    I ordered some item item worth rs 3606. Bt later I cancelled the product. I placed the order on 10th and cancelled the order on 10 th itself. So amazon has initiated the refund. And the shipment of my multiple order of rs 3606 was divided into two shipment. That is 1676+ 1927. So my bank only initiated the frst payment i.e. rs 1676 on 11th of july. Bt I didn't get the later part i.e. rs 1972 . It's been 7 days already bt I still didn't get the refund.

        I ordered some product from Amazon for Rupees 666 on 11 july 2021due to some reasons I cancel my order on the same date 11 July 2021, my amount of Rupees 666 is initiated by the Amazon on 12 July 2021, but still my amount is not credit to my bank account, My reference no. Is 400887

                I had made a upi payment of rs 4240 from phone pay, the transaction wa successful, but the shopkeeper said i didnt recieve it, so again i had to swipe a card and again the payment was made, so the payment made by phone paay was not reversed to me, the total amount of rupees 4240 is missing, this payment was done on 28 th october 2020, so i am trying since then, so please resolve my issue

                  My debit card was blocked due to some suspicious activity in month of may by bank itself, I rechecked with the customer care and got it permanently blocked and they asked me to apply from my hometown where my home branch is so I applied it online on 2nd of July and received a message that your card will be delivered in 7-8 working days after 10 days I checked the app and it was rejected.

                  I went to my home branch ( Ambawadi branch Ahmedabad )the other day and asked the reason for the same they were very rude and asking me why you need debit card you can use YONO cash .. the bank manager (lady) after lot of argument I was asked me to fill manual form which I did right away. After two days the amount of 354/- for card issuance was not debited so I went to the bank again and asked if my form is submitted and as expected it was not submitted and still on the table to be processed. I again had argument on the same and this time there was some other bank manager lady who tried to help and asked some guy Shailesh to apply on his system which he did ( now this guy was super rude to me I almost had tears that day in bank “ i showed him all my past application screenshots to which his reply was main kya Karu “ bank ko jab approve karna hoga tab hoga 15 din baad vapas Ana nahi hua to account bandh karva do “ this was my conversation to him.

                  Coming back to re-applying of debit card that bank manager lady asked me to visit the other day to check on the status of debit card. The same day amount of 354/ (15th july ) got debited and I visited bank the other day on 16th July went to the same guy after checking my account he said “ jao aage badho manager se baat karo” super rude tone.

                  The lady this time took the screenshot on her phone from the system and asked me we will call or visit again tomorrow.

                  I am not being told what is the issue with debit card issuance this people just ask you to visit everyday wait in a long line .. super rude to you as you own something to them treat you like beggar.

                  I want to complaint on the whole process and the whole ambawadi branch involved in it … they are there to give service and not to take out there frustration on people and make them cry and feel bad.

                  My case is still not resolved

                    My name is NIKHILESH SHARMA and I had ordered a product of RS.(799 and 395) decorative items in Amazon on 4th july 2021& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 11th JULY 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ONUS20210712 and told me to ask to bank but unfortunately SBI customer care is not giving proper resolution with RRN.. So please kindly respond to this complaint and give me my refund My card number is [protected]

                      I ordered a v guard stablizer of Rs 1749 from amzon on 25june and the order no is[protected] and I retrun it and then I wait but still I have not recived my refund and amzon says they inicicated the refund and give a raference no HSBCN[protected] but the bank is not take action on it plss help me 🙏😭

                              I have opened new saving account in SBI..
                              As the school in which i am working is paying me salary in sbi bank account only...
                              When I got my first Salary, I tried to transfer it to another account but it said that my "CIF is not scrutinized by LCPC."
                              I am not able to withdraw money from atm catd also...
                              I have contacted branch but they are not solving my problem.

                                I have canceled a product in Amazon on 7th July 2021. Amazon said I will receive my refund on 14th July, 2021. But on 12th July I received an email from amazon. They gave a refund reference number that is #[protected] .
                                The amount is Rs 510/- that should not reflect in my bank account yet.

                                    I called to sbi customer care on 3rd May to close my account and waveoff my credit card bill
                                    SR[protected] but still no action was taken against my request and this was confirmed from customer care representative that my bill will be waveoffed and account will be closed. Then why my account was not closed and bill was not wavedoff.

                                    Again called on 12th July and today( call was connected after several try and approx 30 min hold) raised SR again[protected].

                                    I am not getting any proper response from sbi, feeling like they are just delaying.

                                      Hope you're doing well
                                      Nihar here from hyderabad - karmanghat Green Park Colony
                                      I have withdrawn cash from SBI ATM ( Green Park Colony ) and i received one 500Rs tron note from it, so i went to SBI bank( Green park colony ) branch and requested to exchange the torn note, But the bank official refused to exchange the tron note and asked me that this is not our bank ATM . Find it which bank branch it was .
                                      I don't know All the SBI bank are under same
                                      Then why they have not taking torn notes when it comes from their bank branch ATM .
                                      This is completely not acceptable,
                                      If people like me they are not taking any action against this, then how the elderly people or un educated people will get help

                                        My name is Dharmireddy yashoda krishna and I had ordered Estilo rechargeable inverter emergency LED bulbs of RS.1, 199.of Estilo rechargeable inverter emergency LED bulbs in Amazon on 18th- may 2021 and after on 25th June 2021, I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28th - 20th June 2021
