I was holding a SBI Gold Card No.[protected] in my name Samrat Hazra. I had surrendered the card on 02nd July 2007 .

I had purchased two railway tickets online but later had cancelled the same. The above cancellation were reflected in the subsequent statement account statement as credit balance of Rs 4072.00 and Rs 1435.38 on 11th July 2007. The credit balance in the card account as on 03 Aug 2007 is Rs 5547.26.

I had requested SBI Cards to kindly remit me the amount i.e. Rs 5547.26 thorugh Cheque or Draft at my mailing address available with them.

It has been three months now they are not bothering to take any action I have sent several reminders and once they even said that they have despatched the cheque on 20 Sep 07 even their customer care executive confirmed my address but its been a month now and I don't know to whom they have addressed the cheque . I believe SBI CArds is just harrassing its customers by telling lies and giving false promises some serious aciton needs to be taken against them

    Dear All,

    I am rarely using SBI cards, but using in bits, today I have recieved a call from Call center that I have to pay Rs 744.00 ( A Part payment ) of my dishoundered cheque ( Infact, I have not Idea of dishoundered Cheque). I have been told ( rudely) , I HAVE to pay this amount.

    When I have asked executive to present dishoundered cheque to me and I will pay 100 % payment of disnoundered cheue , but he denied for the same. and was forcing contuniously for payment of Rs. 744.00,

    I faid to understand , why SBI ( Great Bank of India) recruiting such type of executive, who does not know,how to handle Customers?

    I have decided , that I will not pay any amount until I will recieved details along with Dishoundered cheque, if any.

    All SBI concerns, be careful.... YEH PUBLIC HAI!

    SBI Credit Card — Harrasing calls

    Dear Sir,

    I want to know the actual process to file a complaint against the SBI card in the indian consumer forum.
    Sir, I have settled all my bills accordingly as per the settlement letter I got. Again they are making calls asking me to pay the previously bounced cheque amounts. I told them that after getting the settlement letter I have paid the amount in cash only but they are saying so what you'll have to pay the previous bounced cheque amounts.

    Credit Card — harrasing calls

    hi i m sudeep and i m a nuero patient ,from last 15 months and i m unnable work and i getting harrasing calls from ABN AMRO'S collection agent so please stop thease calls .

    i m using vodafone no. [protected] for last three years which has been issued by the company on my name itself. i recieve regular calling from SBI credit cards gurgaon from last three years asking that is this anil chopra?? i told them all the times that i m using this no and this has been issued on my name and lodged the complaint on their site as well. but still i m getting their calls and sometimes even ten calls a day... please let my no. free from their web so that i can live peaceful life..

      Ref- telephonic discussion with your staff several times.



      Sir,I have received my bill for a value of Rs.1969 due date on 8.11.07. I have put my cheque of Bank of India,R.N.puram branch,Coimbatore dated 5.11.07. for the above value on 3.11.07 in drop box. I have received message from you that you have received the cheque and sent it for collection. after two days when I am out of station I have received message that my cheque is not collected hence sent new cheque,I talked with your customer service they told that my cheque was returned from bank stating there is no fund hence I have to issue new cheque and late fee will be added. I clearly told your customer service that I have a balance of Rs 40000 in my account hence there is no chance of cheque returning,also I have contacted the bank they told they have not received any cheque from SBI credit card and they have not returned,if they have returned they will enter in their system also they will put a fine of Rs 80,nothing is made in my case, this matter I have informed to your customer service,also I told if my cheque is returned sent me a copy of that,but they said they want account statement from the bank,and send it to you by fax, today I returned from out of station and met the Senior Manager, Bank of India,he clearly show all the records that my cheque is not received and hence not returned,he also gave me the account statement of my account from 1.11.07 to 15.11.07 duly signed by him,I have sent the same to your fax no[protected] nearly ten times till I have not received any reply.Hence I am not responsible for the delay.



      Hence you can send the cheque for collection and I am not responsible for the delay,further if my cheque is misplaced sent me a letter stating the reason so I will issue a new cheque.



      Your customer service is asking me to send a fresh check,how it is possible for me to issue a fresh cheque when i have allreaby issued a cheque,if you want a fresh cheque return me my cheque allredy issued.

      Today I have received a message that I have to pay Rs2721/-.I talked to the customer service and inform the details .They told that they are looking after my quarry but it will take time, and I have to pay Rs400/- mimimum due , which I am not accepting since why should I pay extra for nothing fault on me and I requested to cancel the late fee until my quarry is over,for which your customer service is not accepting hence I informed to cancel my card.Hence solve my problem immediately.

      Even am being a SBI Gold credit card hodler facing the same issues...
      1 I am using the card from Dec 07 and till now i am unable to create my online user id on SBI cite..each time its show site is under maintaince or some other issues. This is really irretating.

      2 I never recieve any SMS or any other email communication from SBI branch regarding my statment on time. So that it would work as a reminder for me to pay on time. For example my this month bil was generate on 3rd Feb and due date is 26th ..while today is 17th and my outstanding amount is Rs7824.00, yet no reminder was given from branch to pay or anything....

      Please consider my quest
      An By this mail I want to drawn your attention to the worse services of the worse bank. (SBI). Issue is that I dropped a cheque: - (Cheque no. 960002, Rs, 352153/-, loan cheque issued by Chalmadalam from Chennai) I drop a cheque breach at KG Marg, New Delhi-01. On 05/07/08 but there no status of this cheque. Insipient of breach manger commitments & description on the back side of cheque “Please in case the cheque with signature” but it’s been 20days cheque has been incased & every time manger says that wait for next two days it will be incase with I two days but after a long wait when I asked my for cheque manger said we not have statue & for last one week there no reason from manger side, I have been visiting the branch every day. On 15th my second EMI for the loan payment is going to hit my account been a regulatory body.

        I am a student from bihar. My father is a government teacher. He gets salary from State Bank Of India Sahajit Pur Branch Saran. For higher education I should have education loan amount Rs.500000. I applied for education loan to this amount from the bank where my father's salary transfered. But the bank is not ready for that.

        for only Tution Fees for four years and & transport Charges

          I am Sri Durga Charan Mahato, I have owned a SBI CARD during OCTOBER 2006. In the first billing they have billid me amount of RS.2100/- I dont know why. In second month the send me a bill of arround Rs.3300/- and send me SMS that I have Rs.8400/- out standing amount to pay this is real terrible calculation as I have purchased for only Rs.1200/- during this period. When I called back to customer care the executive said may be there is any technical fault in calculation and said it will be corrected on next bill but never happned so.

          I am using my card regularly and also paying my credit within 10-15days of shopping. But SBI always sending a out standing bill amount which is increasing every month they have add a large amount in my bill in the name of SHOPPING CHARGES, SHOPPING INTEREST, and some other charges. The wrong calculation is ongoing from very first bill. Now its around Rs.4500/- till date I have cleared all amount which was credited with my card. but they are asking me to pay for their wrong calculation. Now the customer care executive are not listening my words and saying rudely that I have to pay all such *** amount.

          Please give me high suggestion how to get rid of all this problem as SBI CARD abashments is building a new tension everyday its a very Common problem happening to all SBI CARD holder.

          I just want a relieve from this problem but I dont know how. Such a Big Brand but very CHEAP customer care and Technical division. SBI card behaving just like a MAHAJAN/ MUNIM of ancient time.

          Please help me out from this problem.

            My self Vishwanath Singh , many times i complaint to SBI center about Credit card Statement .

            As per SBI Statement Balance Due is wrongly given becouse our calculation or our ac statement is not tally. so many time i said to SBI deparment give me starting Credit card statements upto the balance mismaches but sbi department never given the statement.
            Without Informing me they Open my account in Mediclaim.
            or without informing me they close the my ac and demading for me to pay balance due.
            SBI department wrongly charge Cheque pickup chrges becouse there department said cheque pickup charges is Free.
            wrongly Charge late fee or interest due, becouse for our side balance due is nil.
            as per sbi cheque payment details and our payment details not matchs.


            So, Please take the action against our complaint as possibal. & Take the correct decision against SBI Credit Card Deparment.

              Dear Sir,
              Sub: - Exorbitant Claims as Outstanding amount against my Credit Card
              Ref: - SBI Card No: [protected], Ramdas, 09/08.

              This has reference to the above subject under above reference. I would like to bring the following problems; to your kind attention and needful action.

              I remember; some representatives from your bank had approached me ‘n’ number of times, during the year 2006 and compelled me to take the S.B.I. Credit card of your bank. On repeated request from your representatives, I opted for it and got the above SBI Card under above reference. Later, we reluctantly made some purchases, initially and struggled hard to locate the venue to repay the amount against the purchases made by us. We tried hard to get the above representatives over phone to seek details; but they did not respond, once they had completed their business with us.

              We approached the main branch of SBI Bank, Mysore and asked for details but they claimed that they do not have anything to do with S.B.I. Cards and do not have any knowledge of S.B.I. Cards. All they advised us; is that “if you wish; you can drop the cheque in the ‘Cheque Box’- SBI Credit Cards’, kept at their bank premises.

              Many times, we had dropped our cheques for the purchases made by us; mentioning our Credit Card No. at the back side of the cheque and dropped it in the above box. Later, some of your representatives/subordinates had approached me at my Nursing Home many times and had personally collected the amount by issuing the receipts for the small purchases; we had made, using the credit card.

              Even though, I have been making my payments sincerely and regularly, yet your subordinates/representatives keep calling me on my cell, asking huge amounts as ‘dues against my credit card. They disturb me a lot and do not spare me even while I am in the Operation Theatre, conducting ‘Operations’. It is agonising; they claim exorbitant amount, as dues from my end against the credit card. I have requested them many times to furnish all the details to me, to justify theirs claims. But until date, they have been evading it and have not furnished the same. Instead, they keep disturbing me over my cell and each time, their claim amount is contradictory to their earlier claim. Each person has a different claim of his choice against my card. One person orally claims Rs 6,840/- as my outstanding balance as on August 2007. While, others demand Rs 16,468 as on September 2007 and Rs 35,673 as on October 2007. It is important to note that we have stopped using your SBI Credit Card long ago and if the problem persists, we shall highlight the same to our friends & to News-Papers regarding the above problems, we are facing. It is surprising; we do not have a separate office of SBI-Credit Card Division at Mysore, so that we can personally go to the office and seek any information or clarification, during crisis.

              I have even, called your ‘Customer Care Division’ many times and had lodged a verbal complaint about it. It is surprising; even there, we are facing the same problems. Each time; when ever we call the customer care division, we get logged on to a new person and each time, we are forced to narrate the entire episode to him/her in detail. In return, he/she has a different story to narrate. In fact, I have called your Customer Care Division not less than 15 to 20 times and each time, I am fed up narrating the same story, every time. Not only, we have to digest his/her behavior but he/she puts us on the hold and tries out our patience and our valuable time. The only difference is that he pleads that your systems/server is ‘down’ or the concerned case worker has gone for a coffee/is on leave or the system is not up-dated, Records are missing, etc. He relishes himself by furnishing exorbitant amount of his choice and what ever comes to his mind. I have come across of a situation, wherein, on the same day, three of your subordinates/case workers in your Customer Care Division have furnished three different amounts ranging from Rs 3, 932 to Rs 47, 98 and another person by name Vivek gave me a shock of my life, when he said that my dues were nearly 78,096 as on October 2007. The reasons furnished by them for the outstanding amount against my credit card is due to ‘Late Fees’, ‘Interest’, ‘Processing Fees’, ‘purchases’ etc. If so, I wonder on what grounds you would charge Interest, what is the rate of Interest, Late fee, processing fee etc. I was not told any of these things at the time of opting your credit card; I am yet to get even one Statement of Account from your end.

              As such, I request you to investigate thoroughly in the above matter and I invite with honor, the highest personnel of Hierarchy in the SBI-Credits Division of your Bank to my place; to finalize the matter once for all the discrepancies that has aroused from your end, due to oversight or wrong doings or for any other reasons. If not, I will not be responsible for the delay caused from your end. And most importantly, I pronounce and denounce, something is drastically wrong from your end and I will not pay unnecessarily for the discrepancies that has aroused from your end.

                  wrong info give on balance transfer

                  I got call from sbi credit card division for balance transfer which i intially told no as i had already availed and there is not requirment as i had sufficient amt to pay for my other icici credit card.
                  But exe told it is totaly free even they will not charge processing fee and the offer is limited. i do not have to pay any thing for 90days. And the same was confirmed by an other Exe who called me for confirmation.

                  the sbicard people are mentally torturing me for the amt of loan which i have not taken every detail is there in the case id given in the subject. in brief they send me one dd for rs. 47000/- without asking for and without any approval i returned the same on the same day i. e. 2.6.2007 and the same was not deposited by me in the bank , although they have reversed the dd amount but still they are charging interest and other charges...

                  Sir,

                  I have a credit card of an SBI bank and i reside in Faridabad. I had to submit my bill of the credit card for the month of Septmenber'07. As there is no drop box available in Faridabad I could not drop my cheque. I called your customer care too many times but I am not able to understand why your customer care executives do not take the calls seriously.                   I have written previously my complaint about charging
                  of over limit charges. Last one was mailed on

                  But I got no response from you till date.

                  All of issues have been raised in the forwarded
                  message attached with this mail. Further in statement
                  dt[protected] a check pick-up charges of Rs.61.60 has
                  been debited to my card account while I have made all
                  the payments using drop box facility.

                  I once more request you to revert the overlimit
                  charges charged in my statement dt[protected] and

                  I hope that you will go through my grievance
                  sympathetically and revert the charges and give me
                  time to repay the outstanding amount. But if you too

                  I was very much surprised with your reply. You didn't gone through my grievance, but stood on your stand. I wish to submit my request that when in the statement dt 20-05-07,20-06-07 and 20-08-07 there was credit limit available only then I used the card and made the purchases. Al of sudden in the statement of 20-08-07 my credit limit went into negative. It is very much surprising. I used the card only when there was credit limit available in the statement and so why you allowed to swap the card. Then all of sudden how is it possible to pay the entire amount. If there would be no limit in previous months I would have not made the purchases. It is not logical to reduce the available limit in one month. Moreover my last flexipay installments was in the statement of 20-05-07 whose due date was[protected] and after that two statements dt 20-06-07 and 20-07-07 there was no decrease in available credit limit. So how can I presume that my limit has been reduced to that limit which was 26 months back before flexipay.

                  Moreover I am also using other credit cards too in which limit is not enhanced at the time of EMI conversion but as and when EMI instalment has been paid the limit available is being increased upto that amount and such an embracing position never arrises.

                  So kindly look into the matter sympatheticaly and reverse the charges due to exceed limit. Moreover I would aso request you that the limit fixed in my card is since[protected]. So it can be reviewed too. But if it is not possible, I assure you that I will repay your entire outstanding in a very short period and would not like to continue the relationship with such a card manager whose transparrency is of such a harrasing.

                  I am a regular user of the card. I am using this card almost for last 5 to 6 years and was very much satisfied with the services as well as transparrency of the card over others. But when I got the statement dated[protected] and before it one inland letter dt[protected], I was very much shocked to know that I have exceeded my limit and the above charges have been debited to my account and all of sudden I was told to pay minimum amount due which is Rs.44,661.85.

                  In this context I have to submit I am using my card regularly within my available credit limit and used to pay minimum amount due regularly. In the month of May I swap the card for Rs.17864.00 and in June for Rs.10000.00 which was within my credit limit. In the statement dt[protected] I was shown available credit limit of Rs. 6490.63 and so I paid a petrol bill of Rs.799.66. After this, in the statement dt[protected] my available credit limit was nill and minimum amount due ws Rs.44,661.85. Now it is very surprising that within a month my minimum amount due went up by almost Rs.40000.00.

                  So plz look into the matter and revert the fee charged for exceeding credit limit and adjust credit limit position.

                  This is to inform you that my SBI Card No.[protected] for the month of[protected], in this statement you have charge twice transaction amounting to Rs.4100/- on dated[protected]. So kindly wave this twice transaction amount immediatly.
                  Hello Sir/madam,

                  I am sending the mail that I have communicated finally with the general manager of deals4all. I bought 3 Sony ericsson mobiles from deals4all, Mumbai through SBI credit card. But they were not functioning properly. So, I sent them back as I was informed that they will refund the amount. Now they are not willing to refund. But they are demanding either to purchase other goods instead of this/ two mobiles are fine so that we will send them back and use it and for rest of the amount you have to purchase something else.

                  I am unable to understand how SBI had such a deal with an illegal organization which is selling cheap goods through online service.

                  I am sending the parts of mails that I have communicated with your organization in brief to know about my case:

                  1) June 16, 2007

                  I am Harikrishna SBI credit card holder. I have ordered three sony erricson mobile phones through internet banking from deals4all on price-less challenge. My credit amount of Rs 10485/- has been debited, but I have received only one sony erricson mobile in a very bad condition (without any seal for sony erricson box) in the bluedart courier services. There was no proper response regarding the other two missing mobile phones from deals4all. They are not willing to refund the amount.

                  Its very unfair business on the part of SBI to have a business deal with such an illegal, inappropriate, irresponsible and lazy organization.

                  I would like to have an explanation and solution for this problem as soon as possible from the respective authorities.

                  The display screen was blinking continuously though it was charged for 4-5 hours as per the instruction from deals4all.
                  When I called your customer service person the response was go to the service center in Chennai and get it repaired. Please kindly note the service center address in Chennai.

                  I tried to call several times, but either failed to reach you or not picking up the phone.

                  I don’t understand what shall I do further?

                  Its really cheating the customers by selling the worthless products through internet services. My Rs 10,500 /- has become useless. I don’t want to get repaired all the new mobiles and bother the same after wards. Just pick up all the mobiles back and refund the entire amount. I am not satisfied with your services the product, customer telephone service or back pick-ups.

                  I can go to the any extent in this regard. If you cannot handle the case, please escalate the issue to higher officials.

                  I am unable to bear this physical and psychological trauma.
                  Please, let me know the solution at the earliest.

                  I am Sorry; I was in a video conference at that time. I tried after 15 minutes but the lines were busy.

                  You know it is not possible to send the mobiles in the courier services. I tried all the ways to send the mobiles back including your customer service help. They always suggested me sending the mobiles without declaring. If I send them without declaring who will be the responsible person (if something goes wrong). They insisted me to write at least “glass ware handle with care” (without declaring) but even the postal service did not accept it.

                  End result is hopeless situation from my side. Hope you can understand and make a reverse pickup as soon as possible.

                  10) Dear Manager,

                  I have 3 mobiles in Chennai which i purchased from deals4all. Since 3 weeks there was no reply from you. I tried again to send them back in courier. The response was the same (mobiles are not picked up). Let me know the reverse pickup. I think that is the option left. I can’t try further either calling customer care or going round the courier service. If possible please provide your mobile number.

                  I had applied for the railway card way back from the month of February 2007 and I had clearly selected the railway card option in the form. But to my surprise I received the SBI master card in the month of Mar. I immediately contacted the customer executives for this issue and I demanded them to transfer my card to SBI railway card but they too kept transferring the call from one line to the other. It had been one of my worst and harrowing time and it seemed that I was only the victim, I kept on requesting them time to time but they said to transfer the card at a nominal cost of 300Rs. My concern is when I already requested for the railway card then they gave me SBI master card then it is certainly not my fault and why should I pay the transfer charges. I could have paid it if I wanted to transfer the card but not for this.

                  So Sir I would like to request you to please look into this matter and without delay provides me the railway card without any transfer charges. Lots of time has already gone for this issue. Hope my request is granted at the earliest.

                  I feel very sorry and ashamed for SBI credit card department that even there has been spate of emails exchanged from the last six months still a small request is not handled properly nor any person had called me on my mobile number.

                  SBI Credit Card — worst customer service no proper coordination within the principles

                  I received new SBI credit card and made a transaction of approx Rs 8500/- and requested them to do on EMI as this was their scheme,but I do not receive any monthly statement from them,I always call them and check the min amount due,but after making the payments also their Delhi office people call me and tell I have not paid the amount.

                  i shailesh g jain my surname is jain but print in sbicard statement only jai i complaint to sbicard department 5 to 6 time but not changing compony pl complant to sbi

                  reliance money limited — EXCESSIVE LIMIT CARD CHARGES

                  I m a reliance money client. The company advertised its product with zero brokerage scheme.. Just for Rs. 500/- u can trade for Rs.10 Lacs. delivery based transactions. The said charges were to be levied only if client trades in the stocks actively. The card carried two months validity. The company initially didnt charge i[censored] dont trade at all. but now the company started debiting the clients accounts every two months without even informing to the clients. In case of prepaid mobile service i[censored] dont refill ur faclity gets withheld like wise here also the company should give an option to the clients to renew their cards. Even herealso there are various recharge plans like bi monthly six monthly and yearly. Since the clients are nowadays silent and hardly trading, they are unaware of the facts there accounts are debited with such charges.
                  I am having credit cards NO.[protected] which had been blocked we have not recived any letter or any corresponding for what reason it had been blocked i was out of staion for three month.

                  I was made a transaction of Rs 10, 000/- from 'Dolphins' on 26th Jan 2008. That transaction show two time debit entry in my unbilled statement, but I made only single purchase of Rs10, 000/-

                  So I talk to sbi customer care officer on 28th Jan, 2008 and customer care officer told me to wait till 15th Feb. 2008 and see that transaction may be disappear as my original statement had been made. Customer care officer assure me that double entry may be technical error.

                  I wait till my next statement (which issue on 15th Feb. 2008) as customer care officer told me. But my statement also show TWO TIME ENTRY as shown in unbilled statement. So I send a complain by fax as your Customer care officer says me. The fax no is [protected]; send on 16th Feb., 2008.

                  Than as per your customer care officer call me and said to me for send another fax to you with referance no[protected]. I send a fax on 14th march, 2008 on fax no [protected] as customer care officer told me.

                  Than I send other 2 faxes and lots of call to customer care no but still no any result comes from you. At last conversation to customer care executive, he told me my case will be comes to an end before 15th of May, 2008. But today I contact to your customer care number, and they told me that disputed transaction may be solved but can get some more time...

                  At this stage I totally disappointed from your side of investigation. In-between time period I also contact the merchant of' Dolphins' and he say his account is already debited for given wrong credit from my card.

                  Now that is my last mail to sbi credit card division. And Please make a note that, " I will not make any payment till this case not going to solve, and as that problem made solve I will paid full of your total outstanding amount."

                  I use to book my ticket thro' www.irctc.co.in and I am a frequent traveller by train. My user name is yuvarajrao. I had applied for SBI Railway card. I got a call from Chennai 2 months back and enquired some details and said that I will receive a call from Bangalore as a follow-up. Last month I received a call from Bangalore too and have some phone enquiry and said I will once again receive a call from Delhi and have a phone enquiry about some documents verifcation. So far I have not received any call. Please do some thing for me to get a railway card.

                  The SBI Credit card mentioned above is in favour of my son KSathish who is out of the country at present. There had been some pending payment of dues by my Son K.Sathish. He had used his credit card hardly for 3 months (during the period from 29/7/2006 to 5/11/2006).
                  All the transactions except one debit about the teledraft are acceptable to him and when he was in dire need of money he was expecting the draft to be delivered to him. No Draft was received by him, but a debit was raised on his account and penalty / interest on non-payment continued to be raised in the statements. After being pointed out that the teledraft claimed to have been sent to him did not reach, the debit on that account was reversed in March 2007 (after 8 months of continuous contact). However all the statements between August 2006 and March 2007 carried the interest and penalty for the entire amount. Our prayer for reversal of the interest was accepted (by the customer relations officer) in August 2007. The customer relations officer calculated the amount payable as on 17th August 2007 after waiver the interest and penalty charged on the tele draft, and we were asked to pay 18628/- which was paid by me on behalf of my son. Even though we did not receive any communication on the final settlement, we were not much bothered about it as no further calls were there from the Bank.
                  But again it had started now and we are asked to pay another Rs.28000 or so. The person who is calling for this purpose is very rude and she has been calling intermittently using all the tactics and is not prepared to listen our side at all. She has been threatening us about legal action etc etc.,
                  In view of the fact that the interest and late fee calculations on the tele-draft were the major portion of the demand and that, we have paid the amount as worked out by your people in August 2007, I request you to be kind enough to look into the matter and to arrange for the immediate settlement of the issue.

                  It is often seen that whenever my outstnading is more than 2000/- the statement is either not delivered or delivered late. The latest being the statement of June 2008 whose atatement is yet not delivered. When I enquired on Call centre it was told that statement was delivered on 27/6/2008 and the same was intimated by INDIAN POST OFFICE to SBI CARDS. which is quite sarcastic that Indian Post office gives delivery report of their normal delivery. This show that your concerned departments are doing some malfunctioning. Kindly look into the matter as due to your fault I will not be giving any late fees.
                  Not received the bill after 28.04.08.
                  I understand that there is a 'team' to handle complaints on sbi credit cards but a computerized reply is received as soon as a complaint is acknowledged ststing to wait for 7 days for redressal of grievance/es and then no response is received even after 10 days and I know one case when no response was ever received!
                  The emails take milli -seconds in delivery/transit and the world is moving at a very rapid pace.And when there is a team to tackle card complaints, the period of seven days is torturing and this aspect sh'd be looked into VERY SERIOUSLY.
                  i m not reciving my full & final satelment paper.

                  SBI Credit Card — i can't understand how to pay

                  i am using sbi card last 6 month but every month i get late payment in statement. if i drop cheque in local sbi bank credit card payment it not received you need to call collection agent it charge nearly rs. 100. please do not take any sbi card. they harrased you for no payment

                  My Father got a monthly statement before he got a card. My banking branch tells me Card queries cant be addressed there. The customer care phone cant be reached and my email has not been replied for 5 days now.                   At the cost of reiteration I would like to state that the April 07 payment was made late because we had not received the statement and at that time it was confirmed on phone from your side that no interest or finance charges would be levied .

                  At that time I was instructed to make the payment of the statement amount less the additional charges levied thereon . Hence we have made such payments for the amount of the usage of our card minus the finance / late charges levied .

                  Thereafter All the statements have been paid on time, and I am surprised to note that the finance charges are continued to be levied on the guise of part payments of the account statements .

                  I have always made full payments of the monthly statements for the usage of the card . If charges which are not to be levied are levied on the account, I cannot be accused of making part payments .

                  Hence I reiterate that all the Finance / Late Payment / Interest / GST etc charges debited to my account be reversed immediately .

                  I am giving here-in-below the details of the balance in the amount in the card is due to the wrong debits charged to my account right from April 07 onwards .

                  On the contrary the cash back credited to my account for Rs. 1071.00 is due to be payable to me .

                  Kindly reverse all the unnecessary charges debited to my account at the earliest .

                  Further to inform you that we have been receiving calls from your call centre guys for the payment and are tired of informing them again and again that the balance in the account is due to the interest charged wrongly by you and no amount is payable by us, but amount is receivable by us of Rs. 1071.00 . I have therefore to request you to sort out this matter at the earliest and STOP all such calls to me with immediate effect .

                  I have written this letter a lot of times however i have not received any response . On the contrary i am receiving constant phone calls for payment creating unnecessary stress and mental disturbance to me . This is literal harrassment and if this is not stopped i will have no alternative but to take legal action .

                  State Bank of India Credit Card Services — Excessive Fee Charged.

                  Even though I have never defaulted in payment for the last 5 yrs, SBI card services charged me excess amount of Rs. 721.45 as the words & figures of the cheque doesn't match. As per RBI rule, incase of variance, bank will consider the word, and as per that I have not defaulted. Instead SBI card services send me a statement charging me unbankable invalid fee, late payment fee and also interest for delayed fee, which about 50% of the due payment. They could have contacted me immediately after collecting the cheque, as the difference is easily noticable, and I have written my mobile number behind the cheque. Instead they have sent a post dated letter after 15 days. Services provided is absolutely bad.

                  since two years back i have purchased laptop through credit card on Dec 06, then the amount has been paid periodically till the amount i need to be paid with interest. i have tortured so many times through tele call after one year to pay Rs. 2000 as saying pending. if it is pending, it is the resonsibility of bank to communicate customer timely. when i m asking about the details of transaction and amount paid in proper communication through written they have not responded till Dec-08. in the mean time i have received so many call related to this pending and grown up to 8000/-. then i refused to pay till the detailed report non submission. finally i called for settlement to pay 1200/- on Feb09. that time also they have not submitted the detailed report. to avoid the repeated phone call i accepted to pay 1200/-. and paid i have received the receipt. the amount which need to be paid has settled.

                  evenafter that, non stopping despatch of mail is continuing for payment of Rs. 7400/-. here it is creating one kind of cheating and non beliving upon the bank. and the customer was keep on harassed and trying to suck the blood of the customer as much as possible. i don't know till how long it is going to continue. till live?.

                  My card expired Dec-2008, Since then I've not recieved the renewed card.Every fortnight i'll recieve a phone call or sms stating that the card has been despatched, will be reaching within a weeks time.But so far i've not recieved the card. I've availed encash offer of Rs.46000/-.Their marketing people said that they will charge only 8% interest.They even said that if i keep the money in FD, Iwould be getting 9.5% interest. Now they are charging 12.5% GST on every installment.Now i have ended up paying 20% for the money i have borrowed.After paying 13 installments the balance principle is Rs.45766/-.I've been successfully cheated by SBIcard.Anybody please guide me, is there any means i can take legal action on them.

                  This is to inform you that I used to be a card holder of your company. My card no: [protected] under address 3/1, S.C.Chatterjee Sarani, Serampore, Dist: Hooghly, PO: Mallickpara, Pin: 712203.

                  I had a due of Rs.26-27k which I have paid to a collector at my Siliguri Tata Tale services Ltd, Bidhan Road, Apollo clinic building, 2nd floor against a valid receipt after discussion to one of your female executive working in Noida GE help line.

                  Also I had a discussion with her that there was some over limit charges of around Rs.600 to 700 which she was supposed to adjust as she told. Now if a person can pay hard cash of Rs.26000 don’t you think that he can pay Rs.600 to 700 also? Against that unpaid over limit charges today the total out standing you have raised Rs.7077.I never expected this kind of service from a company like you. Several times I called your help line also I have informed the matter to the collection executives called me several times from your Noida office but I never received any single support from your end. Is that the way you harass your customers?

                  I am using HDFC/CITIBANK Gold cards in my & my wife’s name also I have taken Personal loan from them and paid till date without a single default. Also I want to inform you that the personal loan I have taken that has been approved by the MD of HDFC within 24 hours………… hence you should modify the defaulter list with a proper justification.

                  Because of you today my Auto loan has been rejected and I need an explanation for the same from you that why my name is in the default list where I was not at fault.

                  Please note I have paid Rs.180000 in one short to all my credit card AC’s in a single day along with SBI, no one has given me the troubles as you have given.

                  I am working as CSD Zonal Head of TATA INDICOM North Bengal circle and I have worked the company like Reliance Communication, Standerd Chartered Bank, West Side for years with honesty and dedication hence I will not consider word like defaulter against my name.definetly I will not go to the court of law but I will go to the News media for justice if the issue don’t get settled by you.

                  Reliance Money — Excess Levy of Limit Card Charges

                  I am holding a demat account with Reliance Money (Reliance Capital Ltd.) in CDSL. The relevant details are as follows:

                  (In Reliance Money)

                  I have opened a demat and online trading account in Reliance Money in Dec 2007.

                  As per the limit card statement and written communication of company my limit card(brokerage card) is valid till 30th sep 2009, in accordance with the company policy that the limit card would be available for 365 days from the date of first transaction.

                  According I have lodged a complaint no.2601308 in the company on 22/06/2009 and again followed the matter as per the following details but same was in vain:

                  The company also removed the customer care numbers and they don’t reply on emails, the branches are very busy and the executive are not in the position to provide a satisfactory reply. The customer care numbers are only available for trading and not for customer grievances. All these malpractices are used to avoid the customers to lodge a complaint, which is a serious breach of customer rights.

                  The executive informally explained that the company has changed the policy from retrosepective date and now the limit card(brokerage card) charges would be levied from the first day of account opening instead of first day of transaction. The executive also denied to provide the same information in writing. How can a company can change a policy from retrospective date for 2007 in 2009.

                  It may please be noted that, earlier also M/s Reliance Money has wrongly debited the limit card(brokerage card) charges of Rs 500/- twice on 25/02/2008 and 05/03/2008.As a result of vigorous follow up andvarious rounds of complaints through mail or telephonic customer care centre , these charges were reversed on 18/04/2008 and 02/05/09 i.e after elapse of more than 2 months, due to which I could not trade through this demat account.

                  Reliance Money — Excess Brokerage

                  Reliance company has charged Rs. 24500 in one month as brokerage chrages, when I complaint about it they return about Rs. 8000 but still around 15000 is mising from my account. & moreover no customer care no branches( the branch is closed & telephone number they have given is not existing now.). I need that money very badly

                  Reliance Money — debiting money for limit card charges and no response from customer care

                  I have a dmat a/c with reliance money, Jayanagar Branch Bangalore. Since opening my a/c in July 2008, they have commited so many blunders, first they put me in a wrong preference card and debited around 2500 from a/c. after numerous calls to the customer care service, they revereted the money.

                  Now, they have debited around 1000 for renewal of preference card inspite of me already paying Rs. 500 for the same. I am trying to reach them by phone, but none of the phone numbers are working. the branch in which i had opened the a/c has been closed. for every mail i send to the customer care, they keep deducing another 500 rs. from the a/c

                  i have provided the details below.


                  In July 2009 started my d-mat a/c with Reliance money. My trading client id is D00056898.
                  i had applied for a preferenc card of Rs. 500 with a validity of one year (expires on Aug 29, 2009)and 5-lakh transaction validity, but they put me on Rs. 500 transaction card with BI-MONTHLY validity. Every two months, they will deduct 500 as limit card charges this way.

                  JULY 2008 Rs. 500 (started my d-mat a/c with 1-year validity and 5-lakh transaction limit)
                  14 Nov 2008 Rs. 500 debited from my a/c
                  15 March 2009 Rs. 1566.00 debited from my a/c
                  17 April 2009 Rs. 500 (I selected a preference card to be activated when my first transaction card expires on Aug 29, 2009).
                  22 May 2009 Rs. 500 debited from my a/c

                  I had to request again and again to their customer care in April and May 2009 and finally they reverted the bi-montly charges they had debited from my a/c.

                  18 April 2009 Rs. 1566 credited to my a/c
                  23 May 2009 Rs. 1000 credited to my a/c


                  I had paid for my renewal card in April 2009 itself (Rs. 500). But, when my preference card a/c expired on August 29, 2009, i had sent them a mail reminding the amount i had paid in april 2009.

                  But inspite of it, they have debited Rs. 500 on September 03, 2009 and again they have debited Rs. 500 on September 16, 2008.

                  So apart from taking Rs. 500 in April itself for card renewal, they have debited Rs. 1000 from my d-mat a/c.

                  Every time i send a mail concerning this, they keep debiting another Rs. 500 from my a/c. I was not asking to renew my preference card, but i am just asking to stop debiting money from my a/c.                   State Bank of India — addition of Undue Late charges

                  This is to inform that from past few months I have been reviewing that improper additional charge in the shape of penalties in my monthly bill statements for the credit card no. [protected] have been added. Not only have this but different types of hidden taxes also been levied in the bills which were not known to me at the time of opting your credit card. Further, such type o[censored]nilateral decisions from the bank side force me to think that this organization is merely interested in increasing the customer data bank and once the relation has been built up they will never bother about what right or wrong has charged to the customer rather just to give the reminder about the one’s irrelevant payment and compounding one’s charges if he or she not want to pay that amount.

                  In addition to the above I would also like to address that while collecting the Cheques some delays might be occurred from your side too but being a credit card holder that charges will also be debited to my account which is not correct. On the other hand, due to my outside posting, I could not frequently address these issues to customer care, but despite of addressing the issue telephonically, nothing had been waived off and the bill statement for next month having same late fee amount along with same invalid taxes has been sent to me, which seems to be ridiculous.

                  Therefore, in the light of above mentioned facts, you are requested to kindly help me to waive off all these unreasonable charges, otherwise there will be no end to finish up this kind of acts and ultimately the amount will be piled up unnecessarily which will be very difficult to pay.

                  SBI Credit Card — Charged for card inspiring of assuring over phone for no charges

                  I have hearing that don't go for SBI Credit Cards, but after a senior manager assured me of no joining and lifetime charges I consented for the card, being a SBI brand.


                  I didn't recieved the card but they have sent me charges of around Rs. 300 for I don't know what services.

                  When I complained they said you have to pay for atleast the service tax.
                  So my advice is never ever think of going for SBI Credit card.

                    date: 6.10.2007

                    i have sbi card since may 07 and regret to
                    inform that sbi services are not good and
                    fed up with collecting charges heavily
                    on the customers. after paying all the dues,
                    they are sending statements so much amount
                    is still outstanding.

                    because of the above reason, i withdraw/cancel
                    my card and send it to sbi card division.

                    as i am very poor...

                    deactivate mobile registration

                    Recently i visit my sbi atm counter and i register few services.
                    just like mobile registration.now i can access this service. actually i am a vodafone subscriber. when i register my mobile no. in sbi atm then i got 2 sms through sbi atm in my mobile phone like(rc<sbi>amount>pin) for send u can use 140 toll free no. and ur recharge well be succfully. now i want to deactivate this service. but i i dont know what is the procedure...
