Orderd a phone MI 11x on Amazon via online payment through UPI mode but due to some problem i have to cancelled that order. After 1hr of the cancellation amazon showed that your amount has been refunded to the UPI account with an refund reffrence number[protected], Now it is 5th day But sitll not added the amount to my account.

I do a transaxtion of amt 11499 on 17.07.2021 the money debited but amazon decline the payment but now till 27.07.2021 i have note received my money credit in my account.

I have an order from Amazon with order ID[protected] through my sbi credit card and by some reason order returned and Amazon initiated refund with reference ID[protected] but still not receive in my account .

1. Im serving member of the Indian Air Force currently posted at Air HQ, New Delhi

2. I had taken a Home Loan from SBI Rail Bhavan (processed through SBI RACPC Parliament Street). All dues for the LOAN WERE CLEARED on 05 Dec 2016. The Home Loan Account continued to be dormant since then with balance amount ZERO (Bank Statement showed ZERO till 21 Mar 21)

3. On 21 Mar 21, SBI has deducted Multiple Amounts in the Name of INSURANCE FOR THE LOAN (which was cleared in Dec 2016)

21 Mar 21 Rs 8638 (SBI General Insurance Premium)
31 Mar 21 Rs 42 (Debit Interest)
31 Apr 21 Rs 114 (Debit Interest)
31 May 21 Rs 119 (Debit Interest)
30 Jun 21 Rs 100 (Debit Interest)

4. It is Intimated that this Debit of Insurance after 5 Years of LOAN CLEARANCE is unauthorised.
I never Subscribed to any Insurance

5. All Home Papers are in my Possession. Bank has no papers/ No Mortgage. They have no right to deduct Insurance after 5 Years). I got possession of the House in Nov 2020 after 12 Years of Delayed Project which lead to heavy losses.

6. SBI RACPC + SBI General Insurance is requested to REVERSE all Charges that have been Levied and SBI Rail Bhavan needs to reverse all DEBIT INTERESTS

7. I have made multiple visits to the Bank / RACPC

8. Request Necessary Action please

I made 2 transactions on 17th July with Amazon through SBi internet banking but both of them failed to generate the order at Amazon but the amount got deducted from the account. I logged 2 complaints[protected],[protected] and both of them got closed saying that I have to contact the merchant, Amazon. But Amazon says that I'll have to contact SBI to get this resolved. Please help, i do not know where to raise this issue now.
The customer has to just pay for the order and now the transaction fails, the customer is made to work hard again for his own money.

I have returned my product but the refund haven't received to me on my account also the maximum date gone

Hi Sir, I had a SBI Credit card 5 years back, I haven't used it much and last usage was clear after that due to some circumstances my phone number got changed its been 4 years now I tried so many times to block it or close but it did not happened, Now I keep getting calls and messages that I have to pay Rs 6000.
Need official help to settle this.
I can pay max 1000 for card charges but this 6000 is too much because I haven't use it at all.

Dear Sir.

I had a SBI Card outstanding which was 10 years old. Now I have send mail for settlement for which they have given prompt solution and and told that you have to pay Rs.4995.50 after getting the settlement letter. I have got a mail on 26th stating that you will get the settlement letter and pay before 1/6/2021.How ever I got the settlement letter on 6th Jun 2021 which says the validity of the letter is 31/5/2021. On further persuading the matter they have again asked for confirmation of settlement for Rs.5050/- for which again I given my consent. How ever I never got the settlement letter to pay and close the issue.

after perusing for some time now they told that the settlement letter will be given against my acceptance of payment of Rs.5095/- for which I have given my consent.. Till date I have not received my settlement letter and each time they are increasing the amount ( even though it is very small.

Request your intervention to settle this account. I feel SBI is unnecessarily dragging the matter for the reasons best known to them.

Every time I send a mail they are providing me a new service request number. The last service request number number I have received is[protected] dated 24/7/2021.

Once again request you to help in resolving this.

an so was the date- 18.7.2021 initiate the refund amazon. But not the credit to bank account.

So that I request my refund immediately bank account.

I have paid my electricity bill through amazon on 19 july 2021.But it got cancelled due to some technical issues.Amazon issued the refund and it was expected to come on 20 July 2021.Amazon gave me the reference id-613272.But the state of India erode has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

I Have ordered Safari RAY Voyage Polycarbonate Printed Hardsided Medium Luggage from Amazon of cost 2, 999₹ and I have returned and then Amazon costumer service have mailed me that amount is refunded on[protected], Amazon gave me a reference code-261061 . But bank name state Bank of India have still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible, I have submitted my complaint before 10 days but still did not get any response, Iam lossing hope in you SBI.

SBI Credit card is not giving any option to disconnect my creditcard but charging annual fee. Please disconnect my credit card.

My name is Joseph and I had ordered "Fash Home International Cotton Solid Luxury Office Chair Towel with Tie Knots 500 GSM (Beige)" of RS. Amount 499 in Amazon on 16 July 2021 and on 17 July 2021 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 17 July 2021
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 350513 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State bank of India doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is **** **** **** 1364

Shashank Tiwari and his team has collected the details more than 5 times and more than 30 to 50 calls in a month for this.

They are just messing the things up taking the residential address and now calling multiple time and wasting the consumer time and it is now causing the mental stress.

Nodal office is also not helping in this.is this e way customers are treated
