This it regarding EMI issue which i returned product on Amazon. On 19-04-21 i have made a purchase on amazon, which converted into EMI on 22th. As amazon could not delivered the product, they raised a refund request which i got credited in next month bill cycle on 07-05-21.
The problem is in my statement there are still EMI coming for this transaction and i paid 2/3 EMI assuming they are my old purchases. Please help me to get my refunds back. It never happened me before even though i had to cancel many orders.
And also i raised request on july 19 through email, since then they didnt called me single time and wasted entire month to make me pay last EMI. now they are saying all amount has settled we cant refund it.
As i got refund from AMAZON, i thought i am getting statements for old EMIs. Now they are saying i had to cancel EMI from myside, how could i know i will get EMI for cancelled order.
Every time i email, they reply, will get back to you and never did communicated with me until i escalated to nodal officer.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
