I have sent money to the wrong account on 8 Feb 2021.
Immediately I have raised a complaint on the SBI portal on 9 Feb 2021.

No resolution given, they closed the complaint without any resolution.
Then i have raised a complaint again ID: 49709498
They asked me to contact the receiver bank i.e. Paytm Payments Bank, when i contacted them they asked me to contact SBI.
Both the banks are escaping nicely without giving any resolution.
Then I filed a complaint with RBI Ombudsmen to address the same, then SBI has blocked my UPI VPA.
I asked for help to recover the money I lost, but instead, SBI has blocked my UPI. Now I couldn't able to make any UPI transactions across SBIPay/PhonePe/Google Pay/Paytm.
Whenever I am trying to make a UPI transaction either an error message comes with "Could not able to make the transaction, please contact the bank" or 'UPI Pin not set", i tried changing the pin, still the same error comes.
They made my life miserable.
I demand an immediate resolution to the same.
