    My transaction on Paytm failed but have not received any refund in my bank account since 28 July 2021 Paytm informed that they have sent it to bank account but it is not reflecting and when I went to branch office they behaved very rudely

      On 5th August, 2021 I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart and my order was not placed. Though even after unsuccessful order placement, the amount of 53, 560/- was deducted from my account. They have provided the refund with the reference no. IGALRLIUM6 . But still now I haven't got my refunded amount in my bank a/c. Need help asap.

            Due to financial crisis, unable to pay my credit card dues. Yesterday on 6th aug.21, Two Collection agent named Deepak (no.[protected]) from any agency located in Netaji subhash place and Yashoda (no.[protected]) from sarojini nagar branch as she said, came to my office to meet for the concern but after having some chats, they people literally start threaten me and shout on me in my office premises, embarrass me infront of my seniors and juniors. How kind of behavior is this.? like they said " Hume paisa chahiye otherwise hum yaha se nai jayenge hum yahi baithenge, hamara paisa khake baithe ho paise ho ya cheque do warna sahi nai hoga apke liye". What it all means? Even they visited before couple of days at home and harrassed my mother and illogically discussed with my neighbors too in my unavailability. This is serious concern about privacy rights, dignity and respect matter of my parents. I want SBI to take it serious and take action against them or I have to go through RBI, Bank Ombudsman or Police station.

                On[protected] between 1430 and 1730 hours, by taking control of my phone number +91 [protected], the following amounts have been fraudulently withdrawn (while in contact with telephone number [protected]). The original message for contacting this number came from[protected] purported to be from Vodafone Idea regarding updating KYC and blocking of my Sim card.
                A/c Number: [protected]-Rs65000/- in SBI
                A/c Number: [protected]- Rs 66000/-+Rs2400/- in SBI
                A/c Number[protected] : Rs 1, 99, 990+ Rs1, 40, 000 in ICICI Bank
                A/c Number [protected]: Rs 1, 99, 999 in HDFC Bank
                I shall be grateful and remain obliged for recovery of the amounts

                  I had issued a Power of attorney (PoA) for property registration to my spouse as we had a joint loan and due to medical obligation i could not be present at the registration office.
                  The registration was done with PoA but the MODT was rejected. We approached the loan office to help with MODT but no one knew the procedure in this case. We are left with no clue as to the further process. The medical obligation would take atleast 4 months for recovery, and we aren't even sure if MODT can be done later, or any approval is required for the same.

                  Pathetic service in this case, and absolutely no support from staff.

                    I have cancelled an office/kitchen/bar stool-black on Amazon on 20th of July, 2021. The cost of the product is Rs.5099/- I received a mail that the refund has been initiated the very same day.And I was supposed to get my refund on 25th of July.But it has been more than 15 days.I contacted Amazon customer service several times.They said that they have initiated from their side and it is banks fault.kindly consider my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                        ECS/ACH charges are being levied in my SBI Account [protected] from past 6months now for ACH bounce charges due to which I'm not able to use my SBI account I want it to be waived off the ECS/ACH bounce charges so I can regularise my account Plz do the needful or close my SBI account

                          I am Senior Citizen has visited the Bank and face the following experience as under
                          Incidence was that previously two time i have visited the Branch Manager she says that i am on online training program so not attended me properly. Hence i would like to state that Bank is Customer oriented but in working Hrs. such activity is not good sign as what i face? then other Ille rate customer where they have to go. when she is busy in such activity.

                          As a senior Citizen waiting for Branch Manager from 3.00PM she was not in Cabin but staff says she is not in office but will come so wait & i am waiting upto 2.00 Hrs & then she come alongwith her family in Car not paying attention to us & left with her family in Car

                          All these incidences are not good sign for Customer oriented Nationalize bank

                              I applied for agri jewel loan in Sbi thirunagar branch madurai, as i have already used to agri loan, i did not enquire much about the loan, so i just kept my jewels, and the bank staffs also did not explain me anything about intrest percentage or anything. But only after online updation in the net banking i came to know that they have kept my jewel under bullet repay loan and intrest was high. No one in bank explained or informed me about bullet loan.

                              Now they say there is no agri jewel loan available in sbi. And they lied that they explained me.

                                I had purchased a product from TATA CLIQ on 7th of june 2021(order id[protected]. It was CASH ON DELIVERY and the amount was Rs 1299. On placing a return request they picked it up on 11th of June . Since it was a cash on delivery Tata cliq asked me about my bank account details ( account number, IFSC etc) and I provided them with that. On 30th of June they emailed me with a bank reference number[protected] but no amount was reflected in my SBI account number. I contacted the customer care of SBI but they refused to help. I additionally contacted the branch they refused to help too. I am attaching the screenshot of everything. Thank you. Please help me recover the money.

                                  The deceased have died on 02 Sept'2020 .The completed document of deceased pensioner have been received by CPPC SBI Navi Mumbai on 06 April'2021 but the necessary about is not taken till the date.When we approach to CPPC SBI Navi Mumbai they does not respond in appropriate manner and does not receive the phonecall provided by them

                                    I Have applied for Zomato IPO, through UPI Mandate from Bhim app. I used the funds available in my SBI account. Amount (₹.14820/-) blocked when I entered my UPI ID and recieved SMS as well, after i recieved SMS recieved notification from BHIM as "Mandate Failed". Later I didn't get the allotment for the IPO but my amount not yet refunded till today. I contacted SBI Customer Care where I was misinformed with Wrong Phone Numbers and mail IDs where I haven't recieved any response till today. I even raised complaint in BHIM website, i recieved response as this will be resolved but till today no action. Kindly find the snap of the SMS where it's shown "Amount Blocked"
