I received a SBI OLA credit card with that I done some transactions for the same around Rs 2000 cashback is pending though the while doing the transaction the promo code got applied with the card and even in the statement the cashback is showing. But they are telling the card is not applied through proper channel and you will not receive the cashback. I want to ask if it is not proper channel then how i received the card and how I am able to login in sbi credit card account through there online website.

    Amount got debited but not reflecting on the Bpsc portal.

    I made a Transaction of ₹600 regarding bpsc cdpo (child development project officer)on 24th march 2021 through icollect. The transaction is showing successful and my account got debited but it didn't reflect on bpsc portal so I am unable to do next process.

          This is to inform you that I had order them Skechers Men Flex Advantage 2.0 Black Sneakers-11 UK/India (46 EU) (12 US) (52125-BBK) on 14th March and cancelled this product on 14th March evening its refund got initiated on 18th its price is 3599/- but I didn't received my amount I talked with amazon customer service they gave me reference number #716293 of product order I'd #[protected] its been 10 days of cancellation please send my refund as fast as possible.             SBI Rewardz points deducted but order not placed

            I had collected around 10000 points which I tried to redeem last week. When I placed the order, my points got deducted, some balance money was also debited from my account. But now when I go to check my orders there is no mention of the order I placed. But my points are still gone. I had a lot of points and I don't want to lose them....

                I have ordered a 2 pair of shoes on 4 March 2021.It was to be received on 14 March 2021.But I have not received/returned my product.
                Amazon initiated the refund on 9 March 2021 and it was expected to come on 12-14 march 2021.
                Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the state bank of india has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                  I regulary used to pay the emi of sbi cards but due to loss of job during pandemic i was not able to pay only 2 emi, after that i was pying it regularly, but now days they were continuously calling and saying very abusive words to meand about my family, and threating me, and forcing me to committ suicide, as i only pay emi on receiving of my salary only, but they using such abusive words, which is intolerable. Even though i received they calls, after that alsothey used to call on landline of my office and use abusive language.
                  I have all the recordings also.
                  Please help me, I don't see any option
                  I have only one option that i commit suicide

                        I got only Rs. 300 when I withdrawn Rs. 1500 from ICICI bank ATM (Tech Mahindra, Vizag) with SBI ATM card. So I raised a complaint against it with Customer support and they said that they will resolve the issue within 7 working days. But it's been 13 days since the issue happened. So I called them again and they said they'll resolve it as soon as possible but instead they closed the ticket without resolution very soon after I contacted them. End of the day I lost Rs. 1200. Please take a necessary action on this

But no charge dispute form available for refund related issue in branch. So what i do.

                                Problem by LCPC

                                I had created an account in SBI in December 2020. My account was created with all the procedures in the bank, I submitted all the necessary documents and provided them every information. I also could deposit money to the account. But recently when I tried to withdraw cash from my account via debit, online and also offline through bank but I wasn't able to withdraw cash from my account. It shows CIF not Scrutinized by LCPC.                                   This card i am using from past around 20 years and post covid there are financial issues beyond our control.

                                  Please take nesessary steps to save us from their threatning and harassment.
