This is to complain about one of the problems my wife is facing from more than one year regarding my State Bank Of India Credit Card Number [protected].
She use to have a SBI Credit Card No. [protected]. While applying for card she was told that there will be no hidden charges and she will be only required to pay what amount she will use for purchasing. But on receiving the bill she noticed that there where my charges which were included in her bill. she immediately called the customer care and ask about the same.
They informed that next time she will not receive any such amount in bill. But it never happened like that every time some or the other charges are included into her bill. She keep on calling the Customer care and every time the told that these charges will not be included in the next bill.
Her card was stolen during my Visit from Nehru Place to Dhaula Kuan in New Delhi, around a year back on bus route number 724. On getting down from bus when She noticed that my purse was missing She immediately informed the Customer Care on number 39020202 for my lost card and requested to deactivate my card immediately. They told that she will receive the new card
soon. But she have not received any card till date. She have also made payment for the new card charges which were included into her Bill.
After several reminders when she did not receive the card she decided to cancel her Credit card. she called the customer care and told them to cancel her credit card.
But they did not do so. After calling for several times and also sending request in there site http://www.sbicard.com/ her card was still not cancelled and she keeps on receiving the SMS that so and so amount is pending.
On Saturday(8th March, 2008) She received a call for some customer representative of SBI stating that She should settle the amount or else She will receive a notice from court for the same.
I do not understand why on calling the Customer Care and also sending request on the site to stop her card still it is not stopped. Why some body is forced to pay the amount he/she has not used. During last more than one
year she have faced lots of problem regarding the Credit card which she am not having. she is now recieving calls on daily basis(from 12 june 2008) that she needs to do a final settelment for the amount which they have billed for the card which she have not used for atleast a year. This is certainly
doing me a lot of mental tension. Please help me in resolving the problem

sir,

I have SBI-TATA CREADIT CARD. Card no.[protected].

In my feb-09 statement due amount is 28490/-(twenty eight thousand four hundred ninty.)

i drop same amount cheque no 019522 on date of 30th jan 09(Due date 1st feb09)

i call 2 time (3rd feb & 5th feb.)customer helpline number and ask why my cheq not credit on my account.

7th of jan monrning company calling me & said yr cheque is return by signatury differ.

i replyed send me return cheq or its copy for my bank inquairy.

i drop another cheq no 019524 on date of 10th feb 09.it's cleared on 11th feb 09

now i recived my latest statement march-08

in this statement company dabit some charges.

1. payement dishonour fee 500.00
2. total gst debit for current stmt 162.20
3. fin charge on retail 812.30

Is all charges are currect ??

      Through pension fund jaipur, a cheque was made on 28/12/2007 in SBI Sanganeri Gate jaipur, india
      and sent to PNB RAJULI In Narendra Singh S.AC.NO-10108 .PNB Branch RAJAULI, DIST-NAWADA BIHAR returned the cheque to confirmation on17/01/2008 to SBI Branch-Sanganeri Gate, jaipur india. The SBI SANGANERI GATE did not returned the cheque till 04/09/2008.

      I have problem regarding ATM withdrawal.
      Actually i use my card date 1 April 2009 at your New Sanganer Road, Sanjeevani Hospital ATM Counter.
      My time goes out and 1000 Rs. less from my account.
      I didn't get money, and money deducted from account.
      I report to your ATM Guard for this problem. Now I am going to your nearest branch for written complaint, and want quick response from u.

        Sir,

        I am having account in SBI – ITPL Campus Branch and my Account Number is [protected].
        On June 30, 2008, by using my International debit card, my parents withdrawn Rs.20000 in Axis bank ATM.
        While they were trying to withdraw Rs.20000 once again, they got some error message. They haven’t received money from ATM.
        But totally, Rs.40000 has been debited from my account.
        I have approached SBI Customer care, they wanted me to wait for 24 hours. But the amount has not reverted back.
        Then I approached SBI – ITPL Campus Branch on July 2nd and I have submitted one letter to revert back my amount.
        Till now I have not received the amount.
        ATM Details: Axis Bank ATM, Pettavaithalai
        TamilNadu.
        Transaction Date: 30th June 2008.

        For the Last Two months, i am just sending mails to all the managers.
        But i have not received the amount.

        Please do the needful.

        Just don't trust the SBI Debit card. It deducted Rs. 1799 as ATM withdrawal. From when did the SBI ATMs begin to give 1799 Rs -- not a multiple of 100 Rs?? I found out that 1799 Rs was a purchase I had made around 1 month previously. Just yesterday for a failed transation the account has been debited twice 330 *2 = 660Rs. !! Needless to mention the same fate as yours. There is no one who cares about this. I seriously doubt I will get back my money without a hell lot of struggle...
        i has submitted the complaint regarding to decline transaction stated the amountof 700Rs has been debited from my account but cash was not dispensed from ATM. the transaction took place on date 07/08/09. but no action has taken on my complaint. i kindlly request the complaint cell of state bank of india.to take further action.my complaint no cc[protected]

          I got a statement in the Month of April to make the payments of 10107.22 i made the payments of 10000 in May . In the month of May again i got a statement of 44000 from the Sbi i contacted the customer care and informed the call center of Bank i got a reply saying that the bank had give me a double credit in[protected] and of 36000. I am getting call from the bank saying that you need to make the payments for the credit given to me with interest with out my fault why should i suffer can some body help me to resolve this make . i have begin harrased daily from the SBI bank collection dept to make the payments. I got a call today from the Collection dept saying that the notice will be issued against me for none payment of due.

            I have SBI credit card (made by Gurgaon, Haryana office)
            After receiving credit card I changed my job & shifted to Jubillant Organosys Gajraula (U.P.) from the previous place Panchkula, Haryana.
            I have requested customer care to change my corressopendece address several times and send me confirmation about address change but he not take action.
            So I am not using this card till date. I am not sure If I made purchase from this card how will I receive Bill payment statement.

            SBI Card — correction in bill statement

            dear sir, i have paid my credit card dues for the last transaction on my card no [protected](reissued after the expiry of old one).Gpt a statement saying due of Rs 13300 to be paid be 23 JAn 2010. pl tell me what is to be paid. this is my second request. kindly respond befor time

            STATE BANK CREDIT CARD — address change not done

            I had requested for a address change on Jan 18 th over the phone not yet done even after repeated phone call to the customer helpline and speaking to many persons including the team leaders and supervisors and being on the calls for 30 to 40 minutes.

            Moreover they have not called or verified the address and marked it as negative address.
            I had a balance transfer to be done which also could not be done and I incurred a interest charge on my other card for this delay.

            I do not understand how this can be resolved.

            This does not make sense to me the bank is not able to verify the address for over one month and also verify the phone no.

            I would like this to be resolved and get an explanation as well as the compensation from the Bank to the tune of Rs 10,000 for not providing the services on time and as expected. and wasting my time and giving me a tension and headache for nothing.


            I do not under what is taking so long to do the simple verification after calling them so many times and speaking to so many people.

            This is not expected from such a big bank like SBI shame on you.

            Hope this gets resolved soon.

              Hi,
              I am Pinky from Raipur, I used my SBI creditcard around eight months ago, for 11000Rs. Then for 6months, the company din't care to send me a statement for the same. Now, after some time, without informing me, The interest was added extortionaly and then out of the blue, some agency people suddenly came up with a huge settlement figure, for which no particular statement was provided.Now, when I opposed they were ready to take 9500, which later came down to 7500, after this complete chaos, they now say that they want the money first and settlement letter will be given after 45days of payment, plus after taking this amount they also cannot ensure that the account is settled and that the collection calls will stop coming. This has left me wondering that does SBI being a govt. org. treats it customer like this?Even when we are ready to settle the account, then why isn't the surity being given by them that the account will be closed and settled?I would appreciate if something is done in this regard.

I overpaid an ammount of Rs.300, and was utterly disgusted with the billings.So far I had to complain 8 times regarding various issues.I wanted to withdraw cash worth rs.300 which was overpaid. Funnily I was charged additional 293 as service charge for cash withdrawal.really its worst card possible in india

                    I would like to inform your goodself that I am holding aforesaid Bank Account with Bank of Rajasthan Limited at Nimbahera (Rajasthan). During my holidays at Kerala State I have put my ATM of Bank of Rajasthan in Federal Bank’s ATM at Thiruvalla (Kerala). First I have enquired the balance, which shown Rs.29, 795/-, however when I tried to get the amount, due to non-availability of required balance I had not received any amount. Again I have checked-up with State Bank of India’s ATM at Thiruvalla (Kerala) the balance shown Rs.29, 795/- when I tried to withdraw the money by putting command for Rs.10, 000/- it shown “your transaction is being processed”, but could not received any amount. After that I have tried to enquire the balance with SBI ATM, however was unable to get the balance. I have again checked up the FEDERAL BANK ATM my balance shown Rs.19, 795/- i.e. Rs.10, 000/- has been debited my account without getting any amount.

                    I had contacted with SBI, Thiruvalla Branch people the next day but they were not co-operated at all, they simply told that they don’t have extra money of that particular day. They told that if the money came outside and return, then only their account shown extra money. But I couldn’t understand I have not received any amount and SBI ATM don’t have extra money, then where is my amount of Rs.10, 000/-. People at State Bank of India, Thiruvalla (Kerala) branch asked me to contact my parent bank i.e. Bank of Rajasthan Limited, Nimbahera.

                    As per advise of State Bank of India, Thiruvalla people, I have contacted Bank of Rajasthan, Nimbahera branch by writing a letter alongwith Slips of Federal Bank’s ATM. After lapse of 20 days, when I enquired with Bank of Rajasthan they told that they have sent a mail to State Bank of India, but they are not responding.

                    I would now therefore, request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and inform me the exact position and also let me inform what I have to do to get the amount, as for me Rs.10, 000/- is a very big amount.
                    This is the conman between all banks because there are no one in My India that can do something about ATM/Bank Problem. But I will not on those. My account is debited two times for Rs 25000 & Rs. 16000.
                    I talked to the higher officer they dosent lifting. Then I ask detailed information to Reserve Bank of India through Right to information act. when I will found then I will to Consumer Forum.

                    My name is Mangala. Mohite on 5/4/10 my husband account is in the ICICI BANK and he told to take out Rs 9000 /- from Atm so I went to Axis ATM there I tried to take out. But after processing I only got my card back but the money and the slip not came out . than we tried in ICICI there we got the statement that RS 9000/- has withdrawl from Axis ATM.Tan we had gave a complaint in Axis and ICICI bank also. In ICICI Bank they were not taking the complaint directly they told me to give this complain to Phone Banking after very difficulty we nad given the complain they had give the request no and told to wait for 7-8 days. Now we don't know what will happen. But I know this from this incident I am in great problem. Please help us.
                    I have tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/= on 28.08.2010 at 7.50 PM from ATM which is situated at kukas ind. area, Jaipur. But The ATM did not dispense money and the same money has been deducted from my balance. Please do something, this is second time.first time problem is same, but refund after six or seven day.

                      dear sir,
                      I had opened the account in SBI in Deori Kalan, Sagar(dt), Madhyapradesh about an year ago. when I am opening the account the bank manager Mr.A.Jain told me that we will be getting the ATM machine with in 2 or 3 months but now the Manager has changed and an year passed away but no ATM machine is available with the branch. The people working in the Bank are very few and they are not upto the requirement and they are very late to the Bank. Many people from the near by villages are waiting for money for hours and hours.
                      Though ATM cards are given to many of the customers that ATM machine is not yet installed. I think the installation of ATM machine might reduce the frequency of people to the branch and the crouding of people inside the branch may be reduced. please take the necessary action

                        sir i received my atm one month ago but found that the pin that was given was incorrect so i went to my sbi branch and told him about the problem. the branch manager gave positive responce and sent a request to main branch for a new pin generation. but till now i was not given a new pin for my atm.I request you to take an approprite action in this regard.Thanks.

                          i am having saving account with sbi, tadpatri. first i applied for debit card then i received it and collected pin number from branch.i atm i changed my pin number and also i got transation slip. when i went to atm second time that new pin shows as wrong and default pin can't remember it.so i went to branch again and requisted for new pin. they given suggestion apply for new card.(they don't know how to process new pin requiest).then i applied for debit card.then i received it on 19-08-08.i when to branch for new pin.at this time i got very very poor responce (i visited at[protected].some other customers can able to get pin numbers who are received card at 20-08-08.but they can't able to provide atm pin number to me.they are very lazy fellows. they are not lessioning even my words.

                            Dear Mr. Chair Person of SBI,
                            I know this is almost a suicidal attempt from my side but cannot resist to complaint the injustice on a large extent. I was a SBI credit card holder few months ago (not less than six months). made more payment than full. not used the card after being rejected from my authority to use the card which has been allotted to me by your bank itself and making more payment then the real bill, due to the wrong bill produced by your bank through SMS to me, but after the complaint I have been produced the actual bill by your bank. (Proof is with me).
                            After the verbal conversation by your call center executive, in which he said my credit card cannot be continued without producing any reason while bill still comes through SMS, ( Kindly check your SMS database if you are actually unaware)on the date, I would not like to mention here, (because it' s your habit to exploit your customer and destroy the proof), I have left using your card, but still you have kept sending bills to me despite your own decision to withdraw the service.
                            I have sent you one or two mails and left asking you about that, but my debit card's facilities were intact, because the money I had deposited was my own.
                            Now today I have tried to purchase railway ticket through my two debit cards, but your website has indicated that my debit cards or the branches are not true.
                            Therefore, request you to kindly reply with the true reason to forcefully collecting service charges without giving service as well as using my hard earned money for not my sake, without giving any reason or without at least providing any contact no or email ID for those who have grievance with you or your bank.

                                My friend g.rajeswararao, a/c no.[protected] at sbi contonment branch vizianagaram.


                                He drawn an amount of rs.27000/- in two spells from ATM centre S.Kota (S1AN[protected]on 31/12/08 with closing balance of rs.21955/-.

                                Again on 2/1/09 trying to withdrawal of Rs.20000/- it is showing balance of Rs.20000/- was drawn already on 31/12/08 eventhough he was not withdrawn from bank or atm. The same was informed to the concern bank officials on 2/1/09. But no action was done so far.
                                Pls. look into the matter and needful.

                                On 13th August 2009, when I was trying to withdraw an amount using my Debit Card from SBI ATM situated at Reserve Bank of India, Main building, I have inadvertently entered wrong PIN number.                                   My new card was never delivered and i had already blocked my card one year back but i was receiving calls from them past three months back.. Absolutley baseless.. I stand by on prestige and Dignity of Mr Tata as i also work for him. I feel the grievences are been just put under cover for this segment and no actions taken. I think customers are harrassed and i am also been the one of those victim.

                                    I have SBI credit card ([protected]).They had wrongly chrged Yearly & add on credit card charges, which they had agreed to not charge it before renuing my card. After informing them they had reversed the charges, but they had started charging interest & late charges against the charges which was being char4ged because of there mistake. After calling them they are asking as to pay interest, however they are ready to give as credit for the same, but why will i pay interest on charges which was not correct.

                                    I am Mr Ramar S, I have taken SBI credit card about one and half year back. My SBI Credit card Number is [protected]. I have never used the card from my side to purchase any items. One year back, I was forced to take Royal Sundaram Insurance by the SBI Credit card section at a monthly payment of Rs.99 for a period of one Year. I was not able to pay the 99 rupees in time and requested the SBI credit card section that I don’t want any insurance and revert all the charges and close my Credit card account permanently. The SBI credit card section reverted partial amount and they did not close my account. They kept my account alive even after my repeated request by e-mail to cancel my account. They keep on adding additional charges, late fee and other charges and in December 2008, one person called me from SBI credit card and he told that if I pay Rs.600, he will close my account. I paid the amount by cheque. But they have not closed the account till today. I received a call from SBI credit card section: phone: [protected] on[protected] at 2.39 PM. He has threatened me that if I don’t pay the amount, he will take the amount from my Savings Bank account. Due to this unwanted threatening, I am getting disturbed a lot and I am not able to sleep properly and not able to pay proper attention on my work. Could you please kindly help me to close this issue permanently?.

                                      I used to regularly get the monthly statements by email. But recently there have been disruptions in the flow. This month I got an SMS on my mobile phone giving me the total outstanding amount due. Then when I checked my statement through the website all the totals columns were blank and the items listed in the statement did not match the figure mentioned in the SMS. I also spoke to the customer care executive who registered my complaint (# MQ[protected] and said that I would get my statement by email within 48 hours. It's more than that time now and I haven't got my statement yet. Kindly do the needful to avoid any further inconveniences. Thank you.

                                        I am not receiving my statements or e-statements or any of the the intimation of my bill from sbi card department from past 4-5months. I have called many times on phone banking for e- statements also. Also i had deposited bill for the month of July but a fine has been imposed, but since i have not received bills, i am helpless.

                                        Presently they have also incquded yearly fees during discusstion with call center they have no responce. and says that you have pay full ammout.

                                        It has been over two months now that I have stopped getting my credit card statement. It is out of curiousity that I log in to their site to check my account and pay the bill thereafer. However it is not possible for me to check it every month and hence I expect to get the bill statement either hardcopy or soft from the company.

                                        I applied for SBI Credit card through their Sales rep at Jaipur Cantt SBI in the month of Feb 10. Card application number is[protected]. I am in receipt of pin No also. But I have not yet received the credit card yet.

                                        Express IT Courier — Non receipt SBI Credit Card

                                        Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, My credit card was sent to me by SBI bank on 29th August 10 vide . The courier man never came to my residence and made comment that absence of receipent ,its happen two times ,when I checked status of airway no. its showing courier is still in express it courier office

                                        I tried to contact customer service centre at least 10 times but no luck I have send the mail also..but still no response .

                                        Such irresponsible job,and still big corporate giants asking for there services.

                                        SBI Credit Card — Not received SBI credit card but got excess bill

                                        I have not yet received SBI credit card from last 2 months.
                                        SBI credit card fee charges are Rs 500, But I am getting SMS to pay Rs 662.
                                        Without getting Credit card and account details how can I pay bills with interest.
