      I have SBI Card No.[protected]. On 15th February 21 a sum of Rs. 3000 was credited as cashback by SBI card after a lot of efforts. On 21st February 21 I have paid my credit card dues after deducting Rs. 3000 credited as cashback as above. On 1st March they debited a sum of Rs. 668.78+120.38+21.54+3.88 towards Deferred charges and Rs. 1509.92+271.79 towards Finance Charges as I have deducted Rs. 3000 from card payment on 21st February 21 stated as above.
      As per SBI Card, cardholder can only adjust any credit provided as cash back in the next month which is a cheating with a card holder. As per Banking terms all credits are adjusted from the debit balance immediately. On 1st April 21 they have debited Residual Finance Charges of Rs. 314.57+56.62+1.00+0.18.
      I request you to look into the matter and instruct SBI and SBI Card to stop malpractices immediately and reverse back unauthorized debits in my credit card account immediately. Every card holder have rights to adjust any cashback provided by them from the dues immediately.

        March 7th Amazon refund amount worth rupees 5700 from Amazon till one month I am not receiving from State Bank of India Amazon customer helpline service given reference number[protected] day refund MI March 7th please I request my problem rasalu

          I am Nibedita Das.I ordered 3 products in Amazon. The details are as follows-

          1) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 2 January 2021 of AMOUNT Rs 496, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 932719

          2) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 28 December 2020 of AMOUNT Rs 430, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 124847, Refund issued on 9 January 2021

          3) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 12 January 2021 of AMOUNT Rs 548, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 989130, Refund issued on 22 January 2021

          I have returned all the above 3 products and hence
          Amazon have confirmed that they have already initiated the refund as well as given me the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER (RRN) of the above 3 returned products.

          But the refund amount of the above 3 products have not been deposited or reflected in my STATE BANK ACCOUNT yet. Hence, I have not received the refund amount yet after the initiation of refund from Amazon.

          So, Kindly resolve the issue so that I can get the refund amount in my account as early as possible.

          The snapshots of ORDER ID as well as confirmation mail of AMAZON regarding the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER have been attached.

            I went to visit the Malviya Nagar SBI Branch to get my blocked amount issue resolved. By the time, I reached at the place it was closing and didn't notice it.
            When i entering the bank, this ill mannered aged security guard came and shouted that what i want. I told him that i have some account issue and need to discuss it as my money is blocked. He rudely said that are the bank staff is not for your work only. They have their own work too. And Also said that its good that your money is blocked and started laughing in his mask (making fun of my problem).

            THIS IS THE KIND OF BEHAVIOUR THAT I HAD TO FACE FOR BEING A CUSTOMER FOR SBI.

              Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1399.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.

              The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

              In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

              Some nationalised banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the refund reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                I have ordered a REOTELu2122 fingerprint senosor scanner on date 17 MAR 2021. It was to be received on 24 MAR 2021. But i have returned my product with facing issued .

                Amazon initiated the refund on date 25Mar2021 and it was expected to come on 30MAR2021

                Amazon gave me reference id 30005110761076169746664 but the state bank has still note credited my money

                This is urgnet please help me as soon as possible

                  I made a payment via POS on 30 March 2021 for RS 1600 for a lab test at Mahesh Laboratory, Margosa Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore But they told me do it the next day and provided void slip for the same.                       I have ordered a product from flipkart on 8 march 2021 with order id : OD[protected] which I returned on 13 march. Flipkart has initiated the refund of RS 666 on 14 march 2021, it should have reflected by 22 march 2021. Till 2 April I have not received the money.                           Dear Sir,

                          I have been a customer of SBI Credit Cards and have regularly paid all my interest and dues and they had given me a statement of Zero Dues on march' 2020 and APRIL' 2020 and inspite of ' NO PURCHASES ' . I have paid in totality and had no dues pending. I had paid all interest, dues, ect of SBI Credit Cards but in June' 2020, they have charged me some Insurance charges of Rs. 714/- which they said is from CPP India Insurance which is towards Card Protection Plan which I have not been intimated nor any such policy or plan has been sent to me. I have denied taking any CPP Insurance and even informed the Executive from SBI Cards regarding the same.

                          Inspite of this they have been compounding interest against my account and now the total is Rs. 8577/- and SBI Cards are asking for settlement of Rs. 3173/-.

                          I have clearly told them that I do not owe one single rupee to them but inspite of all this my CIBIL record is not okay due to this incident.

                          I request help & Support on this matter and I need to have a good Credit score of my CIBIL.

                            I have noticed many a times that credit balances although showing as transferred to bank account in the ledger in T+2 days there is no credit in the bank account.Wheb you need funds if they are not available then what’s the use and why so much of follow up is needed I fail to understand.If such big companies follow such policies what to speak of other smaller ones?

                                have not using SBI card ending 7775 past 1year and SBI team debiting wrong charge and asking about. have called & unformed about cancelation with reverse charges in Aug 2019.

                                many time sent mail to sbi card care team to cancel card and still no respond

                                ask pending pending 10K and which i have not swiped card.

                                  I have bought a LG 24-inch, Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080) Monitor Model number 24ML600M-W from Amazon on 26.02.2021 ( Order number is[protected] and subsequently returned the product.

                                  Amazon has initiated the refund to my SBI savings account number ( [protected]) of Rs. 10266 on 07.03.2021 and has provide me reference number, The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                                  Till date Refund not yet received. Bank is also not helping me to trace out the refund transaction.

                                    My father is getting phone calls from different people for credit card settlement. they say that they are calling from Andheri chakala SBI branch and the payment for the credit card is still pending.
                                    one particular lady name priya with no.[protected] is calling on each of the family member for the same and talk in a abusive manner.
                                    my father had credit card 20 yrs back and have settled the balance amount and closed the card long ago.
                                    Now from the beginning of this year theses people doing this kind of harassment.

                                        I had done two transactions of Rs. The only answer I get every time after the conversation is that your complaint has been forwarded to NPCI. It has been four months since the transaction and I have not received my payment yet, but I request you to take note of my complaint. Number of transactions given respectively[protected] Time 10.57 Date 14/11/2020 Transaction No.[protected] Time.10.56 Date 14/11/2020 transaction SBI to central bank account.
