Dear Indians, it is a matter of surprise that the SBI are real dishonest and are busy in unfair trade practices.My father had a saving bank account in SBI, Medical college Branch, JABALPUR. He, my father, Late Captain RATAN CHAND DONGRIA, of BHATAPARA, expired on 4th May !984. Soon after this thirteenth day ceremony, I submitted his death certificate and claim to return the money. From May 1984 to October 2008, it has taken more than 24 years, the bank says, we are honest, we will pay your father's money.But no one knows how many years it will take, to get back few hundred rupees.All these 24 years, it has costed me more than few millions in corrrespondances, phones, letters, faxes, emails. All civilised efforts to get back money is failure with SBI.I have made it clear in my will, never to put any omney in SBI. The 24th generation will surely get this money. SBI Credit Card — Late payment fee against Insurance amount
Hi,I am using SBI card since 3 years. I payed all due amount in last February, 2008 and I am not using this card, not even checking the monthly statement. When I opened the statement in July month the amount due was showing 1052/-. They showed 370/- late payment fee on insurance amount for last two months. When called customer care they said they are helpless and I have to pay the amount. While I am applying for card I didn't knowingly signed any document for an insurance. Should I have to pay late fee on Insurance amount? Anybody please suggest me.
