Sir,
I have deposited cheque Amount Rs.37574.00 (Post Office Cheque) in SBI Baddi, Sai Road, Distt Solan On 02 June2021 and Bank Sent this cheque for clearing on 03 June 2021 fir SBI, Distt Mandi but till date cheuqe not clear, I have also contact many time with concern in Bank but they have not giving satisfactory reply regarding my cheque.

Kindly Suggest and do the needful.

    On 25th june 2021 my amazon refund should be credited through IMPS mode. transaction was success full from the amazon and i did not receive any kind of payment . but when i approached to SBI home branch to file a charge dispute . they said there is no charge dispute to file chargeback . please make the possible way of amount to be credited

      Hello,
      I'm am yuvaraj. I try to withdraw money from state bank of india atm ( thekkalur) ATM ID : (IHB[protected]) using my Canarabank debit card on 5 Nov 2020 16:04:33. The cash was dispatched but in fraction of seconds before I take the cash ATM machine got closed so I withdrawal was not successful but Rs. 10, 000 got debited from the Canara Bank account. I called the Canarabank customer care immediately to report the issue but they ask me to wait for 7 days for the money to revert back into account. But after 7 days also I didnt receive the money in my account so I went to canara bank home branch ( Gobichettipalayam) to raise a complaint again. In home branch also they ask me to wait for 10 to 14 days. They mentioned that they have to contact headoffice to raise this complaint.After 14 days I went to bank again to check the status but the manager mentioned that the transaction was successful. I requested the bank to check the CCTV footage of ATM (thekkalur). After that I continuously followed up with the Canara Bank home branch for 3 to 4 months. Manager mentioned that there no response from sbi regarding this complaint. So he ask me to visit state bank of india (Avinashi branch) to report. But the manager mentioned that they don't have any information related to atm withdrawal issue.And also they can't help me report this issue.After that I didn't not know what to do and recently my help me raise the consumer complaint.I attached all the documents for the referrence. I request you to please look into this issue and help me resolve this concern.         Sbi bank not giving second moritorium who have not taken moritorium at all. They are not all considering RBI RULES. They are calling the customers who dontvhave income at all and telling that u have pay the emi otjerwise we will take leagal action. The are attacking the customers. They have planned not to give moritorium to me. My loan account no [protected]. My mobile no [protected]. My mail [protected]@gmail.com

              Hi i have ordered one product from amazon on 23rd june 2021 (amazon Order#[protected] amount was 7649.10 INR (8499-10% sbi card discount), but on 24th june 2021 I have cancelled this order and refund was initiated from amazon on same day 24th june 2021,
              but even after 18 days it is not received back in my sib credit card, i have contacted the sbi credit card department they are saying ask amazon and amazon is telling me to ask sbi cards, amazon has given me the credit note and credit note number is (Credit Note No: BLR7-C-143355).
              please help me to get my money back.

                I went to attend my sbi clerk exam but the thing was when i was applying i did not wrote my surname in the application so when i showed documents i.e. aadhar to the examiner he told that the application name as well as id proof name should be same and he did not allowed me to attend. now i need my money back.

                        I have order the products at 19 June and the price of the products were 465, 1229, 1169 and order ID was[protected] . Date of initiation of the refund date was June 28, july 1 and july 4 . And still my refund has been not received in my bank account.                           On the above subject matter it is to state that I had already registered the same online fraud to cyber crime FIR NO. CCIRU-281957 on the same date within 30 minutes of the crime committed by published Air Asia Customer Care number[protected] and also registered a complain to Chandkheda Police station as well as with local Branch SBI, IIT Chandkheda on 05/06/2021.

                          In this contest it is to mention that as per existing regulation for on line transaction of SBI customer only Rs 10, 000 is allowed as quick transaction without adding any beneficiary. But surprisingly in this case 4 transactions were allowed simultaneously for debit from my aforesaid SBI account for amount of Rs, 50, 000/-, Rs, 25, 000/-, Rs, 25, 000/- and Rs, 23, 500/- respectively to various bank account through on line transaction by UPI/IMPS/NEFT causing a total fraud of Rs, 1, 23, 500/-.

                          All the transaction from my SBI account had been made by the fraudster within approximately 20 minutes without adding any beneficiary and also much more than the allowable limit for online transaction which is completely in violation to the promulgated regulation of SBI for on line banking transaction. This has also raised question about the software security of SBI online transaction for we customer.

                          I therefore earnestly request your honor to investigate the matter in the light of mentioned facts and try to retrieve my hard earned money which has happened in contravention to the promulgated regulations of SBI net banking policy.

                          Local Branch SBI, IIT Chandkheda, has informed on 01/07/2021 that they have forwarded all requisite paper for further processing and also intimated that bank cannot be held liable for the negligence on the part of the customer.
                          As SBI is not taking any responsibility for the poor customer and trying to hide their own flaws in the net banking system and its misuse by the fraudster, the same is being forwarded to you for protecting customers right and justice.
                          The fraudster after hacking my net banking had made four transactions which all were more than the allowed limit of Rs, 10000 and also without adding any beneficiary that is the greatest violation in the committed crime on 04/06/21 using SBI net banking system.

                          I want immediate intervention by the appropriate authority to sort out the case of money cheating on line and also urge to refund my money at the earliest to regain the trust on SBI as an old and loyal customer since last 40 years.

The Bank having not Compatible Employees, They Don't Know How to open Lockers in bank they ask to each other and then Process is Done . The Bank is Not Having Compatible Employees....

                              I hold a state Bank of India account in in Bundelkhand university branch Jhansi.

                              My scholarship amount get credited to this account.
                              Since my phone number had got changed and due to covid I could not visit the bank to get the phone number updated, some illegal transactions happened in my account.
                              The transactions are not done by me .
                              Approximately Rs.20000 have been withdrawal through illegal ATM and UPI transactions.

                                    I ordered products on Amazon from account named Aishwarya Thengne, [protected]@gmail.com. I have cancelled order on Amazon on 23 June, as payment of ₹598.00 was done by SBI card. After cancellation of order I didn't got any refund. It's been 15 days now. I contacted customer care in amazon they gave me refund reference 222082. I was told that refund has been done by Amazon. But I didn't got any refund amount in my account till now. Or I didn't got any msg of amount refunded to my account by SBI. Photos and screenshot has been provided in this complaint.

                                      Complaint of Sr Manager SBI CST (Herbertpur, Dehradun). Rude and rough behaviour of Sr Manager + The manager has put a hold on my saving account without verifying the facts and figures. There is no thrust in this matter . The Manager has acted in haste and has not enquired the matter in depth.
