I am an account holder with SBI, Chakradharpur Branch (code: 2924), India. I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 12, 000(Twelve thousand rupees only) from a HSBC ATM in somajiguda branch, Hyderabad, India on 27/01/2009 around 1:28 P.M. The ATM advised me that it was processing the transaction and then that I should wait for my money and receipt. But ATM did not dispense any money I contacted SBI who told me to give me the written application. since I am staying in Hyderabad so I finally submitted on 11/Feb/2009 to my SBI Branch at chakradharpur but till now my money was not reverted I am calling them regularly, they are simply telling that we have given application to Mumbai Head Branch now they have to take action. Days are passing. I am under a lot of pressure.
Please advise me what to take next step to get my money back.

iam not an a/c holder o[censored] r bank but my sister is a/c holder with a/c no:[protected].sadasivapet branch, Medak Dist.Andhrapradesh.I went to draw the money from ICICI bank first i needed 800/- but I didn't get the money it has strucked after I went another ATM then I got to know that I lost that amount the Bank people are not reacting properly please sovle my problem it has happened on last month on 08/08/09.ATM CARD NO IS:[protected]

    I had a SBI credit card for I have regularly paid my bills. And my re payments tracks also good.
    Request you to check my payment track record towards my card no. [protected]. I would like to inform you that I have been making my payment in time of which I have all the recipts. Dispit the fact I have been charged late payment now and then. This is disturbing me to continue with the card [protected]

    Request you to Wave my all the latepayment charges. which have been charged so far or else i will be forced in stop the use of card on immediate basis.

      Sub: Amount was not withdrawn from the SBI ATM ( Mani Nagar Ahmedabad)

      Dear Sir
      This is for your kind information that I Vikeern Mishra holding the saving account in HDFC bank A/C no. [protected].Today on 02/10/09 i went o the SBI ATM at Mani Nagar opposite railway station to withdraw Rs 5000/- from the ATM the transation was done but i did not recevied the money from the ATM machine . I got the ATM slip which shows Rs 5000/- deduted from my account . I tried to put the complain in the complain book but there was no security guard neither the complain book . I also tried calling the Toll Free no. but due to national holiday for Gandhi Jayanti i didnt got any responce.

      Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible. Its is very difficult for the middle class family like us .

        Dear Sir
        This is to bring into you kind attention to the malpractice and harrasment of SBI credit card department.
        I, Adarsh kumar handa had been a customer of SBI credit card (Card no.[protected].Due to irregular statement posting by the bank and not calculating proper interest, I approached them for the full and final settlement with the bank execuetive, I was told to pay the settlement amount of Rs.10500/- at the payment ofice SBI credit card, room No.216, city cente patto -Plaza, Panjim-Goa in thrre installments . I had paid the amount in Nov, 2006and have got the settlement letter .
        Recently i started getting calls from them saying that i have not paid my credit card bills and they also threatended me to take a legal action. I wrote to their customer care executive but still i have not got any reply from them. Kindlly let me know but shall i do, i am fedup with their continuous calls.
        iam attaching the scanned copies of settlement letter as well as the DD, s paid against the settlement letter.

        SBI Credit Card — Settlement Letter+Harrasment

        Hi,

        This is sheer nonsense..I regret the day I got this SBI Credit Card. I got this closed and settled sometime back and have the settlement letter with me as well.

        The Bank and their stupid employees just do not seeem to understand that and I've their representative standing infront of my door on a Saturday morning asking for 38, 000!

        This is ridiculous and a harrasment for me. Can anone please suggest what is the procedure of getting these things right. I wish I could penalise them.

          Dear Sir,
          I have a SBI bank credit card. In the statement of 09th Feb 2009, there is a late fee of 350/- & annual charges of 750/- shown in that statement. The total dues for that month was 3923/-
          Then I have got the calls from collection agencies by
          Ph# [protected].
          Dated 12th feb I got a call from Mr. Naveen from above same telephone number and he confirm that both late fees & annual fee has been reversed from my account & told me to do the balance payment of Rs- 2823/- I have done that payment on same day.
          Now I am again getting the calls from the same ph # and they are telling me to do the balace payment of Rs. 750/- (annuual fee). They are saying that annual charges has not revers from my account.

          Pls help me for that

            I have opened an joint account on 28/07/2008 at State Bank Of India(Chinakuri branch, West Bengal, Branch Code- 4637). I have approached the authorities of the bank several times but they said the PIN code is sent from Mumbai and they can't do annything. So I wrote a complain and mailed to the SBI customer care as well as in the complain section. But till now no response came from their behalf. I am facing the problem regarding the transaction with the bank. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

              Sir,
              This is to inform you about the quality of ATM card that you are providing to the customer is not upto the mark.
              I have SBI debit card, the upper layer (Lamination) peal off from the card. The reason for this is that,
              we keep the card in the purse and take it out for inserting in ATM machine. Ever time inserting and withdrawing will have horizontal force and vertical force applied on the card. And moreover due to internal purse friction the upper printed lamination slides off. There must be a specific limit for number of inserts and withdrawal based on certain calculation the card must be designed. If so, please provide me the information.

              It is a request, If you can improve the quality of card

              we the SBI ATM customers appreciates the effort made.

              For your kind information please see the other private bank credit/ debit cards they are much better and durable.

              SBI ATM CARDS — Didn't get an Atm card

              Sir,
              I have opened an account in SBI pendurthi branch,Visakhapatnam on August 13th 2007 and still i didn't get tha ATM card.When opening an account i have mentioned for an ATM card also.And after a month i had gone to bank and asked about my ATM they told that you will be getting the card in 45 working days and yet i didn't get the card.
              So, please do needful help for me.

                  i have taken over my home loanfrom HDFC to SBI jabalpur on / after 12 feb 09. As per SBI staff loan sanction after 2nd feb 09 will be fixed interest rate of 8% but my home loan interest rate is fixed on 9.9% i said to sbi staff for this but they said my home loan was sanctioned on 27 january 09. i signed home loan papers and provide stamp papers on 12 february 09 so how can my loan sanctioned before 12 feb 09

                  I am 26 years old BE civil Engineer working as JRF(engg. Stream) in "north zonal office lucknow of Central pollution Control Board". sir, A state Govt Employee served as gazetted officer since 1979 in irrigation dept. (currently he is executive engg started from assistant engg)wants to buy a flat(old one) in An Appartment using bank loan from SB, he was trying since last two months taking all required documents from Builder, The Current Owner and his own documents, but the SBI is asking about different papers one by one, now he is currently bothering to Owner, Builders and bank.sir, for a govt employee having all documents but for bribe the duty manager /loan passing officer of bank is being playing a Game, as he represented the conditions(builders documents, owners agreement and other necessary documents) but when he goes the officer asks about new condition/papers.Is it correct ? I think it comes under RTI, as I told about the person he is unnecessary bothering towards all the three parties, after knowing all conditions the bank could ask all required documents at 1st time only, when he goes when bank asks to come they asked for new condition/documents.sir, I am anxious about the future if he has to work for loan having all correct documents then what will be aspect for people like me just started to settle.Your kind attention on this matter will be highly appreciable and I remain thank full to you.

                  I AM IN BUG TROUBLE PLS HELP ME OUT.

                  WE HAVE APPLIED FOR A HOAM LOAN LAST WEEK, BUT IT HAS BEEN REJECTED BECAUSE WITHOUT ANY REASON ME AND MY HUSBAND NAME IS REJESTERED IN CIBIL DEFAULTER LIST. INFO SHOWS WE HAVE TAKEN THE LOAN ANMOUNT OF 1 CRORE 16 LAC RUPEES FROM THE BANK

                  I have taken over my Eductional loan from SBI Theni BranchTamil nadu on 22 june 09. As per SBI loan status says at the rate of eductional loan is 11.25%.But they put in 13.25%, I enquire the branch, then I found they make the mistake..??.In course SBI reduce the additional intrest 0.5% also...So, Kindly consider my case

                  State Bank of India, Hoam Loan — Heigher rate of interest than agreement

                  * i have borrowed a hoam loan from sbi, garden reach branch, kolkata in nov ' 04 on fixed rate of interest of 8% (according to arrangement letter).
                  * i have started repaying my EMI of Rs. 4175 from april ' 05,
                  * in march' 06, when i saw the statement for the loan repayment i found that sbi is taking the floating rate of interest,
                  * i immidiately informed the matter to the manager of personal banking department, he did not bothered to listen to me, then i went to branch manager, he also did not entertained me.
                  * story was same whan i repeatedly contacted the different managers ( personal banking) & branch managers (as the managers of these two post are transfered repeatedly).
                  * in the mean time i have failed to repay the EMI for the month of july ' 07 & dec ' 07 as the bank is used to deduct the EMI from my salary A/C & both the time, the payment of my part wages was not in time. AND i did not feel to repay the said EMI as there was irregularities in terms of interest rate.
                  * in sep ' 08 & nov ' 08 the sbi, real assete central processing unit, jeevan deep, kolkata send me two seperate letters, informing me, the non payment of said EMI, stating deferent amounts. i replied twice stating the irregularities in terms of my rate of interest, but there was no response from their side.
                  * in july' 09, i met the then branch manager who directed me to approach the matter to real assete central processing unit, jeevan deep, kolkata, there they assured me for the rectificaion. but after their rectification i found that they have changed the rate of interest to 8% from oct ' 09 only and no rectification for the past calculation.
                  * sbi did not bothered to clarify the matter to me.

I was surprised to note that you are charging interest @ 10.75% for my loan account. I hope it should be 10%. Could you please check whether the rate of interest you are charging is correct or not. Sir, Please revert on this.

I was surprised to note that you are charging interest @ 11.75% for my loan account. I hope it should be 11%. Could you please check whether the rate of interest you are charging is correct or not.                           I have to say the I am one of the account holder of SBI. My name is SHAMAIL AHMAD and my account number is [protected] at MAIN BRANCH-0035, BETTIAH-845438, BIHAR. Sir On the 30th January I made a transaction of 1800 Rupees from GOLAPBAG SBI ATM, BURDWAN, WB, but the transaction failed and neither money nor the slip came out.When I checked my balance on 4th February I found 1800 Rupees missing from my account and sleep shows that transaction has been made on the 30th January. I complained on the 5th February to my account holding branch (0035, Bettiah) through one the my friends as I am a student and study at Burdwan, WB. The Bank Manager told that within 15 days your problem will be solved. When I found no response from bank, after 15 days I send a self signed application to the same branch via Speed Post. Now more than 30 days has been passed, still I am waiting for my money.

                              Dear Sir,



                              This is to intimate you that myself Sayan Ray and my SBI Card no. is [protected].

                              In the month of May 2007 SBI made a final settlement. The settlement amount is 21460(twenty one thousand four hundred and sixty).By telephonic conversation with your executives they said already they have sent me the settlement letter but due to unavailibility of myself the letter was returned. Till date already I have paid Rs.18000 of my final settlement.Before my last payment which was Rs10000 one executive of collection department Mr Raj Malhotra(RJ 23S8) called me from Delhi[protected] at 12.01p.m dated 21/12/07.This person has told me to pay this 10000 and not to pay a single rupee before receiving the settlement letter and assured me that he will sent that letter. But till date neither I have received any letter nor any mail from your side.



                              But now everyday SBI executives of collection department were asking for payments and that is also for around Rupees 40000/-.I am feeling very depressed and a victim of mental harassment.



                              So my request is please look into the matter and I will pay the rest amount of 3140/- immedietly when the settlement letter comes to me.

                              Sub:- Compaint regarding Barclays Credit Card

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am having Barclays Gold credit card from last 1 year.
                              My Barclays credit card no.[protected].
                              I withdraw of Rs.9000/- in the month May 2008.
                              I have paid amount as follows:-

                              Date Cheque no. Amount
                              09.05.[protected]/-
                              03.06.[protected]/-
                              11.09.[protected]/-
                              11.11.[protected]/-
                              23.12.[protected]/-
                              18.02.[protected]/-

                              Also I have paid Rs.4000/- in Cash.Total I have paid Rs.10430/-
                              Now they have send statment on dt.05.03.09 of Rs.16823.31/-
                              I don't know how they are charging interest rate.

                              I talk to customer care executive on Tel no.[protected]
                              regarding stopped card. But they are saying we cannot stop your card,
                              you have to pay all amount.

                              I am not capable to pay this much amout. Please look in this matter.

                              I am one o[censored]r credit card user, 2 days back ur collections guys come to us and they threatend me they told me the NBW ( Non bailable Warrant) has been issued against me but i never recieve any summon and notice from ur side, executive o[censored]r bank always used to come and pick the payment sometimes they have not issue me reciept this is very shameful that your senior employees whos name is Mr. Kapil ([protected]) and Mr. Naveen ( [protected] ) came to my home and told us the NBW has been issued against me without any summon and notice after listening these word i got disturb and they brought me to Krishna nagar police station then i paid Rs 10000/- to escape myself even this time they have not mention my card number on the receipt

                              my actual usage is Rs 50000/- and til now i have deposited more that my usage still they demandind Rs 60000/- as settelement amout kindly look on matter take appropriate action otherwise i move for consumer court.details of card is given below;-

                                My brother have applied for Education loan for Med) in May/ jun 09 in SBI Islampur branch,
                                This coarse have 10 month duration
                                Yet file is pending in branch due to no manpower available
                                yet file is not send to Regional office, every time branch manager says that he will send file only when Empty vacancy For File transporters is filled, almost 05 month are gone,
                                kindly do the needful on urgent basis

                                  Once a day a call come on my mobile and say i talk behalf of sbi cradit card com. and we provied platinam credit card free of cost for our old coutmer.This complain true on date 6/3/09 SBI card sales executive come my home in karnal 1756-A sector-6 and he say me i convert ur silver card in platinem card without extra charge and ur cradit limet is increse 2.5 lac.He fill up my application form and he recieved my card and says new card i got in a week by couriar.He comes from gurgaon.When i cheak my unbilled amount 1400 Rs credit on vishal mega mart on 9/3/09.When i complain coustmer care they say there are no any scheme convert platiniam card and ur layble to paid this amount then i understand a chetter cheat me.                                     Hi, I am Shivakumar Ladde. I have an account with SBI in your esteemed branch. I used Debit card to get cash(1000/-) from SBH bank ATM machine at Latur on 16 Feb at around 7:30 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my acount which I come to know next day. Now I dont know what to I am planing to go consumer court. Can you please help me lodging the complaint with Consumer Court. Thanks

                                    My name is Partha Sarathi Pandey and I am an account holder of SBI. On 20th April, 2009, at around 2pm, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.3500/- from ICICI atm at Residency Road, Bangalore. The atm machine displayed "Your transaction is being processed", and after some 5 minutes it displayed "Network Error", and neither the cash not the printed slip was dispensed. So I withdrew the same amount from an atm just beside it in the same room.


                                    After checking my mini-statement on 22nd of April, 2009. I found out that Rs 3500/- has been deducted from my savings a/c twice.
                                    Please look into this matter, and rectify the error, so that I may get back my hard earned money.

                                      I DEPOSIT MY SONs SCHOOL FEE IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH TRAL 192123 KASHMIR.
                                      TODAY ON 11.03.2009 I ATTENDED BANK TO DEPOSIT RS 1050 TO ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] OPERATED BY FUTURE VISION MODEL SCHOOL TRAL. I PRESENTED THE PAY IN SLIP FOR RS 1050 BUT THE BANK REFUSED TO ACCEPT AND DEMANDED LATE FEE OF RS 50 FOR WHICH THE BANK IS NOT AUTHORISED. THE BANK IS ACTING LIKE THE AGENT OF THE SCHOOL. I CONTACTED THE BANK MANAGER ON DUTY THAT YOU ACCEPT THE FEE AND IF I HAVE TO PAY ANY LATE FEE, THE SCHOOL WILL INFORM ME AND IT IS NOT THE DUTY OF BANK TO ACT AS AGENT OF THE SCHOOL.BANK MANAGER ALSO INSISTED ON PAYING LATE FEE.                                         My Father (Late Meghnad Roy Chowdhury)was an employee of SBI Berhampore (main branch). He died on 19/12/2007, while still in job. He was to retire in 2011. Since then we have been trying our best to get my mother's full pension sanctioned. After a delay of about 7 months since my father's demise, she was only sanctioned a half pension of Rs.463 only due to errors in bank records, though my father had served as a tenure of more than 20 years as a permanent employee of SBI. I have been running pillar to post since then to get the pension amount rectified, but till now no one has given any solid information. All the documents have been submitted to SBI Berhampore Main Branch personel Mr. Mihir who deals such issues. As per him this is the first such case from Berhampore, so I need to communicate with Zonal office at Ultadanga ( Kolkata) personally. I had contacted at the said office and only after about six months more the documents were forwarded to PPG department (Kolkata). I was asked to contact them. There i contacted Mr. Biswanath Biswas, who initially seemed to be realy helpfull with informations. Later he directed me Mr. Some, saying that he is the person who takes care of Pension revisions. Mr. Some, on being contacted, immediatly returned me to Mr. Biswas, stating that this was not at all a case of revision but of fresh sanction. Since then I have been trying to contact both of them, but if the former is present the later is absent and always the answer is that processing can start only when the later returns.
                                        Please let me know what should be done in instances like this where an ex-employee's family is harased like this for even the pension.
