As per the above subject, npci is active in my bank account. But in ysr rythu bharosa scheme implemented by andhra pradesh state government npci status shown as "inactive" and bank "transaction details not found".

    Address: SBI Vikas Marg

    There was a refund initiated on my account of Rupees 5442 on 9th of June 2021 on account of cancelling an order(item - computer cabinet, date of placing the order-5th june, Date of cancellation - 8th june, Merchant name- MD computers, Kolkata), it has been more than 10 days but the amount has not yet been credited, the merchant has given me an ARN (30001011611156210914226) to track it and told me to contact the branch with the same, however branch is refusing to do anything with the number,

    Even Contacted the payment gateway and they also gave me the ARN number which bank has no idea about, i have attached all the relevant mails, please check their respective dates.

          Amount debited but not credited to Credit Card Account

          Today I have made SBI Credit Card payment through SBI Card app via Internet Banking option.The amount of Rs.5057/- debited from my Account and transaction status showing as Successful at Billdesk.But the same is not credited to Credit Card Account.The amount is not reflecting in the SBI card app also.Kindly Credit the amount to the credit card account or refund the same.Kindly do the needful at the earliest as the due date is approaching.br...

I have issued a Check (Check No. 654276) to my another A/C (IDFC Bank) for Amount 10, 1000.00 on 16 Apr 2021 and 17 Apr 2021. At the time of Check issued my A/C balance Appx 1, 80, 000.00.                 Sir,
                I have ordered a OnePlus buds (gray) on 17th april 2021.
                After that i cancelled this order. Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] but still i don't get refund.
                Amazon gave me the reference id #[protected] but the state bank of india has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                    I have a product from amazon worth of ₹1398 on 22 June 2020, but amazon had delivered us a demaged product. Therefore I return the product and asked to give a new one. Then I asked to refund the amount which was paid my me.
                    They initiated refund and amazon gave me the RRN ( Return Refference Number)
                    But still now the amount was not credit/recieved to my account.

                      SBI bank credit card recovery agents are destroying my life. I have lost my business due to covid. I'm a single woman who supported my family and I was paying my credit card bills on time without any misses but I lost my business due to the pandemic and now I am unable to even sustain even monthly groceries.

                      SBI credit card recovery agents are coming to my house, I requested time and also asked if we could please talk to the bank manager and arrange for a settlement as i'm literally without any money but they call me abusive names and threaten to forcefully drag me out of the house, take my belongings and destroy my life. They are threatening the safety on my life and hurt me physically. I feel very unsafe and cannot even step out of my house.

                      My total outstanding is only 1 lakh Fifty thousand and demand me to sell myself to get the money. I need immediate help. I need to talk to SBI management and raise a police complaint as im fearing my life

                        I have created a savings account in the west Guwahati branch. I opened that account through yono app. Everything is done, generating pin Linking UPI and all . I have some funds in that account the problem which I am coping with is while doing a payment through Upi it says that CIF not scrutinized by lcpc. Also when I try to withdraw cash through the ATM it shows me inoperative account. I have already submitted kyc and all but still the issue persists. Please address this issue as its a very serious problem in the field of banking.

                              Sbi sales team sold me a scam card without proper paperwork or confirmation, they sold me something I declined to have.

                              Step 1 : sbi sales team will hound their customers like dogs to sell their pitiful scam credit card.

                              Step2 : no mention would be made about an annual fee of 1000rs attached to the scam card.

                              Step 3 : right after the customer is issued a scam credit card and within five days of receiving a scam credit card kit the customer is sent a scam text bill, total charges are presumably annual fee of 500rs but the first bill is more than 2000rs.

                              Step 4: no one knows at sbi Customer care what the charges are for and why has the card been issued when the initial offer was declined by the customer!! They are more confused than the customer.

                              Step 5: when called to CANCEL scam card, sbi retention team will blackmail you to pay upfront to cancel or else bills will keep adding.

                              Step 6: even when you make no transaction with the scam credit card your bills will keep adding.

                              Step 7: for some reason sbi doesnt note the the minimum amount paid the scam card and therefore the bills keep adding without one single transaction.

                              Step 8 : the most crucial step sbi takes and saves itself, no bills are ever sent to the customer. Their CCT will tell post bill is sent when they don't even have the customer's postal address!!

                              Step 9 : customer is flat out denied any email bill or anything in writing whether in email or by post about what the charges are on the scam credit card.

                              Step 10: I understand sbi has to fill mouths and hence hires people straight from the streets to tough handle the victim aka customer.

                              Step 11: sbi goes deaf and blind to any complaints and believes in copy pasting answers via email templates.

                              This is sickening for a reputed state bank to stoop so low for the sake of easy money, act like the mafia and their sales team and collection team to act like the don.

                              Sbi needs to refrain from scamming customers, they will only loose victims like us who put their faith in them.

                              All banks offer FREE credit cards and we have a state bank which offers scam credit cards. Is BJP playing a hand in this?
                              Maybe sbi should rather shut shop than scamming customers.

                                  I and my family members had PPF Accounts with SBI Greater Kailash-I, Zamrudpur, New Delhi-110048 and we requested SBI on 09 JUN 21 to transfer these Accounts to HDFC Bank, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi Branch. Accounts were closed on 11 JUN 21 but despite active follow up, SBI has not transferred the Accounts to HDFC Bank till date. Total amount involved is Rs 1.49 Crores. We are unnecessarily losing interest.

                                    My account was successfully opened on 8th june 2021 at SBI Malihabad Branch. I received a message that my account is deposit only and it will take 5 days untill account is fully active.
                                    Today it has been more than 2 weeks but my account is inoperative. Whenever i try to debit or transfer any amount I get a notification that "CIF not scrutinized by LCPC"
