    My name is Mayank Talwar and I had ordered (Product) of Rs.8562(Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse, Ultrafast Scrolling, Use on Any Surface, Ergonomic, 4000 Dpi, Customisation, USB-C, Bluetooth/USB, Apple Mac iPad OS Microsoft PC Windows Linux, Dark Grey ) in Amazon on (22nd Jan'21) and cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (22nd Jan'21)
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    (776366) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is (****8791)

        I booked my ticket using sbi utsav prepaid card. Later on I cancelled the ticket. Irctc initiated a refund of Rs 8250/- via ref. No.[protected].

        Amount not yet reflecting even after 10 days.

            I am customer of state bank of India. Recently, i was done a transaction on airtel money. means i had add money to airtel money wallet through paytm upi. money was debited from my State Bank Of India account. but, not credited in airtel money wallet. that's why I complained paytm for this. but in that transaction is successful through paytm.I had complained in airtel money also. but, no positive response is come. Then I had complain about my issue in SBI . I also wrote a letter to sbi manager. But, they are not responding. So, I request you to give me some positive reply and refund my money.

                Invalid username or password when logging in

                Address: Sbi, sppb branch, m s marg, mumbai 23

                I face problem while logging in online with sbi it shows invalid username or password but through YONO app it is ok and logging in perfectly. Today I have contacted customer care for same issue he advised me and said that it is a technical issueme so you reset your password it will resolved but when after resetting password again tried to log in issue remained same. It open in yono app not in online netbanking.
                I request to solve immediately...

                I had ordered the product " NIRLON non stick kitchenware combo set" from flipkart on 17th december 2020. The price of the product was ₹ 873. This is the order ID- OD[protected]. The date of initiation of the refund was 5th january 2021 and was expected to be credited by 12th january 2021 but still have not received the refund.

                  Sir, I had returned a product worth Rs1847 & ₹959 on Myntra for which my refund was processed on 29 Dec 20 & 12Jan21 but even till now the amount is not showing in my SBI Rupay Utsav Card ending with 1207 (which was given to government servent with ₹10000 preloaded balance as festival advance which wil expired on 31 Mar 21 so no Account no was registered with this only a utsav rupay card was given for transaction).Myntra has successfully...

                  Sir I have paid TNEB bill through Amazon from my SBI festival rupay card on 20/11/2020 which was given to government servent with ₹10000 pre loaded balance as a festival advance which will expired on 31/03/2021. So no account no. was register with this only a utsav rupay card was given for transactions. The payment has been failed and refund processed from amazon side.

                  Amount Rs.410
                  Many times I have mailed to sbi credit card also spoken to sbi customer care nobody able help. Also it is not possible to check statement from ATM. This is one of the worst service from sbi. If it is refund amount not possible to add in prepaid card what is the point of issuing this type of card.

                  But till yet the amount is not refunded back in my Festival Rupay Card.

                    Hi, i had open my account on 24 dec 2020 by offline method. I was till now that is 23 jan 2021 unable to debit my account as when i try to debit it shows -CIF not scrutinized by LCPC.. since it was a month .i deposit a sum of money to do certain transactions but due to this reason i am unable to proceed further...
                    Help me out.

But to my utter surprise, it is not credited to yet credited to my account inspire of my representative's personal request to the staff at the table.                               I purchased atta from grofers and it delivered to me on 19 jan 2021 and due to damaged bag I returned it and grofer refund me 285 against that product on the same day but SBI as always hold my transactions as we know saving account transactions should reflect at the same day.
