I ordered a swimming goggle and a winter jacket from decathlon on 7th feb 2021 .I returned it on 11th feb . Refund was issued the same day. But till now its not showing in my account.

    Address: N/29 Buddha Nagar Colony ward no 30 near circuit house. Dr Surya Narayan Singh

    I ordered "Karma Buddhist Handicraft Craftmark Metal Phurba (Vajra)" on 31 jan 2021. It was cancelled by amazon on 13th feb and refund was issued on 13th feb too. They gave the Refund Reference ID - 566740. The maximum date of refund was 19th feb .But today its 20th feb . It is not showing in my account. The Bank also took no response. The bank was State Bank of India .

    I visted the bank and even meet the manger and staff . Nobody too any response as they were working in real estate business.

      Dear Sir,

      A refund of 499/- rup was successfully processed on 9th Jan 2021 to my account.This amount sould have been credited to my SBI account by now but I have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the SBI customer service and bank manager ..No action is being taken.

      I have confirmed with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund ..Please reflect money in my bank account asap.

        I am trying to contact with the customer care or other bank officials for settlement of my credit card dues. But whenever I call and try to enter my date of birth I get the message that my Date of Birth entered is wrong. The recovery agents are demanding money and harassing me, please tell me how to proceed further.

          I have orderd a dry electric hair remover trimmer and fashion jewellery gold plated jhumka same rs 1850 only on 13 November 2020 it was to be recieved on but i have no recieved refurned my product amazon intiated the refund on[protected] and it was expeted to come on[protected] AMazon gave me the 846430 refernce id but the sbi bank has still not credit my money
          This is urgent please help me as soon possible

            Being a very reputable organisation, they guys are doing your job very worstly. I have used my credit card and couldnot able to pay due to financial constraints. Now when I'm trying to pay so these people of sbi banks are harrasing me like I'm a thief. Being very genuine and constantly talking to these people, I got to know that these people have worst customer representative sitting there on payroll or as a third party. This person with the contact number : [protected] is constantly harrasing me, my family and my friends.

            This person names 'sumit rana' uses vulgarity while being on call and says " tu paise nahi degi toh tera baap dega ", "dhanda karti ho tum", " lagta hai ek hi se ladke se kaam chalati ho tum dono" ( to my friend), " main subh baat karta hu toh subh phone utha ", he talks like I'm such a prostitue.

            Is this the way people works at ur place ? I know I have to pay you back for what I have used. I'm ready to do that. I paid 5000 last month and will be paying 5000 this month too by 25th because I'll be getting my salary on 15th. But what is this ?

            He is been calling one of my friend 'shalini' on [protected] and harrasing her on daily basis. He is been calling my friend 'anamika ' on "[protected]" and uses bad words like "apne ghar ka address de", "tu or vo ek ka hi lete ho gaand main", " uske office pr jakar hi uski beizzati karni padegi", "us bhen ki lodi ko bol ki pese de", "chor hai vo", "paise chura k bhaag rahi hai". He uses bad words which is not tolerable. I know I have to pay my bills. But why should I do if people like this will call and harras over and again.

            This is not the way. If people like this will call and harras over and again I promise I will file a complaint of harrasing and attempt suicide.

            Then this will sue SBI guys. They guys will have to pay for it. I've been annoyed by these recovery agents so many time but they are not understanding what I've been gone through and still going through.

            Now who is going to pay for this mental harrasment. Tell me ?

            Are they guys ? Or these recovery agents ?

            I'm very fed up with regular calls to me and my friends and family.

              I have a saving account in SBI ( Rama park Mohan Garden)
              IFSC: SBIN0051204
              I lost my Debit card then Blocked it then applied it again through net banking but didn’t get it even after 3-4months then went to branch they told me to apply it again and I did it but didn’t get it maybe because of pandemic so I can understand but even after that I didn’t get it then I applied it again through branch this time it has been more than 1 month and I stills didn’t get it.
              So please solve this issue ASAP

                I have ordered a Wipro 10A Smart Plug Work with Alexa it's order id is[protected] on 09 February 2021 by Debit Card.It was to be recieved on 10 February 2021 .But I have returned my product on 11 February for my personal problem.
                Amazon initiated the refund on my debit card 13 February 2021 and it was expected to come on 18 February 2021.
                Amazon gave me the reference id 248857 but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                  My name is Mohammed Noman and I had ordered Zinq Technologies ZQ-6600 12V UPS for Router, Intercom, CCTV, Set-top Box of RS.1, 399 in Amazon on 4th Feb 2021 and after 6th Feb I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13th Feb 2021
                  Amazon initiated the amount to my original payment method but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                  #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank India (SBI) the bank didn't help me. So
                  please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    Respected Sh. (Ashok Kumar) Sir, Under Secretary (Petition) President's Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi,

                    Sir greetings of the day. This is to please be noted after certain reminders and initiative taken by you my complaint is not resolved by the SBI credit cards department.
                    It is pertinent to mention here rampant and illegal things from the side of SBI cards had not been stopped yet.
                    It is also to be noted I received a collection call from number -[protected] telling me to call my friends and relatives for recovering credit card outstandings if i did not do the payment today itself.
                    Moreover after complaining to the desk of Sh. Khare CEO SBI Bank i received a call from the VP of SBI credit cards named Sh. Saurabh Joshi - [protected] asking me to withdraw the complaint as from the bank's side complaint has been resolved and no further action has been pending from the side of SBI cards. No ATR had been shared by the concern department till date for closing the complaint.

                    It is also to be noted executiva named Sh. Vikas Gupta Mo No-[protected] turned to my place in my absence for collection and did not give his ID cards after a number of requests.

                    Sir as earlier requested i am not denying to do the payment but the bank is not at all authorizing for forcing me to do the same by such type of illegal practices.
                    Once again it is requested to kindly intervene in this matter personally to stop the dictatorship of such banks in the interest of the general public.

                          This is to inform u some major points for improvement in Partur Branch Of State Bank of India

                          If we want to update passbook normal in state bank we have to wait in line 5 hrs ...whole day is wasting in branch

                          And there is 1 lac transition there ...then only Entry in bank no other small transaction entry in branch

                          And attitude of staff is Arrogantly to the customer they are thinking to customer are beggar

                          No information about Yono app providing to us

                          And state bank of Hyderabad staff doesn't know about Marathi language what we should do if they doens't understand our language

                          Sir Please help us otherwise we have knock this matter to higher Authorities

                            As we found the cheque book numbers are generated but also as of now we did not get any communication against the dispatch of cheque books. Please make process on urgent basis it is required for very important work.

                                Sir, i pranab das ac no-[protected] on dated 02/02/2021 i transfer rs-2000 from my ac to icici bank ac through upi but error show transaction timeout and money deduct from my account, but money not return in my account till now. I also file sbi givinance portable and they reply that...[thank you for banking with us. Customer care case: 42835774 for bhim sbi pay (Upi) - upi-transactions related (Only non financial) - transaction timed out...

                                    I had purchased an item from flipkart which was defective and I returned the same. Flipkart initiated a refund an I received the following message from flipkart.

                                    "We have completed your request for refund. ₹1980.0 as refund is added to your State Bank of India Account by Feb 05. For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number IGAKHKSCO3."

Due to lockdown I faced lots of losses in my business and my business was closed nowim looking for job that's why I'm not able to pay you your outstanding yesterday my wife got call from this no [protected] v.k Sharma recovery and started abusing her, and today he called my brother started abusing with bad word( behan ki c****t, teri biwi ko**********) I have all call recordings we requested him for to wait one month I will pay, but he is not ready to listen.
