Dear Sir,

I am regular user of www.irctc.co.in website for booking of train tickets. On the website I found that SBI issues Railway Credit Card for which I have to apply online through the same website. It is not even made available to be applied from the SBI website itself. I applied for the same as it gives me the benefit of saving the service charges which is levied if I use the other Credit Cards. I applied it along with the Railway Shubh Yatra scheme. I received the Shubha Yatra membership card but did not receive the the SBI Railway Credit Card. After waiting for 3 week. i still not get any updates

Kindly help me in knowing the status and the reason. I would definitely love to have the SBI Railway Credit Card as I am the frequent traveller.

Please help me in getting the same.

i kingshuk samanta redeemed my sbicard points for a satyapaul bag. on 16th jan i received the sms that i have received the gift on 9th jan 2018.this was a lie and i send sms to customer service and also phoned 2 times sbi complaint dept.they were rude and just cancelled my phone after 8 to 9 min.

I am not receiving my statements or e-statements or any of the the intimation of my bill from sbi card department from past 3 months. I have called many times on phone banking for e- statements and also send the mail for requesting the statement also. When I want to access website for the accounts status I am getting the message that your account is blocked. I am maki9ng the payment on regular basis but I am not seeing the balance of my a/c . pl help me.

I am holding of saving A/C no. [protected] from Naya Nagal branch and having ATM card on[protected] in withdraw amount from HDFC ATM when i complete the transaction the ATM machine show your transaction is timed out then i do the same the same massage appear. when i see my a/c statement on interenet the amount Rs.1000/- Dr., Cr. & Dr. when i approach the HDFC Bank he told me to complaint the Branch I mail the same to branch on[protected] but till date no action has been taken i request your honour to rectify my transaction and cr the same.

Respected Sir,
On 2/12/2008 I operated corporation bank ATM to withdraw an amount of Rs 6000/-
but I am sorry to mention that though the Amt Rs 6020/- was debited from my account by the money never came out of the machine. I tired to contact the corporation bank office at the numbers given at the ATM premises but of no use since no body picked the phone.

This is also to bring to your kind notice that no attendant and security guard was present at that time at Crop Bank mall road Tilak Vihar ATM. I am enclosing herewith photocopy of mini statement of my bank SBI showing the amount debited from my account. Also please find showing transaction of Rs 100/-.

Since few other customer had withdrew money from the same machine. I again tried to withdraw Rs 100/- for the money but the result was same my account was debited by Rs120/- but money did not came out.

I visited Corp bank Mahavir nagar on 3/2/2008 and contact Mr. Rajeshwar and he was told to contact my bank State Bank of India in Dwarka sec 10 . Next day I visited in SBI and I was asked to report the matter in writing which I did with my letter dated 05/12/2008.

But still 27/12/2008 your bank not refund money back in my account. very hardly to say that i m so suffer because of inconvenient of you service.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Amer Khan.. I have an account in SBI bank and today (19Jan09) I was trying to open a new account for my sister in New Mallepalli brach, Hyderabad.

But the branch manager said to wait for 1 hour and she did not talk with me properly at least she should give say anything which I asked and give me the details of the account opening I went out from there because I was getting late...

I request to the head office of SBI bank, Hyderabad. Please take an action to the mallepally branch.. They people are not doing their work properly...

I have to drawn Rs.10, 000.00 ( Two times Rs 5000 + Rs 5000, Total Ten thousands Rs.) from SBH ATM at around 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM dated[protected].But I Could not get money from ATM and in addition to, didnot get statement also.The ATM machine displayed Error No 139 and after some time one massage appeared "...time out." Next day i.e.[protected], I am drawn another SBI ATM, I was surprised to see mini statement, the above said amount was drawn, in fact I did not received any amount of SBH ATM. I complained both concern ATM 's SBH Bank & My SBI Bank where I am account holder.Please Sir I wants to know what is the solution of my problem.

I have made a transanction for Rs.10, 000 Ten thousands rs. for first time from SBI ATM Dwarka Sec-12 at around 5:30 PM to 6 :00 PM dated[protected].But I Could not get money from ATM and in addition to, didn’t get statement also. The ATM machine displayed Error No 139 and after some time one massage appeared "...time out." Next day i.e.[protected], after some time I have done another transanction from same SBI ATM and machine was giving same error. I was surprised to see mini statement, second transanction was debited from my account .First 10, 000 rupees has been reverse in my account but second was debited from my account.i complained both concern ATM 's SBI Bank & My SBI Bank where I am account holder.Please Sir I wants to know what is the solution of my problem.

what is the error 072 means in the SBI ATM

My name is Tejas. I want to open an account in SBI (Mninagar-Ahmedabad) branch, but the concern person is not help me out. I had visited for 3 times but every time he gives the new suggestions. He is not giveng the complete list of documents require. Every time he wants a new document which i dont have at the point of time.

I have 4 accounts (ICICI, AXIS, BANK OF BARODA, BANK OF INDIA ) But i am aware of the services of SBI. Kindly take this matter seriously and help me out.

i open a/c in waluj branch aurangabad on the date OCT-15, 2009, i Deposite 2500 RS.Cheque, I found My Passbook but one of the staff tell me that you receive your ATM and Cheque Book 10 Days Letter, But I did not Found any of them so far.So Please check and Do Fast.

I took an SBI Account from "WADAKKANCHERY (Branch Code: 10562) Branch" in Kerala State on the month of November 2008. I applied for the ATM card also but still I not received anything from the branch. I contacted them many times but they are giving some improper responses and trying to escape without giving a permanent solution.
