I have savings account holder of SBI PALAMPUR (SBIN0050126) with A/C No: .[protected] Today on 05/02/21 around 11:50am to 12 pm I tried to deposit a cash of 19, 900 Rs in cash deposit machine( cdm no. S5NA[protected] located at opposite hdfc bank palampur, but due to hard ware error my money stuck in CDM and I couldn’t able to deposit the money and I haven’t received any receipt also.

Here I am requesting you to please refund my money because I need it for an emergency purpose.

    A refund of 1619 rupees was successfully initiated by e commerce site Myntra on 25 January 2019 into my bank account, this amount should have reflected into my account but it has not reflected till yet
    I have confirmed from myntra that they have successfully processed the amount into my account with bank reference number 74799201007004692478422
    Myntra said that if your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them at that time they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund

        I needed a clarification with SBI on the settlement offer they provided me during pandemic. They never responded to the concern but just escalating the issue from the past 3 months. Though I made 70% of the amount, they have blocked my card. Inspite of my calls to customer care on the same issue, they started threatening me to pay the remaining amount, though I have been paying the minimum dues.

        Upon this, I have been getting harassment calls and abusive messages calling me 'loan defaulter' though I don't fall under that category. They are not following any protocols, they don't know and not willing to understand the customer's issues.
        I have mailed to the nodal officer with all the screenshots of the abusive messages. It is so silly that they replied to me telling that there was no such case, though my screenshots were a proof.

        I get calls from different numbers and people every time.

        I recently tweeted about it, but the issue is still hanging in the air.

        And again these harassment calls started.

        I have been polite till this time, but I have lost my patience and hence approaching you.

        I have also mentioned clearly that I am ready to pay the remaining amount upon clarification, but they have added unnecessary interests, for which I am not responsible, but the delay from their side deliberately!!

              I apply for new ATM & CHEQUE 20 days before were as I submitted a bundle of KYC documents to issue but till now I haven't received neither cheques nor ATM such have a pathetic service by SBI when ever I visited to bank they said it is on the way!!

                SBI Credit Card Balance Transfer(BT) with Visa Transfer Ref#[protected] to my CITIBANK credit card has failed/rejected as CITIBank is no longer accepting VISA Transfers. So I ended up paying the amount owed to CITI Credit card by IMPS. Despite several reminders, SBI credit card has not reversed the Debit Entry pertaining to this failed BT, in my Credit Card-Unbilled Transactions. If the same wrong Debit is retained, I may be billed for this when the Statement gets generated later this month. Please help.

                    3rd February, 2021 I add 4000 money from FI Txn @ CSP outlet to my account number. Then some time later I saw 40 Rs. was deducted from my account. Why this was happen? I request you that give us suitable reason for deducting the balance. I also attached screenshot of this page below, please take a look at this.

                        I was trying to withdraw Rs. 1, 500(one thousand and five hundred) from SBI ATM on 18/01/2021, but cash not received and amount is debited. On next day I contacted home branch and adviced me to contact customer care No.[protected] in which I contacted this No. as well we another No.[protected] including sbi.online.in several times in several dates. They replied that due to technical issue they did not register my complaint and on 27/01/2021, customer care advices again to contact home branch. I submitted a written prayer on 27/01/2021 at home branch attached with original mimi statement which I collected on18/01/2021. But the said debited amount did not reverse in my account till now. Kindly do needful and return my amount.

                          On two instances 100 rupees were deducted from my account and I didn't get information about this deduction.And when i checked my bank statement it states as fi txn @csp.
                          pls return back the money and pls stop such services i didn't wanna recieve any such services

                            REPETITION OF WRONGFUL TDS DEDUCTION BY STATE BANK OF INDIA
                            On 30th December 2020 I received this message from SBI regarding closure of the complaint filed.It also stated that the tds wrongly debited was credited back to my account
                            However, on february 3rd 2021, another message has come which says the exact opposite. The bank has again debited tds from my interest. The bank has confirmed that they have the form 15g, yet they have debited tds. When the branch manager was asked her reply was “what to do? The system is automated, we cannot do anything. When informed of the legal background, she promised to look into it. This is the pongumoodu branch trivandrum. Kindly reverse the entry and please make corrections in your systems so that this error is not repeated and results in reptetitive complaints.vinod natesan

                            The complaint remains unresolved. On5th February 2021 I received an SMS stating that the FORM 15G was uploaded. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INTIMATION OF THE TDS DEDUCTION WHICH IS CLEARLY UNLAWFUL, GIVEN THE 15G UPLOADING, BEING REVERSED. THE AMOUNT IS RS 590/-
                            IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 20 DAYS SINCE THIS COMPLAINT WAS UPLOADED AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE

                            AN INTERESTING COUNTER POINT. THE FEDERAL BANK ALSO UPLOADED THE FORM 15G I GAVE THEM. THEY NEVER DEDUCTED TDS FROM THE INTEREST. INSTEAD THEY SENT ME THE FORM 16 A INDICATING NIL TDS DEDUCTED AND UPLOADED IT ON THE PAN ACCOUNT.
                            I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE SBI SYSTEMS ARE NOT SIMILARLY PROGRAMMED?

                            SBI HAS NOT RESOLVED THIS COMPLAINT AND GIVEN THE FACT THAT IT SEEMS SYSTEMIC, I INTEND TO NOW RAISE IT WITH THE TOP MANAGEMENT. BY THIS I MEAN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SBI.

Though I have been getting the Dividend declared regularly, I don't get the annual statement indicating the MAV, Dividend declared etc., .                                 I am shailendra nagar i took a personel loan from zestmoney that was close on 04-january-2021. but on 01-February-2021. sbi deduct rs.295 for ecs return charge from camden town(zestmony). and they are saying that it is dedcut for 29-august-2020 emi bounce charge. but on that time moratorium period is running so how they charge to me like this plz check and do need full action as soon as possible.
                                I am attaching my bank statement also with this note.

                                    Hi, Today I opened my account in sbi. And they asked me to register in yono app. I registered successfully but later while doing log in they always showed that it is a wrong wrong username and password.
                                    And later it blocked my yono Id....

                                    I have made a transaction worth 1648 and the details are Transaction of INR 1648.00 made on Prepaid Card XXXX7801 at ECommerce/FKPAYMENTS /Mumbai /[protected]/ on Sat Jan 30 20:20:24 IST 2021.

                                    Further, cancelled part of the order worth Rs 1230 and the refund for the same was processed by Flipkart. Refund ID is -Refund ID - CR21013022580419581855302.

                                    But till date no communication was received from SBI with regard to refund amount.

                                    No proper mechanism is there in SBI to resolve SBI UTSAV CARD issues of refunds. No help was made to me till now.

                                      Sir,
                                      I did a recharge of Rs.250/= to SBI Fastag thru sbi payment gateway with my SBI Debit Card on 13-Nov-2020. The transaction got failed. But the amount is not refunded yet. I have sent many mails to sbi fastag(attached the mail list). But no reply from them and the amount is also not credited back to bank or to the fastag. I raised the query to bank and they said that merchant has received the amount and they told that you need to contact fastag.

                                      Please help me to get my amount.
