    Fraudulent transaction of Rs 49000(in 6 transactions) happened with desc as AMAZON SELLER SERVICES MUMBAI IN on my SBI credit card on 1st Feb 2021 for which I did not receive any OTP over SMS or email and I did not receive any communication regarding these transactions. On 3rd Feb 2021, I got the SMS from SBI saying that my credit card has been blocked because of some suspicious transactions. I logged in to SBI portal and I reported all the transactions as dispute. I immediately called the customer care and backed the card permanently and reported about the fraud transactions. After that I raised the complaint with Bangalore Cyber police(CIR no-CIR000819).

    After that from 9th Feb 2021, I am getting the mail everyday from SBI saying that their investigation is done and I am liable to pay for the transactions as it happened securely(with otp). After that I am asking for proof of investigation everyday but not getting any reply from them.

    I never got any SMS or email with the OTP for those fraud transactions and now they are forcing me to pay this huge money. I am asking for the proof but they are not even sharing that. I am really under so much pressure as the amount is huge and most importantly not done by me.

          Atm wrong debit

          Address: S.Venkatraman, 820, 7th cross, Vasan nagar, Trichy 620102

          I have accessed SBI ATM on 15.02.2021 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited.

              I have ordered the shoes from amazon on 9 Jan. But due to quality and size issue I return it on 12 Jan, Amazon initiate the refund on 13 Jan and it was to be received on Jan 16-18. but I did not receive the amount, according to Amazon the amount is credited in my account and they gave me this refund reference number ([protected]).
              Please help me out, Iam so much tired of this

                I ordered a parcel in 17 December 2020 on Amazon and pay with Amazon pay. But my order is demage so I cancelled my order and they refund me Rs5416 refund ID 332297. But money not showing in my account can you please help me out

                  Due to delay in resolving complaint filed on this portal, we had to approach personally to the branch manager, and the issue of change of mobile no. In SBI records on its own was resolved!

                    Dear sir, It is very horrible and online fraud, hard earned money is getting debited from my account. It was pathetic situation, i lost my purse and i try to get money from Atm. Only 5k was there. More than 6 times Rs 295 was taken from my account. This is not once, twice it happens to my account

                    Kindly requesting you to register complaint and SBI to deposit Rs 3600 in my account

                        I had purchased an item from Amazon, and then the order was cancelled. The refund is initiated from Amazon side and they gave the refund reference number as well. I did not receive the amount in my account yet.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have got a letter which has been attached in the mail from your side to settle my settlement in 41000 in three installment that i have paid two installments of 13667.
                          But unfortunately third installment was paid only part payment amount of 6667 due to my father illness i was not able to pay my rest of 7000 on time.

                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest now i will pay my rest of the amount 7000.

                          After 5 days I couldn't get any reply from your side and the customer care executives calling me whole day for payment and said amount is more than 30000.

                          I need to know that my rest of amount was only remains 7000.
                          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                          I dont have any job nowadays kindly help me to settle or zeroise my account as I have tried to many time for raising my request to [protected]@sbi.com but found unresponsive

                          I want to tell you that the person are calling me regularly and threatening and abusing for payment. They are not giving customer care email I'd and nodal officer I'd for any mail I have got ur mail from google.

                          I always requesting to settle amount on rest 7000
                          But the are threatening me all time.

                          Pls help me settle this issue as soon as possible

                            I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. When ever I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address within 2 or 3 working days
                            As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
                            When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.

                              Regarding auto debit of ACH Charge

                              For the month of February, Rs. 2000 is being auto debited to this account DEBIT ACHDr NACH[protected] BSE . I would like to know details regarding the same. I have not authorized anyone to debit this amount. Also i have maintained account mandate on that date.

                              Respected sir,
                              I had deposited around Rs. 6500 on[protected] at 13:08 pm through the Cash depositing machine at the SBI Branch at NBU Campus, Shivmandir, and had withdrawn Rs. 100 only after that till today i.e.[protected]. But When I went to withdraw money from the same atm machine at the same SBI bank Branch, I came to know that there was an insufficient account balance in my account. Then I took out a mini-statement and came to know that there was only Rs. 107.87 left and that there was no mention of the deposit that I had made on the[protected] in the Mini-statement withdrawn. The bank had also closed by the time I had withdrawn the mini-statement, I could not meet with the Bank manager and discuss it with him personally and also the bank is closed on[protected], since the day is 2nd Saturday and the bank is not open, i would be grateful if the bank authorities of the said bank branch would look at the matter and resolve this issue and refund the amount to my account.

                              p.s. when i had depositied the amount on 10th February 2021, i had withdrawn a mini-statement but that ministatement had only printed "Unable to process"along with the txn No. and the response code.

                                  The SBI Bank of Chintal Branch has a very irresponsible staff who leave the motor open from evening till next day morning and the water keeps flowing the whole night. There is also Sri Gayathri College right on top of it and nobody cares to take any action on the water Wastage.
                                  This is not the first time they have wasted the water by turning on the motor late at night, they turn on the motor at evening and turn it off after the water gets wasted for atleast 4-5 hours but today they have wasted the water the whole night
