    Sir on 13th april evening at 5:05 -5:25 i
    went to deposit money in cash deposit
    machine outside sbi dhaliara in my
    cousins account no [protected] . nameASHEESH RAJPUT Rs 18, 500 (500*37)
    but the machine got stuck and transaction
    decline due to hardware something and
    the money got stuck in CDM MACHINE i
    waited for 3 for minutes but no receipt
    came and money got stuck in machine .
    then the bank was open at that time i went
    inside and told them money got stuck in
    machine they told write a complaint to the
    manager on 13th april 5:05 -5:30 i wrote a
    written complaint letter and gave it to them
    sbi employee they told to come after 2
    working days on 14th and 15 th april there
    was holiday so when i went after 2
    working days on monday they told to
    again write a complaint to manager as
    they have misplaced previous complaint
    letter and then they told me that cash
    deposit machine part has to be replaced
    technichian will come from chandigarh
    then your issue will be resolved it will take
    7 to 10 days as its covid its taking time
    then after 10 days i again went to branch
    dhaliara on 27 th april they told machine is
    working you should come tomorrow we
    will se excess cash and transfer your
    money back to your account ..ahgain next
    day i.e on 28 th april 2021 i went there sbi
    shaliara branch sbi employee handling
    cash told that there is no excess cash in
    the amount of 18500 so i told them to
    check the cctv footage at the time of
    incident ie on 13th april 2021 5:05 to 5:25 i
    have deposited money 18, 500 into
    account [protected] notes (500 only)
    they told write a complaint again again i
    wrote a complaint to them they also take
    details like account no acc holder name
    time of transaction 5:05 -5:30 and told
    they are forwarding to higher team they
    will look into the matter... again i went after
    3 days and the branch told me we have
    send your complaint to it team and told me
    to come after 10 days after 10 days
    lockdown began in himachal in btw that
    my massi and massad tested positive for
    covid 19 my massad was in home
    isolation but massi oxygen level started
    decreasing me and my cousin have to6/3/2021

    take them to tanda hospital emergency
    she was critical so our 10 to 15 days went
    there and now she recovered and we also
    got our antigen tests done and after that
    today 3rd of june 2021 when i went to talk
    to the manager regarding my issue
    manager was changed and other
    employee who has was in place and know
    my isssue that i have written 4 to 5 times
    writtten complaints to them he told me
    they thought my isssue has been resolved
    he told me we cant do anything you go
    and file online complaint..so today i have
    got frustrated with yhis bank and there
    services its been nearby 2 months but
    money 18, 500 stuck in cash deposit
    machine in dhaliara on 13th april 2021 has
    still not come in account after so much
    mental harassment due to this i am writing
    this kindly help me in getting my money
    refund rs18, 500 back in the account ...and
    give me the conpensation worth 5000 for
    mental harassment that i sufferred due to
    this conduct of branch and its employees
    how many times i shoud complaint ...i
    have got frustrated by all this...ankit rana

      I bought a goods from amazon.in of rs34199 order number is[protected].Then i cancelled my order. Amazon issued my refund on 26/05/2021. The bank also give the transaction reference number. The transaction reference number is #[protected]. But the amount is still not credited to my account..

      I have got my money 15999 within two working days! keep trying, Be patient

        Sir/madam I ordered Mask and face shield on May 23rd 2021in amazon. I got Mask and I didn't get face shield .
        Amazon refunded amount to bank .
        I didn't get refund from bank.

          I am regular user of sbi credit card

          Due to lockdown i was unable to pay payment on time

          But i paid today on 3.06.2021 maximum I can.

          Meanwhile SBI has levied huge charges on my account

          In month of march april may

          Kindly instruct sbi to reverse all the

          - finance charges
          - late fee charges
          - over limit charges

          Levied on my account in month of march, april and may 2021

          I shall be thankful to you for this

          Dear sir

          After escalating my above request / complaint to many high levels

          They denied all my request for reversal of late fees, over limit fees and finance charges

          I requested them that in this lockdown and financial crisis time

          Kindly reverse all the said charges, but they are denying again n again

          Then i escalated to customer service head @ sbi card.com, today on 10.06.2021

          Kindly instruct SBI to reverse all the extra and unnecessary charges

          I shall be thankful to you for this

            i have an account in your SBI at Pathalgaon, jashpur (SBIN[protected] Pathalgaon A/c No. [protected] 2500 rs. deducted witjout my knowledge on 29 may around 1 PM.

            Message: Your A/C XXXXX495963 Debited INR 2, 500.00 on 29/05/21 -Transferred to Mr. SUMITPATLEY. Avl Balance INR 53.41-SBI

            What is that TRANSFERED TO MR SUMITPATLEY??? Sumit Patley is my name only.
            I am confused. Plz help how to return my amount.

              This is Rabiya Shanaz and Rahman. We took a home loan from SBI, SPL PBB Bangalore Branch. Below are the Loan account details.

              Recently we made 9 Lak part payment through online banking due to Covid situation.

              Six month back I requested SBI team to reduce my tenure and keep the EMI as 50k. But I did not get any response from them. I even tried reaching them but no one picking my calls.

                I ordered Bicycle part derailleur of Vanum steel 5/6 brand
                (Order ID[protected] on 3 May 2021 which I returned and refund got initiated on 23 May 2021 but I did'nt received it in my bank account of SBI but amazon provided me with refund reference number.
                My rrn is 647217
                Hope I will get the refund ASAP!

                  I ordered bicycle gears of Generic Schrodinger 50004 freewheel brand (Order Id is[protected] and later I returned the product, refund has been initiated by amazon on 10 May 2021 but is not received in the bank account, at the present time I am having Refund Reference Number to obtain my refund my rrn number is 534354
                  Hope I will get it soon !

                    I returned my order to Amazon on 19th may, and my refund initiated on 20th, but the problem is that i have not received any money from bank side. As per Amazon money is initiated and they also give me reference id.

                            Hi I am Ravi Shankar this is my sbi account number [protected].
                            This bank not good in month they deducted three time bounced charge and when I am connect sbi customer support so they tell me need to visit branch now not good for visit branch and why this happened why money bank don't know about bounce charge process idfc me mene complaint kya tha that's why emi nahi gai becouse bank balo ne mana kya tha emi bharne se or sbi ne ek mahine me teen baar bounce charge deducted kya but meri complaint two month me solve ho gai thi to ager bounce deducted hua to do mahine ka hona tha na ki teen mahine ka or bounce charge nahi hota hai ye bank tab tak hi acha hai jb tak aapko koi problem na ho or branch visit karna hi bekar hai yha ke executive bina mlt ke ek counter se dusre counter per visit karbate rahte hai ense acha private bank hai ...

                              I have ordered a product called "coco peat block" in Amazon shopping (9th May 2021). It was to be received on 15th may . But I have not received my product as it got cancelled from company end and returned to the owner.

                              Amazon initiated the refund date on 17th May 2021.
                              Amazon gave me the reference id - # 841259 but the bank (state bank of India) has still not credited my money.

                              I'm requesting you to please help me as soon as possible.

                                I had applied for an ipo for which the amount was deducted from my account but the hold os still not removed i have contacted sbi many times but there is no resolution...

                                  Someone tried to login my SBI bank account. I don't know what I can do. How to stop all this. How to secure my account. I got SMS of failed 3 attempts to login. I tried to login but I am not able to login now. Please help.

                                      EMandate activate for investment in my zerodha account. since i have closed my zerodha account this eMandate should automatically cancel but till date it is not cancel. when i written to zerodha, they advised me that it can be cancelled at bank level. i have written to bank to cancel the same but till date it is not cancelled. my sincere request to cancel eMandate for SBI account no.
