My sbi account no. [protected] i already have registered mobile link with my account but sms alert for any transaction is not coming on my number.
But I have to says that i recieved otp for NetBanking and yono thats mean my mobile number is fully linked with my account.
I receive all otp for online transcton.

But only sms alert for debit and credit transcton alert not coming why???!

    Tried to book flight ticket on goibibo on 11th Aug through paytm upi which was linked with sbi bank flight ticket was not booked and amount debited I talked to goibibo & paytm customer care and they are saying they don't receive any amount... So please refund my amount 9147rs as soon as possible

      I had placed an order for a pair of spectacles on the Coolwinks app. But due to the short of stocks my order was cancelled and the refund was initiated by Coolwinks on 16th of Aug 2021. But it has not been reflected in my account still. I contacted coolwinks where they told me that refund has already been initiated from their side and received an SMS and email regarding the same.

        I had sent ₹1, 00, 000.00 (₹ One lakh only) from my SBI account [protected] through SBI Internet Banking vide IMPS transaction ID IMPS[protected]MOAEYARWZ3 on 13th August.
        But though my account got debited the beneficiary account was not credited.
        I had contacted SBI helpline number, SBI concerned branch (SBIN0001488), email (mb.[protected]@sbi.co.ib) and also tried to lodge a complaint through net banking but all these have failed to resolve my issue.

            I ordered a product on 08 August 2021 for ₹4949.00. However, due to coupons and discount, I had to pay ₹4849.00. The order ID is[protected]. I cancelled the order due to some reason. The refund was initiated on 11 August 2021 with a reference ID- 294284. But I didn't receive the refund till date.

              Sir,
              My name is jaydeep pandey i have ordered a lucent hindi book on 27.07.21. It was to be cancelled on date 31.07.2021.
              Amazone initiated the refund Rs. 174 on date 31.07.2021 and it was expected to come due on 2-5 working days. Amazone gave me the reference ID[protected] but State bank of india bank has still not credited my money.
              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                I have opened my account on 3 jan but I have not received my cheque book and atm card from last 13 days. Your services are very poor. I won't trust sbi in upcoming future.

                  I have this credit card on 1 year ago they charge me amc 400 but this time they charge 3500 but i mail them already but they told me i have to pay that amount why i pay that amount as because they provide me a that credit card.so i request you kindly remove that amount.

                          Hi Myself Rakesh Kumar Singh. My account is with SBI BRANCH NIZAMPET VILLAGE HYDERABAD TELANGANA. MY account number is [protected].

                          On 12th August I made a transaction of 100000 Inr via Net banking and the merchant transaction was failed but the amount was debited from my account and transaction ID is IGALSXRGV3 and your website in netbanking page says it takes 1-2 days for the failed transaction to be reversed.

                          I have already registered a complaint with customer support. My case number is 62261767. I'm attaching the screenshots of failed transaction and money debit from my account so I kindly ask you to help me today.

                          Please refund my money as soon as possible as next Monday is my sisters marriage and we need this money urgently. 1 lakhs is not a small amount of money and that too before my sisters marriage.
                          So please help me get my money back asap.

                            I have ordered a lucent samany hindi book on 27.07.2021. It was to be cancelled with any reason by amazone on 31.07.2021.

                              Dear sir,

                              My name is Pallavi Pranita, residing in Goregaon, Mumbai.There is a fraud transaction happened on my card on 23/06/21, card no [protected] around 5:50pm, i immediately complain within 10mins and block my card.I did FIR within 1 hour and sent all the details to [protected]@sbicard.com

                              After complaining and raising dispute they have been harrasing me by calling 10 times a day to pay the amount.I got to know from the police that they seize 2 amounts from Housing.com.I need your help to resolve this problem.I am attaching fraud transaction copy, FIR copy and application and emails in the link below.I am not able to add the emails here, feel free to call for any question.

                              Please help me resolve this issue.Hoping for a positive response.

                                I am Krisnat Sunil Suryavanshi have SB Account ( A/C No is [protected]) in your Branch . I did digital payment through Google pay Rs 1599/- to Flipkart on dtd 04.08.2021 but Flipkart has not received payment but Amount debited from my SB Account.

                                      My name is Harika and I had ordered Samsung EHS64 EHS64AVFWECINU Wired In Ear Stereo Headset with Mic (White) of RS.489(headset ) in Amazon on 3 Aug 2021 and after 6 Aug 2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on Aug 6, 2021
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ONUS20210807 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Sbi Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                                        After a month of to and fro from the branch, which is Simri, Buxar branch in Bihar I got some hope that account will be opend. It took around 4 hrs to complete all the process. Finally they provided me an insurance form and was asked to fill. I resisted saying I don's want any insurance. But the person opening the account snatched my pasbook and said you won't get sign and stamp on your passbook without that from branch manager. And on asking the branch manager he also said the same thing that it was compulsary. Any having no way I paid 500 and took the insurance as default. I don't want to continue the policy and willing to get my money back deducted on first premium.
