I had visited the SBI main branch, in Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for resetting / unlocking my internet banking account. I was never given the correct response. When I continuously informed the concerned staffs that trying from YONO app did not resolve my issue, they kept on misguiding me & asked to try again & again. Never expected such ### behaviour from SBI employees. I have my account with CITI, HDFC, the CUSTOMER service is adorable. Never ever had I visited the private bank branch more than once for any issue, whereas for SBI, I had to visit 4 times, without getting any resolution. The CUSTOMER service is pathetic. Request the concerned authorities to learn about CUSTOMER service from the private banks. Worst Experience.
