    Sir
    I have ordered aMetro men’s Tan slippers 7size on 05/12/2020. It was to be received on 11/12/2020. But I have returned my product. Amazon initiated the refund on 12/12/2020 and it was expected to come on 17/12/2020.
    Amazon gave me the reference ID #[protected]. But State Bank of India has still not credited my money.
    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

        I am Meenu Rajasekharan. I had ordered 3 items on Amazon.in on 12th Dec 2020 and cancelled on the following days. The refund was initiated from the side of Amazon for the same on 19th, 20th &22nd Dec 2020 but I haven't yet received the money. Transaction was made through SBI net banking & I had contacted the bank several times but there was no positive response from their end. I even filed a charge dispute, but no good. The refund reference are as follows:

        Kindly do the needed as soon as possible.

            My online shopping merchant has issued me the refund but it's not credited in my account yet. They have given me the ARN number but the bank is not helping me with that. Bank is denying to check any transaction with ARN number. They are telling me to contact the merchant only however the problem is from the bank's end.

              My name is Chinnu Philip and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M31s mobile of RS.19500 from Amazon on 17 december 2020 and after 18 december 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 21 december 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my SBI account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              659426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent. My card number is [protected] with which I paid for the order. I'm also attaching details of. Kindly resolve my issue.

                On 23.11.2020 I tried booking a flight ticket through the Ixigo website.The ticket amount of 17899/- Rs got debited from my account.But I have not receive the flight tickets.It has been one month and five days since the amount debited from my account.So far I have not received the refund amount.I have lodged a complaint to phonepe in this regard. They are saying that they have successfully credited to the amount to the merchant bank account ie ixigo's axis bank account.

                My bank(SBI) also raised for a charge back to the merchant bank.But the merchant bank refused to refund my amount stating that Goods/services provided to customer.I request you to kindly interfere in this matter for me to get my money back.

                    On 5th jan 2021 rs 54.77 was deducted under DOM surcharge/tips/rate/ diff dtd. On calling customer care they ask me if i have used my card in any petrol pump to which i reply no. Then they ask me to visit branch manager. Branch manager has no clue and can provide no explanation. Branch manager ask me to mail at [protected]@sbi.co.in . I have already mailed but received no reply yet. Please resolve the issue or my next recourse will be lodging a complaint with the RBI

                        Sbi credit card recovery agents are harassing me to pay debits of bharatlal devda i have told them many times that i am not bharatlal devda and i dont know him how is he then also harassing me .

                            I have pay bajaj finance 2w loan regularly in every month but in my account debit 295 charge in every month please cleared that amount thereafter it happened again...

                                Unauthorised cash withdrawal done from my Sbi bank account through Atm for rs 20000 today morning, when I was in my home town faizabad and withdrawal the amount at lucknow gpo location which is far is approx 120km.                                     My name is Rahul Dodiya and i recently opened a Current account on 23 oct 2020, at branch situated at address: AB Road, Dewas, , 455001, madhya pradesh, ifsc code: SBIN0003864.

                                    I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                                    I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager but the issue has not been resolved.

                                      My Aadhar is not linked with sbi saving account. I tried to link it through all the options like NetBanking, SMS, ATM. I also visited branch many times. But the aadhar linking facility is not available in any form. Please avail this facility as soon as possible.

                                        On 26 Dec 2020 I ordered food through Zomato amounting to ₹2980/-. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not taken. Though I ordered and paid again to get the food. Payment was done through UPI via GooglePay. The refund has still not been received.

                                        I checked with Zomato regarding the same, I received a reply that they have not received the money and I should check with bank. Screenshot is attached. I called SBI customer care and told the representative my issue. They told that since payment is done by Google Pay I should check with them. Accordingly, I checked with Google Pay. Finally today I received the reply that I should check.with either bank or merchant. Finally again I called SBI customer care, spoke with representative and the senior but they were not ready to provide me any answer and not ready to raise my complaint also stating UPI payment complaints are not raised.

                                        Now, finally I am loss. More than that I am disheartened with the approach of all three parties palming off the issue to one another and making the customer go in circles. Really disappointed.

                                        Shall I file a case in consumer court against all the three parties for not able to solve the issue and just telling customer to go in circle again and again.

                                        I want some concrete answers why you are not involved in this issue for my refund, otherwise I am left with no option but to go to consumer court. My transaction was done on 26 Dec. Screenshots for both the transactions are attached along with the mail. Since then 10 days have already passed and I have not received the refund yet.

                                        So, finally let me know the status of my money and get it refunded as soon as possible. Hoping for some positive response.
