Dear Sir/Madam

I am a saving bank account holder (jointly with my wife) (account no. [protected]) of State Bank of India Dum Dum Branch (Br. code 2054). I work outside west bengal and my residence at Dum Dum. I need a bank statement of last six months for Visa clearance. My wife who is presently staying in West Bengal went to the above mentioned branch of SBI to get this bank Statement since i was out of station at that time....

I am a citibank account holder and I would like to bring your notice that during the SBI atm transaction done on 19th oct 2008 I did not receive the amount from the atm machine but the money was wrongly debited from my account.

my name is mohan charan swain and my saving account no. is [protected].
i've applied for sbi atm card but not received it yet. Please tell me the reason and send the atm card as soon as possible ....

've my atm card is not working.bearing no.[protected] and i've submited my request on 15.10.2008 and as advised by the bank authorities SBI branch, boring canal road, rajapool, patna.so, plz closed my atm card. I request your good self to kindly arrange to issue a duplicate atm card immediately without loss of time and do the needful .

Just a small complaint regarding the CASE MANAGER of Antop-hill branch(Mumbai-400037). He doesn't sits on his alloted counter and roams here and there almost more than half of his office timings. The people in the queue in front of his counter just gets stuck-up in the bank for a long time just because of the CASE MANAGER.
Either he is not educated or may be he is over-educated for the seat where he is sitting. Whenever any guy...

About 18 months ago, an amount of Rs. 1095 was charged in my SBI Credit Card account (Account Number:[protected]) as the Premium of Royal Sundaram Insurance. But as I cancelled the Insurance immediately, the above amount was refunded to SBI Card on 16th of May 2007. But the this amount was not adjusted in my SBI Card account. I have contacted to SBI Card Customer Care about 50 to 60 times by Phone, email, complain etc....

've lost my atm card bearing no.[protected] and i've submited my request on 26.10.07 and as advised by the bank authorities SBI main branch, kakinada i've paid an amount rs.220/- on 30-10-07 for duplicate atm card and informed to Delhi inturn they have informed a no. [protected]. In this connection after a lapse of 2 months the same request (xerox copy) submitted in jan2008, unfortunately i've not received duplicate...

I RECEIVED MY RENEWED SBI CARD. HOW TO ACTIVATE IT?...

My credit card's been charged for transactions which i din make... credit card statement does'nt reveal any information other than the shop name... when i called customer care.. they are telling the transaction's are manually swiped, but i still have my card in possesion, , , i remember i had'nt handed over my card to anyone... now the customer care are saying that i only have to pay the amount ... if i ask for the merchant...

I didn't got admit card for SBI PO exam that will held on 12 oct 2008.

Sir, I had visited the ATM at Ram Ram Bank Chauraha, Aliganj, Lucknow on 02.10.08. i selected banking fast cash option for withdrawing 1000/- Rs but the machine declined saying that unable to response. thereafter in the night i withdraw 1000/- from IOC Aliganj, Lucknow branch.
Rs. 1000/ extra has been deducted from my account. my mini statement shows the withdrawl of rs 1000/- each two times but i had just withdrawn rs 1000/- one...
