Hi this is my issue i order samsung double door fridge from amazon 14 July 2021
order #[protected] amount ₹17530 in exchange my old fridge worth of 3230₹ I'll pay by through my sbi debit cart payment successfull so he delivered on 17july2021 but product not
Good to see what in the picture shows in amazon and
also product little bit damage so i decided to returning to amazon he return and
After I'm not received my fund so i wait for 4day after he display in app your refund is credited your original payment method I'm still
not received my refund yet so i trying to call customer care amazon he said your refund already initiated this is your refund reference number and go to the bank and ask see my problem is if they are transfer my in bank why not received why I'm going to check my bank please receive my complaint and resolve the issue

    Retracted info cdm

    While depositing money in cdm(cash deposit machine) at the place of Sarpavaram Junction, Kakinada, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh - 533005. My money 66000/-
    In the denominations of 500 count 115 notes and 100 count 85 notes. have stuck in the cdm machine and gave me slip of retracted amount pls. Contact bank manager pls help to get money reflected in my bank account.

    Hello, My Name is Amardeep Prakash and I am also facing the Similar issue to above. Almost 3 months back I opened the account with SBI and till date I am not able to transfer any money from my SBI account. Same error is showing up every time I try to transaction.
    Local SBI branch is helpless or rather they don't want to take this case seriously as they say they don't know how much time it will take to resolve.

    This is just ridiculous service from the bank who Claims to be #1 bank of India.
    Pleas look into my problem and fixed it quickly. Local branch: Kagadaspura Bangalore

      I, Ashwini Ramchandra Mohite having Savings Account (Acc No. [protected]) with SBI Bund Garden Branch ordered the following things from Myntra on 18th March, 2021:-

      1. Anouk Women Navy Blue & Beige Printed Fit and Flare Dress with Pleated - Rs. 611/-
      2. Women Grey & Orange Colourblocked Crop Top - Rs. 440/-
      3. Women Olive Green & Blue Printed A- Line Kurta - Rs. 626/-
      4. Women Teal Blue Floral Printed Straight Kurta- Rs. 748/-
      Total - Rs. 2425/- (Two Thousand Four Hundred & Twenty Five)

      And later on cancelled the said order on 20th March, 2021.

      The refund was initiated by Myntra on 20th March 2021 but I haven't received the amount yet in my bank account.

      Other details are as follows:-

        I complain the on time to customers care And i received case Id 55043392 and 5543782 on 06/07/2021.They said will take 46 day to resolve the issue till now my case not resolved
        Even talking customers care they will take more time for issue
        Please help to close the case

            I purchased the product (Boat Rockerz 330) from amazon on 17th July. I paid 1399 for the product. (65 rupees from amazon pay balance + 1334 rupees from my bank account). I did not receive the product and cancelled the delivery and on 18th july Amazon issued my refund. Still I did not get it in my bank account.

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir

              I purchased a product of 1340/- rupees was successfully processed on 17 July, 2021 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also given a letter to the state bank of india SSI branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have no option to help me,

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund.

                I am getting harassing calls from sbi recovery department for mr milind rane who used to be my customer.
                his no is [protected] milind rane.

                all i want to ask if anyone give my number in reference without asking me or taking my permission. is this the way you manage your system???
                when i told the recovery agent that why he was harassing me so he says apka number to diya hai hum harras toh karege apko . this is reducoulse.. same complaint i am raising with banking ombudsman.. look into the matter or else i will go to court as well..

                  On 24/07/21 my account was deducted with 1000 rupees saying that it was" FI TXN @CSP OUTLET "
                  BUT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. The only thing that I can understand is I want my money back.

                      Current Account - LCPC Scrunity pending

                      I had submitted an application and documents for account opening on May 29th. My account number was generated on 5th June. Subsequently submitted an internet banking application on 8th June 2021.

                      Till date I have been continuously following up with branch (SBI Alephata, Pune) and customer care number for online user generation. I could eventually get the username on 18th June. However, I am not able to transfer any money from...

                      On 17/07/2021 I made an online order to the merchant Amazone for Vegetable seeds for 439/-rs & payment of it was done through SBI internet banking mode through Yono Lite App.. Amount deducted soon after it but on a few minutes amazone sent a mail of Order cancellation for the reason of Failure payment & amount wil be refunded if duducted... No amount refunded so i complain to the concerned bank throught online service. The resolved & closed the complaint by giving supportive description that gateway transation was successful & the same amount is credited to concerned merchant.. When i called back to Amazone care the told amount not credited to us... So plz resolve the problem & refund the amount

                        I cannot withdrawal any amount to my account through ATM, UPI, ONLINE PAYMENT, FUND TRANSFER TO YONO etc.
                        Its always show CIF NOT SCRUTINIZED BY LCPC. My home branch also not slove my problem.I already tweet but no reply comes

                          Sir,
                          I have ordered Oneplus 9 R lake blue colour mobile of Rs. 41599 on 15th of july 2021. On same day I cancelled that ordered product.
                          Amazon initiated the refund on 16th of july 2021 and it was expected to come on 23 of july 2021. But still was not get my refund.
                          Amazon gave me the reference ID (RRN NO. ONUS[protected] but the SBI has still not credited my money.
                          This is urgent. Please help me as soon as possible.

                            State bank of India refund from amazon on 16.7.21 expected credit date on 21.7.21 but still my refund is pending mode. As per RBI guideline for working days hour but there are no refund showing in my statement. so please check the issue as soon as possible to reflect my money.

                              A refund of 1467 rupees was successfully processed on 13 July 2021 at to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 18 July 2021 but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I have ordered AmazonBasics Height Adjustable 5-Shelves Heavy Duty Rack - Black on 25th May, 2021. It was to be received by date 31st May, 2021. I have already returned the product on the next day of purchase. Amazon initiated refund on 31st May, 2021 and they received my returned product on 4th June, 2021. Amazon gave me reference id[protected] but SBI Bank till today has not credited the amount in bank . This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
