I have received text message saying changes have been done to my ac name which i never requested. Who is bz-cbssbi
is it a message from sbi. Please let me know

I have ordered a (Beat London by Pepe Jeans Men's Printed Slim fit Casual Shirt) on (10 May 2021.).I have returned my product.
Amazon initiated the refund on (20 may 2021) and it was expected to come on (25th may 2021).
Amazon gave me the reference id (Refund Reference # 731897
) but the (SBI) bank has still not credited my money.
I have contacted sbi and amazon but they are not helping me in any regards
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

I have ordered a prepaid order from Amazon then due to some reason canceled it. amazon refund that is credited on 22 May 2021+ ₹474 and provide the reference number 803403
But money not received in bank account.

I ordered {CAMLIN WHITE BOARD MARKER INK BLACK (SET OF 6) AND 2 MARKER COMBO} on Amazon.And I paid online through debit card.

But that order did not arrive on time.Call Amazon customer care and cancel my order and Customer Care said that your payment will be refunded in 3-4 business days.But it's been 5-6 days but no refund. When I call Amazon Customer Care again, it says that there will be a refund, you must have got an RRN(Refund Reference No.) and check it. do not receive the refund, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN (Refund Reference Number).

Then I Calling the bank customer care, he is saying that now you have to go to the bank, all the money will come in the account. ButBut due to the lockdown, the bank is depositing and withdrawing money. Currently all other services are closed. So tell me how do I get my money back?

I have ordered a cloth by Amazon on 19/05/2021 and my order I'd is[protected] my order has been cancelled but still I haven't received any refund my refund refference number is 332669

I've ordered a product from amazon Which was received on 19 may and is returned and picked up on 20 May due to a size issue.
Now the refund is been initiated by amazon on 21 may. As per their customer service, it should have reflected in my account yesterday only but I didn't receive my money.

I bought iPhone 12 mini on Amazon worth ₹58999 on 22/05/2021 and canceled the order on same day where amount was debited from my account and due to cancellation Amazon initiated a refund of ₹58999 on same day of 22/05/2021 with refund reference number:124718 and it was supposed to be credited on my bank account until 2-4 business days but still it hasn’t been credited. Amazon has sent me an email to contact bank customer care but sbi customer care is not helping and they told me to contact sbi branch, so I did and branch manager told me he can’t do anything about it! So now I have to formally lodge a complaint against sbi so they credit the money of ₹58999 in my account which according to Amazon they have successfully processed on[protected].

I ordered Wall stickers worth Rs 644 on 19th May 2021 on Amazon and prepaid it. Later I had cancelled the order on 22nd May.Amazon initiated the refund immediately and the expected date of credit to my account was shown 23rd May. However the refund reference number was provided on 26th may. The amount is not credited till now in my account.

I am using SBI Prime Credit Card, as per the privileges it has given, if I spend 50k in a quarter than I will get Pizza hut voucher, I used to get every quarter but for Feb, Mar and April 2021 I didnt received, I tried to call customer service but IVR is not giving any option to contact customer representative. I emailed to SBI Credit customer service, they sent me an old voucher and washed the hands but not sending me the new voucher. I am frustrated with the customer support given by the SBI Credit Card.
Requesting you to please help here
