Hi,

I had ordered for Beverelly Hills POLO CLUB Watch Qty : 4, order nos[protected] from the SBI site offers and swiped my credit card for the same.
The payment had been due and i paid for the same as well. I had been putting reminders over and over again to the customer support and everytime i get a mail for apology and asking for a weeks time.

Its been over 2 months i haven;t received any product and my money is gone as well..

I want you to look into the same and take actions against such offers promoted by SBI card where they cheat people into buying and never make the delivery.

Such offers should not allowed and legal actions should be taken against such cheaters.

deals4allsbi — non receiving of product

I dr aditi das placed an order for a TCL handycom through my sbi card on 20 aug my order no.[protected].Till now the product is not deliverd. on repeated enquaryto oustomer service [protected](which responds at least sfter 20 mins charging 20 to 30 rupees per csll) it is told that will get the product wirhin 10 days.I already paid the amount Rs. 3164 to sbi card.
I have just ordered for a product from the same channel. My case was with HSBC card.. Firstly, there customer care is so pathetic, for the day long u ll be kept on hold. Now i realize what kinda mistake have i done by ordering thru them, I am hoping that it ll come by this monthend, lets see...

But please guide me what to do in case i dont reciecve my order.

How much time it generally takes to get the consignment ??? How much is the OCTROI generally ???? Because it was clearly written there that the OCTROI will have to be beared by the customer.

Should i approach any Consumer forum or smthn ???? Shud i go and meet them personally in Mumbai ????

Please suggest.

    I have to apply for the new credit card but i cant get the application form.

    I had visited the sbi branch but they also dont have the forms.

    I call to Customer care and add my number also but they did not reply me from last 1 month.

    SBI site is also not working properly so i cant download from the site also.

    I dont get any numbers of sales representative of SBI Credit card at Rajkot (Gujarat).

    If the SBI Bank dont have the contact number then how the customer will got the numbers.

    I am trying from last 2 months but yet i could not got the application form.

    State Bank of India / Credit Card — Railway Credit Card

    I have applied for a Railway credit card through your web site, no one has contacted till date. I have requested 2 months ago. I have called your call centre and the responce was "some one will contact you with in 2 week of request" and again contacted for the same after 2 weeks and they told wait or get some other bank card. This is disgusting and i have already told the same to one credit card holder and he has cancelled after that. I'm going to do it with any one who comes across with your cards.

    The online SBI railway card site is awful I have been trying to fill this up since last two months. After filling up first few details as I move down, the other details disappear so again need to start from the beginning. I also had called up the help line numbers to seek their assistance. I was advised to down load the application form and send that to the Bank. Surprisingly even that did not work for the railway card. Please note that the application form for the normal SBI card could be downloaded.From numerous other comments it is evident that the site is in a mess since ages and the authorities do not seem to bother. ...That is a true NATIONALISED BANK ATTITUDE.

      As telephonic talk many times your executives [like preeti, ravi. sangeeta] in you custmar care .. and these told me your problem resolve only one hour... but I compliant around 5 PM and my compliant no. 72246165... but still you site no any phone regarding my connectivity problem and no any guy touch my office and resolve my problem ...

      Plz I requested you to its very urgent my problem resolve otherwise I compliant to you company CO coz your custmar care
      service very poor and techinal depptt is very poor...

        After receiving my credit call i received a call from SBI they offered me a mediclaim policy which i was not interested in and asked not to send me such things, even then i received a policy from Royal Sundram.The customer care executive had told me that the policy is for free and no premium was to be paid, but the policy stated amount of Rs.4000/- which reflected in my next bill. I called up the customer care and asked to cancle the policy (well within the specified time given for cancllation), even then i was surprised to see the amount in my bill. i logged a complian with the customer care, but to my surprise i was informed that the policy was not yet canclled and would be canclled after my request, so i asked them to do so. Further, i was also informed that the amount would be waived, which eventually did not happen. I asked the customer care to block my card. then for around 8 months i did not receive any statement. Suddenly i started getting calls from SBI legal, Delhi for payment this lasted for 10 days and stopped suddenly as it satrted. then after 3-4 months i got call from SBI's recovery agency from Pune and they said they wanted to close the matter and asked me to pay Rs.800/- against the o/s Rs.6000/- (which got accummulated overthe period of time), but no one showed up to collect the amount. After around 1 month another agency called up (they had no idea of the acency which had previously called me up), the calls contunied for 4 days and stopped. Recently, again i started getting calls now this was the third agency. Im fedup of all this stupid things. Also, they have hired such people who are good for nothing and start arguing- for instance- I was trying to explain that i havent used this card for a single time and im not liable to pay the amount, the lady on th other side argued saying 'then why havent you used it so you have to pay because to have not used it' - god save them.
        The last time i got a call the executive informed me that the outstanding was not on account of the Mediclaim policy but was the expenditure incurred by SBI on transport, telephone bills and executive salary for following up with me for the payments - now thats pathetic.
        Now i dont know what to do.

          Sir, I have S/B A/c with [protected] with SBI, GT Road, Panipat which is an salary account. After going through my S/B A/c Statement, an amount of Rs.3500 has been shown transferred to an unknown A/c No.[protected] on 01.07.2008 without my consent in absence of any standing instruction/undertaking. I want to know the facts about this unauthorized transaction made by your bank. Please intimate me at the earliest so that I may take up the matter and do the needful accordingly.

            Double Entry for Rs. 1000.00 on 23.06.2008

            I have a savings account with SBI, Lalbaug branch, account number [protected].my ATM card number is[protected]. I had made a withdrawal from Lalbaug ATM of an amount of 1000 Rs. on 22/06/2008, but my account has been debited twice with the amount of 1000 Rs on 23/6/2008.the transaction number is 4496 and the time of withdrawal was 21:30.

            I am facing problems and I hope you will understand them and rectify the mistake...

            Dear Concerned


            I think who ever you are who is reverting to my mail is not able to get to root of the problem. I think you must forward this case to a senior person who is able to understand this.



            Your every reply if you go thru says the same thing but actually if you see you have not answered my query. This is the worst of customer service one can ever imagine.



            Today I have got my July 1st statement and it’s really pathetic to see that few reversals have still not taken place and moreover there are again discrepancies in the statement as usual.



            This is the last time I am mailing you regarding my problem post which I will surrender my credit card and drag you to consumer court.



            Problems are as mentioned below



            Why statements are not showing actual transactions? When I was offered this card I was told I need not pay anything extra on fuel transaction but your statement reflects the opposite. Eg July 1st Statement.

            Why the extra amount has been charged? This was one of the reasons of making part payments in past. I purchase fuel of more than Rs.10000/ month and I can’t take this discrepancy. This has been the case in every single statement generated till date.



            Why reversals are not given on other fuel transaction done in the month of July? When I went thru your website yesterday it says a limit of Rs.100 only/month wef from May (I suppose). Did you communicate this to Me.? Do you thing consumers are fool? If you are making any changes in your policy you should communicate this to your customer.




            My total actual Purchase for the month Of June is Rs.12872.62. (I have not included the extra amount charged to me on fuel transaction). Reversals reflecting in my account are of Rs.826.2. My last disputed amount as stated in my earlier communication is Rs.2900.56. So the net amount I need to pay is Rs.9972.06. This is the amount I will pay this month along with the unbilled amount and surrender my credit card.


            This is the very reason I have been making part payments as there is nobody who keeps a check on all these billing disputes. I have been tired saying the same thing again and again. In any case I won’t pay the finance charges and other charges which have been accumulated in my account….and that too due to your fault such as cheque not been picked up…not credited in account on time…no adjustments given on time.




            Send your executive ( after appointment) and get the above mentioned amount collected and provide me with a full and final settlement letter.

            Im holding SBI Credit card No:[protected] .From last 7 months im not recieving any statement of my credit card.So im not able to check my status.Please take this high priority else i have to check with the alternate solution.Many time i forwarded complaint to SBI banch but im not able to fing any help from the bank.if this continous same then i have to close my account with SBI.Please do the needfull

                I have made repeated complaints on my card to the feedback.[protected]@ge.com and head.[protected]@ge.com on changing my status of charging me for a lifetime free card. I have requested them to cancel my card and confirm, but all I get is silence. I cannot talk to anyone other than a cann center executive who cannot do anything or even let me speak to someone more responsible.

                It is irritiating as they are not bothered or are unable to handle the complaints.

                SBI is a well managed bank, but SBI cards are another story. I wonder who I should write to? Can someone given me the email or phone number of their MD or someone who can resolve the problem?

                online connection with gesbi & sbi — cannot view my accounts

                I had registered my online connections with the above companies. I used it frequently except for the last two months. Now I cannot I am not view my accounts. My connections are blocked for reasons not conveyed to me.
                I too have been repeatedly writing to the services id advising that I have not been receiving my statement. Also, the last month I was overcharged. But this services id seems to be a bogus one for all we get is an auto response saying that they will revert in six days. There has never been any revert. Could any higher authority look into this service that is in shambles.

                SBI cards have the worst service.The SBI agent told me i could get a card with a high limit and made me do a term deposit.But at the end, all i got was card with lowest limit.So, there it goes, a card was given to me that i did not ask for and did not need.SBI must inform these agents about all this stuff!!please, for God's sakes, make them informed about what you offer.

                Then.when i tried to cancel the card and take the money out of term deposit, they did not send me the closure letter 30 days after cancellation.They made me wait for another one month[can you believe it??one month to just get a letter] to get that letter.I wish i had never made business with SBI card.

                Greetings! Long time back I was holding a SBI Credit card but later I cancelled that card because SBI was not fulfilling their commitment. They have offered some free gifts which they didn’t deliver even after 2 years. They were just keep promising and not doing anything/fulfilling their commitment.

                Later I paid the balance amount after deducting the value they were showing for the gift and closed my account. I had sent a letter to SBI along with the card copy but still they were showing an outstanding of Rs. 2, 000+

                Now, they are asking me to pay Rs. 16, 000+ and that’s the interest amount only. I really don’t know why they want me to pay the amount whereas I have already sent a letter to them by courier asking them to close my account.

                They are really harassing me and I really do appreciate if you can help please.

                This is now hight without solving my problem your bank has started giving me threats. That also from a manager named Mr. Mondal. If your bank had made this fault by mis-communicating with me why you want your customers suffer for this..
                On top of that I have agreed to make the payment of the purchases I have made. Now the minnow manager is saying he know the ways how to TAKE OUT MONEY FROM MY POCKET.. is this the way you all communicate.. it's sounds funny also that he is saying My bank used to pay the salary & from my pocket I have given you 60000 & I know how to TAKE it out.

                My statements are very clear I don't want any call from your outsourced collection people's. If you bank had qualified person who can communicate with me please do so. Otherwise I'll seriously lodge a harassment call against both the person.

                And till the time you will not waive the charges I'm not going to pay the remaining amount. You do it tomorrow I'll make the remaining payment day after tomorrow as soon as it'll reflect in the system. Or else confirm me over the mail..
                Inspite of sending repeated mails at escalation id why that joker again called me from this no. [protected]. Have already told you that this person doesn't know how to speak professionally. What action has been taken against him ???? Who had given him an authority to shout on me. Are Sbi are recruiting bunch of jokers ?? Or just for the sake of replying you had mentioned that relevant action has been taken.

                  I had very bad experience with Tata Credit card.
                  I havn't received my statement for one month hence could not pay.The followup till I pay my bills from the RECOVERY agents were worst.Every 1 hrs recovery agent used to call me just to irritate me eventhough I told them to send a person with bill and I shall pay entire amount upfront.
                  No one had come with bill instead keep calling me every 1 hrs.

                  Tata card is really one of the worst services, I have come across in 8 years. The worst part is the recovery agent's harrasment. They do not have customer care service working properly. People should never opt for this card . If you tell me to rate the card, It is the worst among all existing credit card facility in India.They would always be there at your doorstep for money, but if you ask for the service, they will forget it and you will have to remind them again and again and finally they will again come for money.

                    Reversal of temporary credit Rs 13313/- is wrong in SBI Card satement when the bank debited the same amount from IABE, USA ( to whom i have sent my card details and accordingly IABE made transaction for registration fee to register for the IABE International Conference. IABE operated my card twice and the SBI card showed two transactions with same ID.Subsequently, applied for SBI charge back process))paypal account through chargeback process. Without crediting the amount to my account, SBI card debited the same amount in october 2007. Since then, till now not settled the problem inspite of many requests regularly. Since then wrong billing is being shown in the statement making all interest charges etc. SBI card continuosly insisting me to pay dues. Making phone calls, puting me lot of mental agony and distrubing my work. I have been paying regularly EMIs for the original transaction - flexipay amount Rs 1231.70 per month( against Rs 13, 197.82 ie US 315 dollars in Aug 2007)

                      So I asked the customer service executive about the Insurance policy number for wich I need to pay . Reply I got was, they do not have any insurance policy number . But still I need to pay for it.

                      One of the printed document came with the card stated that all policy with the card is valid only if we use it . Even I cancelled it before first transaction, I got 250 Rs . This amount is for insurance, which I didnt asked for . And from the comments I infered tere was a cheating statement in Application about insurance. Even though it is free, you have to pay amount 5x Rs per month !

                      According to the statement insurance is valid only if card is valid. Card is valid only if we activate the card .So how is that hidden insurance valid without activating the card by signing in the back ?

One day I talk with customer care executive about status of my credit card. And they said SBI card regret you at this movement. Please re apply again 6 month later.

                            My complaint is this that I already paid the balance amount which was due on 12th may 2008, On that your department is charging late payment charges. If i make a payment before due date like i deposited my cheque on 5th May 2008 at Badarpur in ur branch. then also u will charge late payment.



                            I don't understand i[censored] get the payment before due date in ur branch then also u will charge late payment, and after that from last 2 months I didn't get statement on time even in june i didn't get the statment, and in july i get the payment yesterday only on 7th july. Did you think that i will made a payment on time. and on that you will again charge late payment. This is the service I get from ur end Its totally ridiculus. I will take this matter in consumer court, if my problem is not solved asap.



                            I hope u will take it seriously, and revert back to me asap. so that i continue with you or otherwise i will cancel my card.

                              This is regarding the non working of all SBI and its Subsidary banks ATM'S in Chennai on 13 of July 2008 Sunday. All the ATM'S were not working for more than 26 hrs the reason network failure. Why is a bank like SBI with huge deposists and cash reserves not able to restore services within hours like private banks. I had to literally cancel all my pland due to this as I couldnot take money out. I literally travelled 20 K.M S across chennai. Nor was I able to take from other banks. This is not the first time this is happening. This is a regular feature of this cheating bank.I have suffered lot and I want SBI to compensate for the problems and the stress i faced.
