On 26 Dec 2020 I ordered food through Zomato amounting to ₹2980/-. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not taken. Though I ordered and paid again to get the food. Payment was done through UPI via GooglePay. The refund has still not been received.

I checked with Zomato regarding the same, I received a reply that they have not received the money and I should check with bank. Screenshot is attached. I called SBI customer care and told the representative my issue. They told that since payment is done by Google Pay I should check with them. Accordingly, I checked with Google Pay. Finally today I received the reply that I should check.with either bank or merchant. Finally again I called SBI customer care, spoke with representative and the senior but they were not ready to provide me any answer and not ready to raise my complaint also stating UPI payment complaints are not raised.

Now, finally I am loss. More than that I am disheartened with the approach of all three parties palming off the issue to one another and making the customer go in circles. Really disappointed.

Shall I file a case in consumer court against all the three parties for not able to solve the issue and just telling customer to go in circle again and again.

I want some concrete answers why you are not involved in this issue for my refund, otherwise I am left with no option but to go to consumer court. My transaction was done on 26 Dec. Screenshots for both the transactions are attached along with the mail. Since then 10 days have already passed and I have not received the refund yet.

So, finally let me know the status of my money and get it refunded as soon as possible. Hoping for some positive response.

      This is Sonali Nitin Pandit.
      I am writing this mail regarding the payment of SBI card no.[protected].
      Me and my family has been harassed by SBI Recovery Agents.
      Mr.Sadguru - [protected] (Mob no.)
      Mr.Praveen - [protected] (Landline no.)

      Regardless of the status payment delay for 2 months from now I need an explanation on the recovery methods from SBI. following few points as we have been mentally harassed and tortured in the name of SBI .

      1. (Date - 01/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) After repeatedly asking for identification of SBI employee ID card and email id, the agent kept saying i will show the id card card only after showing payment proof.
      - My father (68yrs old) was alone at home and the agent kept harassing him about payment proof.
      2. (Date - 01/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) When the agent started harassing me on missing payment commitment I offered him to give explanation and details on email about missing commitment too but he straight away refused to give me any details until I gave him payment details.I explained to him that I joined new job on 21st Dec 2020 as its a new job I cannot have conversation in office hours, I will call you at lunch time at 1:30PM or you call me at that time but still he kept messaging, calling me through call/sms/whatsapp
      3. (Date - 02/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) Agent called on my Father's phone and again harassed him calling me a liar in an intimidating and abusing tone and kept pressuring him for payment.
      My father asked him if it's a non-payment issue you can proceed with any LEGAL process further.
      4. (Date - 02/01/2021, Mr. Praveen) Another Agent called my Father again said that he is illiterate to believe in his daughter's lies and kept insulting me and abusing me, asking my father to beat me with sandals.
      5. Agents have also shared all details of payable amount and due amount information with my father illegally. I already have Anxiety Disorder and my 68yrs old senior citizen father is stressed with all this information and its affecting our relationship and both of our mental health.
      6. During all the calls Above mentioned agents keep saying they are from SBI officially, refusing to provide any identification or provide official mail id for written communication all the while intimidating, harassing and abusing for payment.

      These days of the start of this year have been so brutal and mentally torturing because of SBI recovery agents. Me and my parents haven't been able to sleep for two days, my father is scared even when our doorbell rings.

      I DEMAND SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION AND ACTION FOR ALL HARASSMENT AND TRAUMA CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY IN THIS PROCESS FROM AUTHORITIES.
      I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ROUTE IF MY CONCERNS ARE NOT ADDRESSED/RESOLVED IN NEXT 7 WORKING DAYS UPON SENDING THIS MAIL.

      I am already in the process of filing complaints against the SBI Recovery Agents to Police.
      I have all the call recordings, WhatsApp chats for all above mentioned points.

      Awaiting prompt revert as I am really scared for mine and family's mental health and physical safety due to such abusive intimidating behaviour by SBI Recovery Agents.

          My SBI Savings Bank Account is at Allahabad Main Branch - IFSC - SBIN0017614 and my Savings Bank Account Number is [protected] in the name of Shalin Kumar Singh & Reena Singh “E or S”. My ATM Card number is **** **** **** 1084.

          I withdrew Rs 15000.00 twice from SBI ATM Machine at Beli Road ON 31/12/2020 and both transactions failed but both times account was debited with Rs. 15000.00. One of the debited transaction has been credited to my account but the other transaction S1BW[protected], TXN#3818 has not been credited to my account.

          Please get the same credited back in my Savings Bank Account [protected] at the earliest convenience.

                I have availed loan from SBI in Oct 2020 to purchase flat and 90% of the amount is disbursed already by bank. However I have not recieved Letter of Arrangement from them.

                  I had tried to pay fees online for pdc through sbi collect but it failed my pyment id dud7725214 and i checked the payment status after two days it was showing refund but it has been more then one month i didnt received the refund.

                          I have done IMPS transaction today from ICICI to SBI. Funds should be transferred immediately which is why I have done IMPS. Amount debited from ICICI but it said "Transaction got timed out at beneficiary end. Wait for 3 working days and check the transaction status". Amount didn't credited to SBI account. Its been more than 8 hours. And today is public holiday(Jan1st), followed by Saturday and Sunday.

                          Do I need to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday to have my funds? If funds didn't get credited why it shouldn't rolled back to senders account immediately?

                          More or less it would be 4 or 5 days that I don't have my funds. This is very urgent transaction.

                          This is so unfair and cheating people.

                            On 31 December 2020 My Rs. 1.98Lakh automatically get transfer from my saving account to fixed deposit account i have not applied for any fixed deposit it's get create automatically without any intimation.

                            Today i went to State bank of India khandeshwar branch to cancel the fixed deposit. But manager give me stupid reasons when withdraw or transfer amount it well get deducted from Fixed deposit.

                            So today i transfer and and withdraw amount from my saving account to check if it's get deducted from newly created fixed deposit or not but its get deducted from my saving account not from fixed deposit account.

                            So my request is to cancel my fixed deposit within two day because i have to pay rent and home loan amount from saving account .

                            I told this to bank manger but he is speaking very rudely not listing anything saying Fixed deposit can't be cancel. How can bank automatically open fixed deposit account without customer rights.

                            So my request to state bank to close my fixed deposit account as soon as possible because i have to pay rent and home loan and other family expenses because i dont money in my saving account or bank will charge for failed home loan EMI because low balance in my saving account.

                              My Daughter went to SBI Vidyanagar Branch Shimoga Karnataka for opening SB account two times
                              every time Bank officials informed that without PAN they will not open the SB account,
                              as she applied for PAN number, if she is having the PAN number, she could open the account through online
                              please let me know that is there any hard and fast rule for restricting for opening the SB account without P A N number.
                              we will not demand following facility with the bank, as she is student she requires internet banking with the leading Commercial Bank

                                    PPO/9192/O.G/Guj. Despite submission of authorisation issued by AG-Guj and AG Karnataka, the arrears of pension wef 1-1-2016 is yet to be settled by CPPC Bangalore. The request letter with all documents were submitted during Oct 2020. The Bank has not even bothered to respond to repeated reminders.
                                    Infact there has been major lapse by CPPC while releasing initial family pension also

                                    The matter has been finally resolved on 26th April 2021

                                      My name is Manibhadra Sahu and I had ordered (realme ear buds) of 1649 RS .Amount( realme earbuds) in Amazon on (24/11/2020) and after (25/11/2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (25/11/2020)
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                      (732304) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
