ATM PIN number is not yet received

I have opened an account in SBI.KARAIKUDI branch(my hometown) in Nov 2008. Now i am working in chennai.
i received ATM card in december od 2008. Still i am waiting for PIN number. I enquired about PIN in SBI Karaikudi branch. They replied that PIN number is not yet received from there head office.
Now the month is Feb. I dont know how many time i have to go to KARAIKUDI BRANCH SBI to get my PIN number.

Money deducted falsely

Hello,

I swiped my ATM/Debit card at Brand Factory, Hyderabad on 18-Oct-08. Due to some network issues, the transaction failed, and I made a cash payment of Rs 299.00, but the same amount is deducted from my saving account.
I wrote to SBI HAL, Bangalore and even spoke to some representative there, they accepted that this is due to some technical error and told that it normally takes 3 months to refund the money, but...

Regarding SBI Card number 4317 XXXX XXXX 9138

I hold SBI credit card. On 24th september, 2008 I observed that there were some 8 transactions of 34660 which were not done by me. I immediately raised dispute regarding the same. In Oct month, they reversed one of the transaction, but rest of those are still not reversed and they are levying financial charges and late payments. Now there is an outstanding of 40000 . I am not sure why rest of the transactions were not reversed till now when...

Internet Banking ID/Password not given in 3 months.

I have been a customer of State Bank of India since last 10 years. Recently I applied for Net banking Id and password and I was asked to come in THREE days between 10:30 am and 12 noon. I was surprised by the efficiency of the bank and thanked them. But even after THREE months I have not received my id and password. As the case is, the officer who gives id and password to net banking customers is never present at his seat during this time...

ATM not recieved

I have sumbited my old damaged ATM card in November ' 08 to the branch, and have not received the new card yet. When enquired several times at the branch each time they reply saying that they have no idea why its taking time and are not responsible for the delay. Its been 4 months that I am getting the same reply.

My bank branch is Panjim-Goa, near hotel Mandovi.

wrong deduction of amton swiping the card at united colours of benneton pase 7 mohali

on 30 jul 2008 i had done some shopping at united colours of benetton phase 7 mohali worth Rs 825/-.
my card no is[protected]. the crad was swiped twice and the machine gave errorand the bill didnot come out. the money was paid in cash to the shopkeeper.the amount got deducted from my saving a/c no[protected] home br at jalandhar cantt. i had approached the bankers and sent the letter also but no action has been taken...

Credit card Balance transfer issue

Hi,

I have taken balance transfer request for Rs.10, 000 18 months ago. After 10 days I cancelled the request. But still the SBI has charged that amount in next month statement.I have complained about this issue to customer care several times and cancelled the card by sending the card to SBI credit cards division DELHI.

Trouble in logging in

I have been trying for last one week, to log in with the user name and password given by SBI. It was working when I received 3 years back and I was using it. Then after a long gap of 2.5 years, I once again tried the OnlineSBI.com, that time I was facing the problem.

I contacted the respective officer in the branch, he told that, you try with your password, it will work. Even now it is not working.

ATM counter card reader are out of order

My self Mukesh Singh having an account in SBI, Rajgangpur dist- sundergarh, Orissa. From last 15 to 20 days your all ATM counter between rourkela to rajgangpur are not working properly either some time there is no money and most of the time Your ATM card reader is not reading the card, all your customer are in deep trouble, due to this reason i have to withdraw my money from some other ATM counters for which i have to pay Rs.20/-...

SBI comits to open free demat a/c but but accual demate opening charge is almost 5400/- rs.
you have to open mahabachat account of rs. 5000/- + demat maintaince charge : 400 in advance...
