    Hello respected authorities I have applied for Education loan of amount 750000 Rupees from Market Yard Branch Kolhapur Maharashtra Branch Code is : SBIN0001887, As education loan is been processed in priority am getting very late response and irrelevant queries are been raised, My father is retired in 31 May 2021 as Class 1 Government officer of title Block Development Officer and he is getting a pension of 36500 monthly which is deposited in State bank of India Salary Account itself ;as per the regulations government employees are entitled to get pension mandatorily we have received a letter also from Respected Collector also stating that My father would receive this pension for year with 10 lakhs funds until Central government provides pension book which would be provided within 3 months according to the government process. As it is simplistic that government Employee gets a fix Pension still from State bank of India of Dasara chowk where the Education loan file is transferred for further process from there the Employee has asked on which basis we would have fix pension and provide the explanation letter, even after explaining and showing them the relevant letter with complete bank statements still they are torturing and giving such excuses please look into this matter I request you its a Year of rigid hard work that I have endured and at last moment they are demoralising me I have also paid the fees of the university and the funds that we have also been well stated in the form. Please look into this and take necessary action I have to provide the sanction letter till[protected].

                I ordered some item item worth rs 3606. Bt later I cancelled the product. I placed the order on 10th and cancelled the order on 10 th itself. So amazon has initiated the refund. And the shipment of my multiple order of rs 3606 was divided into two shipment. That is 1676+ 1927. So my bank only initiated the frst payment i.e. rs 1676 on 11th of july. Bt I didn't get the later part i.e. rs 1972 . It's been 7 days already bt I still didn't get the refund.

                      Lien amount not released against IPO application

                      I had applied for Clean Sciences IPO on 9th July 2021, and there was hold amount of INR 1, 44, 000.

                      Already people were allocated shared of Clean Sciences on 15th July 2021, but my lien amount is still not released.

                      On top of it, I am unable to see my IPO application as well on the SBI Platform....

                            SWOS transaction payment deducted twice

                            My unauthorised payment has been deducted twice from the account which is ridiculous. On 12th July 2021 I have withdrawn 10, 000 knowingly.However the same has been deducted on 16 th July 2021 reflecting as SWOS unauthorised transaction. We have already escalated this to branch manager of SBI which was uncooperative with us. I kindly request you to refund my 10, 000 back before taking this to next level such as ombudsman complaint.

                            I had made a upi payment of rs 4240 from phone pay, the transaction wa successful, but the shopkeeper said i didnt recieve it, so again i had to swipe a card and again the payment was made, so the payment made by phone paay was not reversed to me, the total amount of rupees 4240 is missing, this payment was done on 28 th october 2020, so i am trying since then, so please resolve my issue

                              My debit card was blocked due to some suspicious activity in month of may by bank itself, I rechecked with the customer care and got it permanently blocked and they asked me to apply from my hometown where my home branch is so I applied it online on 2nd of July and received a message that your card will be delivered in 7-8 working days after 10 days I checked the app and it was rejected.

                              I went to my home branch ( Ambawadi branch Ahmedabad )the other day and asked the reason for the same they were very rude and asking me why you need debit card you can use YONO cash .. the bank manager (lady) after lot of argument I was asked me to fill manual form which I did right away. After two days the amount of 354/- for card issuance was not debited so I went to the bank again and asked if my form is submitted and as expected it was not submitted and still on the table to be processed. I again had argument on the same and this time there was some other bank manager lady who tried to help and asked some guy Shailesh to apply on his system which he did ( now this guy was super rude to me I almost had tears that day in bank “ i showed him all my past application screenshots to which his reply was main kya Karu “ bank ko jab approve karna hoga tab hoga 15 din baad vapas Ana nahi hua to account bandh karva do “ this was my conversation to him.

                              Coming back to re-applying of debit card that bank manager lady asked me to visit the other day to check on the status of debit card. The same day amount of 354/ (15th july ) got debited and I visited bank the other day on 16th July went to the same guy after checking my account he said “ jao aage badho manager se baat karo” super rude tone.

                              The lady this time took the screenshot on her phone from the system and asked me we will call or visit again tomorrow.

                              I am not being told what is the issue with debit card issuance this people just ask you to visit everyday wait in a long line .. super rude to you as you own something to them treat you like beggar.

                              I want to complaint on the whole process and the whole ambawadi branch involved in it … they are there to give service and not to take out there frustration on people and make them cry and feel bad.

                              My case is still not resolved

                                My name is NIKHILESH SHARMA and I had ordered a product of RS.(799 and 395) decorative items in Amazon on 4th july 2021& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 11th JULY 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ONUS20210712 and told me to ask to bank but unfortunately SBI customer care is not giving proper resolution with RRN..
