    I made a purchase through whatsapp but the merchant mongoosekart sent me a wrong product so when I contacted the merchant they blocked me out of Whatsapp and also refused to reply my email so I contacted the bank SBI and also the Payment gateway Instamojo but after several back and forth and false information from different SBI agents I finally filed a dispute and also blocked my card but later I received a call from SBI on 7/5 that the dispute was marked as unauthorized so I explained it again (10th times I guess). for that the representative was giving me false information due to his lack of knowledge. after I spent 30 minutes explaining what is called security breach and whats called unauthorized use he asked me to close my savings account with SBI because he go offended when I tried to educate the difference. So now I am not sure if these agents are indirectly involved in such fraudulent transactions from the merchants like mongoosekart because none of the attempt I made to resolve the issue didn't sound like the agents were ready to explain or even concerned about the misuse instead they were defending the merchants attempts to steal money from the customers. Now, they even have an authority to ask the customer to close the savings account just because they are ignorant about the technologies and the business model of the banks.

          I ordered 2 products from myntra on 30 03 2021 by the registered number [protected].
          The amount of 1st product is 357 and this is the order ID #1168991 [protected] and the amount of 2nd product is 397 and the order ID is #1168991 [protected].I canceled both the product on 30 03 2021.
          Myntra sent reference number of the refunded amount via email.For Rs -357 Bank Reference Number is[protected] and For Rs -397 Bank Reference Number is[protected]

              I should have received my amazon refund of Rs12999 by 12th of April for the order id ORDER #[protected]. Amazon asked me to contact my bank for the refund with the Refund Reference Number.The bank didn't respond to my email for more than two weeks. I couldn't travel from Chennai to Kanniyakumari because of the covid restrictions. I was not able to contact bank through the contact number because it didn't exist and the customer support told me that they can't help me out regarding this. Then finally I got the contact number of someone who works in the bank and he finally took up the issue. But the bank replied that the given number does not pertain to SBI so I have to take up the problem with amazon. When I contacted again, amazon told me that there is nothing to be done from Amazon's side and they can't even take a complaint on that matter and I have to contact my bank for the refund.

                Dear sir
                I have ordered a product(Live Tech 450 Watt Economic Series Power Supply Model PS450W SMPS with 20+4 pin) from Amazon on 26th april 2021.but I cancelled it. Amazon initiated the refund on 26th april and it was expected to come on 27th april. Amazon gave me the reference number ( 922192 ) but the SBI Bank has still not credited my money.

                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                      i have a savings account in your bank .Details of account stated above. without our knowledge your bank staffs has opened a deposit account([protected]).we went to the bank more than 3 times to close the deposit account but all are vain. Bank manager harshly replied to my daughter “through net banking you close the deposit account and do not come and disturb us”. Your bank staffs rude behavior caused me a mental agony . i am undergoing a treatment for joint pain too. so please close my deposit account (it has ten thousand ruppes) and transfer that amount to my saving account. I do not like to visit your branch again due to yours worst behavior to customers.

                        I have sent money to the wrong account on 8 Feb 2021.
                        Immediately I have raised a complaint on the SBI portal on 9 Feb 2021.
                        ID: 42868821

                        No resolution given, they closed the complaint without any resolution.
                        Then i have raised a complaint again ID: 49709498

                        They asked me to contact the receiver bank i.e. Paytm Payments Bank, when i contacted them they asked me to contact SBI.
                        Both the banks are escaping nicely without giving any resolution.

                        Then I filed a complaint with RBI Ombudsmen to address the same, then SBI has blocked my UPI VPA.
                        I asked for help to recover the money I lost, but instead, SBI has blocked my UPI. Now I couldn't able to make any UPI transactions across SBIPay/PhonePe/Google Pay/Paytm.
                        Whenever I am trying to make a UPI transaction either an error message comes with "Could not able to make the transaction, please contact the bank" or 'UPI Pin not set", i tried changing the pin, still the same error comes.

                        They made my life miserable.
                        I demand an immediate resolution to the same.

                              My car windshield is broken so I was in contact with customer care for duplicate tag process after 6 months of struggle with no legitimate response I decided to surrender my fastag. I surrendered it on 15th of april 2021
                              17th April 2021 I got the message that your tag is blacklisted and surrender and refund process is initiated within 3 working days.
                              After 15 days with rigorous calls and messages to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in
                              For refund and blacklisted issue.
                              With no response from either site, I came to know my refund process is stuck due to wrong input of cancelled cheque

                              Now I am stuck with the blacklisted tag and no refund
                              Still figuring out the different way
                              As sbi fastag hardly contact through mails
                              Kindly help with the process
                              I just want to surrender the tag

                                I recently opend a bank account in SBI, Kalibabur Bazaar Branch, Howrah, WB. I received my debit card and my new cheque book is on the way. I transferred and creditted this new account via UPI and a cheque as well. The money has been creditted. But today when I was about to transfer/debit funds from this account ( UPI, YONO APP), none of them worked. I got the error message as " CIF not scrutinized by LCPC ". I JUST CREDITTED MY OWN SALARY IN THIS ACCOUNT AND CAN'T EVEN GET THE MONEY OUT NOW. KINDLY HELP. I AM IN A HUGE CRISIS WITHOUT MY FUNDS IN THE TIME OF COVID - 19.

                                      I made a transaction to pay for the training fee through SBI collect. The amount was deducted from my bank account. I also got an email from the bank confirming the same. However, the payment status is showing failed in SBI collect.
