My name is swati kumari and I had ordered Redmi note 10 (Order ID[protected]) in Amazon on 10 Sep and 14 September I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 16 Sep Amazon initiated refund the amount of my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent the refund reference number ONUS20210916 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it' very urgent .

      I, Tutai Kumar Dalal, am an Existing customer of SBI NEW TOWN RAJARHAT(05112) .I suddenly discovered that all my transaction is getting blocked and the reason showing KYC not updated. I mailed the filled KYC form along with all supporting documents to the branch manager.

      However, even after repeated mail and request, I am not getting any response from the branch. I personally called Mr. Debdas Dey. and still the issue is not resolved.

      I also complain to customer service with ticket number 67027937 . They sent a mail that it has been resolved without actually providing the resolution.

      Tried to follow up 6 times over mail and phone not response received yet from branch.

          I was trying to login online sbi portal,
          while trying so it said, invalid input or credentials,
          i changed the credentials of my password and tried again, still i am facing the same issue for multiple times.
          why a nationalised bank is prone to such a mess?

            My Savings Account with SBI Amberpet Branch, Hyderabad, has been stopped for KYC. My monthly salary gets credited into this account for the past 15 years. I have been actively using Internet Banking all these years.
            This has caused me huge inconvenience already as I was supposed to make a payment of Rs 15000/- urgently.
            i visited the Branch and gave my KYC details personally but the staff apparently did not UNDERSTAND the URGENCY one may face in life.
            I am still under a huge shock!

              Dear ma'am / sir
              I am Sandeep Kumar Mittal from shyam medical store itwa bazaar siddharthnagar. My stock statement has not been feeded in the SBI of itwa bazaar siddharthnagar (SBIN0002553) due to which my check got bounced. I am also not very satisfied with the behaviour of the employee whom I approached to feed my statement . He talked very rudely and that is not acceptable. This incident took place on 28 september 2021 at 1:00 pm.
              I want to get my stock statement feeded as soon as possible and compensate for the reputation of my business due to check bounce.

                      Today I made a payment of Rs.5000 through SBI collect to COMPTROLLER TNAU COIMBATORE through UPI transaction. The amount was debited from the bank account but the payment status is showing failure in SBI collect. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible, as I am in need of paying the fees at the earliest.

                          I was doing a payment yesterday[protected] of INR 8, 000/- for an admission in college through SBIePay gateway where the amount got deducted from my account but the transaction got failed and the amount has not been reflected back into my account. And I don't have more money to pay the fees and if I don't pay fees right now then my whole year will be wasted so, kindly look into this matter and help me out.                           (It has been 24hrs.)
                          I really need my money back as soon as possible so, that I can take admission. Otherwise the my next academic year will be wasted.

                            I had ordered liberty tiptopp sandal on 29 August 2021 with the order number[protected] for amount of Rs.889.00 . I had received that order on 2 September 2021 but had to return due to size issue and applied for refund. On 3 September 2021 the product was picked by Amazon agent. On 8th September 2021 I got a message from Amazon that my refund has been completed with the refund reference number ONUS20210904 but I have not received the refunded amount yet of Rs. 889.00. Kindly consider my complaint and provide me justice by ordering them to give me my refund amount back as soon as possible.

                                    Rs. 10000 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.but on 06/09/2021 mujhe ek sms aaya [protected] se ki apka kyc complete nhi hai..Sim block ho jayega..Fir call aayi [protected] se ki kyc karwa lijiye ..Maine phon cut kar diya..Mujhe in no. Pr shak hai
                                    Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.

                                      I have ordered a product on 21/09/2021.It was a prepaid order. But the same day I cancelled the order.Amazon initiated the refund on 21/09/2021 and it was expected to come on 26/09/2021.
                                      Amazon gave me the reference id (ONUS[protected] but the state bank of India(sbi)has still not credited my money.

                                        I applied for simplyclick credit card through the website. An agent of sbicard Rehan contacted me. He took the details and promised me above 1.5 lac credit limit. I asked him multiple times and he confirmed the limit. However after getting the card I only got 30k limit. That agent is not even answering my calls now. This behavior is really unprofessional. Kindly increase my limit.
