High penalty

The various banks are charging a very high penalty if somebody forgets to make payment of the due amount of credit cards etc. Recently SBI has charged an amount of Rs.350/-for non-payment of an amount of Rs.246.40 (against my credit card ). The total payment due to be paid by 25/07/2008 was Rs.246.40. As most of the ATM/Branch are not having cheque drop facility for credit cards, the payment could not be made by me. This is to complain about one of the problems my wife is facing from more than one year regarding my State Bank Of India Credit Card Number [protected].

Through pension fund jaipur, a cheque was made on 28/12/2007 in SBI Sanganeri Gate jaipur, india
and sent to PNB RAJULI In Narendra Singh S.AC.NO-10108 .PNB Branch RAJAULI, DIST-NAWADA BIHAR returned the cheque to confirmation on17/01/2008 to SBI Branch-Sanganeri Gate, jaipur india. The SBI SANGANERI GATE did not returned the cheque till 04/09/2008.

Money got debited for Failed Transaction

Sir,

I am having account in SBI – ITPL Campus Branch and my Account Number is [protected].
On June 30, 2008, by using my International debit card, my parents withdrawn Rs.20000 in Axis bank ATM.
While they were trying to withdraw Rs.20000 once again, they got some error message. They haven’t received money from ATM.
But totally, Rs.40000 has been debited from my account.

Credit card payment

I got a statement in the Month of April to make the payments of 10107.22 i made the payments of 10000 in May . In the month of May again i got a statement of 44000 from the Sbi i contacted the customer care and informed the call center of Bank i got a reply saying that the bank had give me a double credit in[protected] and of 36000. Sir,
I have SBI credit card (made by Gurgaon, Haryana office)
After receiving credit card I changed my job & shifted to Jubillant Organosys Gajraula (U.P.) from the previous place Panchkula, Haryana.

Regarding illegal charges being debited

I have SBI credit card ([protected]).They had wrongly chrged Yearly & add on credit card charges, which they had agreed to not charge it before renuing my card. After informing them they had reversed the charges, but they had started charging interest & late charges against the charges which was being char4ged because of there mistake. After calling them they are asking as to pay interest, however they are ready to give as credit...
