I had submitted an application and documents for account opening on Dec 23rd. My account number was generated on 2nd Jan. Subsequently submitted an internet banking application on 4th Jan 2021.

Till date I have been continuously following up with branch (SBI Alephata, Pune) and customer care number for online user generation. I could eventually get the username on 18th Jan. However, I am not able to transfer any money from my account as LCPC (?) scrutiny has been pending for my account.

I have business commitments and I could not make payment to our suppliers due to inertness of your customer services.
I would want to urgently let me know the status of my account (i.e. by which date it will be activated).
Also, suggest, how can we raise the compensation for the business loss we have suffered due to inefficiency of your services. I was informed that account opening takes 7 working days and it has been 24 days now.

      My savings account is in SBI-Phaltan, branch code is - SBIN0000452.I shopped from Amazon and paid amount through internet banking of SBI-PHALTAN.I returned the product. Amazon refunded my amount of Rs.819/- to my source account of SBI on 8th January. By now, it should reflect in my account. My RRN(Refund Reference Number) from Amazon is [protected].
      Kindly resolve the matter.

        This is to inform you that I have ordered two amway nutrilite fiber of Rs 1907 and paid by OR scan UPI mode but it says that my order payment is failed but the amount is debited from my SBI account.

          SBI debited my bank account by ₹250 on 18/01/2021 and ₹35 on 17/01/2021
          Having narration "ECS/ACH return charges but I did not do any transaction except transfer money to SBI account from other,
          I lodged complaint with SBI but not found any resolution,

                I have made an order from amazon on 18-Dec-2020. Order number is[protected]. On 19-Dec-2020, I have cancelled it. On 30-Dec-2020, I got a mail from Amazon saying that the refund amount has been successfully processed on 19-Dec-2020 and amount should reflect in my account by now. With a refund reference number #105794. It is been almost a month and I am still not getting the refund on my account.

                    My name is jismon mathew i recently opened account with sbi and forced to pay 500 for insurance while i asked the manager said its compulsory while i already have insurance and the manager also asked me to deposit 3000 in the new account. Sbi bank notification says minimum balance is not compulsory.

                        I made a purchase on Amazon of amount 3548 by UPI and then cancelled it and Amazon has issued a refund for this on the same date but it is not credited in my bank account .                               I would like to inform you that, I have made twice a payment to INSTADUBAIVISA.COM by mistaken from my sbi account in 169 $ x 160 $, and then immediately they refunded 169 $, but in my account I have received only Rs. 169 only, after that I have complained in dubai consumer and then they replied with all documents, it's seems that there is some technical error in SBI . I am requesting to you to make clear my query ASAP.

                                Hi, I am a private professional, I was based out to Gurgaon, Due to covid, I moved out to my Native Place i.e. Jamalpur, Munger Bihar.

                                I was having two loans a/c with the State bank of India, RACPC, Gurgaon, Now I want to get these loans a/c transferred to my Native local branch.

                                I had visited the local branch of the same and as per the guidance of chief Manager, Jamalpur, I emailed a softcopy of my application to transfer my loan a/c, loan sanctions copy, and KYC documents to get this initiated.

                                However, I am tried to do the follow-ups over the email, No one is giving me a single response, step to move forward, or any guidance.

                                I am raising this complaint here, hoping to have helped here.

                                  I m suzat khan and on 10th of january 2021 the amount was deducted of Rs.9500 from my account through ATM withdrawl in mumbai through using fake ATM card so i want to take action against that fraudster. I din't get any phone call or any other mode of connection through that i give the information to any other to access my account .

                                      I made an order in jiomart with Order which is of rupees 87 on 9th of january 2021 And jiomart cancel it due to out of stock issue and now jiomart is asking that they already refunded the same amount in same payment mode from where i make an online payment which is through sbi debit card and the refund reference id is 30004610111009100917240.
