i m from haryana.i want to apply for clerical post .i pay my fees in bank. But when i submitted the form, here is a problem.
form is not submitted. i think it is problem in company site.

i deposited prescribed fee of Rs. 250/- for Gen.candidate and fee deposited vide journal no.[protected] dt. 22.05.2008 in SBI Jaipur Branch code No.10547 for the post of clerk in SBI but after being sucessfully editing two pages of online application your server failed at the time of submission of application and application form could not be submitted despite several attempts. Pl do the needful immediately.

State Bank is famous for so many things.But is most famous for its bad customer service.It is on this weakness of this great 200 years old bank that the other private sector banks are banking on and are prospering.I am most qualified to give this statement because I have happened to serve this organization for 36 long years.
Recently I on behalf of my daughter applied for a Home Loan to SBI (I am the Power of Attorney Holder of my daughter), who is an executive working at Delhi.I had also offered my Guarantee(my net worth would be more than Rs. 60 lacs, I am drawing my pension from SBI and am keeping my entire life's savings (About Rs.32 lacs) in SBI} The gross monthly income of my daughter is about Rs 46, 000.She is only 24 years of age and has done her PG from Delhi School of Economics.She is also maintaining her account in SBI for last four years.The so called RACPC at Bhubaneswar even did not have the courtsey to returns the documents I have submitted to them.
Subsequently I approached HDFC who sanctioned the Home Loan in record seven days time without the stipulation of my personal guarantee(The DGM of the local HDFC was so gracious to say that a senior citizen/an ex SBI official need not be bound by a Guarantee for a Home Loan)

On my request he also accepted my request to allow me to use the margin money of the loan amount at the tail end of the disbursal of the loan amount to enable me to get the benefit of higher interest rate I am getting on my deposit.
I am really feeling ashamed that SBI, where I worked for 36 years did not have half the courtesy I got from HDFC.
I narrated the story to the AGM of Bhubaneswar RACPC.He was only oblivious.
Can it be made a case study for training of the youngsters who are joining the Bank and are the real hope of the Bank ?

In the day, when a withdraw Rs 20, 000/- from ATM at Gopinath Bazar I found that Rs 40, 000/- has been debited into transation on Rs 20, 000/- each when there if limit of Rs 20, 000/- per day I tried to contact SBI Nagal Raya Delhi Cantt under whom this ATM comes but they did not honour my complaint. The home branch where my account is ie SBI Subathu also not helping. Please refund Rs 40, 000/- wrongly deducted at the earliest

There are hundreds of my friends including me trying to apply from past 10 days. first and sencond page is coming and after submitting 2nd page nothing comes up. There is no specific contact person for complainting this issue, I tried to call up customer care but no one is picking up the phone. Big joke is Online complaint form is saying temporarily not available. it is pathetic. Some time it was showing error as " since most number of people are using this system so cannot proceed" So I tried to submit the form couple of times in the midnigt, even then no use. It looks like big fraud or scam is going on.

The SBI is handling its recruitment reflects the way it treats potential employees as well as its customers.
First they have opted in for on-line application without giving any thought on what it takes to be on-line! For example SBI did not even anticipate the number of application and then provided links during application that consistently displayed that applicant can re-print their application as they there not able to submit the application forget about printing it, which I think was a good move, looking at the the speed of the site, but till 3rd of June the site was still showing you can print 31st May, typical of SBI, is not it.
They have been treating their customer as dirt and they have shown that they would continue to do so without any respect for its customers and potential employee.
