account Debited without disbursing cash from ATM

sir,
I am a customer of SBI nawada branch, bihar and my account no-is [protected].I have a savings account in this branch.ON 0ct 28, 2007 i went to withdraw cash of Rs 4000 from SBI ATM of nawada home branch.The ATM machine niether delivered me cash and produced incorrect transaction slip, and account debited . i have already submitted application with brochuer in the home branch at the next day of transaction.

Fact - I had obtained a cash advance on the basis of information given by your executive that there prepayment charges will not be charged to me if I make the early payment of my cash advance before maturity date. Your executive said that this is an exclusive benefit of going for cash advance with SBI which no other bank is offering. On the basis of his verbal commitment I went for your proposal & got Cash advance. Subsequently when I decided to repay the full amount in 2 months I was told by another executive that I will have to pay the foreclosure fees. I had an argument with your executive on the basis of earlier commitment given by you executive & then she confirmed that those charges will be reversed in next statement but before that I will have to make payment of the same. On the basis of her confirmation I made the full payment in Dec-08 along with foreclosure fees but I found in next month's statement that the charges were not reversed. Again I enquired with your call centre where I got the reply that those charges will be reversed in 48 hours which again not happened. Again I enquired with your call centre where I got the reply that it will be reversed immediately & I can verify it in 2 working days. But again as usual there was no reply/response from your call centre.
Again I called up at your call centre on 09/02/09 at 12.45 pm to ask about the reversal & that time another executive said that one Ms. Preeti who was looking after this transaction is on leave & she will call me back in 48 hours & that charges will be reversed. But again I am very sorry to say that I had not received any call from anybody. Again I called up after 3 days to remind your call centre about the same & that time one gentleman said that those charges are surely going to be reversed in next 48 hours & I can check it on 14th of Feb, 09 in my a/c. But today on 18/02/09 when I saw my a/c, the credit I not yet reflecting. Most of the time when I call up at your call centre your executive keeps me on hold & after that either the call gets disconnected or I have to disconnect it as there is no reply from your side.

I am disappointed by the service of your credit card company & wish to inform you that if I don't get the immediate credit in my a/c then I don't have any choice but to go to consumer forum & media for giving me this kind of service.

    Dear Sir
    This is to state that I am an account holder of SBI bank, NCERT branch, New Delhi, Account No [protected] and after approximately one month of opening my account my ATM pin stopped working. Since then I have applied five time though the branch for a new ATM pin but still not received it. The Bank Manager is also helpless as he has applied for it 5 times but has not received. This is height of patience, please do something.

      I have account with SBI branch in Coimbatore. I have deposited cash into my account in another branch in coimbatore. Both the braches are belongs to Coimbatore only. But Rs. 25 has been charged to my account as "Intercity Charges".
      When I enquired about this with the bank, they responded that, I can deposit cash into my account only in my home branch. If I deposit in any other branch even inside the city, Rs.25 will be charged minimal.

      Charging transaction fee, even for Cash deposit in another branch in the same city is not acceptable for any customer.

      I have account with SBI branch in KG Marg, New Delhi. I have deposited cash into my account at AIIMS, Ansari Nagar Branch which also in New Delhi only.

      But later while chaeking online my account balance I saw Rs. 25 had been dedcuted from my account as "Intercity Charges".

      When I enquired about this with the bank, they responded that, I can deposit cash into my account only in my home branch without any charge but if I deposit in any other branch even inside the city or say one the other side of the road minimum Rs.25 will be charged.

      Its an illogical charge which has been practiced by the SBI with malafide intension to make quick bucks.

      A consumer/depositer desposits his hard earned cash amount to the bank which further utilsed by the same bank as money for other transactions. In such case the bank should be thankful to all depositers and specially those whose account is not there in that particular branch.


      Through this web channel, i would request to concerned authorityi that pls look into matter and take a tough action against the malpracitces done by State Bank of India.

      Charging transaction fee, even for Cash deposit in another branch in the same city is not acceptable for any customer.
      Iam from Hyderabad, I had an Account in Sri Nagar Colony and another at Nizampet (Kukatpally)The embarassing thing is that I too had the same experience with our Nationalised Bank, even Rs.100 deposit in SBI reflecting a transaction fee of Rs.25, How could it be..?Hard Earned Money is missing in the pretext of service charge in a Nationalised Bank.what is the Use of opening an Account in a Nationalised Bank other than those Private Banks, which offer services only due to competition but not for service, RBI has to look into this issue to protect the interests of the people.
      average balance ur charge is rs 200 min charge.but other bank canara bank is minimun rs 20 charge .pls reverse the charge

        The same problem is going with me right now i Have recievd my card 2 months back still i hv not recievd tha code.
        And after 2 months the manager is asking me 2 right a complain once again.The managers of SBI in kolkata are worthless especially if they are Bengali

        I am also facing the same PIN problem. I had received ATM card ( replacement of old Atm card) 45 days back. But till now I have not received the PIN. I had approched SBI Branch so many times but they are expressing their inability to solve the problem. I dont undertand why the PIN is not delivered inspite of recovery of Rs.200.00 for replacing the ATM Card. There should be penalty for late delivery, as the SBI follows for late payment of dues.

          Hello Sir,
          I am using SBI Debit Card Sience last 3 years. on 1st of Feb, i have purchased some clothes from Shopping mall, for Payment i have given my debit card. but because of server load it was not working.
          it happened twice. so i have paid cash of RS 1699.00. Next day from my Account rs 1699.00 debited twice.
          i have inquire to shopping mall.he told me it is not credited in his Account. and i have given application to SBI bank olso.
          So can you please tell me what i have to do now ??

            My son Ramendra Kumar Sinha, customer of SBI and holder of SB account No.[protected] standing at Kailashahar branch(code 5592) in Tripura State applied for ATM-cum-debit card and accordingly he received the card bearing No.[protected] on 15/01/09 by post against his above mentioned SB account but till date his PIN has not yet been reached in branch office. On being approached, the concerned bank authorities intimated that they have not received the PIN yet and also instructed to write to you for the PIN. SBI Kailashahar branch(I would request you to look into and arrange despatch of PIN at the earliest.

              Dear Sir,

              I have made full cheque payment of Rs.4240 /- for my credit card statement dt. 16.1.09 vide cheque No. 666032, dt. 23.1.2009 and cheque droped in credit card cheque box at SBI, Palm Beach Branch, Navi Mumbai-400 706. But till date cheque is not found and tresse and till date credit not given to me. I am personaly gone to the above said Bank. But no further information given to me by SBI Bank. Please I request you to find where is my cheque gone? If the my cheuqe is miplaced by Bank then Bank should be give me in writing letter, then I will issued fresh cheque. When I am paid bill before due date, why should I pay the delay charges or interest? And one more suggestiton that keep credit card cheque drop box at every ATM Centre. So we can paid easily payment. So, please tressed where is my cheque? And give me answer or inform me immediately after getting this complaint.

                I am having CC account "[protected]" at "INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, VARANASI, UTTAR PRADESH".
                I've long been a user of your products/services and up until now have always regarded you as an excellent organization. But I am really sorry to say this for the last 2/3 months I am disappointed with the kind of service providing by the branch, especially with the accountant of this branch because he is getting more materialistic rather than being realistic. Though he is capable of doing everything, he believes in dissolving the problem by postponing it rather than solving it immediately.

                Nobody at branch aware of the Net Banking facility, not even Manager. And nobody is interested in knowing it too. Though I have complained regarding it but action has not been taken against it.

                  Hello,

                  I had taken a loan of Rs 5000 from SBI Kolkata and had requested for conversion of the loan amount into flexi payments. The customer representative was first very rude while talking to me. Then I was given a Reference Number and was told that my loan of rs 5000 has been made into a flexi payment.

                  This was last year and i started to pay the minimum amount due where I was told that this must be paid to settle the amount of loan. I got a rude shock when I was told that there was no flexi payment done, and I need to pay the entire amount plus the interest charges. Everyday calls are received from SBI customer care who always have the same point to make that payment is due but when the reference number is stated they reply back such reference number does not exist. I have also paid the entire loan of Rs 5000 but why should i PAY anything like the interest charges where as no flexi payment was made?

                    SBI is advertising that there is no processing fee for House Loans.
                    One of my friend who recently took loan in Kerala told the following story
                    SBI inisist that Leagal opinion should be through the lawyer they mention the charge is 1000/-
                    The Evaluator ( Civil Engineer ) also fixed by them. We have to pay Rs 2000 and if you are urgent you have to take them to the site.
                    After that SBI will sent SBI officer to the site verify the certificates given by their Lawyer/Evaluator and Civil authorities.
                    And after that SBI will insist that the Documents/ Registration also should done be through the writer fixed by them . For that you have pay around 16000/-

                    So totally 19, 000/- you have to spent to avail a Loan of 19 lakhs.

                    And at least 10 times you have to visit SBI to remind the urgency of the Loan.
                    You have to meet the manger /processing officer / Loan account creating officer / Document Signing officer/ Cheque disbusing officer/ Insurance Officer/. You have to walk arround the entire office.
                    He was wondering is it the same way other banks also act. He felt like visting typical state govt office . State Govt offices are working of course working without IT gadgets are much better. "SBI- old wine new bottle(A/c room)" But still wine (loan) is cheaper 9.25% so we have to bear all this to get some kick .
                    Please for God's sake and our country' s sake let us work to our consciuos for taking 50, 000 minim salary

                        i have sbi card holding number [protected].

                        i called for one time settlement and was approved for rs. 16, 500.

                        they are giving me a letter saying that it is one time settlement letter.

                        and want only cash for one time settlement not the cheque.

                        when i insisted on cheque, sbi card division, ashok bhupal chamber, begumpet people not taking the chque.

                        moreover i want to know if whether the letter they are giving me as one time settlement letter is fake or original.

                            Sub: Regarding SBI Credit Card No: [protected]

                            This is to bring to your notice that the above said card was used by me and the same was closed by me after fruitful threatening by your goons who were disguised in the name of collection agents, on 24th April 2003.

                            Once again I will bring back refresh and dust the memory of your bank, the amount I owed to your bank was on 5th March 2003 was Rs 20700.86 and after fruitful harassments by your so called customer service agents and managers the amount of Rs 18, 000 was accepted and paid by my father in my absence.

                            In case if you’re not aware the customer service manager for Chennai circle (GE capital –SBI) that time I will bring back to your banks memory it was a goon named Mr.Kamalakannan.

                            After five long year’s again the ghost is haunting me back in the name of debts owed to your card, there particular lady calling me for several months saying that she is from SBI –GE credit cards and I owe Rs 28, 000 and odd money, first of all I like to know how an account which has been settled and accepted by the both parties on settlement suddenly crops with due. I really don’t understand how an account which was settled still alive, this show how un-diligent is your banks mechanism and system.

                            The harassment by your tele-callers in the name of customer support executive is growing daily, due to regular harassment by your bank staff had led to demise of my father and my mother being admitted to hospital. Even after explaining to your uneducated, disrespectful, ill-mannered executives they are harassing me and my family constantly. I really I appreciate your banks system and ways to harassment you guys must have been given a job in gautamo bay, Cuba.

                            I request you, with immediate effect to issue directives to your bank to stop this nonsensical behaviour and I need in writing that in present or in future that I or my family will not be disturbed in this reason.






                            I will be forwarding this letter to Banking Ombudsman so as to know that how your bank has and have been harassing me. (Ref.RPCD.BOS.No.441/13.01.01/2005-06 chapter IV clause 1 sub clause (S), (T) and (U), Clause 2 D and Clause 3)

                                Privilege Circle prog details, i was told that i would be getting the following after paying Rs 6180:

                                1. Holiday Voucher for 3days & 2nt's to any of the 40 locations.
                                2. Airline Ticket one way for 1 person
                                3. Joining Gift - a watch worth Rs 3090
                                4. Bonus Reward pts of 500

                                I was not told about the 4months of date of dispatch clause and 1 month in advance notice and then there was exclusion period against every location stuff which actually left 1-2 months period only or very few sectors. Still i managed to avail this offer and was satisfied

                                The Giordano watch is available otherwise for Rs 400 in independent SBI card offer. It was a fake and a local made and not the Giordano brand. There was no warranty card or bill with it. i'm not happy or satisfied with it.

                                I was not told about the taxes and surcharges that would be born by me when i take the airline ticket offer. The airline tickets cost is arnd Re1 or 0 and the tax is more than Rs 2500??? what logic is this???? why is the customer being fooled??? i dnt wish to avail this offer

                                The bonus pt's have still not been added into my account and when i inquired abt it i was told that my card is a cash bk card and that no bonus pts are calculated for your account. If the same was the case, why was i not informed before??? Also till date i've received no cash back even after doing transactions.

                                I want my money back and some action taken as i'm not satisfied/happy with the service or this offer as it is totally misleading, else i'll move to the consumer court. There was also no option of returning the kit which i received after 2months of paying the money.

                                sbi card is sending fake watches using the brand name of giordano
                                as part of their privilege circle progamme and taking Rs.6000 against it. please help me out regarding this.

                                I am receiving daily calls from SBI card. when someone tries to sell something so hard, its obvious that there is some catch. With so much effort, they are turning off the customers. Even genuine offers we are not interested. What interest does SBI card have in its customer paying airline taxes?? What is the fun in giving a 400/- watch for 3000/ of money of credit card trnasactions they why do all this onsense.

                                I remeber ealier when I was a diners card memeber. everything was so genuine and polite and no pushing of sales person. Why now everything has become so greedy

                                SBI PREVILEGE PROGRAM

                                The program seems total fraud with customers, the offer was made through phone after several calls from promotors saying for and on behalf of sbi card, and it was agreed by me to accept any after going through the written document for the scheme as there was very fast, unclear voice conversation not able to catch fully, but I never received any written document to go through. Instead received a courier on 30 th april with welcome kit having a wrist watch, domestic airline ticket request voucher for one way one person, holiday booking request voucher for 3 days and 2 nights one person.
                                The offers are not as such told earlier e.g.Air fare was committed understanding full fare, but the kit offers fare only and taxes r to be born by passanger, Now days most of Air lines r offering Rs. 1/ to 0/ fare +taxes about 3000/ in domestic lines, so what is the logic behind? Also the choise of station and time to visit is restricted and dosent suit.Similarly the Holiday voucher is open for places with restriction of tourist season and places.Also the GiordanoWatch offered as FREE GIFT seems local worth of Rs 300/ to 400/ in open market was told for Rs 3000/ .
                                Thus the things are mis leading unclear and one sided so not acceptable. Countrary an amount of Rs 6067/ + intrest with EMI has been charged to my bill for SBI CARD generated on 8th May 2009without any purchase or availing service. IS IT JUSTIFIED ? So it is un authorised debit from card. Is there any one to check such frauds?
                                For all above grevances I had a call with customer care /help line phone no.[protected] on 22nd May with some lady executive to clerify and reversal of offer as it is not acceptable under the term and conditions as laid but it was very unexpected as she discouraged with un cooperative attitude and finished that no options are available as 30 days has been lapsed after receiving the previlage kit, Still I couldnt understand the magic of 30 days while I received the kit on 30 th April (22 days ago) throughBlue Dart PU date29th April.while earlier it was told that offer is reversible if not agreed.but 30 days formula
                                was never told.
                                The all above is never expected from SBI /allied SBI CARD management?
                                So nothing as offered is accepted to me and want to reversed the amount accounted for.and appeal to authority" not to trap and extract".If not the case shall be forwarded to consumer forum/competent authority of SBI/Govt Of india.
                                I also have the same kind of experience from SBI..i also got a kit from SBI. And Now I am also getting the same response from SBI executives.
                                I can imagine what this customer had gone through. Even I was approached by SBI Cards with the same offer. They told me that I was one of the few selected for this offer. Right from the first call I felt something was amiss so I further went into details. First I was told all the resorts were 5 star resorts.When I asked for a double confirmation the call center executive said they were all 4 and 5 star resorts. When I insisted if atleast all were 4 star then he said actually they were 3 & 4 star properties. On further quizzing he settled down to only beautiful properties and no star rating.

                                Fortunately after all this hog wash I did not choose to accept the offer. Now I think it was a wise decision. If you read the terms and conditions, SBI has clearly stated that SBI will in no way be responsible for teh quality of teh services or in case of any grievances. Then why on this earth is SBI trying such gimmicks under its banner? It only goes to show how the pressures of making more business has affected even a solid and reputed bank like SBI.

                                Customers should not fall into their trap of international holidays at Rs. 6000.
                                I availed this offer & went to Munnar(Sterling Resorts). The properties offered in this program are vintage & it is actually difficult to get bookings there but through bank & Plat5/Heritage Holidays i manged to get bookings there. Thanks
                                I have also the same type of experience..only I have recd confirmation on phone after emails and phones ...still I have not recd any email or letter from heritae holidays...
                                I am totally fed up with the sbi credit cards service . in one instance i even requested for the cancellation of the card and they are not obliging to do this . recently they offered the privilage circle program and all the details were explained thru phone that too during office hours and when i requested for details to be sent thru mail, they clarified that it will sent thru courier and if not liked can be cancelled, but now when i contacted the Privilage circle executives to cancel this offer, they say order cannot be cancelled.
                                is this a daylight robbery by the sbi cards, ? Totally a bad experience, they are looting our Democracy.

                                i have decided not to pay the amount of Rs 6067 .

                                    I want to address this issue in this forum against SBI Bank. I have deposited a outstation cheque for clearance in SBI on 16-Dec-08. Till today the check is not presented at the other bank. I have been continuously asking the brach - earlier they used to say the payment is not yet made from other bank. when I enquired with the other party, I came to know that the cheque is not yet presented for clearance.

                                    SBI banks do not answer any query over the phone. I had to send some one from my family to enquire personally ( since I am out of station couldn't visit personally all the times.). Finally they told that the cheque is couriered on 30-Jan-2008( After 1.5 months). But still the cheque is not presented for clearance, I have confirmed with counter party.

                                    Please advise what action I need to take in this scenario ?

                                    State Bank of India — cheque presented for collection

                                    We have presented a cheque received from Department of atomic energy, Govt of india dt:5.5.2008 on 12.5.2008. The cheque is presented to SBI-Vadavalli branch and cheque is issued from state bank of India, NFC branch, Hyderabad. Till date we do not know the fate of cheque. To the surprise the cheque presented on 12.5.2008 is sent for collection only on 28.5.2008. The delay in payment resulted in lot of agony and also resulted in non-execution of orders from customers leading to unhappy customers

                                    I have a saving A/c No. [protected] in the Sonepat Branch in Haryana. It is a salary A/c.
                                    I have deposited a Cheque no.613042 worth Rs. 20, 000/- on 17.06.08, and it was a local cheque being issued by LIC Of India (Sonepat)of a local bank main Branch Of PNB Sonepat.
                                    This amount was deposited in my account on 19.06.08, and was withdrawn by the bank on 20.06.08 saying that it was a post dated cheque. I agree that by mistake I have deposited the post dated Cheque.
                                    Then I called up at ur customer care at Delhi, they said that You will be getting this Cheque back at ur mailing address through courier within five working days. I waited for 5 working days and lodged a complaint at the customer care with complaint no.[protected], also the tellecaller assured that you will shortly be contacted by the concerned bank and they will immediately do the needfull. Till date i have not received neither the call from anybody from bank nor the cheque. Daily I am contacting ur Customer care but except the assurance I am not getting anything. I am working in Roulunds Braking India Pvt. Ltd. as an Asst. Manager Production, and we have almost 400 accounts from this company, you can imagin how badly it is effecting the image o[censored]r Bank. Also last year HdFC Sonepat lost 700 accounts of Osram India Pvt. Ltd due to such responses, and all of those accounts were then tranferred to ICICI.
                                    I expect either the cheque back or the amount to be deposited in my a/c as soon as possible.

                                    My Mother Kamal T Rathod have saving account with you Account Number [protected], i had submitted cheque number : 419319 cheque dated :14/07/2008 of state bank of hyderabad.But still it s not cleared in sbi bank but according sbh bank mumbai that cheque is clread there in mumbai.

                                    Pls look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                    This has a reference to a cheque of SBI, Paona Bazar Branch bearing no. 014615 dt. 14 /07/09 of M/S Brightway Agency account No.[protected], issued to a party " Manish Jain " of Delhi.
                                    The party Mr. Manish Jain as reported he has submitted the mentioned cheque to his account No. [protected] of HDFC Bank, Suryakiran Building, Kashturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Palace, New Deihi .
                                    And thereafter I have found the relevant cheque mentioned above has been cleared and debited from my account on 29/07/2009.
                                    Now, as complained by Mr. Manish Jain that the amount has not yet entered into his HDFC account till date i, e. 20/08/09, I am so confused by the way it has been treated like this either from SBI or HDFC and the question now comes as to why it should not be entered into Mr. Manish jain, s account after so long days and if this happens always how we can survived. Please trace the whereabout of the cheque which has been debited and find out why this has happened .

                                    State Bank of India — Cheque has not been submitted for clearance

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have taken a car loan with SBI, Kilpauk Branch. Car Loan a/c No: [protected], I wanted to close the loan hence submitted a cheque at Kilpauk Branch for Rs 2, 78, 000/- (Cheque No:034518, Bank: HSBC).
                                    The cheque has been submitted on 25th Aug'09, it is a local cheque hence have to get cleared in a day or two but till 29th Aug'09 it has not reached HSBC for clearance.

                                    When enquired with the SBI branch, they have no clue about the cheque status, I have to pay interest for the loan amount for these days merely due to the delay in the SBI part.

                                    As SBI has not presented the cheque till now, I need the interest waiver for the delayed days, which is actually due to SBI's lethargic fuctioning.

                                    I have diposted a cheque of SBI on 28.08.09. The cheque no is 68826 of sbi and it should be diposited also in the sbi a/c only as per given in the cheque. But as on today it has not diposited.

                                    I had deposited a check in SBI on 31-08-09. It was a check of PNB and person holds his account in Derabassi and my accound is in chandigarh. Till today money has not been credited to my account. I want to know how much time it takes to get the clearance done for an outstation check.
                                    I want to address this issue in this forum against SBI Bank. Satna (M.P.). I have deposited a SBH Wadi (Karnataka) cheque on SBI Satna (M.P) on 24 july 09 for the clearance. The cheque no is 277170. The collection no is 42520632. The cheque amount is Rs. 8933.00 rupees .The cheque is sent on 31 July 09 from Satna (M.P.) branch to SBI Wadi (Karnataka). Till today (12 Sept 09 ) the check is not presented at the SBI Wadi (Karnataka) for the clearance . I have been continuously asking the brach - earlier they used to say the payment is not yet made from other bank. when I enquired with the other party, I came to know that the cheque is not yet presented for clearance.

                                    SBI banks do not answer any query over the phone. I had to send some one from my family to enquire personally ( since I am out of station couldn't visit personally all the times.). But still the cheque is not presented for clearance, I have confirmed with counter party.

                                    Please advise what action I need to take in this scenario ?

                                    uco bank/cheque payment — delay in credit of payment to deposit acct

                                    i used a cheque to mr. sailendra nath bhowmick of sbi tuglakabad delhi.he deposited that cheque to uco bank at udyanarayanpur branch of west bengal on 17/01/2010.amount is deducted by sbi from my account on 05/02/2010.today is 20/02/2010,still not credited that amount to mr sailenranath's account.my other cheques are cleared with in three days of issue.what for the so much delay?

                                    Personal — SBI bank cheque

                                    I Mr.Suhas Pandurang Nagvekar has sent you a cheque of RS.2500 of Dombivali Bank for Credit Card No - [protected] in January 2010. which was said invalid by your customer care department and it will be sent back to me. But I have not received it back yet.
                                    Again i have dropped cheque of SBI Bank (Cheque No.199769) of Rs.10000 on 26 February 2010 for the same. But as usual I have not received any message or call from you. It was dropped at SBI Bank Worli branch. When I inquired at your Worli branch on 4th March 2010 it was said that your cheque collecting person doesn't collect it daily and comes at the interval of 2 to 3 days and being holidays it may not be received by you.
                                    I want to know the current status of the Cheque No.199769 as soon as possible.
                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                    State Bank of India — Cheque not credited within 14 days

                                    Sir,
                                    I have submitted my Central Bank of India Sursand(Bihar) cheque No.881524 of amount Rs. 50000 in State Bank of India AFS Sarsawa(Saharanpur) A/C No. [protected] on 04/02/2011 but still not credited till now. Hence I am unable to plan due to financial crisis.
                                    State Bank of India staff not taking any interest of customer especially in rural area.

                                      Dear Sirs,

                                      i had drapped the Balance Transfer DD from HSBC Bank on 13.01.09 in SBI Drap box, sbi people have lost the Demand Draft but People are asking payment, lot of time told to customer care about where i drapped, DD No., DD Date, DD Value. wherein I had requested you to look into my credit card settlement and close the issue. I have been regularly getting more calls from SBI Bank for payment, which disturbs my office work and unnecessarily gives mental tension and pressure. They have been keep on calling, one by one, when i am in office, even though, i have told them that i have already given a complaint and i will make the payment once i get any reply from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

                                      Under this situtation, I request your goodselves to kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
