I have order a phone Poco f3 gt for Rs 23, 849 on 24 July 2021 but later on i have changed my mind to cancel the product . Flipkart said Seller has refunded to your bank account .

I have ordered the product on 11 July 2021 and the price of the product 402 this is the order ID-OD[protected] and I return because of some issues on 18 July 2021, the date of initiations was on {18 Jul 21, 02:24 PM} and it will be credited by {20 Jul 21, 02:24 PM} but still my money was not come to account and this is the reference number[protected]...

I made 2 transactions on 17th July with Amazon through SBi internet banking but both of them failed to generate the order at Amazon but the amount got deducted from the account. I logged 2 complaints[protected],[protected] and both of them got closed saying that I have to contact the merchant, Amazon. But Amazon says that I'll have to contact SBI to get this resolved. Hi Sir, I had a SBI Credit card 5 years back, I haven't used it much and last usage was clear after that due to some circumstances my phone number got changed its been 4 years now I tried so many times to block it or close but it did not happened, Now I keep getting calls and messages that I have to pay Rs 6000.
Need official help to settle this.
