I have recharged my SBI FAsttag by Merchant App but the Amount is not Showing. And this happened so many times and they didn't refund my money back. I have transaction ID as well for all my recharges. Please Help.

    I purchased some products from Ajio and I cancelled them later. Ajio initiated refund on April 7, 2021. But still it's not refunded in my SBI account. I don't know where to complaint about the problem. Payment Gateway ID:[protected]

      The cheque deposited in my account dated 4th March 2021 is not yet credited to my account.

      Please let me know why there is so much delay of more than 1.5 month. Pl. ensure the cheque is encashed with interest.

          मुझे अपनी दुकान का खाता खुलवाए आज 2 महीने से ज्यादा होगया है जब आपकी ब्रांच में खाता खुलवाने गया था आपकी बांच द्वारा 1 महीने में आपके खाते में लेनदेन चालू हो जायेगा 1 महीने बाद गया तो 45 में लेनदेन चालु हो जायेगा आज लगभग 60 दिन से ज्यादा हो गया मेरे खाते मे पेमेंट जमा हो रहा है निकल नहीं रहा है ( Debit Not Allowed without LCPC Scrutiny)
          में ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र चलाता हु मेने सभी जगह यह खाता मेप करवा दिया है मुजे ग्राहकों को पेमेंट बाटना है खाते से पेमेंट नही निकले का ग्राहकों को कैसे सेवा प्रदान करूँगा

              I have paid an amount of 1044/- rupees through Amazon pay on 14th April the transaction was successful but it did not get credited into the beneficiary (Flipkart)account
              Late when I contacted Flipkart for the refund they said that they didn't receive the amount as the transaction time was out and it gets failed so they said to raise a chargeback form at State Bank Of India. I contact the SBI bank but they are saying they do not have any chargeback form.
              Even Amazon pay also said to raise a chargeback form through SBI Bank. I want my money 1044/- I am a student that money was very important to me. The issue happened on 14th April still my money was not refunded. Please Refund My Money as soon as possible.

                I ordered the product from Flipkart on date 14 Apt 21 RS.470/- with order ID- OD[protected]. I return my product on 18 Apt 21. Refund reference given by Flipkart is[protected] but refund not credited in my account.

                  My order id from Amazon is[protected] and refund amount is Rs.439 and Refund reference number is 636032 and I have ordered my product at 31st march 2021 and my refund initiated by Amazon at 10 April 2021 but still I haven't get my refund.

                      I have made a transaction of 2 lakh rupees on March 6th 2021 using my SBI credit card, transaction was declined for the merchant but the amount has been deducted from my credit card. I have raised a dispute with the bank immediately and provided all the required documents as proof i.e. charge back report, reversal report, statement, transaction cancellation copy, etc required to speed up the investigation. It is so disappointing that there is no proper response from SBI team apart from the default emailers. Request you to take an action on the same and do the needful as I am in need of the amount.

                      please let me know if you need anymore information to close the issue

                          I Have ordered Dymatize nutrition super mass gainer cost:- 5, 600Rs. from Amazon via Cash on delivery.
                          Paid them full amount at that time and after a day I requested a return for the product and after returning the product I have not been refunded my money to my Bank Account. And After I talked to the Amazon customer care center, they had given me refund reference No:[protected], and asked me to file a charge dispute in the bank. Please help me with this issue.

                            Today while trying to deposit the money in CDM, the 100 rupee note has been retained for verification and the same amount has not

                              Sir my name is Ashu Kashyap, I had done online shopping on Amazon app on 7/04/2021 and paid rs 1983 for that order using my SBI debit card. Due to some reason I cancelled my order on 11/04/2021 and Amazon initiated my refund process successfully on 12/04/2021. They had given me the refund reference number 803318 for the refund but the amount is still not credited to my account. Please help me to get my money back into my account.

                              Amount is not credited to my account, it's already 23 days passed.
                              More than 2 months already passed but neither I received my money back nor any reply from both sbi bank and consumer complaint forum.

                                        My account has been debited with Rs 1013 without even giving me a reason for it. Apart from that a lien amount of Rs 1004 has been put on my account without even explaining the reason to me. I had sent my father to the Branch Office and the employee there told my father that they have cleared the lien amount but nothing was resolved. I should get a prior intimation if my account is being debited with some amount. Is this the kind of service SBI provides even though it is considered to be one of the biggest bank in the country? I want a refund of my amount and also my lien amount should be cleared as soon as possible.
