is [protected] . on 26.04.2009 I went to draw an amount of Rs. 10, 000 at ORIENTAL BAK OF COMMERCE ATM at Prashantnagar, Uppal when I tried for the first time the transaction in ATM could not got completed and the screen became blank and no cash came out . Hence I tried for the second time then I received a cash of Rs.10, 000. When I checked my account on 05.05.2009 it was found that there are two withdrawal entries of Rs.10, 000 each on 26.04.2009. that is Rs.20, 000 whereas I have drawn only Rs.10, 000. so the transaction of OBC (oriental Bank Of Commerce ) is to be verified from SBI side and the Amount of Rs.10, 000 whcih is debited from my account to be credited back to my S.B account .
