    sir, i want say that, i v my ac in sbi main branch in muzaffarnagar railway road .
    2 april i was try withdrawal RS.15000 .(fifteen thoushands) form PNB Atm Court road muzaffarnagar.but that's trangecation was faild and Rs.15000 Dabited from my Account.
    i was try to infrom SBI Main branch Muzaffarnagar . but there nobady coprate me, evan head manager, astt, manager who shouted me and say me, i v no idea wht u do now
    and go back come tomarrow, i say him ( mr.jain ) astt.manager . that just show my bal right now but he refused me to do something abt this matter . i written a application abt this matter but he not recived my application . say me go to PNB Bank for do my complained .so next day was holiday after holiday. i was go to PNB . they say me, that they can't do nothing abt this matter becoz That ATM'S was SBI .and sand me back to SBI bank on 4 april . i go to SBI MAIN BRANCH RAILWAY ROAD, i met to head manager he say me i v no time for u go to astt.manager (mr.jain) i go to mr .jain astt.manager, he say me that he had sent my matter to head office and my mony retuned after 3 months . i shoked after three months . that is very long time, i can;t wait such long time . i need mony just this time .
    so i mail to head office abt this matter, and i was told delhi custmar care office .
    i attached a slip from PNB ATM which transaction .was faild.

    My request no.which given by bank-2366791, sbi bank say me that my money refund after three months .i can't wait three months i need my money .so i request to you plzz help me . as u can.

      Hi,
      I am getting problem to withdraw fund from SBI ATM for past few days.It is showing response code 70.I contacted with local branch in Chennai, They told me to contact with your branch .My branch bank is Bhel, Plant, Bhopal and also told me that this is due to link failure of that branch.I have sent complain mail to them.
      Till now, I am also seeking help from persons who is managing this website.

      Hello,

      The same error was occured with me at Pune and my account was at Rajkot. But my problem was solved immediately on next day. I think that you might not have used your ATM card since long. If you have any contacts with your home branch the bank official will credit and debit Rs. 1 to solve this problem.
      Dear Sir,
      My self Alok Kumar Singh, SBI Account holder (A/c NO: [protected] Branch Code:8231, Branch: Industrial Area, Khalilabad, Dist. Sant kabir Nagar, UP.). I went to PNB ATM(Branch Code:4101), Khalilabad, Dist. Sant kabir Nagar, UP for withdraw Rs.10000/- due to my urgent need on 24th April 2009 at 5 pm. But due to power failure between the process ATM Machine become swiched off and the cash hold in ATM. When I checked my account Rs.10000/- has been debited.
      When I meet the Branch Manager of SBI, he told that in SBI main ATM account Rs.10000/- has been debited.
      When I meet the Branch Manager of PNB, he replied that the amount Rs. 10000/- is not creadited in PNB main ATM account.
      In such case we are facing more suffer from both branch managers. They are not given proper information regarding this case. From last 15 days I am in touch of both managers, but there is no response. So, I don’t know what I do, and how I will get my money back.
      Please take proper action regarding this case and please credit Rs.10000/- in my account as early as posible.

LIKE BANK JUST TRANSFER TO SOmE OTHER BANK ICICI AXIS OR HDFC AT LEAST THEY LISTEN TO YOU I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM AND HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED DESPITE OF MANY VISITS THEY SAY TO COEM ON AFTER FIVE DAYS ALL THE TIME AS THEY HAVE MANY OTHER THINGS TO DO AS TAKING TEA, TALKING TO THEIR COLLEAGUES ETC.

        THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED ADDRESS SINCE OCT'2008, RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.
        I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR PROMPT DELIVERY OF MONTHLY STATEMENT.

        It is to inform that several times I have requested to send my Statements through by post or E-mail. Since last five months I have not received any message or any mail from your end. When I transferred from Nellore to Tadepalligudem of West Godavari district, Your people contacted me and enquired about the change of address, last 15 days back also I told same thing when your people contacted me over by phone from Chennai. Hence, it is requested once again kindly send the statements either by post or by e-mail. My new address is given below'

        dear sir
        this has been a regular feature form the SBI railway card division. they do not sen dthe statements in time. most of the time i recieve them only after the due date. as i get a sas alert i pay . but it is difficult to verify the details and thir customer service is so bad that people do not know how to coverse. if the statement is generated on 18th of every month i do not get the statement till the due date. hope someything is done for this inspite of regular reminders to their customer service

        Dear Sir,
        I am not receving my Credit Card Statement for the last year. No.of times I have given complaint also but there is no vain. Every month from your colletion centre peoples are harrasing me. I have told no. times to them but they have not listen my words. I also informed to send my monthly statment by way of Courrier Service / Registered post but you are not sending. Your collection department is telling that my monthly statment is sending regularly but I have not seen for the past one year. So I request to send statement by Courrier/Registered post. I am embrassing by your collection people.
        IN THIS CONNECTION I REQUEST YOU TO SEND THE BILLS BY COURRIER OR REGISTERED POST OTHER WISE I WILL APPROACH TO AMBUDSMAN FOR JUSTICE.

          I, Mr.Sushil Saha having credit card no-[protected] would like to draw your sympathetic attention to the fact that for last six months i am running with acute financial crisis for the treatment of my ailing parents and for my other reasons.
          Though i am paying regular minimum amount on the card, but it has become difficult for me now to pay the same further.
          Therefore, based on the above facts, i would request you to convert the entire outstanding in maximum instalments that you can so that the amount comes lower than the minimum amount.And can pay that instalment regularly from the next month.
          Your favour in this regard immidiately will be highly appreciated.

            Sir,
            Sub: EMI amount for unavailed loan amount - Mental agony due to harassment - Complaint submitted - Reg


            I humbly to submit few lines to you to set right my very long issue with SBI Credit Card. During the Last week of January the SBI officials Called me over telephone for providing an loan amount of Rs.47, 000/- to me. I have agreed to accept the loan, but I have to agree the terms and condition and to be singn on the same. I have asked to disclose the terms and conditions, but the officials told that we will send the terms and conditions along with the Cheque amount for signing and acceptance of the Loan amount. Further they have added that if I am not satistifed with the terms and condition I can return the entire post (cheque etc) to the SBI CARD office. Accordingly I have received the Cheque and Terms and Conditons(to be signed and agreed), As I am not not satisfied with the terms and conditions I have returened the entire post (along with Cheque and everything) to the SBI CARDS & Services P LTd, PB No.28, GPO, New Delhi - 110001 through Indian Speed Post on the same Day ie 31/01/2009. The same was received by the SBI CARDS office on 04/01/2009.(The receipt was verified with the Speed Post Delivery Information of Article available in the internet).

            Further on first week of February 2009 I have called the officials over the Call Centre I have clearly explained about the cancellation of the Loan and about the return back of the Cheque. The officials accepted the cancellation and given me no:[protected]. further complaint no [protected]

            It it to be noted that without receipt and acceptance of the loan, the amount was included into my SBI Card Account during the Last week of January 2009 itself. Thereafter my enquiry in this regard attented by SBI Card officials assured me to revert the loan and related penalties in a week or so. But none of the assurances of your office are adhered to.The Dates of calls are as follows:
            12/02/2009, 26/02/2009, 05/03/2009, 09/03/2009- Raj Chennai, 12/03/2009-Menaka Chennai, 22/03/2009- Ramya Chennai, 23/03/2009, 26/03/2009-Shibu Chennai, 31/03/2009 Ayas Chennai,

            Without bothering anything the SBI Card send thein monthly statement (Feb and March)indicating the EMI amounts and Penalties etc and Seperate due notices etc. Further, During the first week March SBI card Collection Centre Officials from Chennai, given lot of trouble over telephone and SMS, officials called me on 18/03/2009, 19/03/2009, 20/03/2009 talked to me very vigourous about payment of the minimum due of the unavailed loan amount. Till today I am received lot of calls and SMS from SBI CARD for payment of the unavailed.

            Regarding the issue I have sent e-mail to feedback.[protected]@ge.com;head.[protected]@ge.com but in vain

            Meanwhile on 05/04/2009 two officials came from SBI CARD regarding the collection and asked lot of questions to my family members and created big trouble in my house, At that I was not available in the house, Which created a lot of issues in my family.

            I am prompt payer for past three years without any due, as on date I have do due with SBI CARD. Due to the mental agony created by the SBI CARDS & PAYMENT P LTD, I have suffered in the following:
            1) I am unable to concentrate on my officials duty for past two month, I was remarked "Not Good" in the Confidential Report
            due to not completing the year year Work.
            2) I am unable to concentrate on daughters study who is writing Matriculation (10th) Exam, she is fully depending on me for her education.
            3) I am unable to attend one course "Post Graduate in e-Governance for Executives" at one top level Management Institute,
            course fees of Rs.5.25. lakhs First instalment of Rs. 1 lakhs paid.
            4) Lot family mis understating created.

            I light of the above, I kindly request you to pass necessary orders to revert the unavailed loan amount and its pernalties etc. and penalty of Rs. 5 lakhs to be imposed on the SBI CARD & PAYMENTS SERVICES LTD due to my above said sufferings. I am sending all the copies of documents to you for verification.

            Since, I am a field official, it is very difficult to receive register post, kindly communicate through e-mail.

            If you order, I am ready to explain the issues before you.

              Dear Sir,

              This is a second time that I have applied for this card and I got no response from your side. When I called your call cerntre, they simply answer that "Your application is rejected for some reason"

              Can you pl. explain me the reason for which my application is rejected. I have given all the necessary documents to your representative, even photocopy of my other credit card, and when I shown very faith in you, you don't even bother to tell me the reason?

              If you are not going to tell me the reason, I am going to use RTI for this.

                WHEN I RECEIVED THIS STATEMENT I CALLED SBI MANY TIMES TO INFORM THEM THIS CHARGES ARE WRONG BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED STATEMENT OF JULY 2003 & WITH OUT KNOWING MY DUES HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT. SO

                I AM TELLING THEM WHOLE MATTER AGAIN & AGAIN BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO UNDERSTAND IT & EACH TIME DIFFERENT PERSONS ARE CALLING ME & EVERY TIME I HAVE TO REPEAT WHOLE STORY AGAIN.

                I AM RECEIVING THIS CALLS WHEN I AM IN OFFICE & MOST OF THEM ARE TALKING VERY RUDELY & USING ABUSE LANGUAGE. BY THIS I AM MANTALLY HARASSED & I AM NOT ABLE TO DO MY WORK PROPERLY. SO I REQUEST TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE ME OUT OF THIS MENTAL AGONY.

                  I have taken a dd in markapur sbi branch(branch code-0873) on rajkot for "virati industres " on 11-12-08 for 5, 100.00. The dd found missed at courier point.i was informed this to the branch. they stopped it.after some days it was found. but till now they did not issue duplicate draft or amount not credited to my account. i have given a cancelation letter with found draft.but they told that it was locked. it was not executed.and they put a complaint to the head office.i have visited sbi branch no.of times from last 3 months.every time they postpone the issue.i have vexed with their service.They are not responding.Till now i did not got it. Please kindly help me as early as possible. Thanking you sir.

                    Rate of interest 6.5% but 9% during this period.

                    When I notice this in my account I request at branch for correct the data but they doesn't take interest in modification.


                    My request is plz take necessary action to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      sir,
                      I want to inform you that i went to the branch of State Bank Of India Kherli (Alwar) Rajasthan, for open a Saving Account in the bank. Because I know that the bank's reputation is very good. I took a Application form and fill up all the formalities which is required for open an Account in the bank. Then I went to Senior Account, Mr. Dalbir Singh Meena, but he rejected my form due to not matching of the Signature of the Guarantor. After this I took another Signature of a New Guarantor and went again to Senior Account Mr. Dalbir Singh Meena. But this time also he reject my form and said me to go out from the bank with bad behaviour. They said that they will never creat my account in this branch.
                      By this bad behaviour I am going with mentally tension in past days. Bank reputation will go down if this will continue.
                      I had also post a complaint letter in Kherli branch of SBI and AGM office Jaipur. I had also sent a complaint mail to consumer complaint. But I had not receive any answer from any of the above.
                      so it is heartly request to you please attention on this complaint and follow up on it.

                      SBI — Bad Behaviour By the Senior Accountant

                      sir,
                      I have gone to the branch of SBI at kherli Dist. Alwar, Rajasthan to open a Saving Account. I had fulfilled all the requirements which is needed to open an Saving Account. Shri Dalvir Singh, who is Senior Accountant at the branch, rejects the form due to not matching the signature of the guarantor. After this I take the signature of another guarantor on the form and go back to Account manager Dalbir Singh, but this time they also reject my form and use bad words with saying that they will never open my saving account in the branch and said me to go out from the bank branch.
                      I was depressed and in mentally tension. so I had sent complaint to AGM office on 18-03-09 by Bookpost but I didn't get any response yet. By this Bad Behave of Shri Dalbir Saingh Meena, Bank reputation is going down. It's my duty to inform you.

                        Sub: Wrong balance showing in my savings account

                        On 2 April, 2009, I had balance of Rs.10, 015 till 11.54 AM. Afternoon, I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 4, 000 from ATM of ICICI & Bank of India, Okhla branch, New Delhi. But I couldn’t get the money.

                        Around 10 PM I tried to know the balance from ATM of SBI (Bradarpur branch, New Delhi 110 044). Then ATM advice shown balance of Rs. 6, 015. There is mistake of Rs. 4, 000.

                        Due to some urgent need of money I had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 1, 000. After withdrawal of money by balance was Rs. 5, 015 whereas it should be 9, 015.

                        Please rectify the same and Rs. 4, 000 should be credited to my saving account immediately.

                            Now after changing company after several requets new mobile no is not approved by SBI.
                            It is very essential to register the new mob no for MONEY TRANSFER/ THIRD PARTY TRANSFER IN SBI.As you get password for every transaction or add payee.My total work is pending due to the same.My new mobile no is [protected].I have already visited and given written compalint in nearest SBI branch (Ghantaghar, Korba C.G.)

                                I had applied for SBI Credit Card and Subsequently it was rejected. My card Application Number[protected]. When I asked for the Reason of rejection from the SBI Card Authority they denied me to inform the reason of Rejection. They have replied like follows. "We wish to reiterate that our decision of not accepting your proposal for issuance of card is a business decision. You will appreciate that as a business entity, we reserve our right to enter or not to enter into a business relationship with any person and any decision in this regard, being our prerogative does not call for any explanation." In this case I only want to know only the reason of rejection. As an applicant I desire it also.

Still now the amount is not credited in the concerned account but it is debited in my account. Please trace the amount and in which account it is credited.

                                        i have sbi crdit card since 2005 i had closed it at may-2007 at final payment of 2500/- my credit card no is [protected] i have made pay through recipt no 8307164 date 08/06/2007 since than i have not receive NOC from company i have already call lots of time but i did not get respons from him please do in favour of me and get noc as early as possible
