I lost my job since 5months then some how I been paying all my emis and credit card bills even though I still haven't got a job and have utilised all my reserve funds, pf money, sold the gold I had and also taken money from people I know. Now I am helpless with no money and desperately looking for a job. I have informed the same to the agent but they say it's not their look out or concern.
They are cold, abusive and harsh and threatening. It's sad that they don't even consider their customer with some dignity. I genuinely in a financial soup and they just care about their money.

So am wanna complain against SBI . If you want to use force come and do it, insult me, do whatever I will not beg you guys any more. I am tired of this and seriously don't have any more words to describe my mental torture that I am going through. I NEVER GIVEN MY PARENTS NUMBER HOW PPL R DOING CALLS AND MESSAGES TO THAT NUMBER,

      two times on date 04.05.2021 and 03.11.2021 the rupees 8000 and 13980 respectively debited from my account by Bank authority ( currently branch manager and Mr. Pradeep Kumar), I wrote a letter to branch manager but they didn't accept my letter and behaving rudely manner,

        Sir,
        I have ordered a kurthi on 02/11/2021 .it was to be received on 04/11/2021 .but I have returned my product on 05/11/2021.amazon intiated the refund on 05/11/2021 and it was expected to come on 8/11/2021-9/11/2021.
        Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the bank has still not credited my money
        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

          I have ordered a product on 17/10/2021 and the price of the product is Rs-489, and the order id is[protected]. I refunded the product and amount was initiated by amazon on 28/10/2021.             I returned a product to amazon and the expected credit date was 4th Nov but I haven't received the refund yet and amazon asked me to contact my bank so I called customer care but they told me to visit my home branch but I live 2000kms far away from my home so I can't visit there.
            The refund related reference no have been generated by amazon but no action has been taken of by my bank so far

              I tried to withdraw 8000 from my account but the ATM didn't had enough cash (as per security guard). That 8000 got debited from account and then got reversed as well. But then it again got debited with description Cash WDL. Its been a week and I haven't received it again in the account.

                A refund was initiated on 3rd November 2021 of ₹398 by Amazon. Due date was of 8 Nov to reflect into my Bank account but still I've not received. After visiting branch they denied any further assistance related to this issue. I've reference number provided by Amazon of ₹398. The reference number is 764564 and Order Id is[protected]

                      Respected Sir, I Chandrakanta Rout want to state that I have applied for SBI PO Exam (with 750 rs fee) and also cleared ODISHA HIGH COURT ASO Pre-exam, But unfortunately Both SBI PO Exam as well as ODISHA HIGH COURT ASO MAINS Exam is sheduled to be held on 21st of November 2021. Both exam are important, I want to attend both exam so don't want to sacrifice one for another. ODISHA HIGH COURT ASO MAINS - EXAM is going to be conducted all over odisha on a single day and that is on 21/11/2021 but SPI PO Exam will be conducted on 3 different day i.e 21st, 23rd, 27th of November 2021 .So it is not possible to change the Odisha HC ASO Exam date but SBI PO exam date can be changed from 21/11/21 to 23/11/21 or 27/11/21.So I request you to shift my SBI PO Exam Date to 23rd or 27th of November 2021 and I will be grateful to you.                         I had cancelled an order in Amazon regarding a mouse and a mouse pad. Soon after Amazon had initiated a refund for an amount of 878 rupees. Although it's been 5 days and my refund has still not reflected in my SBI account. Amazon even sent me an RRN number and told me to contact SBI customer service. SBI CS were of no help as well.                         Amazing. Thank you sooo much consumercomplaints.in. I had filed for a complaint yesterday and got my refund today. The SBI Customer service and support needs to be revamped in every manner because they are basically useless. It has been 5 days since my money had not been refunded, so I called SBI CS, they told me to go to my home branch in person to get my refund which seems so bizzare. Got annoyed and finally filed my complaint here and got my refund the NEXT. DAY. You guys are amazing.

                                Dear Sir,
                                1) I, S.Balarama Murty, customer of State Bank of India for 10 years, received phone calls and SMS that I am eligible for a credit card, which only selected customers in the branch are entitled to. I was told that branch Manager has selected me among many account holders in the branch. This offer will close in a month from now (Received phone call around October/November 2020). When approached the branch in December 2020, I was directed by service manager to Mr Rajesh. He explained the features of the card orally, took my details and got my details entered into the system by another employee working on PC. He told me that “I have the option to purchase Rs 5, 000/- worth items from any of the 5 shops. I can collect Rs 5000 gift vouchers from Branch Manager”. I applied for Card on 15.12.2020 and received assurance that I shall receive it within 15 days, but I received it around 23.01.2021.
                                2) When I called him next time and informed him that I have not received the gift vouchers, he assured me that I shall receive the vouchers in the form of SMS within 15 days. But, I have not received.
                                3) So, I contacted customer care through email in July 2021. They did not bother to check the monthly bills paid by me and asked for Annual fee payment details. They asked for annual fee in the 1st bill itself and I paid before the due date, i.e. on 28.2.2021.                                 4) When I visited the SBI branch on 23.10.2021, they directed me to a nearby SBI branch(PBB, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam) to meet Mr Murali for the gift vouchers. When I contacted Mr Murali, outsourcing employee, he took my phone no. and when I asked, gave me another phone no. When I called the no. issued, one lady lifted the phone and spoke roughly to contact the person who issued the phone no.
                                5) I contacted SBI, Muvvalavanipalem Branch, Visakhapatnam again on 6.11.2021 regarding compensation for the bad experience I faced from SBI cards. No employee in the branch uses SBI credit cards and no one has any information about the Credit Cards. Branch Manager wondered that he took SBI Credit Card 10 years ago and returned it within a month as he was charged Rs 500 for Rs 100 withdrawal from ATM.

                                6) I also came to know that SBI Cards is a private company with the name “SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited”.
                                .
                                7) So, the solution to the problem is not solved by SBI till 2.11.2021, i.e. a delay of 232 days. SBI cards is charging heavily on the customer for late payment of credit card bill at an interest rate of 3.5 % per month. I asked for a compensation of additional Rs 5, 000/- gift vouchers. But, customer care and nodal officer are not offering any compensation despite the lapses from SBI cards end.
                                8) As of now, I have not opted the Rs 5000 gift voucher for a particular shop among the 5 options provided by SBI. They have not given the addresses of the shops to me despite my request a week ago.

                                Please give me directions to the above problem and help me in receiving the compensation at least Rs 5000/-.

                                More clarity about my issue:
                                1) I am requesting from SBI cards for a compensation of additional Rs 5000/- gift vouchers or pay to me a compensation amount with 3.5 % per monthly interest calculated upon Rs 5, 000 for 232 days. This is the same rate I am appealing as that of SBI cards charges from its customers for late payment of CC Bill. Simply saying apologies by email are enough?
                                2) No response from SBI cards about the terms & conditions of service and web site does not have full details and clarity from SBI cards end about the lapses from its side.
                                3) No clarity about the vouchers validity. a) Whether valid only in Visakhapatnam where my SBI branch is located. b) Discounts in the shops are applicable or not. c) No information about the products or items available in these shops
                                4) I am posing simple questions to SBI cards customer care and its Nodal officer eliciting direct response. But, the responses from SBI cards and SBI cards nodal officer are very poor.
                                5) Why India's premier bank is in alliance with a customer unfriendly and customer looting “SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited”? Both are making huge profits denying customer interest and satisfaction.
                                6) SBI cards is charging huge annual fee of Rs 5, 000 for elite cards, but the scope of shopping is very limited. This is unlike any other card in India.

                                        I received INR 10000 in my SBI account today but my account balance is zero.
                                        The money got deducted without any message from SBI, and it's not even visible in my account statement.
                                        This has happened multiple times in the past too, that's why I never use this account.
                                        I used to receive msgs about ecs ach nach but I don't have an emi on this account.
                                        All.my money is just being drained out of this SBI account and I don't know how to get it back.
