Mere account se 10se bhi adhik ecs/ach return charge kata gya hai mai state bank se bhut bar pata karne ki kosis ki kis vajah se charge kat raha hai bank ke staff sahi javab hi nhi dete ..please meri help kariye..

    I have made a transaction of 2 lakh rupees on March 6th 2021 using my SBI credit card, transaction was declined for the merchant but the amount has been deducted from my credit card. I have raised a dispute with the bank immediately and provided all the required documents as proof i.e. charge back report, reversal report, statement, transaction cancellation copy, etc required to speed up the investigation. It is so disappointing that there is no proper response from SBI team apart from the default emailers. Request you to take an action on the same and do the needful as I am in need of the amount.

        I Have ordered Dymatize nutrition super mass gainer cost:- 5, 600Rs. from Amazon via Cash on delivery.
        Paid them full amount at that time and after a day I requested a return for the product and after returning the product I have not been refunded my money to my Bank Account. And After I talked to the Amazon customer care center, they had given me refund reference No:[protected], and asked me to file a charge dispute in the bank. Please help me with this issue.

          Today while trying to deposit the money in CDM, the 100 rupee note has been retained for verification and the same amount has not

            Sir my name is Ashu Kashyap, I had done online shopping on Amazon app on 7/04/2021 and paid rs 1983 for that order using my SBI debit card. Due to some reason I cancelled my order on 11/04/2021 and Amazon initiated my refund process successfully on 12/04/2021. They had given me the refund reference number 803318 for the refund but the amount is still not credited to my account. Please help me to get my money back into my account.

            Amount is not credited to my account, it's already 23 days passed.
            More than 2 months already passed but neither I received my money back nor any reply from both sbi bank and consumer complaint forum.

                      My account has been debited with Rs 1013 without even giving me a reason for it. Apart from that a lien amount of Rs 1004 has been put on my account without even explaining the reason to me. I had sent my father to the Branch Office and the employee there told my father that they have cleared the lien amount but nothing was resolved. I should get a prior intimation if my account is being debited with some amount. Is this the kind of service SBI provides even though it is considered to be one of the biggest bank in the country? I want a refund of my amount and also my lien amount should be cleared as soon as possible.

                        I have ordered a watch from Amazon (2/4/2021)but canceled it later(2/4/2021). The Refund was initiated by Amazon with Refund Reference Number (RRN) ONUS20210403. I also received a mail from Amazon that the refund was processed on 2/4/2021 with Refund Reference #221198. But I did not receive the refund as of 22/4/2021.

                            I have ordered a toy from Amazon worth rs.2, 999 on 11th April, 21 which was cancelled by the seller or by the system automatically (don't know exactly as Amazon didn't clarify the reason) and got a SMS of refunding the amount on 15april but it's been 6days still the amount have not reflected to my account.Amazon sent me a mail on 19th April which consist the reference no. i.e.172146

                                      I have ordered a whey protein on 19/03/2021 in amazon and cancelled it on the same date. This is the order id OD.[protected] But I have not received my refund still now.
                                      Amazon initiated the refund on 22/03/2021 and it was expected to reflect on my account on 30/04/2021.
