I had ordered two iBELL CHROME10 5 Leaf Pedestal Fan from the Amazon on 11th October 2021 and received the product on 14th October 2021 and paid for it as it was Cash on Delivery. But due the bad quality I had returned the product and the pick up was successful on 21st October 2021 and then the refund was initiated by Amazon and on 24th October 2021 there was a mail from Amazon that the refund was successfully credited in my bank account and when I checked my bank balance then it was not credited nor it appeared in the pass book. Thus the refund has not reached till me. And now its 6th November 2021 still I have not received the refund. I request you to look in the matter.

    I purchased a product worth Rs 6499 on flipkart through my SBI MasterCard Debit Card on 28th October, 2021. I cancelled the order and asked for refund . Flipkart initiated the refund on 1st November and the refund was marked complete and they told me that the refund will be credited to my account within two days. But the refund is not credited to my bank account. And on contacting flipkart they are giving me the refund reference number and transaction details to get the issue solve by the bank.

      Sir I have ordered a product ( SPACEWOOD Original Engineered Wood Dressing Table ) from flipkart on 31 oct 2021 through SBI debit card, at the evening I cancelled the order due to some reasons they initiated the refund amount and said it will be completed and reflected to your bank before 03 Nov 2021. And Also they have given a Reference Number 85215221306143251290808

      I have checked my account but i haven't received any amount from the flipkart. and also i visited SBI branch and enquired about this issue, manager told that there no such refunds to your account.

      As per the flipkart requirements i have uploaded my account statement to prove that i have received the refunded amount . Still they are saying contact with the bank.

          Paid twice for the same policy. I have tried to buy bike insurance from SBI but the money got deducted for two times but policybazaar then sent me a text showing payment failed, and the money that have deducted have not returned yet.

            I have ordered boAt Bassheads 900 on Ear wired Headphones (carbon black) B074ZF7PVZ on August 1 2021. The cost is 799(inr) rupees, Which paid through online transaction. Later I cancelled the order, before receiving the item. Then amazon initiated refund to my account by giving Refund Reference Number (RRN is 382959). Even though initiated by the amazon not yet received a refund to my bank account (SBI). Kindly take further steps to allot my refund money from State bank of india.             I have complained about not receiving a refund from State bank of india, which is credited by Amazon. The RRN is 382959. This is the number which is given by Amazon for crediting refund. So far, its been a months till I didn't receive my refund money& any notification from State bank of india.

                On[protected] a sum of Rs 7606.37 was deducted from my saving bank account twice. That means in all 15200 Rs were deducted from my savings account, and the same is my salary account as well.
                And this deduction has happened in the morning hours of[protected] that I got to know from the SBI Customer Service team. I was asleep at the time when the money was deducted from my account.
                I didn't receive any OTP, any message or whatsoever. I do not share my card details or even my debit card with anyone.
                I have lodged an online complaint with cyber cell for a fraud already.
                I would request you to please look into the matter and refund the money that has been deducted.
                I am enclosing a copy of my statement of account.

                  I have purchased and returned it to amazon a clock (Case Plus Digital Smart Backlight Battery Operated Alarm Table Clock with Automatic Sensor, Date & Temperature (Black) (Black Alarm Clock) my refund has been initiated from amazon but i havent got my refund in account (sbi bank), the order price is rupees 549. the reference no. of refund that amazon has given to me is RRN -ONUS20210803.

                    The online portal has an option of changing the registered mobile number for a saving bank account by OTP/ATM option, where in the message received on respective phones (old and new) has to be forwarded to 567676 to complete the process. However, one can't submit the relevant information from BSNL mobile network.
                    In light of this the bank should change this number or sort out this matter which cause lot of inconvenience to the customers

                        Dear team i have credit card ending with 6771 sbi fbbcard .
                        I dont are you guys running a scam or something else ?? I had paid approx. 77400inr this month .

                        On 01/11/2021 there was a limit of approx 3000 inr on my car but on next day i found approx 3500 inr in negative .i paid that although i dont know what it is and when i checked today it was again in negativ limit .
                        i dont know what is happening but i after paying amount why charges f approx 5k are laying on my account.
                        i am litterally harrased by you team .
                        please please check the issue and revert me your fraud charges rlse i am going to consumer court .
                        please revert asap .

                            Dear sir,

                            I have ordered a product from Amazon.in on 10 August 2021 but it was a defective product so I have returned the product on 20 august. And the refund was issued on 20august. As it was a cash on delivery order. So I have entered my bank details to receive the refund amount to my bank account. The value of the product was 899 rupees.

                            After some days I contacted the Amazon customer care and they told my that the refund amount was send from their end, and they also gave me a transaction 'reference number' and told me to go bank branch and check what was the problem.

                            I went to Sbi branch and they told me that no amount was credited and no amount is on hold. And they can't help me.

                            I am attaching some details. Please check and help me as soon as possible.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have cleared my outstanding dues in my credit card and had initiated a card closure regarding the same.
                                  I was told that i will be soon receiving a soft copy of the NOC on my registered mail address as i had requested for one.
                                  I have been waiting for more than a couple of weeks now. Have talked to several representatives from SBI Card Customer Support (Let me tell you that they know nothing and are extremely rude over the call) but all i get is the same deadline "WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS". By the way, it's already past 10 working days since i requested for one. All i need is a soft copy of the NOC to be sent to my registered email address and that would be enough.
                                  I don't really understand how difficult it is to get one.
                                  I also have a credit card with an international bank and the kind of service they provide, is phenomenal.
                                  All i can say is that i will never ever bank with SBI and definitely not SBI Cards as they keep running behind us in malls and literally nag us to the level that a person has to get one, just feeling pity for the sales executive.
                                  Pathetic service. Simply pathetic.
                                  I would just want to request for an NOC soft copy to be sent to my registered email address at the earliest and show the same on my CIBIL report as well.

                                    Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

                                    Dear sir,

                                    A refund of 892 rupees was successfully processed on 7th oct 2021 to my account by Myntra.com. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected].

                                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra's payment processor to locate the refund status.

                                      My name is Vikash Mishra and I had ordered a product of RS 399 GKP Moon Lamp for Bedroom, 3D USB Rechargeable Color Changing Sensor Touch Crystal Ball Night Lamp with Wooden Stand for Bedroom (Multi Color, 15 cm) in Amazon on 29/09/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23/10/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my UPI ID but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
