Amount Hold due to PRE LCPC

Hi,

My Bank has blocked an amount of 5000/- due to the Pre LCPC reason which I don't what it is all about and there was no prior intimation about this. How can they block the amount without proper information. Another frustrating service from SBI. Shameful to be SBI customer....

I have made a IMPS transaction on 03/07/21 it's Transaction reference No. is IMPS[protected] OF Rs. 2000/-. but such amount is not transfered to account of transferee till date. so please verify this transaction and transfer this amount to transferee's A/c. No. [protected]

    I have shared my details multiple times to sbi team to complete full fasttag kyc no response from there. Atleast no one available to acknowledge. I have waited weeks together and sent multiple reminder emails emails.
    Strange thing customer care denied to create complaint and they dont have option to do so.. It's really pathetic services from sbi. Finally RIP SBI to grow india.. I know sbi will not rip and india will never grow.

        Sir/madam i have purchased a product amazon which costs 2849/-rupees, i had returned it back and amazon had initiated the refund amount and shows that's it is credited to my bank account but the money was not credited to my bank account, the date of refund credited by amazon is 18/06/2021 but still I can't receive my money to my account, when I called amazon Coustomer service they were telling that, they had already initiated the payment, you go and contact your branch.when I contacted the branch they were saying that there's no money credited from amazon. Amazon customer service members had given the refund reference transaction number and it's ID

          I initiated my Flipkart return[protected] of my Dockstreet Printed women Black Track Pants. The Order ID- OD[protected] of amount Rs 453. I was suppose to receive my refund amount by[protected], but I still haven't received.
          I then filed an issue with Flipkart and they said that they have initiated the refund but the bank is not accepting the amount.

            I had placed a refund of my amazon order on[protected]. The item was picked up by amazon on[protected]. My order number was[protected] of Rs.1099.00. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]. I spoke to the customer care of Amazon India, they told to contact the bank . I went to my bank State Bank of India, they asked me to file a complaint. I filed a complaint on[protected], but I still didn't receive any refund amount.
            I quote again, this is my reference number[protected].

              Sir/ Madam,

              I am an account holder in your bank. I had applied for Home loan in your esteemed bank. But the loan is not approved for one or another reason for about 4 months. I have fulfilled all conditions as specified by your bank staff but now they are saying that the home loan application cannot be approved for the reason that they have sent some documents to the head branch for verification and signing procedure but till now documents are not signed and they send documents before 20 days. We have applied for home loan 4 months ago.

              I request you to consider my complaint against this unfair policy and guide me that what should I do to get home loan approval.

                I WANT SBI TEAM TO CLOSE MY CARD AND I DON'T WANT TO USE IN ANYMORE.

                In spite of several call requests done to the SBI Customer care they have not closed my card or not yet received any call for closing as I badly want to surrender my card as I don't use it.

                Requesting them several times they still keep on offering life time offers etc which is not at all my need or request.

                Why does the team keeps harassing instead of listening to the client.

                Made 4 Calls but no success on the 4th call the representative assured that I will receive a proper email for closing the credit card but I have not received any email from the bank after my call.

                Waiting for your response.

                    I made a purchase on Myntra through Mobikwik using SBI UPI handle and returned the products. Myntra initiated the refund to Mobikwik and then mobikwik to bank. Mobikwik gave me arR efund Reference number[protected] and told to contact Bank Helpline. I contacted them but they said they can't help regarding the refund.

                    Its been almost a month since the refund was initiated but I am still waiting for my money.

                    I received a call. The man said to be a SBI customer care representative. Interestingly he asked my mobikwik Account details like otp, airtel payments bank otp and card numbers etc. I refused to give them these details. Then he disconnected. It was a Fraud call. SBI has not done anything about my concern.

Mujhe kisi jaruri kaam se passbook print ki jarurat padi tabhi mujhe ye jaankari mili. Aur is account se ab tak lagbhag 300000 rupya ka fraud ho chuka hai.

                          From 1month they are telling that they will remove the hold but till now they didn't remove the hold. Waiting for so long. Fed up calling to customer care and visiting the branch many times.

                            I have used 1446 reward points + 236.50 rupees for doing recharge for my mobile number of data pack 598
                            Amount debited but still now no message came for recharge and pack also not activated

                              I T varaprasad, scientist from ISRO Sriharikota having account in SBI Sriharikota branch suffered unauthorised transactions on 1/7/21 and lost 45000/- and talked to customer service and requested to register complaints and to block my account in all aspects.

                              THEY COULD NOT EITHER REGISTER COMPLAINTS OR BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND COMMUNICATED THE SAME VERY SINCERELY. I CONTACTED THEM NEARLY 10 TIMES N EVERY TIME PARROT LIKE TALKINGS ONLY WITHOUT ANY MEANINGFUL SOLUTION.

                              SBI CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN INSULT TO INDIAN NATION ITSELF

                              AS THEY COULD NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT, I FURTHER LOST 10000/- ON 2/7/21 FOR SBI CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY N BRUTALLY RESPONSIBLE.

                              TOTAL LOSS WAS 55000/-

                              All the complaints taking channels like “unauthorised transactions @sbi.co.in”, “[protected]@sbi.co.in” etc were not accepting complaint mails I.e mails not delivered stating mail boxes are full etc.

                              Finally complained to “ PRIME MINISTER OFFICE “ and “CHAIRMAN SBI” from where I got little positive response.

                              I observe SBI to be weak system n insiders must be involving in these frauds.

                              People should take accounts in small banks and leave peacefully.

                                I had transferred Rs 5000 to Deepak Synthetics on 23 June 2021 using Amazon Pay but Deepak hasn't received the money yet and transfer is showing pending on my Amazon Pay and also the money hasn't refunded to my account yet.

                                  My name is Animesh Raj and i open insta plus saving account on 06th may 2021, at sbi intouch Tajpur bihar his ifsc code is SBIN0012557, account no.[protected], cif no.[protected]

                                  I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                                  I have visited the branch many times but didn’t any solutions all kyc documents already submitted.Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.
