Can i transfer my money from paypal to my SBI account?

Can i transfer my money from paypal to my SBI account?.. Paypal say that they will tansfer money to any indian bank which are under NEFT... pls reply...

Hi sir,
I am wipro Emplyee, my account is being maintained at Bangaloes but I am at Gurgaon. On 29/08/2008, while doing transcation at Ghazibad at ICICI ATM, the money does not comes out but the money was deducted to mmy accounts.After one month I have a got the following reports from banks

Further to your query regarding incorrect balance in your account and that your account has been wrongly debited with Rs.5000/-, we request you to please get in touch with the ATM Officer of your branch where you maintain an account to report this issue.



Please retain the transaction slip as a copy of the same will be required at the Branch. You will have to submit a written request at the Branch for the amount to be credited to your account.

On 26/12/08 I made an ATM withdrawal for Rs 5000/- after one unsucessful transaction through my ATM card bearing No xxxxxxxxxxxxx200095 from ATM out let Guwahati Airport under Guwahati Airport branch, Borjhar, Dist.Kamrup, Assam.while checking my passbook statement I found that Rs 5000/- deducted twice insted of once. That is total 10000/- deducted and unsuccessful transaction count although no transaction slip not out.
In this regard I submit an application and two page form provided by parent branch of account i.e. SBI Laithumukrah, Main Branch, Shillong in the middle of january 09 and also contact to SBI Guwahati Airport Branch but after a month the ammount not credited to my account.

KINDLY LOOK UPON THE MATTER FOR EARLY CREDIT OF THAT AMMOUNT PLEASE.

    SBI/credit card. — non-issue credit card.

    i applied for my sbi credit card and submitted the documents to the Executives stationed at NEREDMET CROSS ROAD Br in Dec 2007. For the next one month i was flooded with enquiry from their staffs identifying them as the responsible managers entrusted to cross check.
    After appx two months i recd a tele call at my office telephone asking me to keep my identity card ready to receive the credit card . I admit despite being an army officer for a considerable period of time i could ill - afford such luxuries earler. I was glad.
    The courier never found my address . he did not contact ever after . My complaint to their customaer care drew a black as there was no issue of such a credit card ever.
    The bank manager shrugged from his renposibilty stating that the Executives was not their man and thay have no responsibility.
    The agent i believe is satationed at some other br. i have got his mobil no . he had responded once stating he is enquiring .
    WHo shall be responsible for the mess or it is intentional

    SBI Credit Card — Insurance Docs Not Issued

    18 months back I was requested to avil an insurance policy sposored by SBI CREDIT CARD [in the name of PROTECTION PLUS]which I agreed and still paying the policy premium.The grievance is even after several requests through phone and mail SBI Credit Card Division is not isssuing the documents regarding this policy.Every time I was answered 'you will get these documents within 3 days'.So I decided to complaint about t his in the Consumer Forum today.

    My self Aniruddha Roy, Address : Anupam Housing Estate, Block A, Flat 3, 5 no. Italgacha Road, Kolkata-700028, I' have a visa credit card of SBI, My validity period was 10/08.Rs.657/- creadit balance under this card infavour of mine. But till date you are not sending me / issuing me any new card. Inform me whether you are issuing me new card or not .If within seven days you are not informing me / issuing me cthe same visa credit card I'll take necessary actions against this type of neglegency /cheating.

    Hi,

    I applied a credit card from SBI in the month of september. After all the necessary documentation and verification, I got a message from SBI saying I will not get a credit card as I am already a member of SBI credit card.

    As a matter of fact, I used SBI card in the year Nov 2009 to Nov 2010. I already requested to close the account as it was linked to my fixed deposit.
    I got a letter from SBI credit card dated 15/11/2010 from Amit Karla (Manager- Customer Services) stating that my account has been closed. The account number is[protected], details of fixed deposit TDR#[protected].

    I got a written letter from SBI credit card that my application is rejected as I am already using a credit card and as per policy SBI cannot provide me with another credit card.

    I called SBI customer services and got the information that I am not using any card and my previous account has been closed.

    I was requested to apply again. After two months from the incident I applied again, application number#[protected], and guess what I got the same response saying that I am still a valued customer of SBI credit card and hence my application has been rejected as the bank cannot give me another credit card.

    SBI is paying a prank with me. If the account has already been closed, how can I be still a customer of SBI credit card? This is totally fraud. Since Nov 2010, I did not make any transaction as the card is already been destroyed. If anyone someone can access the account then the next time SBI will send me a bill saying that I have to pay.

    This is totally fraud and I want immeditate action to be taken against SBI. If all the documentations were correct then SBI should issue me a credit cartd as fast as possible and for this time I will not provide any documents.

    I never espected this type of fraud from SBI credit card. I been a customer of HDFC credit card since 2 years and I never faced any challenges from it.

    Hope to hear from SBI credit card with proper information.

    Hi I had apllied for thrice sbi card from your credit card division always it was new process signing the application gving photos copy of documnets and photos etc but after lot efforts later one month iam getting message that Dear applicant, we regret to inform tha basis our sbi cards inernal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time.one thing i want mention that iam not asking credit card its from your team is always calling me and distrubing me to apply from new process. i want to know why my application got rejected my no is[protected].my moblie no is[protected].please send me the message if you care for the people.

      Non-receipt of ATM Card

      Sir,
      I have applied for ATM Card of SBI on 3-11-08 in SBI, Delhi University Branch but till date I have not received the ATM Card.My S/A No.is [protected]. I enquired from Help Line. They told me that my application for ATM Card has not reached there. Then I contacted SBI, Delhi University Branch.       I have received a call from SBI about Premium Circle. They informed me that the Fee is one thousand plus ( i think it is 1050/-) and told about the guaranted gift of a wrist watch. I informed them to send a detailed mail. They said that it can be sent after accepting the proposal. They explained me about the offers around 10 minutes where nothing went into my brain.
      After 4 days i have received a call from SBI about transaction of 6000 plus. I replied as i am not accepting about the 6000 plus. I will accept for 1000plus if it is single time. Later i recieved a call from SBI as if i cancel the premium offer i should pay the 1000plus. The 6000plus is already debited to my account.
      My doubts are
      1. SBI card people are cheating by making a proposal by phone. (No one can remeber all the details what they explain)
      2. When they asked about the Confirmation of Payment (6000plus) I Rejected. But How it was Debited to my account?
      Please any one can guide me about it.

      THIS COMMENT IS ABOUT HSBC PREMIUM CIRCLE OFFER WHERE THEY PROMISE TO GIVE YOU SOME WATCH OF RS. 4000/- ABSOLUTELY FREE ALONG WITH OTHER TALL CLAIMS. THIS WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

      Dear All,
      Today, I received an email from Heritage Group/Plat5 Consultancy in relation to my Ticket Bookings. I had already paid Rs. 6055 on 30th January, 2010 by debit of my credit card amount. At that time, I was promised to give a watch worth INR 4000/-, a two nights three days stay in some resorts which I choose from the list and to and fro air ticket to certain destination. At that time, I was not told any extra payments required to be done. However, when I got a reply for ticket booking Hyderabad-Delhi and Delhi-Hyderabad, I was told to email an authorization to Heritage Holidays to bill Rs 5, 640/- ( Rs 5, 640/- towards Airport Tax/Surcharges ) on my HSBC credit card.
      I not only got a shock but almost fainted by looking at such a massive fraud.
      I have replied them saying that I will not authorize them to debit my credit card account and not to proceed with the ticket booking. I am also contemplating to initiate legal actions against HSBC Bank, and Heritage Group.
      I agree with the Complainant. The service is pathetic. The paltinum5 Premium offer of HSBC Bank Credit card offer is a fraudulent offer. They make so many tall promises when they call you up but when you get to know details, it will be too late as the options are very limited. In fact, regarding hotels and resorts, they say that it is 4 stars and 5 star but they are not. For example, recently, I stayed in a Resort called Logoa Azul in Goa on self expense which is one of the resorts selected under this programme of Premium offer. This resort is NOT a 4 star one. Rather, this is not a resort which deserves any star. Similarly, there are many conditions and terms and very stupid policies they have which makes the offer useless most of the time. Like, there are restrictions on utilization offer like some months depending on places are excluded during which you cannot utilize your voucher. Another funniest thing for example is you can fly Kolkata to Hyderabad and from Hyderabad to Kolkata, but you cannot fly Hyderabad to Kolkata and Kolkata to Hyderabad on which point I am still fighting with them.
      The whole scheme looks like a scam orchestrated by HSBC Bank in connivance with some private company. I am soon lodging a complaint on this with HSBC Bank or its banking ombudsman and if no satisfactory reply is received, I am thinking to complain it to RBI. I am not sure and do not know if there will be anything positive, but I think we must try not to let this scam happen.
      Another irritating aspect is their call center heritage. Most of the time, they do not receive the calls despite phone ringing, and ask in typical Hindi accent and in a very monotonous sound and frequently say 'Haan ji' in Hindi without anything caring about whether the person calling knows Hindi. While customer will be talking in English, they start immediately talking in Hindi, sometimes leaving the customers wondering what she is saying.
      Another absolutely disgusting thing about them is that it looks they are shortage of men power or have been crowded with cheap labour in the markets who do not have enough energy to respond calls. Even when phones are ringing, no one picks up the phone and bothers to respond. It happens 9 out of 10 times and this will make a really frustrating experience to you.
      We must protest against this corporate scam.

        Dear Friends,

        I have got a call in September from a company referring themselves from SBI and they told me that I have been selected for an offer called "Privilege Circle Program" from SBI. As I was busy with my work at office and as I was gettig disturbed by this call two to three times, I have given my confirmation to them as I didn't listen about the payment of Rs. 6180. As soon as I checked the transaction on my credit card, I have been contacting them to cancel this offer. When I got the call from the verification department before sending me the Welcome Kit, I have told me clearly not to send the Welcome Kit as am not interested and hence as of now I didn't receive the welcome kit as well. As of now the issue is not resolved and now they are saying that the Welocme Kit is also sent to me and they got the acknowledgement saying that I have received it hence they cannot cancel the offer. But the surprising thing is that I have not received the welcome kit till today. I spoke to executives like Shilpi, Sudha and today with Karan and even I have discussed long time with Saurav (Supervisor) also. I have been requesting them to show me the recording proofs atelast but as of now I didnt get the reply. I really got frustated and I have decided to fight against them leagelly. Can anyone tell me how to proceed further leagelly??

        I came to know that there are lot of members like me who are suffering with this offer and I would like to request other card holders to be careful with SBI card and it's offerings henceforth.

        Please help me in this regard.

        i'm also suffering from the same porblem, but i got welcome kit, wrist watch also i received which is not been working, terms and conditions also abnormal than what they said on call. That is better to cancel the card
        I too have same problem. The welcome kit is delivered to my neighbour. I didn still open the kit. I didn get any reply to my written email complaint.In my last email i told them that i will payoff the remaining other outstanding and will not pay for privilage circle program.

        I'm gonna leave it unpaid.
        I was also getting repeated phone calls and today morning as I was totally busy I have given my consent. When I opened the web site in the afternoon I have seen the hardships faced by other card members. Immediately I have spoken to the office from where I have got the call and also their chennai telephone number and they said they cannot cancel the booking and once it is confirmed the amount will be debited to the account and told me to contact their customer care office. I spoke to Ms.Lalitha and she says to contact them once the amount is debited and they will cancel it after deducting a cancellation charge of Rs.1000/-. It is highly ridiculous and cheating by SBI.
        "Privilege Circle offer" .Around Feb end 09 i got a call from a guy, he said that he is calling on be-half of SBI credit cards and i have been chosen for this offer. I didn't agreed for it since my card got expired on Dec 08 i was waiting for new cards, mean while i checked the information regarding the offer online i saw it can be canceled with some charges, since i was planning for vacation in hurry i didn't gone through the entire details terms & conditions.I thought since it is from SBI it must be a good.I received my card and then same call on March i agreed for the offer and i gave them my new address.I didn't get leave and was supposed to travel on site the following week.I called this number [protected]/52 which they gave after accepting the offer, i asked them to cancel the offer that lady told it can't be canceled i have to accept it.I got very angry i shouted at her if it can't be canceled then why they have not updated the same in online.Then i thought fight for this and go till consumer court if required.
        For collecting some evidence, again i gone through the entire details including terms & conditions.The offer is just bull .My eyes caught this line
        "cancellation of the offer can be done within 30 days of the date of booking on returning the untempered welcome kit" one more thing is this offer is not directly from SBI it is from a 3rd Party called Plat5 .I checked with SBI customer care guys from Chennai he told that it can be canceled but they are going to charge me 1000/- Rs as cancellation fee i asked him to put the cancellation request and go through the fee structure again which is 399 After that i got a call from PLAT5, a guy KARAN told me that it can't be canceled since the policy reflecting in online been changed on 19th and i have accepted the offer on 20th, i checked to which address they have sent the kit .They sent it to my old address i requested him to cancel the offer since they have sent it to wrong address, he rejected again .I called customer care immediately they again assured it can be canceled and wait for 48hrs i wanted this to be solved before they generate my next bill on 7th every month.I wrote a mail on 23th to [protected]@plat5.com no reply for 2 days then on 25th mailed to [protected]@plat5.com cc feedback.[protected]@ge.com and head.[protected]@ge.com there was no reply or call .On 26th i called to SBI customer care she said my request is being processed they will call me in 48hrs.On 28th of march finally SBI called and informed they have canceled the request and credited the amount 6100/- RS thanks to them.

        So be careful before accepting any offers from 3rd parties.The same PLAT5 is tied up with many banks.Also don't forget to record all conversations with any bank people.

        Even I am facing the same problem . According to me SBI card is the worst among all the cards in market today. Same call and after some time when i approached them they said the scheme is expired. Please tell me also what are u guys planning to do. I will do the same thing. i have made the payment already. If there is any leagal procedure please let me know. I asked them if i can come to the office and talk personally for that too they say its against the policy. Please let me know is anyone from chennai facing the same problem.

        Privilege Circle Offers — Cheating

        I got a telephone call about Privilege Circle Offers from some agent and she informed me about the offer in very limited sentences at 18 .20 hrs on dated 18/11/2009 with promise that they will be contacted with in two /three days for further details. But at 18.29hrs on dated 18/11/2009, they again phoned and insisted to press the one digit. They got success and trapped me. I want to say that I don’t want this offer. Please do not accept the request as well as not to dispatch the offer vouchers. I will not be paid any amount against this offer. T

        I am facing the same problem .Same call and after some time when I approached them they said the scheme date is expired. Now I have paid all the money that becomes wastage of my money. My voucher number is 6629811.

        Please let me know is anyone facing the same problem and can help me to recover the loosed money. Now I am planning to close SBI CARD due to such type of loosed which cannot be bearable.

IF ANY ANOTHER WAY FOR CANCELLATION OF OFFER
        I too got call from SBI & I SAID yes for offer. After reading the above i feeling lucky that nothing such happen to me. I receievd benefeits from SBI. I booked a flight & paid just taxes, no base fair & also got extra points on my SBI card. I am old & happy customer that bank giving such good offers.
        Nobody has written about redumption of sbi privelege if available. I could rather use the money for my M.SC admission and hostel instead of staying for 3 days 2 nights free on sbi card privelege and paying other taxes which might be to much since the heritage group of hotels nominated are 5 star hotels and could charge more as service tax and others taxes.         Sbi is a biggest public undertaking and a scheduled bank in india having very good image from general public.In such situations how the senior officers and executives of the bank are acting like dumb and deft without any prompt curative actions towards complaints of the customers since so many years.It is very disgraceful on part of the management of the sbi when the customers are requesting for cancellations of the previlage circle offer after finding it to be a big fraud. you people should not allow such companies to avail credit card amount using your sbi bank name.They are fully using sbi bank's name and telling that they are on behalf of sbi
        and trying to convince the customers to give the consent which is absolutely a big fraud.so you pl take action to stop from such fraud games forthwith.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I have been told that i will be getting cash back card i.e. gold card during my phone conversation and the card which i finally got is an employee card.

          I am very disappointed with the treatment given. I don't know why sbi is fooling people. This is the case which happened to one of my friend also. He discontinued it. I have not started using it and will never going to use it anyway.

          Sbicard — REQUEST FOR REVERSAL OF PRIVILEGE CIRCLE FEE

          Dear Sir,

          I beg to state that I am a SBI card([protected]) holder at least for last 10 years.I am using my cards regularly and
          there has never been a default in my payment.You are giving me credit and I am paying interest at the
          rate you charge it.
          In the first week of August I received several calls from your Delhi office informing that I have been selected as your Privileged customer and you offered me some lucrative holiday packages and some
          costly gifts.Unfortunately your representatives were able to convince me, rather victimised me and I accepted the offer.At the same time I was told that ,I may cancel the offer after getting and reading the materials I would receive in due course.
          As per your information all our discussions were recorded in your voice recorder.
          On your final call in this matter I was informed that I would be debited a sum of Rs,6067/-in my card account and within 15 days of this debit,and the date is 11.08.2009 as per my credit card statement
          dated 23.08.2009.Surprising to, say till date I have not received any materials from your end and not
          even a single phone call .
          First I called within 15 days and was informed that I will receive the materials within a week.
          Second I called on 22nd or 23rd of Sep 2009 and I was directed by your representative to call after
          24 hours without stating any specific information on this matter.
          I am working in a reputed institution in an executive post,I forgot to call after 24 hours and later I got busy with Puja Festival in my state.
          Third I called on your help line on 08.09.2009 and I was informed that my kit has been returned on 11.09.2009 by Blue Dart Courier and I was offered a re dispatch of my kit,very obviously I was annoyed and requested to cancel the offer and to reverse
          the amount debited for this purpose.
          But your representative said that this cannot be cancelled as the period of 30 days for cancellation is over as per the Rules and Regulations stipulated, which made me spell bound.
          Now I want to ask you few questions:
          1.When at the time of offering your representatives can call me several times then why there was not a single phone call after the kit got returned.
          2.When the communication system is so easy then a courier company like Blue Dart has not made a single phone call when they
          were unable to find the location of my house.(though my mother was there all the time and she only accepts the monthly statements regularly),ridiculously your representative stated that the courier company could not contact me due to network problem.
          3.If your rules desist you to reverse the amount then where was your rule when I did not receive the Kit within 15 days of debiting my account (the date of return is enough to prove that) and where is your rule when you are charging me interest on the amount but I am not enjoying the benefit out of that as per your commitment.
          When after the discussion I told your representative that I will complain to your Grievance Redressal he replied that it would not
          help me in any way as the reply would be the same.Then my question is :
          4.Is your Customer Grievance Redressal is a mockery.
          So I request you to Cancel the deal and reverse my amount with interest within 24 hours or I will stop making my monthly payments next month onwards.I have consulted my lawyer,and I am ready to face any consequences coming out of this as
          a genuine customer.
          Your early action will be solicited.

              my credit card number [protected] i paid more than the desired amount for 2500/- on[protected]. Despite my payment before the due date that is[protected] i am receiving mistirious and humiliating calls from sbi credit card division chennia for every 2 or 3 mins. some times i am receving calls even with out a gap of 5 secs between two calls from different phone nos from chennia from different people annoying very much and giving suspecion for the amounts already paid in their branch at vijayawada(this is advised by the sbi credit card division chennia). i am repeatedly furnishing the reciept numbers for the payment made.(reciept number 12572859 /256765). inspite of giving full information to the staff of sbi creidt card division chennia the staff members are pressing us for making payment with humiliating addressing and giving annoyence. this is most regretable to inform you this. the staff of credit card division are not taking any kind of responsibility but the payments made by the customers but torcharing the customers mentally with their repeated questions, giving calls even with out a gap of 2 mins and disturbing us all the time during the day and night. this torcher starts from morning 7.30am and till 11 o clock night. we have no other go to explain this torcher to you. we wait wheather you take action against them or not. more over i wish to inform u that the payments made on[protected] were not taken into consideration in the statement generated on[protected] but the interests they have computed on[protected] were brought into account. this is most mischevious. even during october 2008 i received calls till[protected] inspite of information that is receipt nos furnished repeatedly. i wish to inform u i am not receving the statements properly with the payments made on the dates actually made. will u please inform me the current status. The local branch at vijayawada is also not functioning promtly. this is for your information.

                but it is not cleared till now ((after 40 days).

                  Sub: My Card No 4006xxxxxxxxxx443


                  I have been using the above SBI card for a few years. In the month of July 2008 I realized I will be charged annual fee in case of renewal & requested for cancellation of the card. Since I had made some extra payment, I requested for a refund of the same & was informed withing 30 days the same will be sent to my billing address.
                  In the month of Sept I realized I have not received the payment & again logged a call & was informed that there was some problem with the system & the same will be processed in the next 10 days. However, even after this nothing happened & I received a call in the month of Oct 08 requesting me to continue with my card & a new card will be issued without any annual fee & the entire amount will be reflected as a credit in my statement. SBI being a very reputed bank, I fell trap for this ploy & accepted the offer. I received the card with No 4006xxxxxxxxx110 & tried to register the card as per the instruction given in the kit, with a confirmation that within 48 hrs this card will be activated. I tried to use this card for some payment & was declined, this was the most em brassing moment for me !. I called up SBI again and lodged a complain & was informed that this will be activated shortly. Even after this nothing happened & last week again I tried to register the new card & again got a confirmation message that this card will be activated in 48 hrs.
                  So far this card has not been activated & when I called up the help desk today & requested for the status, he tried telling me some story starting from oct 08. I immediately requested him to cancel the card, he gladly accepted the offer ( looks like SBI does not want good customers who pay on time) with a reference No[protected].
                  I hope I will receive my overdue amount without further delay. If I delay the payment, SBI charges 36% interest, now the payment is overdue by 3 months & I wonder how you will compensate !
                  It is a pity that such a reputed bank like SBI, has handled a customer so carelessly without any concern.
                  I only hope such a situation does not repeat to some other customer !!

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is with reference to your letter dated 06 Oct 08 received few days back regarding outstanding dues of Rs.872.13 in my SBI Card.

                      I would like bring few facts to your knowledge which are as follows:

                      1. Reference to my previous E-Mails dated 22 Aug 08 (Response Case ID=[protected], 28 Aug 08 (Response Case ID=[protected] requesting you for final settlement of my SBI Card dues.

                      2. After having a discussion with customer care executive about the outstanding balance as on the day, I have made the Payment of Rs.11, 064/- vide State Bank of India Cheque No.006790 dated 31 Aug 08 and same was cleared from my account on 04 Sep 08. At the same time I have also destroyed my Credit Card as per the directions provided by the customer care representative for terminating my account. Request for final settlement was already made through E-Mail dated 22 Aug 08.

                      3. There after I have only received two statements on 23 Sep 08 and 09 Oct 08. In both statements there was no information about Payments made. Above that Late Payment Charges were only mentioned.

                      4. Recently a letter received dated 06 Oct 08 about outstanding dues of Rs.872.13 in my SBI Card which made me surprise and when I spoke to SBI Credit Card Customer Care executive she answered “We have received your payment after due date and we have not received any request for closing your Account”.

                      5. Once, I have cleared all my dues as on 31 Aug 08 including all late pay charges and destroyed my card How I am being charged without making any transaction?

                      6. I would like to tell one more experience during the year 2006 for a Cheque Rs.600/-from Kotak Mahendra Bank was cleared by SBI Credit Card and not mentioned in any of the statements. For that also, I have repaid the amount of Rs.600 along with late pay charges. I am having the proof for the same and several requests were also made to Customer Care to resolve this issue went in vain.

                      7. During my entire period since day one, I have been paying each and every Rupee correctly to SBI Credit Cards. But still these kind of Issues occurs which would spoil the image of the Organisation as well Customer’s Mental Peace.

                      8. Now I don’t have any other option other than approaching legal authority to resolve these issues.

                      9. Kindly help me out in this regard and get me relief from SBI Credit Card.

                        In the month August 2007, I was approached by one Sri Pranjal Deka, Team Leader, SBI Cards, Guwahati (Mobile no:[protected] who offered me a SBI Credit Card. Because of the SBI Brand Name, I agreed to his offer and signed a form in anticipation of receiving a credit card. However, I did not go through the details in the form and instead relied on the SBI Brand Name.
                        To my surprise, I was sent a Draft no:195652 dated 01/10/2007 drawn on State Bank Of Travancore for Rs: 6000/- forwarded by a letter signed by Sri Ajay Bharti, Assistant Vice President-Services, SBI Cards & Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon. The letter referred to A/C No/Card No:[protected], but, I had not received any Credit Card from SBI Card nor had I made any request for ant amount by Bank Draft or any other means.

                        Therefore, I returned back the above mentioned Draft no: 195652 dated 01/10/2007 drawn for Rs: 6, 000/- to SBI Card and Payment Services Ltd., DLF Infinity Towers, Gurgaon-122002 by DTDC Courier & Cargo Limited vide consignment no:*K 24790573* despatched from Guwahati 30th October 2007.

                        After a period around 15 days, I received numerous phone calls from one Mr. Arun Desai who identified himself as SBI legal Department, Delhi from Ph no:[protected]. Though, I explained to him that I had only applied credit card and did not make any request draft amount Rs: 6000/- and that I had therefore returned the Draft, Draft no: 195652 dated 01/10/2007 for Rs: 6000/- back to SBI Card and Payment Services Ltd., he continued to threaten me with legal action as I had a signed a form.

                        The threatening and insulting calls from Arun Desai, Advocate, SBI Legal Department, Delhi and his collagues continued for next 7-8 months, Even though I had not made any financial transaction through SBI Card, out of sheer frustation, helplessness and confusion, I agreed to a one time settlement of Rs: 6500/-. Accordingly one representative of State Bank of India Card collected the amount of Rs: 6500/- from my Office in Assam Secretariat, Guwahati, Assam. SBI Cards Money Receipt no: 11872684 dtd: 15/07/2008.

                        Subsequently, I received a letter dated 22/07/2008 from Manager-Payment Assistance, SBI Card, SBI Card & Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Haryana, dtd: 22/07/2008 wherein it was confimed that on payment of Rs: 6500/- there will be no more dues in respect of my account and that this is a one time full and final offer.

                        Shockingly, I then received a Demand Notice ( Ref no: QL/150/10-oCT-08/42804 DTD 10TH oCTOBER 2008 FROM sRI rAJEEV aGARWAL (aDVOCATE), lAWYERS iNC., REPRESENTING SBI CARD WHEREIN I WAS ASKED TO CLEAR OUTSTANDING DUES OF RS:6279.75/- within 7 days failing which legal proceedings would be initiated under Indian Penal Code.

                        The above sequence of events makes it clear that SBI Card took undue advantage of our faith and goodwill towards State Bank of India. SBI Card had also used fraudulent means to take advantage of a common man's tendency not to read the fine print.

                        Moreover, inspite of not receiving any credit card, and returning the Demand Draft of Rs: 6000/- I had to make payment of Rs: 6500/- only under extreme pressure and threats issued by SBI Card. Even then I have now been issued a legal notice.

                        In view of the above, I request you kind intervention in the following.
                        1. Refund of my payment of Rs: 6500/- which I had made no financial transaction through SBI Card.
                        2. Withdrawal of all proceedings legal or otherwise in my name
                        3. An explanation of the whole matter and on assurance that our goodwill towards State Bank of India will not be misused against us in future.

                        I will be grateful for an early reply from your end.

                        SBI Credit Card — credit card misuse after the card was returned

                        Hi,
                        I had received a SBI credit card after I applied. I returned this card as the limit was verymuch less than promised and they charged the annual fees in the first as against they promised at the end of the year.

                        I had returned the entire kit through professional courier and the same was received by the bank on 6th June 2009 at 1pm as the same is mentioned by the seal signature and time mentioned in the POD of the courier.

                        the card was misused from 6th June 2009 night to 13th June 2009 for withdrawing the cash at gurgaon and delhi by this card where as i stay in bangalore.

                        My mistake is that i had not broken the card.

                        But the card was delivered at the SBI office properly before it was misused.

                        I wrote a complaint and SBI but they say I am only liable for this even though card was delivered before it was misused.

                          I HAD APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD IN SBI AND AFTER THAT TILL TODAY I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT CARD.
                          AND ONE DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SBI AND THE COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD TO SAY YES OR NO TYPE QUESTION ON THAT BASIS THEY DID MY INSURANCE.AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN INSURANCE POLICY FORM TO BE FILLED WITH MY DETAILS AND SIGNATURE.WHICH I DID NOT FILLED AND NOT FORWARDED TO THAT ADDRESS.I TALKED TO SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE AND REQUEST TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE POLICY NO.HS[protected] THAN I RECEIVED A CANCELLATION LETTER OF THAT INSURANCE POLICY.
                          NOW WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT CARD AND ALSO I DID NOT DONE ANY PURCHASING THAN WHY SBI IS TELLING AND FORWARDING STATEMENT TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. NOW I AM RECEIVING A REGULAR CALL ON MY MOBILE AND LAND LINE FROM SBI THAY ARE MENTALLY HARRASSING ME. TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OR TO DO A FULL SETTLEMENT SOMETIMES IN 4000 OR 5000 OR 15000 WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT CARD FROM SBI THAN WHY I WILL PAY MONEY OR DO SETTLEMENT ?
                          AND ALSO SBI HAVE ENTERED MY NAME IN THE CIBIL AND BECAUSE OF THAT I AM UNABLE TO GET PERSONAL LOAN THROUGH ANY BANK. MANY A TIMES I HAD COMPLAINT TO SBI THROUGH MAILS BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY ME. PLEASE GIVE ME A ADVICE.

                            I have two accounts for SBI one as a joint and another as self but in both the cases, I have had the same problem: The user name and password mentioned is invalid at the very start of internet banking from SBI ... this isn't exactly the standard that I had expected from SBI...don't know how many o[censored]s actually lodge a complaint or use this online services.

                            It seems that the packages are having wrong userids and password. After waiting for half a month I went to the branch and asked for resolution, they responded that the userid that they had given was different from what was there online. They gave me the new userid but not the password and yet again I am facing the same issue here: The user name and password mentioned is invalid.

                            And obviously it takes a lot of time to do such simple tasks ... the day was over even before I could complain regarding the password.

                            Same problem of mine of internet banking i have got two sbi accounts one is NRE & NRO for both i have got the INB kit, prompts me when i log in... invalid userid & password

                            When i contact the branch they tell me give letter or sent your problems through e-mail.
                            i've done as the bank manager has told.

                            but still the problem has not solved the bank people now dont encourage such problem.whenever i call them they tell me to give letter in spite of given written letters & emails, this letter business clearly indicates a sign of {peacefully passing that day} so they can tell one to come after two days & again tell some stupid things.

                            this was my case that is why activation period of 24 hr for internet banking has become 10 days

                            THE MAIN FACTS.

                            1) to make a customer happy they provide a fake internet banking kit.
                            2) the managers get transferred so 1 problem goes & another big problem comes with a big damn procedures.& he too struggle for the same.

                            We don't understand what standards the SBI bank follows????????

                              Dear Sir,

                              Iam Komal Khare, on 11november 08 evening arround 3.45 p.m. i was booking My online E-Ticket from website: www.irctc.co.in, from Surat to Bandra Terminus from Train Dehradun Express (Train NO. 9020), i've gone through all the formalities while booking my E-Ticket I've chosen SBI ATM Cum Debit Card for making Payment of the Ticket, After filling all the entries in the particular payment page i.e. ATM Cards no., Validity Period, Card holders name & Pin No., I've clicked the PAY option and suddenly the next page was ERRORED.

                              So, i was unabled to get my ticket & to know the PNR no. And the amount of that E-Ticket which i've payed through my SBI ATM i.e. 160 Rs. is also debited from my SBI Account.

                              Kindly check on this matter and send me the scan copy or screen shot of the bank statement to pursue the matter.

                              Or Credit the full E-Ticket amuont i.e. Rs. 160 to my a/c at the earliest.

                                  It is submitted to you that, I am the holder of SBI card number [protected] . I had purchased of Rs. 999/- and paid Rs 1100/- against that purchasing. But your message on my mobile shows remaining amount is Rs 1317.39.
                                  Sir, it is brought into your notice that. I have not received your bill, E –mail message or SMS for minimum installment to paid in time. Hence I have paid Rs 1100/- in two installment ( Rs 600/- & Rs 500/-) within three months. After all your message dated 13/11/2008 shows the remaining amount is Rs 1317/-, I think, this is the high level cheating. Private money lenders also take the 2% interest monthly.(Flatly Rs 60/- for three month on Rs 1000/-) In such situation your SBI card is not affordable for low budget salary holder.
                                  It is request to you that please look into this matter and give me the justice as I will continue to use the SBI card. Otherwise it is request to you that please discontinue my SBI card.

                                    with due respect, I ms.lucky gogoi, account holder in SBI, GMC branch, guwahati-781005, assam, would like to state that on 04/10/2008, i have withdrawn Rs.20, 000/- using my ATM card[protected].My savings a/c no-[protected].

                                    My account shows debit of Rs.45, 000/- instead of Rs.20, 000/- on date 04/10/2008.My ATM Card being cash plus, allows a maximum withdrawal of Rs.40, 000/- per day.Moreover, I have not withdrawn the rest amount of Rs.25, 000/-.Though my account statement shows it, I am confident that it is false withdrawal.

                                    I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Same thing happened with me also. I used my ATM for the first time. My son was with me inside the ATM with me to show how to withgraw money from the ATM. First he withdrew Rs.1000 rupees to show the process. Then I withdrew Rs.100 to check if I am able to withdraw. We collected the money and left the ATM. After 3/4 month when I updated my passbook, I was astonished realizing that Rs 20000 was missing and the the transaction was made just after 1minute of the withdrawal of Rs. 100. How is this possible ?? We have given an application but the bank authority says that we have withdrew the money, otherwise it is impossible.

                                    This happened to me today (18.06.09 between 8.0-8.05 PM) with SBI ATM sector 17 near estate office . I am yet to lodge complaint tomorrow. Let us see what happens.
                                    my name is shobha and i had opened the account in sbi on 15 - jan - 2009 at doorvani nagar branch in bangalore i got my account set up, atm card, cheque book, but until now i have not received my atm pin no every 15 days once i am checking and i am getting the same reply. and the officers there dont have patience to check wether it is come or not also they keep saying come after 10days 15days. As i am working in the 12 hours job i dont get time to come and stand in the queue and withdraw the amount, hence there is no transaction in the account from 4 months.

                                    Plz let me know what is the next step i have to take in order to get the atm pin no. or i need to take a decision to cancel the account.plz contact me on my email. Waiting for your reply.

                                    I m Aravind holding accout with SBT MG Road Kochi having problem wihile transacting thru branch's own ATM which fails to made a reverse entry for the transaction which was unsuccess by nature. On complaining with this bank authorities after two days there is no movement from their part, since the concerned clerk was on leave for 2 or 3 days. They people are not meant for servicing infact, they came there for their own earinings only which is a secured one...
