I had submitted my appln to the abve-named on 3/11/08 by speedpost fr fixing my enhanced pension in terms of GOI letters Nos. (1)38/37/08-P&PW(A), dt1.9.08
(2)ibid dt14.10.08 &
(3)GOI ltr No.1/1/2008-1C, dt30.8.08.
But so far no action seems to have been taken since the same is not reflected agnst my Nov pension in SBI/Seethammadhara/Vigag Branch a/c No [protected]. My PPO No is SE/VSKP/2001/03/B.000529/PS/SC. I retd from Rly service on 30.6.01 as Sr DME in the scale of Rs[protected].
It is urged that matter be looked into for early redressal.

I am V. Bhavanatrayana, Retd. Station master of south central Railway ( Retd. In 1983) drawing my pension from State Bank of India, Bapatla branch (Guntur Dist.) since 1984. I have submitted my life certificate also for current year in SBI, Bapatla branch. I got the arrears of 6th pay commission also.

I am not getting my pension since november, 2008 and the same was informed in Bapatla branch also and they informed that there is some problem in CPPC, Hyderabad and asked me to represent there and I have forwarded my details to them.

My PPA no. is A/PN/BZA S1162 B 8198 of 03.01.1984 by Sr. DPO / BZA, Sc Railway and
SBI account no. [protected]

Please clarify that why my pension was withheld.
It is urges that matter be looked into for early redressal

My father retired from S C Railyway as Goods Driver in the year 1991. After that He gets his
pension from Chennai SBI. Now recently some of his Retd.Southern Railway Friends are informed
him to get and submit Filled forms to update the 6th paycommiison datas. But I am trying to

I had submitted my applIcation by hand to the SBI, Central Pension Processing Centre, Chandni Chowk, Delhi on 20.02.2009 for enhancement of pension and arrier as per 6th pay commission.

But so far no action seems to have been taken since the same is not reflected in my passbook State Bank Of India Sultan Puri Delhi-110086.

Here I would like to inform you that this is matter of enhancement and arrier of my pension not for salary so this matter can not be take up with my Department.

Bank officials are not serious in the matter while I am senior citizen and fully depend on the my pension and can not go here and there, therefor I request you to look in the the matter personally for early redressal.

My Husband (RAMA NAND SHARMA- PPO No.[protected] / 66810) retired sub inspector of Delhi Police was drawing pension from SBI Gandhiganj Hapur (Dsitt. Ghaziabad) UP A/c No. [protected]. He expired on 17.03.2009. I have submitted all the papers to the said branch on 27.03.2009 for my family pension to my account No.[protected] in the branch.

My family pension is not yet received. I am 70 + year old lady with a poor health. Without pension it has become very hard to me to survive. Bank is not allowing to withdraw money from my husbands pension account [protected], which was on my husband and my name (E or S).
Please help.

i am D.jagadeeswara rao working as senior engineer in BPCL, i have a relative (grand father) and he is a pensioner. he was not got pension for the five months due to wrong entry of account number which was made by u r bank staff during submission of life certificate. he was struggled a lot for the period of five months. This person doesn, t have children also. we were given complaints so many times in respective brach to the manager. manager told that he can not do any thing and said i will send application to the hyderbad branch for the correction. the correction procedure taken five months and kindly imagine that the poor person and old person how he could survived with out money. Now the money (pension) is coming correctly but for the above mentioned five months he iddn, t get, so kindly do necessery actions to get the money. Hello Sir,

This is with regards to my mother pension account no : [protected]. Dept : Railway.

She has expired on 26/2/2009 with out recieving pension for the month of Feb 2009. This was informed to the bank about the death on 15th march 2009 and death certificate was submitted in the bank. The payment of pension to me was rejected for the reason that it has been credited till 28th of feb.

Bank had informed us that the record for respective account no has been sent to the main branch( C.P.P.C sarovar complex) to Assitant general manager.
Arears of 40% pay comission has been recived by my mother. However the remaining 60% is still in pending. So please, release the pension for the month of feb excluding last 2 days (till 26th feb), and the pay commission amount of 60%.

We have been following up with bank regularly and also had Faxed(FAX Ref No : OTH- 205 dt 25/03/2009) the infomation. However there is no proper response.

Respected Sir,

My father was a railway employee and was expired of[protected] and my mother is drawing family pension from SBI, Tadipatri (0923) branch as per the PPO issued in Sep'2006.

But with effect of the VI CPC my mother's basic pension has been revised and the revised PPO along with calculation sheet of showing difference of pension to be paid has sent to CPPC of Hyderabad through Chief Manager of SBI(0923), Tadipatri branch.

Not only revised pension is not drawing but also my mother was not received either 40% or 60% of pension arrears sir.

Please do needful please as I have to administer one of my two sister's marriage in January'2010 sir. Please show pity in this regard.

As per them they have forwarded same to MUMBAI office. I received number of Mumbai office. And calling on this No.[protected] / 27577387. Just ring goes on, not receiving any replay.

Sir, my age is 67yrs.facing lots of health problem. So, Please survive my life deposit this difference on my SBI account.

Dear Sir,

I have retired from Haryana Power Generation coporation on[protected], having PPO No. 1030/HPGCL dated[protected] & revised vide[protected], and is drawing pension through SBI, Dr.A.S.RAO Nagar branch. I submited life certificate in SBI Dr. ASRAO on 2-11-09, duly signed by BM. But my pension for Nov. 2009, has not been paid & on enquiry it was informed that for state employee Life certificate is not accepted in the SBI. Similarly SBI, Panchkula ( 1509), the branch dealing with Pension and arrears etc for HPGCL, has also asked SBI Dr. A S RAO Nagar to release pension arrears also on account of revised pension due to pay revision. On my insistence that for last two years I have submitted Life certificate in SBI, Dr ASRAO Nagar only, and pension has been released earlieralso based on my life certificate submitted in AS RAO NAGAR BRANCH, they informed that they shall be sending my pension case to central processing cell along with life certificate for advice. They have send my case to your office BY COURIER, ANL, 713993 DATED[protected]. It is requested to direct Dr AS RAO NAGAR BRANCH to release my pension and arrears immediately.

am drawing family pension from State Bank of India, Bank Code 0250 Market Street, Dharmavaram, Ananthapur Dist and in this connection I wish to state that my eligible family pension amount is not being credited to my account since December.2009 onwards. Inspite of submitting my life certificate duly attested by Mandal Revenue Officer, Ramagiri Mandal, and the same has been forwarded to your good office by the Manager, State Bank of India, Dharmavaram, Ananthapur (Dist), till date my family pension has not been credit to my account till date, thereby putting me to lot of hardship and financial stinges. During these four months, I have submitted the life certificate to your good office three times i.e. on 12.11.09, 08.01.2010 and 05.02.2010. (copy of acknowledgements are enclosed ), even after lapse of four month no fruitful information has been received from your office except acknowledgement. For no fault of mine, I am being unnecessarily harassed just because I am uneducated, widow and I don’t have any other source of income to survive except this family pension. Being helpless I am forced to bring to your kind notice and therefore I request you to kindly enquire into the matter and arrange my family pension to my credit.

sir, this is to inform you that my SB A/C no [protected]. named chityala veer raju ppo no S/029365/1999.and corrigendum ppo no s/corr/00416/2000 (army). I have been intimimated by the govt of india, ministry of defence vide their letter no 1(8)/2008-d (pen/policy) dated 12 jun 2009 that the grant of hony nb subs is to be notionally considered as promotion to the rank of nb sub and accordingly to be considered for the fixation of pension from 1 jan 2006.accordingly my pension is now revised and fixed as RS 8085.(to be considered as pension for nb sub Y for 24 years service as RS 3577 as per the pension scales notified in v cpc). AS per the above i approached tadepellegudem sbi branch and submitted the required documents in month of august 2009 for revised pension . And they said they had send the documents to cppc .And cppc has to take the action. when no action had taken I again submitted all the documents to to sbi tadepaellegudem branch in the month of jan . But no step has taken.so please concern this matter.

The FIXED MEDICAL ALLOWANCE has been enhanced from Rs 100 to Rs 300 w.e.from[protected] and a circular has been issued by the Ministry of Pension but the payment at the enhanced rates together with arrears yet to be paid even though nearly one month has passed. I would like to know the reasons for the delay who is responsble and when it will be paid.

Sixth Pay commission pension pay scales are implemented w.e.f. 1.1.2006 by GOI. I am getting revised pension w.e.f. 1.9.2008 as per sixth pay commission scales whereas I did'nt get any arrears from 1.1.2006 to 31.8.2008.
I have given two representation letters to SBI, Gopalapatnam branch in regard to pension arrears. But so far I did'nt get any arrears.
I request your highest office to intervene and settle the issue of my pension arrears w.e.f. 1.1.2006 to 31.8.2008 and arrange to deposit the said arrears in my pension drawing S/B A/c [protected] of SBI, Gopalapatnam Branch, Vishakhapatnam-500027.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about my mothers( Tarlampudi Ratna Mani) pension which she suppose to get it from March 2010.

My father used to work for E.Co. Rly, Visakhapatnam as a Dept Chief Yard Master and he took a voluntary retirement in the year 2004. In February he got sudden death and we submitted death certificate to SBI Vizag Industrial Estate branch for pension transfer to my mothers account. after couple of weeks we got a call from bank and saying that they got a letter from CPPC Hyderabad. In that letter they mentioned that they have paid excess pension due to wrong calculation at time of 6th pay commission which is not our fault.

Actually I went to divisional railway managers office vizag, but I have not got any peace of information about my fathers pension and we wrote a reply to the letter by saying that we agree to deduct some amount from pension every month but we have not got any reply for that and from February onwards my mother not getting pension which make our life harder because I am the younger child of my parents I am still Dependant we both struggling a lot after losing my father.

I would be so great if you could help us in this matter, unfortunately I have not got any details with me at the moment except my Father name that is Tarlampudi sholapuri Rtd Dep CYM(2004) Waltair.

I can provide details if you need any, please let me what short of information I need to provide you.

My father expired in Dec 2010.He holds a pension account with Punjab National Bank. How to get the pension transferred to my mother's account. Also his pension account is in PNB, Meerut and we all have shifted to Delhi. I have got a new account opened for my mother (Icici bank) so as to direct the pension through this account for her. Also, my father had opened a Vijaya bank account in Delhi, where his pension use to get transferred annually (1st July of every year).Now, I have closed that Vijaya Bank account too.

What formalities need to be done to get the process started. I called at PNB Bank Modi Puram branch, they say I need to go to Fund office. What is Fund Office?

This is Anil Kant Tiwari retired on 31 Jan 2012 and opted for pension account with SBI Naval Base Visakhapatnam. My PPO No. is 09/097/B/S/002772/2011 which is not yet received by the bank till date.
My record office says that the said PPO is received by CPPC Hyderabad on 06 Mar 12.Pls look into the matter as 50 days have passed after retirement.

    I joined MCA 1st year at anantapur.I have applied for an Education Loan with my Ticket No. SBI-EL-101787 on 27/11/07. As directed in your reply to me, I went to KALLURU(R.S), ANANTAPUR(D) Branch along with all the documents and I was shocked when Branch manager said that presently the bank is not issuing education loans.After, several times i requested the manager.Then the manager has given application in the month of FEBRUARY, 2008.The manager said that our branch has no powers to give you EDUCATION LOAN, "SO i forward you to our head branch GOOTY S.B.I".
    Then i went to gooty branch.There also the manager repeated the same that we are not giving loans on education.Some times they tells come after 15 days/30 days we will forward your process.By postponing like this they are wasted nearly 8 months of my time.NOW, in november the GOOTY BRANCH MANAGER again send me to KALLURU BRANCH, by saying that your branch has got powers to give education loans.I came back to KALLURU BRANCH .NOW the manager saying that it not time for giving loans, it is too late, i am soorry!.

    Now i am in FINAL YEAR LAST SEMESTER.SO PLZ TAKE PROPER ACVTION ON THIS.Plz kindly issue me the loan.

        I am card holder no [protected].On 11.11.2008 I received a call from Call Centre that I have been selected to be offer ed Privilege Circle Group status and they need my verification of address so that the gift may be delivered. Now they have debited my Card Account on 12.11.2008 with Rs 6180.00 as joining fee for that circle.

        2. I did not give my consent to join the Privilege Circle which may be verified from the “recorded conversation” at your end. I informed this on 13.11.2008 on Phone No [protected] but the executive available there at told that the verification of the address is treated as your consent to accept the offer.

        3.I am surprised to feel that these Customer Executives behave like “TRAP SQUAD”. The recorded conversation will disclose that they explain the terms & conditions like “revealing less & Concealing more” attitude. The way of offer adopted by them is like HUNTING CUSTOMERS.

        4. So I am to inform that “I Decline to accept the Privilege Circle Offer” and pay Rs 6180.00 towards this.



        5. Kindly get the amount reversed before bill generation as I will keep on contesting the issue on different forums. I will never pay this amount and you will get one more cardholder in the list of defaulters.



        6.I will stop transacting through the card if my request is not attended to.

            The PPF A/c 17/270 LF no. 2/171 opened on 29.3.97 was transferred from SBI Narsinghpur Br.Codeno.0436 to Lami Nagar Branch, Delhi of state Bank of India on 22.12.2000 where the account number was 901440. Due to poor and slow services a request has been made to transfer the said PPF account to Their Khwaja Sarai Faridabad BRanch { Haryana} since the residence is in the same area. Eight years have passed the Branch did not bother to reply a singla letter and they donot give any acknowledgement also. With the change of time the account number may again be changed due to computerization of the said branch which is again not known to me. Several letters were sent ut with no results. No tax rebates could be availed from this PPF account. Please get it transferred to desired Branch where we can maintain the account smoothly.

            I have adequate space for ATM for your Bank at 594-A, Motiram Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. this space situated at very busy business area of Shahdara on about 30 Feet wide Motiram Road. The location is situated about 100 Meters of G. T. Road, Shahdara. Police station of Mansarover Park about 500 Meters and Police Station Shahdara and Fire Brigade Station situated about One Kilometer from the above said space for ATM.

            It is more convenient for the people and Bank’s account holders for business and personal use.

              I am a credit card customer of your organisation with credit card no: [protected]
              i am disagrreing with the txn took place on 24/11/08 where in it was infromed by youur credit card officials that 3txns were made on 24/11/08 at chennai saravana stores .Iam a govt employee and residing at nellore. On the said txn date Iam in nellore only . Iuse to keep creit card with me only. How for this txn refelcted to my credit card a/c.
              One more doubt Iam getting is whether it is possible to use my credit card without physically producing the credit card at the time of transaction.

              After going through these anonymous transactions Iam afraid o[censored]sing the same for even normal usage . It seems some flaw is there .
              I request you to block my card for further txns
              please take up the complaint on top priority and recredit the amnt that was debited to my cr card a/c .
              Iwill be waiting for your reply...basing on your reply I have to proceed further in this matter .

                    i am a crad holder from 2003. my card no. is[protected]. after activation of card and utilising
                    the credit company plaid a gam of charging the insurance charges in the shape of protection charges
                    without any consent.in spite of my repeated request company chared a lot of fbricated amount in the
                    name of protection. as it was not cared by me. in the month of dec 2008 i have paid all the charges to
                    the company. now for the verificatio of charges i have purchased a lapto from e-zone lucknow by using
                    the credit card rs. 54440.00 on 29.01.2008 and paid a sum of rs.54500.00 with in a month and
                    2 days before the last day of the month. in the statement company chared a sum of rs.810.45 as intt. and 62.20-22.47-26.97 as fabricated charges.when i have informed the company the company acknowledge the receipt of amount on 26.02.2008. after making all the paymnet company chared
                    a intt of rs.1025.74 intert on nil balance and reveresed the orginal fabricated intt and other charges on
                    09.03.2008 but shows the amount credited after debiting the chaarges. we therefore request you to
                    kindly examine the statement of jan to march 2008. on the streinght of the chares excess kindly
                    arrange to refund of rs. 27, 700.00 as excess chares charged by the company from jan 2004 to jan 2008 and clear my account immediately otherwise we have left no course of action except file a suit
                    under cosumer protection act to safe guard my intt.

                      SBI Credit Card — Keep calling after settlement

                      Even after settling the card I am still getting calls for making a Payment for my card

                      SBI Credit Card — Harassment on phone even after settlement

                      I am using SBI CARD from the last 3 months. One day I got a call from SBI CARD call center. He is asking to put the option for Insurance Coverage Policy. But, I regected to Insurance Option.

                      After that, in next monthly payment bill, they charged me insurance premium and everymonth it is showing in my bill.

                      How can SBI CARD call center people put that option ?????

                      I want to cacel that Insurance charge in my bill. Why should I have to pay for which I am not responsible. I think, Can any give me contact details to complaint directly to SBI CARD Director.

                      It is not a small Issue. Day by day it is becoming major to everyone.
                      i lost my sbi credit card.because of my mistake..but when i applied for new credit card ..but they told me we will dispatch my new credit card in next seven days... but in this period not sent by sbi ... after onceagain i callback .. then they told same dilouge.." in next seven days" but till time i am not able to collect my new sbi credit card... what a service of sbi " you judge... it's a thirdclass ? or firstclass?

                      I used to get my bill information through my given mail.This month i havnot got .Plz send
                      I took one and a half year back SBI credit card when I was going to London and since i got it after my arrival from London, I returned it after cutting it to SBI office . But I kept on getting statements and once ur customer care person said ok it will be settled without any payment since i did not use it. Moreover the person who gave me this card said for first one year it is free of cost which now ur people say is wrong. Just now ur customer care person Mr Harish Tyagi challenged and abused me by saying for now good bye but stat counting bad time and harrasement from now only. This is very big thing which he said to me and I think for this you must take action. How can a customer care person threaten a citizen like this. I am very much disturbed by the language he spoke. Pl help me out or else I need to file complints elsewhere.
                      Hi. I am also facing the same problem. I applied for the SBI Credit card last year in the month of June. And they activated the insurance on the card without even informing me. I did not get the statements until February this year. I called up the customer care department asking them to cancel the insurance as I never applied for it. But they instead told me that I need to pay 10, 000 rupees to deactivate it. Do they think I am a fool to pay this much amount just to deactivate it???!!! First, they said that it cannot be activated without my signature but after sometime the lady from the customer care department said that even if it was activated without my consent, I must have called her within 3 months to remove it. I was in U.K. when this insurance thing got activated on my card, so there is no way I could have signed for it. I just told them that I am not going to pay any money as I do not need any more insurances...They keep calling me 5-6 times a day asking me to pay them the money & I am just sick of it now. I have totally stopped using the card. And I swear to God that I will never use any SBI services in my life again. I am ready to file a complaint against this as they keep calling me every hour & I am a working woman, so it really disturbs me.
                      We wre trapped by SBI card agency, without our consent on telephone SBI card agency recommended insurance from Royal Sundaram .We have never accepted any insurance.Now for 3 yrs we are continusly harassed by card agency every month.We have already requested for mutual settlement several times and for your kind information we have never used our card for any type purchasing.When I contacted insurance agency they replied that insurance that insurance was requested by card agency not by me, I'm at no fault for paying such a false insurances

                      Kindly cancel all the outstanding amount on my bill and do not send any bill in future, otherwise let me know the documentry evidences of purchase of such type of insurance .In July 2007 I have already settled my bill by paying 200Rs and requested to cancel my card no.[protected].

                      SBI Credit Card — Harashment even after settling off.

                      I had settled the dues of my SBI CREDIT CARD Number [protected] was mutually settled in the year 2005 OR 2006 AND I had surrendered the Credit card.Thereafter at random after 4-5 Years of settlement SBI Card started sending me statement with 53000 dues and after sending three statement in Year 2010 they sent me legal notice. Is there any end to harrashment by SBI Card. This can be Verified from the statement of SBI card Accounts Division. Please Help Me out of this harrashment.

                          I am Mayur Muley, opened Saving account in Nanded Branch and Holding SBI ATM/Debit Card from last one year.Then 2 weeks before i requested to change branch from Nanded to Pune. Now, when i used ATM card to withdraw money from my account, it gave me error 072 TRANSACTION DECLINED, unable to process, and so that i was able to see my balance on screen but couldnt withdraw money.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Ref : A/C no : [protected] ( SBI -Haldia port Branch, East Midnapur, West Bengal -1360)
                              Sub : Abnormal delay in cheque credit

                              I deposited one cheque no AB824129 amount Rs 46, 425/( of postal department on SBI -Tamluk Br ) submited on 12.01.09 . But it is matter of surprise this has not yet credited in account . I had complained in writing in this regard to the Manager of Haldia Branch on 05.03.09 but no action yet been taken. It is matter of surprise that I am regularly following up about this matter with Accountant & Manager of this particular Branch but no feedback given in this regard . Today (27.03.09 ) afternoon Accountant suddenly told my representative that the cheque having some problem hence it will be returned by SBI- Tamluk branch .
                              Why it will be returned after 3months?
                              Why should I suffer if Branches are working properly ?
                              Who will bear the loss of interest ?

                              Sir,

                              We are a trading firm and regularly receive payments by cheques from the parties. Today, we receives the Cheques of many parties who have their account with SBI CBS branches. However, the stamp of PAYABLE AT PAR is not prrinted on the cheques. I have been submitting my cheques for cleraring thorugh our bank i.e. BANK OF BARODA, Ghaziabad. It has been obserbed that most of such cheques are cleared thorugh local clearing house, while some cheques are rejeced and return with the remark as not drawn on us. And the heavy charges against such returned cheques are debited to our account in the name of bank charged by our our bank. When the cheques are being cleared by centralized clearing house and cheque are of CBS branch, does contain proper account no and branch code why such cheques are rejected . Please let us know what are the systems, mostly realised and few rejected.

                              First, please let us know the procedures of honouring the cheques, then I will be able to lodge specefic complaints of such cases.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Recently I approached SBI bank, Dr.Thirumurthy nagar, Nungumbakkam, Chennai - 600034 to open a savings account. In that bank the bank manager Mr.Sampath is allowing me to have savings account without SBI insurance.

                              I clearly told him that I already having 1 general insurance 1 medical insurance but he dint accept it.

                              He forced me to take the SBI insurance, I dint accept it so he tore the form and chased me out. I checked with SBI customer care there they said the insurance is not mandatory to open SB account.

                              Please look at this issue.

                              State Bank of India — return of my cheque

                              My cheque no. 903641 is returned to ICICI with no reasons or intimation from bank. I was holding sufficient balance in my account for the release of payment, while all my earlier cheques were enchased. Due to this I suffer a penalty of Rs1357.61/- from ICICI. My SBI account number is[protected]. I need reason of cheque return while earlier were enchased and also my penalty amount should be beared by SBI.
                              I have deposit one cheque, which i got from post office after completing the R D period. The amount is 36674. It was credited in my Account & later it showinfg the status out-chq return 16 not drawn on us. I don't know why this cheque is Return as it was issued by goverment Aurthority.The manager is saying this is issued from different state ie UP & cannot be deposit in UTTRANCHAL Bank. I am failed to understand why this type of statement these people gives without knowing the correct fact. Any cheque issued by any state govt is valid in all over india banks. so what to do...any solution please suggest me.

                              Hello,

                              I have a similar compliant like Madhu Joshi . I got a payment from Post Office Amount 56035 INR and SBI cheque no 352644 is issued to me by Indian post office department Satara . I deposited this cheque in HDFC Bank as my bank account is with HDFC Bank - Hinjewadi Branch - Pune . The Cheque did not get credited with a reason- " Wrongly Delivered - Not drawn on us " . I dont' understand the reason why this should happen .
                              SBI is recognized bank by all other banks and why should government officials issue cheque that cannot be drawn by drawee bank ?

                                Am a account holder in state bank of India, recently while i went to deposit money in my account i had a very bad experience in SBI, MARATHALLI BRANCH, BANGALORE. My savings slip was thrown by the lady staff working there(Senior staff) and she used harsh words in front of all the people present there. Customers should be treated properly and it is strictly not followed in this branch. These kind of behaviour should be taken in to notice and necessary actions should be taken against it.

                                i have account in marathahlli SBI branch... it is one of the worst branch i have ever seen in my life...no customer service..nothing.I know its a govt. bank, but still cant we expect some kindness in their behaviour, espl. Mr satish..a worst guy..
                                very poor customer service..manner less staffs no dresscode no courtest... better privatise it. spoling the name of Indian government

                                Manager is not well behaved at all .He discriminates by attending eagerly
                                only to so called VIPs and by surpassing/overlooking the common/simple people.
                                He makes partiality while providing the service(in terms of looks of a person).
                                He prefers only good looking and influential people.

                                It's my above one year experieence.

                                I request him to give equal attention to all customers
                                irrespective of looks and status.

                                If he fails, concerned authorities must look into it.

                                One of the most horrible places of public service, i have ever seen. The manager and staff behave as if they are GOD and that too arrogant god. Absolute filth comes out of their mouth whenever they speak. I almost ended up in physical brawl due their inefficiency, non caring attitude and utter misbehavior ( usage of foul language and mannerism). i never want to visit this branch again and advice others also for the same or else to carry ice pack with them to keep them cool during their visit.

                                I am also agree with all the complains, even there is lot of crowd and lot of people are going the for service, but these guys don't have manners how to behave with customer, it's not the matter that they are working in GOVT service . but they should respect the customer and deal with them politely,

                                What mess i felt there.. Now Marathahalli branch is over loaded due to the increasing the IT companies and population density, but i think it should be the good news for the SBI or any other bank located there, but the way they are treating like if more people are opening account in SBI they are feeling like more headache and they are trying to avoid the customers.

                                So i think as IT people are getting Saturday and Sunday so that branch should open for one full day in weekend as BTM MYCOLAYOUT branch is doing then they will not get over load and not in hurry for half day or refusing the customers.

                                  Website for this SBI card is one of the worst possible. It remains down on most of the days, due to all sorts of errors. Either it is "Internal server error", or "Site under repair", or simply non-responsive, etc. etc. I can't remember any one occasion when I could enter the site in time. They are supposed to send me statements over e-mail, which they conveniently forget. Neither do they send it through normal mail. Only for promotional offers, their call centre contacts me regularly. Horrible !!!

                                  I totally agree with the complaints. Keeping track of transactions & due dates of SBI Card is so difficult (non-accessible website, irregular statements) that I have completely stopped using the card. Further, to my utter surprise, a transaction posted on the website on x date is shown in y date if you login after a few days. What is the sanctity of such changing e-statement?
                                  What else can you expect from a PSU -babu- Bank. These guys live in the Dino-age.
                                  Technology is still a decade away for those bummers.

                                    SBI Credit Card — False statement

                                    I was having SBI credit card whose validity expired on 1/07 .As I got transferred to assam in 2006 May I decided not to use it and discontinue the use in assam .I paid all outstanding against the card.They sent renewal card and because i got transferred the card must have returned as addressee not found.In 2008 they generated a DD against that card and sent to my old address.As it landed to the hand of the person who resides in my old house at surat.Somehow he despatched it to assam through some friends.When it reached me expiry date was over and I neglected it(The covering letter with DD said they were sending it as per my request which I never did.)
                                    They representatives called me at assam and Asked me to pay Rs 65000/=pending against my card.I got surprised I totally forgot the DD issue and They could not tell against which the amount is pending.On the next call they started threatening me.I asked whether it was something to do with the DD they said; might beI told them to verify with the bank and don't disturb me.The call stopped and I thought it is fine now.But this year I came back to Surat and found a bill of Rs90000/against me from them.I wrote a letter to Mr Ajay bharti their VP and did not get any reply so far.I am being put in Trouble of no fault of mine and I need a proper solution so that they will not repeat this with other customers

                                        I have received a demand letter for Outstanding amount Rs.1238.98. About 4 years back I closed my SBI card with no dues after expiry of validity and when SBI Cards failed to respond to Reward points redemption and even levied Renewal Card Charges I withdrew from SBI Cards under protest and since then I am using only ICICI Card. For the past 6 months I got unsolicited SMS from SBI. I just ignored. Now I am intimidated with a letter demanding payment of Rs.1238.98. This is unfair and an obnoxious trade practice wrongly demanding imaginative dues.They are threatening to block Credit Card when I have none. I have no connection whatsoever with SBICards transaction.Your legal action will be stoutly resisted since you have no locus standi to threaten a non client. Do you have the details of the recent transactions you allege I have made? Sounds absurd since I have dispensed with your card more than 3 years ago due to your lack of professional service and your shameful act of not honouring my claim for redemption of Reward points.
                                        Any further harassment will only prompt me to lodge a complaint with the local Consumer forum claiming compensation for harassment and mental torture to a citizen by an unrelated entity as M/s SBICards.Stop this mean practice of teasing and tormenting common folks. Otherwise I will demand appropriate compensation from you for mental torture.Therefore, put an end to your unscruplous way of collecting dues from non existent clients.

                                        its been a mentall harassment since i took the settlement from sbi credit cards. the settlement was given in the month of aug 08 with 4 instllment and 3 had been cleared. the fourth due which was dated 25/11/08 was not presented by the bank due to some unknown reasons and the customer care exe call and torture me everyday asking for the payment . when the cheque is with them why cant they present it and take it.?2) having given the letter and taken the cheque from me and if they have not presented the cheque for no reason why should they threaten me saying that the settlement is cancelled? why is that the higher level officers dont come on the line and speak to me? Now after all this menace i have given a stop payment and i am asking them to give a letter to issue a new cheque which is also not happening? what do they do when they call the customer and speak to them/ dont they update and inform the officials.? whats really happening.? i am going to wait for another 10 days or so failing which i am taking the matter legally. i think thats the only solution.
                                        I' am facing a simmilar situation where a demand for Rs 856 /- being claimed for a card that had been canceled 8 months ago. I' am taking them to the consumer forum shortly.
