I myself Larence A bearing account number in SBI, requested for Cheque Book on 25.08.21, and I got a mail alert regarding dispatch on 27.08.21 with tracking id, I tried to track with this id anywhere even in my netbanking also, but today I got a call from [protected] saying "my courier has gone deactivated and I need pay him only 2rs for activatin my parcel but only through Phonepay or through Google pay only, and his language was too harsh, and he said he cancelled my parcel", So SBI please explain this situation and when will I get my cheque book and whats the status of Cheque book dispatch status how can I track with the given tracking number. And I tried to reach u through customer care number even that's also not reachable, so how we contact u. So please do answer soon.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
After the above complaint, they were silent for 15-20 days, but now started again harrassing my relatives and their tenants on my wife's and father's name. Do they have any right to disturb others privacy. I am not in a position to pay, as currently still I am jobless and need some time to get on my feet. Kindly look into this.
