    CrEDIT CARD NO:[protected]. CARD STOLEN & MISUSED. I have made complain to D.N.NAGAR Police station, Andheri-w, mumbai on 24/1/2009, of which FIR still not made. My card is stolen on 3rdJanuary. aS i AM NOT USING FREQUENTELY THE Card I come to know about the fraud when I received bill detail SMS on my phone. After contacting SBI helpline I have frozen my card & asked about transaction details & also details about the slips. For signature slips they asked for extra charge for each transaction which I agreed, but still after 2 months I have not received the slips. From the details of the bill I tried to contact related store, outofwhich one agreed that 2 ladies have used the same to buy some mattresses at ZEBA, BANDRA, MUMBAI. I have given all these information to the police station but still no action from them. Meanwhile SBI people calling us several time for payments, but not telling actual way & procedure to stop the bill & clear the matter. Sometimes daily 2 to 3 phone come to us for payments from different people. Please can anyway suggest way out of these!

    Total amt. misused Rs.24005.00 on 4th & 5th Jan 2009.

      Hi,

      I had dropped a mail to "sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in" regarding delay in delivery of my cheque book. When I dropped a mail to this id, I received a failure error message with this reason
      "ccount sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in locked/overquota 5367271/5242880. sifymail (#5.1.1)
      "
      After that I tried to inform this to SBI, to following e-mail ids
      (a)helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in
      (b)chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in
      (c)dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in

      It has been three days since I sent this info mail to above mentioned Ids, but no one is replied to my mail.

      On side SBI is telling, this is India's Largest successes Bank, and another side customer is facing such type of problems.

      sbi form sumit — when i submit the form the date of birth month is wrongly entered.

      i submit and registered for clerk post in sbi. i give correct information for all details but my date of birth month is wrongly registered there. now what can i do to change the month in registered form. please give details how to change that.

      SBI — not receving of application forms

      i have already submitted my application but still i am unable to recevie my application print out pls operate as soon as possible.
      the application has been said to take after 31st may, but on 2nd june i tried but the details still shown as to take after 31st may pls consider this problem recorrect as soon as possible

      saving a/c — high security alert not receiving

      i am having my a/c in sbi 7889 my friend is getting high security alert on ril mobile but due to some bank computer personal cannot able to resolve the problem branch 7889

      I made the payment for clerical post examination. But now when I am trying to send the page is not displaying. Its showing an error message. Actually I am tensed because 31st is the last date for applying.

      id card of bank exam — not get my id card of bank exam sent by speed post

      This is highly irresistable and problematic for us as i have not receeved my id card sent by canara bank
      and i have not receieved the speed post sent on[protected] from rajim chattisgrah dist-raipur and 15 th march is my examnation date hence i will nopt be able to give my exam due to this type of activities.

      I hold an accout with SBI's Jagnath Plot Branch (Rajkot City) in the name of Leena Amit Chavda. My account # is[protected].

      My account was opened on 8th December, 2008. I have applied 4 times for my ATM card, but I have still not received it. May I know what is the problem.

      My account is opened but its no use without an ATM card as I have to go to bank everytime I want to withdraw money. Please look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.

      sir, i kannabathula .satyawathi. with ppo no s/040610/97(army). i am having an account in your branch jaggampet (2731).with ac/no [protected] . i am drawing my penssion through this account. as you know that in the month of the december the candedate who is getting the penssion they must submitt the life certificate (that i am alive)i submitted to the bank in the same month .after i subimitt the bank people has to submitt to the head offce (reginoloffice ).but still today they didn't submitted to hyderabad branch . they were missed my file in the branch.so they didn't sent it but still telling they will see the matter in 3 months.tell me sir how many months with out penssion i have to drag my family .after seeing this kindly perssue this matter as early as possiable other wise i have to complaine to the collector, cm and i will procced to the court of law.
      On[protected], I entered my ATM Card in the ATM Machine of Sate Bank of Masure at Bhaira Enclave near National Market Peera Garhi and this Bank ATM I.D. No. SIAN 40050601, then suddenely the power gone this time and the ATM machine was closed automatcully, I was wait for power for some time but the power not come than I visit another ATM machine for checked my account balance, I entered my card in the machine, the machine show Rs. 20, 000.00 amount less from my account debit entery of Rs. 20, 000/- while this amount not withdrawal from my account in actully. I submitted complaint application in the state bank of india NTPC Jhanor, Bharuch, Gujrat and also copy send to State bank of Masure branch Bhaira enclave new delhi but today, they are both banks not take of responsiblity for customer's problem. so therefore I mentely and physicaly destrub because I lost Rs. 20, 000/- amount. so, please give my this amount and I heartly thankful for long long time in my life.

      State Bank of India — Excess collection of Installment

      Dear Sir,
      I am an accountholder of the State Bank Of India, Barh, ADB (State Bihar & Dist-Patna). I Have taken a loan on my pension, which was payable in 48 installments. But due to fault of the bank employee it was started 6 months late, even it I told the bank to collect the accumulated amount for the 6 months from my account, but he didn’t do so. Therefore this fault of the Bank I had to pay more amount by Rs. 14, 000/- (approx).
      I have also filed complain to the by written and online and email to Regional Manager, but I have not received any response.
      Therefore I nee your help, I hope you will support in refunding of excess collected amount with interest.

      SBI — chq returned after five working days reason procedure not complete

      i deposited a chq and after 3days issued a chq for the same amount

      it was returned stating reason procedure not complete present again

      I COMLAINED TO THE BRANCH BUT FELL ON DEFF EARS
      On 01/07/2009 I entered my ATM Card in the ATM Machine of punjab national bank ATM at mukerjee nagar delhi(branch attach with nirankari colony DELHI and this Bank ATM I.D. No.D2307700, then the machine show widraw 5000 Rupee, but i have no rcvc the money the m/c show debit the rupee in my a ccount than I visit another ATM machine for checked my account balance, I entered my card in the machine, the machine show Rs. 5000 amount less from my account debit entery of Rs. 5000- while this amount not withdrawal from my account in actully. I submitted complaint application in the state bank of india branch civil line azamgarh UP ., they are both banks not take of responsiblity for customer's problem. so therefore I mentely and physicaly destrub because I lost Rs. 5000 amount. so, please give my this amount and I heartly thankful for long long time in my life.

It is very much disappointing that I am not even properly getting answered whenever I talked to your telephone. Instead of getting some exact answer, I am just getting answer that "we will look into the matter and get back to you" but afterward nothing has been done by your end.

      (2) Also please refer to above stated TDR which I sent in advance so that it can be deposited on time on July 11, 2009 to my accounts, but it is also still pending.

      Dear Sir,

      I have opened Savings bank account on 11/07/2009 at your Hosur road branch Bangalore
      As soon as I opened, they gave me welcome kit and Debit card also. In addition, I have received my online SBI user name and password from the same branch

      Now the issue is

      I am facing some problem while logging with the user name and password, when I contacted the said branch they informed me that, its because the welcome kit which they have given to me, and I will be receiving my another welcome kit from the main office itself, then the issue will be solved.

      Its almost 1 month now my problem remains the same.

      Dear Sir,

      THis is Patrick, current account holder in your bank, (chennai-branch-santhome).Please justify me on the unacceptable delay of cheque clearing. The Instrument was dropped in your above said branch on 10th of Aug morning 10.30am, being local clearing of Rs.86, 854/-, till date it is not accountted in my account.When cross checked your customer care here at chennai, were cool to respond saying what to do?.and check your account on Monday which means 17th of Aug, even on that day it is not confirmed it will be cleared.Itspathetic, is this the way your bank functions. As a business person, pls tell me hw will i manage my business?.I can agree if deposited on 10th of Aug, max 12th it should get cleared, may be at worst situation on 13th, why this haressment to me, as a customer since 30 years. Who will bear the interest for this period of time and the loss of creditablity towards my business links to whom i had given my cheques based on this cheque clearance. Some one should be ansuerable to this, if not solve my problem by paying the amount which is needed, untill this cheque is cleared.

      Dear Sir,

      This is Vaibhav Kolekar holding current account in your bank ATM Card No::[protected] Ambajogai Branch ), I was withdrawing money on 7/9/2009 between 9.00 am to 10.00 am, from UNION Bank Charkop branch Mumbai(Transaction no. 1336) of Amount Rs 2200, the rupees came out but again it got retain in the machine after 30 sec, when i checked my balance the amount was deducted but i didn't got the money.
      Now, when i called at Ambajogai Branch ATM Dept complaining about it the person told me you have to come at the branch within 12 days or forget the money and hung up the call.
      Now i reside at mumbai and also a working person how can i all the way travel to the ambojogai were there is no mistake of mine but then to still you people are rude on with me on call as well the procedure which you told so pathetic.I really cannot afford my time and why should i give my time when its the mistake of bank.

      Please Revert me back ASAP.This is something which is very serious.And consumer oriented.

      i am facing similar problem with sbi, , i happen to loose my sbi atm and now to get a new ATM i need to transfer the account to the place where i am posted now. it had been a month and my cifs hade not been transferred till now inspite of writing several mails to the corresponding sbi branch.itsimply looks like though sbi had been able to have a large customer group just bcoz of its past glory whereas the staff is still working in babu mode.

      Ref: Clearing of Cheque of SBI Green Park Extension, Delhi-110016. Cheque No: 667487, Dated: 23.05.09, Sum of Rs. 80, 000/-

      Sir/Madam,

      I Mr. Barunava Saha deposited a cheque of SBI Green Park Extension Branch Vide Cheque No: 667487, Dated: 23.05.09, amounting to Rs 80, 000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousands Only) to my SB A/c. at SBI, Kiriburu Branch, Jharkhand on dated 24.07.2009.

      Unfortunately till date, the amount has not been transferred to my A/c. neither I have been intimated about the status of the cheque. I requested my Branch Manager to look into the matter tentatively on 15.08.2009, who informed me that he has written to SBI Green Park Extension Branch by Regd. Letter to ascertain the status of the Cheque, not only that he also sent a couple of Mail through Internet for the same purpose. Mysteriously the SBI Delhi Branch didn’t respond any of them. I myself sent a Mail to Regional Office of SBI Patna with the same fates but there is no reply.

      Now, may I ask your good self who is responsible for such a lacklursture procedure and also who will compensate my economical loss and mental agony as well that too from the biggest banking network of India? It is a shame for the Nation that here a bonafide customer is harassed for no reason and no redressal system is available for common man.

      Finally once again, I request you to kindly let me know why the amount has not been cleared immediately, so that I can take up the matter with the cheque issuing authority other wise I have left no other option rather then to take up the matter with the CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM.

      I have a savings bank a/c in SBI AMMAN SANNATHI BO MADURAI and my SB a/c no.[protected].On 19.09.2009 around 10.00 AM I want to withdraw Rs.10000/- from SYNDICATE BANK ATM COUNTER situated at EAST VELI STREET.MADURAI. After incerting my card and keyed the password and amount, I have not received any money from the machine. Also printed statement was generated from the machine. I assume that the machine was not proper in working condition. After that on the same day around 12.30 PM I used INDIAN BANK ATM COUNTER situated at NARAYANAPURAM and I withdraw Rs.10000/-. This time also printed statement was not generated from the machine. So I can't the closing balance at that time. On 20.09.2009 morning I had received two SMS from SBI and I came to know that Rs.20000/- was debited from my account. So, please arrange to crdit the excess debit of Rs.10000/- in my SB account.

      State Bank of India — Long Period for Clearance of Cheque

      Dear Sir,

      I have applied for the genral Loan from Credit Co- Operative society South Central railway of Rs 100000/- (One Lakh rupees only), But society sanctioned amount is 63449/- wide cheque number 818481 of dated 02/09/09 and they dispatched on 03/09/09 to SBI Purna branch. After long time i have tryied to enquire from SBI manager he told that, " when receipt of cheque that will creditted on your account".
      When i repeatedly requested to Prakash Hatkar ([protected]) Director of society of Nanded Division of South central Railway to enquire the matter but he didnot tryied to get the status from their society. When again i requested to SBI Manager but he is also not giving any kind responce. One custmer complaint also logged to GM of SBI but not yet any kind of action taken by the Bank.
      Kindly look in to the matter and help me

      With humble request I would like to submit that SBI, Laheriasarai(1229) Bihar has not uploaded my signature on computer causing severe difficulty in withdrawal of money from my account from other SBI branches. This is not first time. Other branches are also doing the same thing. The amount RS. 10000/= not yet credited to my account after a lapse od considerable time.

If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. No.[protected] just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler.       After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.



      Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.



      When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.

      As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Pension paper has been forwarded by the bank to Regional Office for approval to credit the pension and retirement benefits in my said pensioin account at AMY Baijnathpur Deoghar branch Code-6453. But till date almost 06 Months passed neither pension nor retirement benefits have been credited in my account. I am facing acute crunch of money.

      Irregularities in 6th CPC Arrear — Charges for Attested Copy

      My Question is

      Can any Government Offices ask for services charges for attested copy/ verification of true copy?

      SBI Branch Manager is asking 100/- per sign.
      I am Yogesh payasi s/o shri Suresh Chandra payasi a/c no. [protected] have been becoming the victim of mental ill by Mr. abhisek shrivastava field officer sbi branch jaisinghnagar shahdol. I borrowed education loan of one lakhs fourteen hundred from sbi jaisinghnagar. but I could not pay the installment within time, so have to bear over burden of interest that is approx. eight thousand rupees. i am son of farmer and still unemployed due to sum personal problems. On date 19 nov. 2012 Mr. abhised kept my account on hold. my account is source of my earning. but i could not use my a/c because of Mr. abhisek's taken action on my account. next day i requested him withdraw hold from my account so that i may continue keep pace with my earning and become to pay. the installment determined by sbi for my loan, on the request he told me the installment is fixed around twenty six hundred when i agreed to pay three thousand per month (which is four hundred more then twenty six hundred) but suddenly he refused to agree on what he said and begin demanding twenty one thousand rupees at one go. When I requested him again that this lump-sum amount is out of my capacity at one go I may pay only in installment of three thousand rupees per month. he refused my request and replied mannerlessly for not withdraw the hold from my accounts, until I pay him twenty one thousand lump -sum, he also insulted me before other customers and his staff, and made me and my family issue of laugh.
      Please sir kindly suggest me what to do.
      I have cleared it earlier it also that I am unemployed and poor and also become very depressive (by Mr. abhisek's behavior) so I can't manage to pay twenty one thousand and if the hold is not withdrawn my a/c I may not earn what i am use to earning and become enable to pay even instalment of three thousand, he also give threat me to spoil my career by filing an FIR against me over any false issue, under this condition I am extremely depressed.

          Sub: Non-receipt of Refund of Rs. 12, 306 on IT Return submitted for AY 2007-08 of Nukala Manohara Rao ( DOB[protected]PAN # AARP and AARPN4100F- Return filed u/s 11 and submitted on[protected] which was acknowledged as [protected] Bndl # 76, Range:13 * REFUND *

          1. A refund of Rs.12, 306 on the captioned reference has not been received by me till date. In this regard I have to submit that:
          1.1. I have contacted your office 1st time on[protected]. Since almost all the staff were involved in receipt of returns for the AY 2008-09 by the duedate[protected], I was told to approach after 2-3 weeks by which time the staff would be resuming to their duties.
          1.2. Next time when I approached in August 2008, enire staff were on STRIKE . It happened to meet ITO Range-4 ( name Sri, Gopala Krishna as I remember ) who was available at that time and apprise the position. He assured that he will look into the matter and asked me to come after a few days and meet the ITO Range-13(4).
          1.3. Therefore as 3rd time I have come to your dept. during August 2008 and could not meet either of ITOs and approached Mr.Madhu, the Sr Asst of your office and requested to do the needful. He traced my return in the respective bundle #76 and observed that “no salary” was inscribed on the return. As it seems some of the enclosures submitted by me were missing, he asked me for the Xerox copies of my copy of the return and attached.He asked me to come after a few days by which time he said the return will be duly processed and the refund will be directly credited to the bank account thru MICR facility. And in case the refund amount is not credited into the account in a week or 10 days time, he advised me to approach the ITO Range(13-4) for the same.
          1.4. It is in this process I have approached your office 4th time during second week of Sept.2008 and personally approached Sri. M Raja Reddy, ITO Range 13(3) Who was in additional charge of Range 13(4) also. He heard me patiently and got the return traced immediately and instructed concerned staff to process immediately and put upto him. He advised me to come after 10 days time and approach him in case the refund is not credited to the account.
          1.5. Since I was away and busy with my family matters, I did not approach your office during Oct to Dec2008 despite the fact that the refund has not been credited to the account.
          However I came to your office on[protected] for the 5th time and met both Sri. M Raja Reddy, ITO Range 13(3) and Sri. K Rockesh Kumar ITO Range 13(4) who assumed his charge during 1st week of October 2008 and requested to expedite the process. Both ITOS have duly responded and put the staff Sri. Abhay Chowdary, Asst and Ms. Priyanka Kumari, Asst ( both in Range 13(4) and Sri Madhu, Attendant on the job but for no avail. Further it was also verified in the computer system by Sri. Prasad in the lab and has confirmed that there was no entry in Range 13 (3) and 13(4). However Sri M. Raja Reddy ITO Range 13(3) told that he remembers to have transferred the file to Range-12 under whose jurisdiction my return falls (Since I am a pensioner from State Bank of India ). They have also verified the outgoing tappal registers in range 13 (3) and 13 (4) to find out the exact date on which the return was forwarded, but found that there was no entry made therein Then alternatively assumed that the same could have been forwarded under a covering letter, but the relative correspondence was not traced.
          After waiting patiently for nearly 5 hours from 11.30 AM to 5.00PM, I was told that my return was not traced and for that matter the entire bundle # 76 was missing and will resume search the next day., on Monday[protected] since 3rd was Saturday being holiday and 4th being Sunday. Then Promptly I left the office.
          1.6. Again resumed visiting your office promptly at 11.30 AM on[protected] for the 6th time and met both ITOs. Both ITOs asked the staff to be on the search. It was 2.0 PM. Then I met Sri. K. Rockesh Roshan, ITO who told that he has to construct the record and asked me to submit Xerox copies of the return along with an Affidavit-cum-Indemnity to enable him to forward the same to Range 12 for process.
          Having told the reply at last I have gone out of the office and got Xerox copies of the return and submitted to him which was duly handed over to Sri. Abhy Chowdary, Asst.
          2. I request your good selves to please clarify me on the following points:
          2.1. Is it compulsory and mandatory for me to submit the Affidavit-cum-Indemnity on Rs.20 Stamped paper duly notarised in the circumstances that the relative return was either not traced or lost at ITO office?
          2.2. Is it appropriate to submit the Affidavit-cum-Indemnity by me in the absence of relevant communication directing to me to do so for no fault of me?
          2.3. How the return was then accepted and acknowledged by the Range 13 without being directed to Range 12 for submission?
          2.4. How much time ( period )it will take to process and refund? Or Is there any time limit?
          2.5. I fail to understand how my return will fall under jurisdiction of Range12 where in I am a SBI pensioner since[protected]?
          2.6. Why e’mail addresses of any of IT Officials are not displayed on the internet site when the department itself is being IT enabled and submission of returns is made online?

          3. In the circumstances I would appreciate if an appropriate and correct course of action to be followed be advised to me .

            Dear Sir,
            I do not have a SBI Card right now as my card was cancelled by the SBI cards
            themselves, several months back. I do not know why the bill is being sent to
            me month after month. I have under pressure already paid Rs. 3000/- in the
            month of March 2009. I have paid the charges without going through the bill
            as I do not have the key to open the statement also. I have requested SBI cards to not to send me
            the statement and to not to expect me to pay for the bill that I have not incurred. However, there is no response .Please help me find a solution to this problem.

            I never applied or approached the sbi for any type of card or loan. But I am receiving telephone calls from tel no[protected]./[protected]/[protected], /[protected]since last 4 years and also from some other fone for payment of loan of C/C. they started calling me at 8/30/AM morning on my cell number but called some one else name ie. AJAY KUMAR.Despite best efforts i m unable to go away from unwanted calls .will sbi authority look into it
            i tried no of times with sbicard customer care but in reply they take so many time (in hold 8 minutes spend) so till no contact with them. i already post a email to customer care a computer generated reply only i received till now but no reply on my complaint. my complain is "payment due date is over but still bill not received, although my addresses are same. i already requested in my mail kindly send me on my email address (mp1316.[protected]@gmail.com)" kindly send me bill immediate otherwise penalties will not paid by me and i quote emails that i sent to sbicard customer care.

              I have got a new SBI ATM Card valid from Feb 2009 after submitting the old one. But I am yet to get the pin no. for the same and hence passing hardtimes waiting for it.

              Now the month is APRIL. I do not know how many time I have to go to SATHARIYA BRANCH SBI to get my PIN number.

                Subject : Complain : Harassment of payment

                Dear Sir / Madam

                Earlier i had a card no : [protected] with an outstanding of Rs.22, 200/-
                Which I had settled on 14.03.06 via Chq dated 14.03.06 / Chq no : 582133 / Hdfc Bank

                Two weeks later courier man approached me with the new SBI credit card which I did not accept because I had never applied for a new card

                One month later I recd. a statement instructing me to pay Service Charges of Rs 250 /-
                Immediately I called the CUSTOMER CARE and informed – They then told me that since there is Insurance Cover I have recd this statement - & asked me to ignore the same

                Ever then I have been receiving statement which reflects an outstanding of Rs 1000 +
                Request you to look into this and revert asap

                  My pension from EPF, BANGALORE used to be credited to my SBa/c[protected] with the State Bank of India at Kumarasdwamy layout, Bangalore. But surprisingly it is not credited for the month of Jan and Feb09 till date. I dont get proper response from the bank to my enquiry. I strongly feel the bank official has not forwarded my life certificate which was given to them personally by me during Nov 08 as required. There is definitely a gross negligent on the part of that Bank. Request you to do the needful for reddressing the grievance. Thanking you. Dr. Sayee Rajangam

                    I am Chakravarthi working with ONGC MRPL, I am the customer of SBI Card since long time, recently I upted SBI Privilege scheme by forcefully( Many calls received from your bank), in this process I received a pack from your side, in that

                    Privilege Circle prog details,
                    1. Holiday Voucher for 3days & 2nt's to any of the 40 locations.
                    2. Airline Ticket one way for 1 person
                    3. Joining Gift - a watch worth Rs 3090
                    4. Bonus Reward pts of 500


                    1. One Giordano Watch ( As per your agent worth of Rs.3100/-, in market the price is only Rs.400)
                    It was a fake and a local made and not the Giordano brand. There was no warranty card or bill with it. i'm not happy or satisfied with it.

                    2. Free Air Ticket(One way) in that so many constraints are there to fly, which customer cannot meet
                    a)As per my wish I have to travel, Heritage cannot decide my travel
                    b)Why I have to pay Govt/ Air line Tax?( I was not told about the taxes and surcharges that would be born by me)

                    3. Holiday for privilised custmers

                    a) Why I have to pay Rs.250 handling Charges( Earlier not informed)
                    b) Holiday trip I have to decide not the Heritage

                    I received statement on 15th Jan-08, Privilege Circle fee = Rs.6180
                    I already payed Rs.2000 (Cheque no.114199)

                    Reference to telecon discussion with your lady representative on 10.03.09 (14:40hrs), I decided not to continue with SBI Privilege Scheme hence forth for above reasons.

                    My sincere request you please return money the amount payed by me Rs.3383 + Rs.40 (Courier Charge, Busines envelope I sent to Heritage( If possible with interest).

                    I want my money back and some action taken as i'm not satisfied/happy with the service or this offer as it is totally misleading, else i'll move to the consumer court.

                    I am fully agree with this complaint and realy SBI previliege circle is foolishing the customer and harrasing people on mobile phone any time and forcing to accept the sbi previliege holiday kit and bogus
                    gift watch.I had also same type of experience with sib previliege circle agents.
                    FROM A PUBLIC SECTOR BANK A BETTER DEAL IS EXPECTED.
                    I HAVE DOUBT ABOUT THE WATCH RECEIVED(POLO)-DOES'NT APPEAR TO BE A RS 4000+ STUFF.
                    ONE WAY TICKET TO ALL DESTINATIONS.FOR RETURN DRAW MONEY ON SBI CREDIT CARD AND PURCHASE RETUR FARE.
                    ALL DESTINATIONS GOOD TIMES ARE EXCLUDED.CAN'T GO BEYOND SEPTEMBER END.

                    SHOULD ALLOW CANCELLATION OF INTEREST AND PARTIAL REFUND I.E - POLO WATCH WHICH IT TOOK SOME TIME TO DECIDE IS WORTH LESS.

                      This is my distress call against all of the banks issuing Credit Cards to consumers. This is a very weird kind of problem I am facing. None of the banks are issuing me Credit Cards though they are clearly stating that I don't have any 'NEGATIVE CREDIT RECORD'.
                      It is well understandable how one faces problems on not owning any credit cards. I want to understand the reason why I am not being issued any credit card though I bear no credit record [neither positive nor negative], as I am not owning any Credit Card right now.
                      My Occupation: Service in Automotive Manufacturing Unit
                      My current pay package: 4.75 lacs per annum

                      My recent experience with SBI for a Gold Credit Card [Application No:[protected]]:
                      1. I was verified twice
                      2. I was informed my verification is over and my card is being processed
                      3. I was not contacted to inform that my application is being rejected. I had to check it personally.

                      I expect my concern to be addressed, this is hurting my ego to some extent.

                      I agree 100% with your complain. My experience with SBI Cr.cd. application is as follows:
                      After phone verification, I received a SMS on 02.04.09 stating that my application No.[protected] is under process and to please give them 15 days to process my application. I am yet to receive any communication from them till today i.e. 22.06.09 after 82 days.
                      My crediability includes a Govt. job, a pay pack of 3 lakhs p.a., a live H.D.F.C. credit card of Rs.2, 25, 000/- with no negative credit record till date. Still SBI ...

                        I have a PPF account in SBI tansen road Gwalior since 2000, now i have been transfered to Indore hence i want to credit the amount in ppf account either through internet banking or in any branch of sbi indore, but in indore sbi branches are refusing to collect the amount in PPF account at Gwalior, pl guide me the procedure for payment vide internet banking and viewing of my account on internet.

                        I have PPF account with SBI in Ratlam. Now i am residing in Gurgaon. There is no such facility to transfer amont in my PPF account through SBI core banking branch.

                        sIts too cumbersome to deposit amount in PPF account. I know its advisable to transfer the PPF account to current residence's city. But I have been trasferred frequently. So i do not want to transfer the account. SBI tech team shoudl think about such problem of its consumer.

                        I would like to draw attention to concerned authority of SBI regarding this problem.

                        I have a PPF a/c in SBI NCERT Branch New Delhi. it was open in 2004 with amount Rs-500/-. But from 2005 to 2008 I did not deposit any amount in this a/c.                         I had placed request for transfer of PPF account from SBI, Pune to SBI Dhanbad. SBI, Pune says they have dispatched the check and closed the account and SBI, Dhanbad says they haven't received it. They are not giving me an answer since last Nov. 2008.

                        If you open the PFF at SBI, now you can make payment through Internet banking using third party transfer irrespective of branch it belongs. Also you can verify the balance available in PFF account online, may be you should request for linking your PPF account to Savings account.

                        Hi,

                        As of now PPF can be deposit in any SBI branch, just ensure your PPF account is opened in SBI
                        SBI online banking is useless. Too cumber some to do anything. Can't they think of any easy way. If I have to register a online payment there is 2 option, one send a signed printout of the request within 10 days or get a authorised code using SMS. Why can't they send the code by e-mail.

                        PPF is another story... why can't I get access to PPF online and do the required transaction.

                        Govt is making fool o[censored]s and spending our money in a useless manner.

                          We took Housing loan from SBI (Personal Banking Branch, Kakinada).Our Housing loan number [protected], Duration is 10 years i.e., 120 months from[protected] onwards.We are receiving EMI statements every year from the bank for the purpose of IT returns.Now the bank is forcing us to continue for 24 excess months.We requested the bank to issue notice through registered post.But the bank is pressuring us to sign on that.So please justify us.We will be happy if you can resolve this complaint as early as possible.

                              I am an account holder with SBI, Chakradharpur Branch (code: 2924), India. I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 12, 000(Twelve thousand rupees only) from a HSBC ATM in somajiguda branch, Hyderabad, India on 27/01/2009 around 1:28 P.M. The ATM advised me that it was processing the transaction and then that I should wait for my money and receipt. But ATM did not dispense any money I contacted SBI who told me to give me the written application. since I am staying in Hyderabad so I finally submitted on 11/Feb/2009 to my SBI Branch at chakradharpur but till now my money was not reverted I am calling them regularly, they are simply telling that we have given application to Mumbai Head Branch now they have to take action. Days are passing. I am under a lot of pressure.
                              Please advise me what to take next step to get my money back.

                                  Sub: Amount was not withdrawn from the SBI ATM ( Mani Nagar Ahmedabad)

                                  This is for your kind information that I Vikeern Mishra holding the saving account in HDFC bank A/C no. [protected].Today on 02/10/09 i went o the SBI ATM at Mani Nagar opposite railway station to withdraw Rs 5000/- from the ATM the transation was done but i did not recevied the money from the ATM machine . I got the ATM slip which shows Rs 5000/- deduted from my account . I tried to put the complain in the complain book but there was no security guard neither the complain book . I also tried calling the Toll Free no. but due to national holiday for Gandhi Jayanti i didnt got any responce.

                                  Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible. Its is very difficult for the middle class family like us .

                                    Dear Sir
                                    This is to bring into you kind attention to the malpractice and harrasment of SBI credit card department.
                                    I, Adarsh kumar handa had been a customer of SBI credit card (Card no.[protected].Due to irregular statement posting by the bank and not calculating proper interest, I approached them for the full and final settlement with the bank execuetive, I was told to pay the settlement amount of Rs.10500/- at the payment ofice SBI credit card, room No.216, city cente patto -Plaza, Panjim-Goa in thrre installments . I had paid the amount in Nov, 2006and have got the settlement letter .
                                    Recently i started getting calls from them saying that i have not paid my credit card bills and they also threatended me to take a legal action. I wrote to their customer care executive but still i have not got any reply from them. Kindlly let me know but shall i do, i am fedup with their continuous calls.
                                    iam attaching the scanned copies of settlement letter as well as the DD, s paid against the settlement letter.

                                    SBI Credit Card — Settlement Letter+Harrasment

                                    Hi,

                                    This is sheer nonsense..I regret the day I got this SBI Credit Card. I got this closed and settled sometime back and have the settlement letter with me as well.

                                    The Bank and their stupid employees just do not seeem to understand that and I've their representative standing infront of my door on a Saturday morning asking for 38, 000!

                                    This is ridiculous and a harrasment for me. Can anone please suggest what is the procedure of getting these things right. I wish I could penalise them.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have a SBI bank credit card. In the statement of 09th Feb 2009, there is a late fee of 350/- & annual charges of 750/- shown in that statement. The total dues for that month was 3923/-
                                      Then I have got the calls from collection agencies by
                                      Ph# [protected].
                                      Dated 12th feb I got a call from Mr. Naveen from above same telephone number and he confirm that both late fees & annual fee has been reversed from my account & told me to do the balance payment of Rs- 2823/- I have done that payment on same day.
                                      Now I am again getting the calls from the same ph # and they are telling me to do the balace payment of Rs. 750/- (annuual fee). They are saying that annual charges has not revers from my account.

                                        I have opened an joint account on 28/07/2008 at State Bank Of India(Chinakuri branch, West Bengal, Branch Code- 4637). I have approached the authorities of the bank several times but they said the PIN code is sent from Mumbai and they can't do annything. So I wrote a complain and mailed to the SBI customer care as well as in the complain section. But till now no response came from their behalf. I am facing the problem regarding the transaction with the bank. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                                        I have opened an joint account on 18/03/2009 at State Bank Of India(branch- civil line jalandhar, punjab). I have approached the authorities of the bank several times but they said the PIN code is not sent from Mumbai and they can't do annything. So I wrote a complain and mailed to the SBI customer care as well as in the complain section. But till now no response came from their behalf. I am facing the problem regarding the transaction with the bank. Kindly sent the atm- pin.
