State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am regular user of sbi credit card
Due to lockdown i was unable to pay payment on time
But i paid today on 3.06.2021 maximum I can.
Meanwhile SBI has levied huge charges on my account
In month of march april may
Kindly instruct sbi to reverse all the
- finance charges
- late fee charges
- over limit charges
Levied on my account in month of march, april and may 2021

After escalating my above request / complaint to many high levels
They denied all my request for reversal of late fees, over limit fees and finance charges
I requested them that in this lockdown and financial crisis time
Kindly reverse all the said charges, but they are denying again n again
Then i escalated to customer service head @ sbi card.com, today on 10.06.2021
Kindly instruct SBI to reverse all the extra and unnecessary charges
I shall be thankful to you for this

I have escalated my complaint and request to the most higher level in customer care in SBI CARD.
But they are again n again replying the same saved messages, and not helping at all
They are saying that they gave me reversals
In june 2020,
But as per thier rules only, they can reverse charges after six month from last reversals
And now its been one Year, pls help me.
Please instruct them to reverse all tha late fees, over lmit fees and interest charges, levied on my account in past 6 months
We all know everyone is faced and still having financial problems
I shall be thankful to you for this
