Dear Sir,
i surprised to receive my above mentioned credit card statement of 18th march 2009, with annual fee chargeed @Rs.750/-, because it was intimated to me in early 2005, that the credit card is free for life time and no annual fee or any other fees will be leviable in future. on the basis of that represantation only, i have applied for the credit card in 2005. in last three years i have never received a statement with annual fee charged or any other charges.

on receipt of the above statement i called to customer care and i was informed that we can reverse 50% charge and they have reverted the 50% charges accordingly and i have received the SMS confirming the same on 23.03.2009. i have informed the fellow that if you not going to waive 100% charge of annual fee, i am not at all interested to continue in using your card. now i once more request you to waive the annual fee charged at 100% otherwise inform me immediately, so i can destroy my both the cards(including add on card) and send back to you.

i have made the payment of actual usase i.e. rs.1000/- vide my cheque no.393215 drawn on axis bank ltd.

i hope that you will definately waive the charge in full and the trust and interest of the customer/card holder will remain for life long. it is up to you, whether you are ready to keep the promise given by one of your represantative or you want to loose a customer.

i hope your kind consideration and favorable action in the matter.

    On 16.02.09 at about 09.30 p.m. I had tried to draw Rs.2000/- from SBI/ATM situated at Jaipur Railway station premises. The transaction processed but neither cash nor customer advice came out from the machine. Similar incident occurred with my previous and next person, so we thought that the cash was exhausted. I left for Jaisalmer by 4854 DLI-JSME EXP. to Jaisalmer on 16.02.09 at 11.57 p.m. At Jaisalmer I drew Rs.2000/- from SBI/ATM on 17.02.09 at 8.38 p.m. without any trouble, but I was surprised to see the balance which was Rs.2000/- less. Then I collected a mini statement and found thatRs.2000/- had been debited at the said transaction at Jaipur Railway station SBI/ATM without giving any cash and customer advice. Again on 18.02.09, I drew Rs.2000/- at 11.32 a.m. from State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Jaisalmer Shiv Marg Branch without any trouble but the wrong debited amount was not adjusted. So I contacted with the adjacent branch manager in this regard and he confirmed me that on 16.02.09 afternoon there was Internet problem which resulted into a lot of similar problem and adviced me to appeal to the branch manager where the account is maintained. The branch manager will write a letter to Jaipur branch to credit the amount.I wrote accordingly on 25.02.09 and reminder on 23.03.09 toThe Branch Manager, SBI, DRM Office Branch, Malda. 10428 on arrival but yet to get any result.

    I shall be very glad if the competent authority takes necessary action to credit Rs.2000/- which was wrongly debited at Jaipur with necessary guidelines if similar problem occurs in future.

            Actually When I insert the Card I got a messege that your password is wrong pls contact with administrator.Then I so it to the Branch Office at Jatni.They told me this card is not valid.So I make a letter to the branch & they forward it on 22nd April 2009.But still i am not get any information

              Dear Respected sir



              I have the above mentioned credit card since last December 2007 onwards,

              Sir I face the problem on last Jan 2008 it self (within one month), that time they are deputed the charge of SBI Life super suraksha premium and admin fee – Rs 3642/-

              Immediately I called the customer executive and told him, I am not received the Super suraksha insurance hard copy, they told me already dispatched the same,

              After waiting for one week also I am not get the super suraksha hard copy, without getting the hard copy of the same how can I pay the insurance amount sir,

              But every month they keep on charging the interest charge, that time only I complained to close my account immediately and ask him to send the hardcopy of the settlement letter, and also told I am not going to pay the interest and SBI super suraksha insurance amount,

              Lastly I paid the total outstanding amount on Rs 17177/- without considering any interest amount and insurance, any way I paid Rs 1650/- extra by fault.



              Sir still now they are not sending the settlement letter and keep on deputing the interest charge, the interest charge now will come around Rs 18560/-, I am not using the card Since Mar 2008 onwards, mean time daily from payment department with different location they are calling and harassing me to pay the interest amount after explaining the proper reason, They are spoiling my mood in working location.



              And last three days onwards and yesterday I received the phone call Mr. Sathya – Legal department, (080 –[protected]

              I clearly told him, I am not going to pay any single rupees and I ready to face the legal action, but they told me already send the legal notice and tomorrow he

              Come with warrant to arrest me on my office,



              Sir for your information, I am not received any Legal notice, then how can he say and Threatening me to come with arrest warrant,

              I am not afraid about this kind of activity; if I am received the legal notice means surely I will give the proper answer with my lawyer.

              Hi,

              Even i posses a sbi card and its been a year i have stoped using it . I never got the statement after that and now they are telling that i have a huge balance and i have to pay it immidiatily. I did ask for some time, this sbi legal officer is harassing me through phone during my work time . he even called my manager to harase me. This legal officer sathya talks like a gunda and uses unethical words.
              I am not qable to concentrate on my work because of this.

              im also facing the same problem.i have setteled my card 2 times but i did'nt ant settelenment letter.Two days before for there quaterly closing Mr.Sathya start calling me or my parents and start abusing.Last time he calld me bastered.this type of brhivior will spoil SBI's goodwill.we never axpect these kind of deal with SBI.Surely this is going to spoil SBI goodwill

                Hi Sir/Madam


                My salray account is being maintaining at PBB Koramangla branch Bangalore. I have recived my online credentials.With the provided userid and password i have changed my password.Now i am unable to login again with the changed password. I have called to customer care lot of times but no use, they are giving some numbers in the PBB branch and those people are nit even lifting the phone. Please let me know the procedure to activate Internet Banking details.

                  I HAD INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGE IN ADDRESS ON TELEPHONE. I TRIED TO CONTACT ICICI BANK BRANCH AT JHANDEWALA, NEW DELHI IN JANUARY, 2009 TO REMIND ABOUT IT. ON THAT DAY I PAID ALL MY OUTSTANDING DUES.
                  ON THAT DAY I REQUESTED AGAIN FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS. BUT IT APPEARS IT HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED TO DATE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY STATEMENT OF DUES FOR MORE THAN A YEAR.

                    Today April 8, 2009 i made a transaction for rs 1700/- from a SBI bank ATM at chandni chawk. i carried out all the instruction but ended with no cash withdrawal. when again i checked for my available balance the balance was reduced by rs 1700/- .                       I have regularly made payment of all the Credit Card Transactions before the last date of payment which is scheduled 23 rd of every month; All my outstanding till the 23rd December 2007 have been cleared towards the Credit Card Transactions I have made at various shopping places

                      3) I had made a transaction dated 18/04/2007 for Rs 40, 000/- and converted the same to EMI spread over a period of 6 months. Therefore, the EMI payable by me spread over a period of six months was Rs 7066/-.( Rs 7066/- * 6 months= Rs 42396/-). The amount of Rs 2400/- which is only a calculation part showing that the interest charged over a period of six months is Rs 2400/- is wrongly shown as DEBIT in statement dated 3rd May 2007.

                      4) I was given the SBI Credit Card stating that it is lifetime free and no Annual Fees is to be paid for lifetime. I was surprised when I was charged Annual Fees. I immediately called up Customer Care and requested them to reverse the Annual Fees which they told me over the phone that they have reversed. However, Annual Fees amount and Add On Card Fees amount continued to appear in my Statement as Debit and they have compounded Annual Fees

                      1. SBI Credit Card wrongly added Rs 2400/- pre computed interest in my Debits;

                      2. At the time of giving the SBI Credit Card I was told that it is lifetime Free and SBI Card charged me Annual Fees and Addon Card Fees and compounded interest on that;

                      3. I did not convert the transaction dated 25/08/2007 into EMI and SBI Credit Card wrongly charged me Flexipay Processing Fees and Pre Computed Interest on it;

                      4. Till dated I have made all payments before due date = 23rd of every month and you have wrongly charged me Interest charges on purchases.

                      5. I have sent statement showing that I have paid Rs 204743 against Rs 204626/- of dues outstanding against me. There is no further outstanding against me.

                      Further,

                      1. Vide email dated 19th November 2007 I had written to SBI Cards and explained in Detail that i have been wrongly charged .

                      2. Vide email dated 18th December 2007 I again explained to SBI Cards that i have been wrongly charged by SBI Cards and I also enclosed a Statement showing that i have paid Rs 204743/- as against Rs 204626/- due against me.

                      3. With reference to the email dated 27th December 2007 of SBI Cards stating that a) they have reversed Rs 842.40 towards annual fee b) Rs 280.6/- towards Additional Card Fee and that c) SBI Card has been closed----- I had vide email dated 27th December 2007 written to SBI Cards that when I was given the SBI Card i was told that the same is Lifetime Free and therefore I am not liable to pay any more charges towards Fee.

                      4. With reference to the email dated 31st December 2007 of SBI Cards I again vide email dated 31st December 2007 wrote to SBI Cards that I have cleared all payments towards SBI Cards and i will not be making any more payments in the future.

                      5. Vide email dated 6th Jan 2008 SBI Cards assured me that they have taken note of my complaint and that shall revert to me on the same.

                      6. Vide email dated 11th Feb 2008 and email dated 15th Feb 2008 again wrote to SBI Cards that i am wrongly charged by SBI Cards and i am constantly being harassed through phone calls of SBI Executives;

                      7. Vide email dated 17th Feb 2008 SBI Cards wrote to me stating that they have a) credited Rs 275.53 towards the finance charges b) Rs 393.26 towards late fee and c) SBI Card has already been closed. Vide email dated 18th Feb 2008 i called upon SBI Cards to explain me categorically under what heads i have been charged the Rs 5000/- Odd amount.

                      8. Vide email dated 21st Feb 2008 SBI Cards wrote to me stating that they have not received any payment from me towards Outstanding Balance of Rs 8424/- and Rs 5765/-. Vide email dated 21st Feb 2008 i wrote to SBI Cards that there has been no application of mind on the part of the SBI Cards Team and that they have been copy pasting the contents without understanding my case;

                      9. In reply to email dated 6th March 2008 of SBI informing that they will not be able to reverse any charges I had vide email dated 7th March 2008 informed SBI that I have been wrongly charged and I refuse to pay such amounts.

                      I am being constantly harassed by SBI Credit Cards.I request you to look into the matter.

                      Recovery agents are visting my home and harassing my old parents.

                        Sir,

                        I have written three letters to SBI Cards & Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. But no action has been taken by them. I am submitting the details to you for your consideration.

                        I had applied for new SBI Credit Card through DSA. After 6-7 days, one of their customer care executives called me over telephone and told me to issue a demand draft of Rs.6000/- without any extra processing fees and interest for one month that was compulsory for my transaction. I told him to issue it, but by mistake, the bank had issued two demand draft of Rs.6000/- each without my knowledge one of which I received at my residence. When the monthly statement came, it included the entries of two demand drafts of Rs.6000/- each charging some processing fees/Interest etc. I, immediately contacted to the customer care executives. They had assured me that the one of the demand drafts which I had not received was cancelled and suggested me to post the another one to their Gurgaon Head Office. They also assured me that no processing fees/interest would be charged against these transactions and my balance would be NIL. I returned the demand draft of Rs.6000/- bearing no.800914 dated 08.02.2007 to their office at Gurgaon.

                        But in my monthly statements, these charges are not removed and these are increasing on monthly basis. I made several complaints about this to their customer care executives. They assured me that these charges would be cancelled but in vein. Due to all these harrassments by their executives, I had cancelled my SBI CreditCard without making any transaction through it.

                        After talking to their customer care executives several times, still I am receiving these monthly statements with increasing processing fees/interest etc. This is making harrassment to me mentally as well as physically.

                        In view of above, I request you to cancel all these charges (processing fees/interests etc.) at the earliest.

                        It is also reminded to you that I had never used my SBI CreditCard. Please intimate me on my mobile no. the course of action taken by you.

                        SBI Credit card service is criminal...
                        I had suffered in 2005, when on my honeymoon I got abused by Aman (a SBI collection department employee) on phone for a payment which I had made twice, but due to SBI's horribaly wrong and unintigrated systems and processes, they could not trace the payment.
                        I did my bit of writing letters to customer service head in delhi, to seek clarification on how a custimer can be abused, and I sent 3 reminders thru Indian Post, within a week, but got no response what so ever. My letter clearly estated that I will stop payment to SBI CC untill and unless someone senior from the SBI corporate head office calls me and gives explaination.
                        Thought the story is over[protected]--not as yet.
                        SBI wakes up on August 7, 2009 (chaar saal baad!!!) and claims Rs. 1.33 lacs (wow, what a business)
                        They have put a brainless girl called Ashi Sheikh behind me to telecall and harris me.
                        She has taken the liberty of calling my colleagues around the country and harrising them, telling I have given their reference while taking the card. I only know my current colleagues for past 1 year, the card was issued in 2004... so u know why I feel Ashi is brainless!!!
                        I am dragging SBI Credit Card to court, cause they don't leave any option for me.

                        ITS BETTER NOT TO PURCHASE, THAN TO PURCHASE WITH SBI CREDIT CARD
                        THE MOST HOPELESS SET OF DUFFERS I HAVE COME ACROSS...,
                        For several times, i have deposited the payment (minimum amount due)in drop box and in next statement[protected]it surprice me that my account is debited by cheque pick-up charges. After several follow-up with SBI card, the said charges were get reversed.

                              The same error was occured with me at Pune and my account was at Rajkot. But my problem was solved immediately on next day. I think that you might not have used your ATM card since long. If you have any contacts with your home branch the bank official will credit and debit Rs. 1 to solve this problem.
                              Dear Sir,
                              My self Alok Kumar Singh, SBI Account holder (A/c NO: [protected] Branch Code:8231, Branch: Industrial Area, Khalilabad, Dist. Sant kabir Nagar, UP.). I went to PNB ATM(Branch Code:4101), Khalilabad, Dist. Sant kabir Nagar, UP for withdraw Rs.10000/- due to my urgent need on 24th April 2009 at 5 pm. But due to power failure between the process ATM Machine become swiched off and the cash hold in ATM. When I checked my account Rs.10000/- has been debited.
                              When I meet the Branch Manager of SBI, he told that in SBI main ATM account Rs.10000/- has been debited.
                              When I meet the Branch Manager of PNB, he replied that the amount Rs. 10000/- is not creadited in PNB main ATM account.
                              In such case we are facing more suffer from both branch managers. They are not given proper information regarding this case. From last 15 days I am in touch of both managers, but there is no response. So, I don’t know what I do, and how I will get my money back.
                              Please take proper action regarding this case and please credit Rs.10000/- in my account as early as posible.

                                dear sir
                                this has been a regular feature form the SBI railway card division. they do not sen dthe statements in time. most of the time i recieve them only after the due date. as i get a sas alert i pay . but it is difficult to verify the details and thir customer service is so bad that people do not know how to coverse. if the statement is generated on 18th of every month i do not get the statement till the due date. hope someything is done for this inspite of regular reminders to their customer service

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that i am not recieving my statement on time.I have not recieved the Statement for the last four months and i have recieved the statement online for the month of Jan but unfortunately i am unable to open that attachment as it was saved and send to me in different form.

                                I am really unsatisfied with the service. Please send me the last three months statement on my email ID. Please Rush.

                                I am not receving my Credit Card Statement for the last year. No.of times I have given complaint also but there is no vain. Every month from your colletion centre peoples are harrasing me. I have told no. times to them but they have not listen my words. I also informed to send my monthly statment by way of Courrier Service / Registered post but you are not sending. Your collection department is telling that my monthly statment is sending regularly but I have not seen for the past one year. So I request to send statement by Courrier/Registered post. I am embrassing by your collection people.
                                IN THIS CONNECTION I REQUEST YOU TO SEND THE BILLS BY COURRIER OR REGISTERED POST OTHER WISE I WILL APPROACH TO AMBUDSMAN FOR JUSTICE.
                                i have not recieved the monthly statement for the last 2 months and then i asked for a soft copy. but unfortunately till date i havent rcvd any e-sstatement.

                                  I, Mr.Sushil Saha having credit card no-[protected] would like to draw your sympathetic attention to the fact that for last six months i am running with acute financial crisis for the treatment of my ailing parents and for my other reasons.
                                  Though i am paying regular minimum amount on the card, but it has become difficult for me now to pay the same further.
                                  Therefore, based on the above facts, i would request you to convert the entire outstanding in maximum instalments that you can so that the amount comes lower than the minimum amount.And can pay that instalment regularly from the next month.
                                  Your favour in this regard immidiately will be highly appreciated.

                                    Sub: EMI amount for unavailed loan amount - Mental agony due to harassment - Complaint submitted - Reg


                                    I humbly to submit few lines to you to set right my very long issue with SBI Credit Card. During the Last week of January the SBI officials Called me over telephone for providing an loan amount of Rs.47, 000/- to me. I have agreed to accept the loan, but I have to agree the terms and condition and to be singn on the same. I have asked to disclose the terms and conditions, but the officials told that we will send the terms and conditions along with the Cheque amount for signing and acceptance of the Loan amount. Further they have added that if I am not satistifed with the terms and condition I can return the entire post (cheque etc) to the SBI CARD office. Accordingly I have received the Cheque and Terms and Conditons(to be signed and agreed), As I am not not satisfied with the terms and conditions I have returened the entire post (along with Cheque and everything) to the SBI CARDS & Services P LTd, PB No.28, GPO, New Delhi - 110001 through Indian Speed Post on the same Day ie 31/01/2009. The same was received by the SBI CARDS office on 04/01/2009.(The receipt was verified with the Speed Post Delivery Information of Article available in the internet).

                                    Further on first week of February 2009 I have called the officials over the Call Centre I have clearly explained about the cancellation of the Loan and about the return back of the Cheque. The officials accepted the cancellation and given me no:[protected]. further complaint no [protected]

                                    It it to be noted that without receipt and acceptance of the loan, the amount was included into my SBI Card Account during the Last week of January 2009 itself. Thereafter my enquiry in this regard attented by SBI Card officials assured me to revert the loan and related penalties in a week or so. But none of the assurances of your office are adhered to.The Dates of calls are as follows:
                                    12/02/2009, 26/02/2009, 05/03/2009, 09/03/2009- Raj Chennai, 12/03/2009-Menaka Chennai, 22/03/2009- Ramya Chennai, 23/03/2009, 26/03/2009-Shibu Chennai, 31/03/2009 Ayas Chennai,

                                    Without bothering anything the SBI Card send thein monthly statement (Feb and March)indicating the EMI amounts and Penalties etc and Seperate due notices etc. Further, During the first week March SBI card Collection Centre Officials from Chennai, given lot of trouble over telephone and SMS, officials called me on 18/03/2009, 19/03/2009, 20/03/2009 talked to me very vigourous about payment of the minimum due of the unavailed loan amount. Till today I am received lot of calls and SMS from SBI CARD for payment of the unavailed.

                                    Regarding the issue I have sent e-mail to feedback.[protected]@ge.com;head.[protected]@ge.com but in vain

                                    Meanwhile on 05/04/2009 two officials came from SBI CARD regarding the collection and asked lot of questions to my family members and created big trouble in my house, At that I was not available in the house, Which created a lot of issues in my family.

                                    I am prompt payer for past three years without any due, as on date I have do due with SBI CARD. Due to the mental agony created by the SBI CARDS & PAYMENT P LTD, I have suffered in the following:
                                    1) I am unable to concentrate on my officials duty for past two month, I was remarked "Not Good" in the Confidential Report
                                    due to not completing the year year Work.
                                    2) I am unable to concentrate on daughters study who is writing Matriculation (10th) Exam, she is fully depending on me for her education.
                                    3) I am unable to attend one course "Post Graduate in e-Governance for Executives" at one top level Management Institute,
                                    course fees of Rs.5.25. lakhs First instalment of Rs. 1 lakhs paid.
                                    4) Lot family mis understating created.

                                    I light of the above, I kindly request you to pass necessary orders to revert the unavailed loan amount and its pernalties etc. and penalty of Rs. 5 lakhs to be imposed on the SBI CARD & PAYMENTS SERVICES LTD due to my above said sufferings. I am sending all the copies of documents to you for verification.

                                    Since, I am a field official, it is very difficult to receive register post, kindly communicate through e-mail.

                                    If you order, I am ready to explain the issues before you.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is a second time that I have applied for this card and I got no response from your side. When I called your call cerntre, they simply answer that "Your application is rejected for some reason"

                                      Can you pl. explain me the reason for which my application is rejected. I have given all the necessary documents to your representative, even photocopy of my other credit card, and when I shown very faith in you, you don't even bother to tell me the reason?

                                      If you are not going to tell me the reason, I am going to use RTI for this.

                                        WHEN I RECEIVED THIS STATEMENT I CALLED SBI MANY TIMES TO INFORM THEM THIS CHARGES ARE WRONG BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED STATEMENT OF JULY 2003 & WITH OUT KNOWING MY DUES HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT. SO
                                        OUT OF THIS STATEMENT I HAVE MADE PAYMENT OF ALL MY PURCHASES EXCEPT LATE FEE RS. 162 & INTEREST CHARGES OF RS. 81.90 (3395.15 – 243.90 = 3151.25) ON 14TH AUG 2003 BY CHEQUE NO. 315518 DRAWN ON BANK OF INDIA OF RS. 3151.25 & I INFORMED SBI TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT & I HAVE DESTROYED ALL MY CARDS.

                                        BUT NOW AFTER 4- 5 YEARS AGAIN THEY HAVE STARTED MAKING CALLS FOR MY DUES, WHICH HAS ACCUMULATED TO RS. 5600.

                                        I AM TELLING THEM WHOLE MATTER AGAIN & AGAIN BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO UNDERSTAND IT & EACH TIME DIFFERENT PERSONS ARE CALLING ME & EVERY TIME I HAVE TO REPEAT WHOLE STORY AGAIN.

                                        I AM RECEIVING THIS CALLS WHEN I AM IN OFFICE & MOST OF THEM ARE TALKING VERY RUDELY & USING ABUSE LANGUAGE. BY THIS I AM MANTALLY HARASSED & I AM NOT ABLE TO DO MY WORK PROPERLY. SO I REQUEST TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE ME OUT OF THIS MENTAL AGONY.
