My first order which i cancelled on 24 may with order id[protected] and reference refund number 183453. Amazon initiated the refund but today is 30th july and i didn't received the refund amount in my bank which is of rs 999.

My second order which i cancelled on 11 july with order id[protected] and reference refund number is ONUS20210712. Amazon initiated the refund but i didn't received it in my bank. The amount is 299.

Kindly take action asap.

    I opened my account a few months ago and I still can't debit from my account even at atm machine also using my debit card. It says CIF not scrutinised by LCPV I went to my branch to file a complaint but it's been over a week and nothing is still done. What can I do? I need the money inside my bank account.

      My name is Bulti Rani Das Dey and i recently opened a saving account on 23rd July 2021, at sbi Raiganj Branch. His ifsc code is. SBIN0000162, account no. [protected], cif no. [protected]

      I have transferred funds from this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

      I have visited the branch many times but didn’t any solutions all kyc documents already submitted on 29th july 2021. Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.

        I Have ordered Safari RAY Voyage Polycarbonate Printed Hardsided Medium Luggage from Amazon of cost 2, 999₹ and I have returned and then Amazon costumer service have mailed me that amount is refunded on[protected], Amazon gave me a reference code-261064 . But bank name state Bank of India have still not credited my money.

        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

Amazon customer said there is no money transfer to us they say there is no any way to deduct money without OTP so it's bank fault amazon refunded me to same day on 17 jun

                    Last year in August, I had settlement for 2, 18, 000
                    I had paid three emi

                    but I had forgot to pay 10, 000
                    after almost one year later sbi customer care calling and asking me to pay 57, 000. I wonder why should I pay 57, 000 instead of 10, 000. I don't have such a big amount to pay. I have facing trouble. Here I have mistakes and bank side also have mistakes, there are calling me after almost one year later

                          I had purchased apparels of Rs. 12571/- from online Mango Site of Savadika Retail Pvt Ltd on 12.06.2021 Order ID #3351 and made payment through my SBI Internet Banking and out of which purchase of 2 items of total Rs. 4936/- was cancelled by the seller and against which the seller had initiated refund of Rs. 4936/- on 01.07.2021 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account within 5-7 days.
                          I checked my account on 28.01.2021 but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account, I followed up with seller and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
                          shared the Refund reference id and Refund reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. Every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side and asked me to contact my bank. I even contacted my home branch but they didnot supported in this matter. Please find the details provided by flipkart as a confirmation that the refund has been successful.

                          I have called the SBI customercare to trace the amount but my sbi banker says I myself should contact seller as they do not have any tools to trace refund reference number.

                          Please help me out of this I have been calling seller and SBI multiple times still I am facing the same issue, kindly do the needful to credit the refund to my account.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Facts
                                    I, Susanta Nandy, had applied for home loan in State Bank of India, Chinsurah, Akhon Bazar Branch on 23rd December 2019. to purchase a property located at Sasthi Tala Chinsurah, West Bengal.
                                    The loan had been sanctioned by SBI vide sanction letter dated 27th December 2019.

                                    On 31st December 2019, I had requested State Bank of India to disburse sanctioned loan amount of INR 44, 80, 000 through banker’s cheque officially to Mr. Sudhanshu De, the owner of the property against which the loan had been approved.

                                    Subsequently, on 10th February 2020, Mr Sudhanshu De inform me that due to his deteriorating health condition, he was unable to execute sale deed of said property, therefore, sale deed agreement between self and Mr Sudhanshu De had been canceled and Mr. Sudhanshu De returned me the advance amount paid to him. Immediately I informed State Bank of India to close said Loan account no[protected] with minimum financial impact and issue me NOC of the said Loan account no[protected] vide email dated 10th February 2020.

                                    I had personally approached Branch Manager of State Bank of India for submitting application for closure of the loan account, but the gentleman advised me to continue with the same loan and search for some other suitable property and told me that he would arrange adjustment of this loan amount with the loan to be sanctioned against the new property.

                                    Later, I had identified another property, applied for loan again, and on sanction of this loan, acquired this next property on 21st September 2020.

                                    During disbursement of loan to me against this new property, I had noticed that the EMI Amount deducted against my earlier loan had not been adjusted with new loan. I had intimated the same immediately to the Branch Manager, and the gentleman reassured me that he would take care of this adjustment very soon.

                                    Later, noticing no such adjustment, I started regular follow-up with the Branch Manager.

                                    Vide email dated 22nd March 2021, State Bank clearly stated that the “amount adjusted”. Copy of said email attached for reference.

                                    Vide email dated 17th April 2021, `State Bank of India stated that old loan has been closed by State. Bank of India on 1st September 2020
                                    Vide email dated 24th May 2021 State Bank of India denied refund of my money which had been deducted from my account as EMI against my earlier loan.

                                    Appeal to State Bank of India

                                    The State Bank of India deducted INR 302, 812 from my savings account number [protected].No money was disbursed to me or Mr Sudhanshu De against loan account no[protected].

                                    In the loan account statement, the State Bank of India had showed a debit of amount INR 44, 80, 000 dated 31st December 2019, which was never disbursed neither to me nor to Mr Sudhanshu De (seller of home property). In the email dated 24th May 2021 the State Bank of India has also confirmed that disbursement was not materialized ever against loan account number[protected]. So, it is aptly evident that no debit outstanding is there against loan account number[protected] since the signing date of sanction letter, i.e 27th December 2019 to till date.

                                    I informed the State Bank of India vide email dated 10th February 2020 to close the loan account no[protected]. The email is enclosed herewith for your reference and record. I requested the State Bank of India more than once to close my loan account. In the email dated 24th May 2021 State Bank of India has confirmed that my Loan was discharged on 1st September 2020. Ideally my loan account was supposed to close on 10th of February or latest by 26th March 2020 (Three months from the loan sanction date), as no money was disbursed.

                                    I am sending herewith following requests before the representative of State Bank of India for the necessary and immediate kind action

                                    I am briefly explaining the issue here. State Bank of India deducted money from my savings account without physical disbursement of a single rupee to myself or to the property (Home) owner against the loan account. Ideally, the EMI repayment or any other repayment should be done by the borrower after she/he borrows money from the lender. In my case there was no debit outstanding against the loan account number[protected] until now. On the contrary, the State Bank of India had taken credit from me for an amount of INR 302, 812in the form of monthly deduction and final adjustment. The State Bank of India is refusing to refund the money deducted from my account. The outstanding interest amount is also increasing day by day against the credit given by me to State Bank of India. I again humbly request State Bank of India to refund INR 302, 812 alongwith interest claimed by me. I believe my claim is legitimate and lawful, as my money is still lying with the State Bank of India.

                                    Although there was no physical disbursement of money against the loan account number[protected], still State Bank of India showed a disbursement of INR 44, 80, 000 dated 31st December 2019 in my loan account statement. I requested for transaction details from SBI, like UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number, which was never provided by State Bank of India. I request State Bank of India to inform me about the beneficiary of the loan account number[protected], as my money is not being refunded by the bank. I also request State Bank of India to inform me about the beneficiary of my money, which the bank had deducted from my savings account without having any debit outstanding in my loan account

                                      Orderd a phone MI 11x on Amazon via online payment through UPI mode but due to some problem i have to cancelled that order. After 1hr of the cancellation amazon showed that your amount has been refunded to the UPI account with an refund reffrence number[protected], Now it is 5th day But sitll not added the amount to my account.
