Since last 40 minutes both website and app can’t be used to place orders and the collateral limit is gone.Calling helpline they say that the website is getting updated.I don’t think it is fair to update during trading hours.SBIcap charges for everything without looking at the hardships they create
Kindly interrupt instantly.IT IS URGENT

    I ordered a package by Amazon in August 6, 2021 of Rs.5, 155. And I asked for a refund to Amazon for that package and they initiated the refund on 15 August 2021 and they gave me the refund reference number on 21 August 2021 but I still not received my refund in my SBI bank account.

      This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 3784.65
      My account is debited with the name of OTHPG google with rs 3784.65 without any message
      i never use card online and never share card details to anybody
      please give me a solution
      i have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution

        Dear SBI,

        I myself Larence A bearing account number in SBI, requested for Cheque Book on 25.08.21, and I got a mail alert regarding dispatch on 27.08.21 with tracking id, I tried to track with this id anywhere even in my netbanking also, but today I got a call from [protected] saying "my courier has gone deactivated and I need pay him only 2rs for activatin my parcel but only through Phonepay or through Google pay only, and his language was too harsh, and he said he cancelled my parcel", So SBI please explain this situation and when will I get my cheque book and whats the status of Cheque book dispatch status how can I track with the given tracking number. And I tried to reach u through customer care number even that's also not reachable, so how we contact u. So please do answer soon.

          There has been a refund of ₹4457 from Air Asia on cancellation of flight tickets. Air Asia has claimed that they have already refunded the amount but I haven’t received any amount yet.
          The refund ID is [protected]. Please look into the matter and let me know if you require any further details.

            I had ordered a product on Amazon on 26 July 2021 which was delivered on 31 july 2021 for which the refund was initiated on 1 August 2021 but still it's not credited in my bank account.

                SBIcap is sending e mails for demat charges debit and that if they don’t recover from bank or ledger they would levy DPC whereas they are retaining lots of our monies by way of dividends and cashback credit is being delayed since 21-8-21
                I think this is not fair that they retain our money and one has to follow up constantly with them with no fruitful results at all.
                They are working against public interests and action should be taken to stop such mal practices

                    Dear Sirs,

                    Due to pandemic, I have lost my job in March. Since then it's been a hard struggle to meet my ends. I have asked my PL from another bank to give some time and they have realigned my account and given time to start payment from next year. I have asked the same to SBI or any EMI options if possible. Instead of giving a clear suggestion or further guidance, the customer care/collection agents started calling my relatives and my father ( some of them are heart patients, including my father who is recovering from a major bypass). Too much of vulgar and obscene language they are using. Kindly look into this.

                    After the above complaint, they were silent for 15-20 days, but now started again harrassing my relatives and their tenants on my wife's and father's name. Do they have any right to disturb others privacy. I am not in a position to pay, as currently still I am jobless and need some time to get on my feet. Kindly look into this.

                      Dear Team,

                      I am facing financial crises to make payment on multiple banks Loan/Credit outstanding, And their recovery agents approaching me to collect due, Since last 1 year am paying amount to bank recovery agents, but still due to interest and other charges still outstanding amount remain same.

                      Now its difficult to pay all creditors payments and am approaching banks for settlement of outstanding with higher waiver and EMI's.

                      Also send mail to SBI Credit card outstanding settlement in EMI's. But not getting any response and regular interest and other charges included in my credit cards.

                      Requested to stop harassing the recovery agent and provide easy emi to pay credit card with waiver settlement amount.

                            Please note that I had taken smart 4 plan on 21-8-20 and my 1 year expired on 20-8-21 and cashback is due to be credited since that date but SBIcap has started a new method of cheating.They want additional month for the credit of cashback.
                            It is apparent that SBIcap is utilising out money by simply postponing transfers.
                            Is it not against public interest?Kindly get my cashback amount credited instantly.

                            The demat charges debited to ledger have been charged twice.Once on daily basis and at month end cumulative which is incorrect.Last month the contra entry was made but this month nothing has been done

                              To whomsoever it may concern,
                              My name is Mohammad Danish and i recently opened a Insta Plus savings account on 05 May 2021, through YONO SBI. Branch IFSC code SBIN0050197 and branch name ADB Malerkotla. Account number is [protected].

                              I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                              I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved. Many times I submitted kyc documents at branch. But no solution from bank team till now.

                                I have not applied for credit card but they have approached and issued credit card on 2019-20 but it hasn’t delivered to me yet and they are regularly forcing us to pay the bills of credit card.Without our permission they have a issued a Royal Sundram Insurance without any written documents, now they are calling us 2-3 times in a day and disturbing us to pay the bill.
                                On the other side they know that we haven’t received credit card still they are doing so..
                                We have complaint to the branch several times in this concern but they are not taking any serious action in this issue.
                                This process is going from 2019 to till now
                                After getting compulsion we have paid the bill
                                Kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible.

                                  My humble request is that applicant booked mobile phone online from flipkart on 25th July, 2021 and paid through Amazon UPI, after payment done, order got canceled but payment was not refunded, applicant paid ₹ 11160 did.
                                  When I contacted Flipkart on 27th July 2021 I was given a transaction number by Flipkart and asked to go to the bank with that transaction number.

                                    My name is Srishtee Dubey and I had ordered a product of Rs.1454, boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+, Amazon on 27-June-2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 05-July-2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number: ( ONUS[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form, Since im student and currently living in Karnataka and my home branch is in thane, mumbai & due to covid restrictions i cannot visit my home branch, So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Since it's been almost 2months i haven't received my refund & i cannot travel as well due to covid restrictions!

                                      I had openy account on 22 June. Today is 27 August but I did not transfer money from my account via internet banking or upi. Error -"Debit not allowed with out lcpc scrutiny" .I don't get any cheque book yet . Plz @state bank of india reply me.plz

                                        I have applied for eNPS on 13th of August, 2021 and selected SBI for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of SBI Bank for past 10 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
                                        I went to SBI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
                                        I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that SBI Bank has to approve/reject it.
                                        I had tried to reach customer care, but they also don't know the process.
                                        I had raised complaint to SBI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an normal KYC process at bank.
                                        My final option was to raise complaint here, hope SBI Bank will take care of this this time.
