Dear Sir/Madam,
Maine sbi main current account open karaya approx 3 months ho gye hain btw debit txn abhi tk activate nhi ho paya h bcoz of ckyc not done till...main kuch v kam nhi kr pa rha hun us account se or usme mere 11000 rs v deposit hn aur main 50 chkkar bank k lga chuka hun whan pr kisi ko kuch v jankari v nhi h. kisi k pass v jao idhar udhar bhga deta hai na to bolne ka tarika hai na hi koi jankari. or to or 3 months lgte hain kya koi v account opening m to please aap ise jldi se jldi resolve kren.

    My name is ishtiyaq ahmad naik and iam the custumer of state bank of india from last ten years my account number is [protected] branch name is state bank of india the mall solan ifsc SBIN0006401.
    my brother is working at saudi arbia on dated[protected], my brother send me 29835.23 indian rupee which is 1550.SAR, but the ammount stuck.
    in that regard i visit my branch for enquiry but they refuse me by replied we are on recieving end and have no knowledge.
    after 13 dasys the ammount of1431.13SAR has been returned back to saudi arbia that is 27548.17 indian rupee and the amount of 2287 has been deducted .i want know when the account no and ifsc was coreect why the bank does this .last month the same transiction was done which was succesful .but what happend this time and why my money deducted .
    this is simly fraud and unacceptable .i want my money back and this should be invetigate the same may be done with others .
    why action should not be taken and cocern shoul be punished

        I had issued a legal notice on behalf of my client, smt. h.r. malathi in respect of the alleged dues in respect of the above alleged credit card. one advocte .mr. ajay also had issued notice on behaqlf of h.r. malathi.
        my client is a senior citizen and also a physically challenge, she now has under gone an operatiopn of thigh and bed ridden as on date.
        it was stated that no purchases were made from the said card as she had no such credit card. my client has beern harrassed since then. my cvlient authorised me to meet 0ne mr. jagan who happens to be yopur arbitrator. we havbe met him. we alsdo agreed tp pay the amount in thge ev ent of any bills are available with reference to the above credit card. he promised to close the accdount aqs there were no bills of purchase under the alleged credit card.
        i am rerceiving calls from your office/recovery agent who knows nosthbing about bills of purchase except stating that there are dues and the sasme has to be paid. he also threatened. the recorded converastion will be sent to if you need.
        on behalf of my client, i would like to inform you that she is ready and willing to pay the amount mentioned in the bills of purchase, if any available wityh you.
        the demand is covered by limitation act also.

        i hereby make a request on behalf of my client, h.r. malathi, consider the matter in detail and close the account.

        i am receipt of the message from your office to settle the dues in respect of the credit card. i am surprised to see this message since i have already informed you that there are no purchase bills in my name under any credit card much less above sbi credit card.
        please furnish all the bills/purchases made under the sbi credit card.
        if any purchase is made under the credit card issued to me by you, i am ready to pay the same. if no purchases are made, you cannot threaten me with all messages sent to my mobile phone.
        please desist from using all sorts of force against me.
        the above card was valid upto 2008. your claim is also time barred.

          Amazon initiate refund but not received in my account I have contact number of time in SBI customer care and amazon customer care but my problem is not solved till now pls refund my money as soon as possible

            The above mentioned lady, took 10, 000/- from me as a processing fee for a sbi prime credit card. She told me that my credit limit will be 2.88 lakh. But when I received the card I saw the limit is only 56, 000/-. And I got to know that there is no processing fee. So I have come to know that I have been cheated.

              Sir I went to SBI ATM in sector 16A Noida and tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000. Cash was not dispensed but amount was debited from my acoount. The following transactions are showing:
              ATM WDL ATM CASH 9915 BHEL... Rs 10, 000
              REVERSE ATM WDL Rs 10, 000
              CSH WDL Rs 10, 000

              Now I am in loss of Rs. 10, 000 and have complained thorugh customer care number many times but everytime my complaint is closed stating wrong transacyion details provided. I have raised my complaint in my home branch Sector 16A Noida as well but money has not been refunded yet.

                Today i deposited 25000 in Atm CDM machine at Sbi and one 2000 rupee note is retained by the machine and bank manager denied to do anything about it.

                  I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for the closer of credit card, the issue for NOC, and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference no.[protected] reg. NOC. NOC is received through the mail on 20/11/2020. But This credit card last four-digit xxxx 5739 number wrong. My correct credit card no. is xxxx 3961 is blocked / inactive in Nov. 2020. I am already application sent to SBI CUSTOMER CARE by Anjani courier on docket # [protected] dated 05/12/2020 & that is received but no response up to till date.

                  As of now, I did not receive such a letter or communication from their END. It became a very difficult thing for me.

                  When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.

                  Please do the needful.

                      I ordered a shoe and returned it and the pickup was done on time. Later on they showed refund completed on my flipkart account but It was not actual credited to my bank account.. they said it was credited on 18 dec but it’s not .. seller has given me a reference number which I am attaching here with my bank statement of today’s morning..please help me

                        Today I recharged my airtel number with a recharge plan of 399 at sbi rewardz portal in yono app.I used my 933 rewardz point =₹233.25 and paid left ₹166 money using bank of baroda debit card. After payment the screen showed payment successful. But second later screen showed recharge failed. My rewardz point and account balance got deducted. Their helpline number now doesn't exist.

                          I order some items on Amazon with order id[protected] on 15 december bt cancel the items due to some reason for which amazon initiated the refund with expected refund credit date 16 december 2020 and refund reference number 287549 but still the amount is not credited to the bank account.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              Our car no TN37DA0457 has sbi fastag. After using it for sometime I decided to surrender it as it was not deducted at some tolls and it takes 4 to 5 days for the balance to update after money being debited. So after completing the surrendering form in sbi website, I got update that the fastag is blacklisted. I did this on 22/11/2020 and till now they have not closed the fastag and still its blacklisted. I couldn't apply to other fastag providers. I spoke with their customer care but no proper solution. So please help me in this regard.

                                I have submitted my KYC documents online on date11.11.20 and paid the processing fee of Rs107.08 (Payment ID: MOJO0b11J05A[protected], sbi fastag ID -34161FA[protected]C1F720.
                                But till date my KYC will not be updated due to this i paid penalties many time on TOLL gate. Regarding this I have send a mail on dated Dec 3, 2020, 11:01 AM at mail id (helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in)provided by SBI but Problem not resolved.
                                Pls unblock my Fastag ID at the earliest so that I can recharge my tag.

                                  I purchased cod points through internet banking from sbi, but i haven't got the the cod points in my account but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I am panicking now, since my money got deducted but i haven't received any points in cod mobile account. Please kindly resolve it or refund my amount. I attached a screenshot of mini statement too showing the transaction. There it is clearly shown the amount was deducted but i haven't got any benefits, please solve it asap. Kindly help

                                    Debit sweep not showing in deposits

                                    I am an SBI customer with account no.- [protected] since november 2012 from electronic city branch, bangalore .

                                    On 15th of December 2020 a debit sweep of rs 143000 was made from my account no. to deposit account no xxxxx7377.This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking.please help to solve the issue ....

                                    Refund of exam form fee which was deducted twice wrt the same form application ID number MD026857

                                    I have made online payment of Rs.4425/- through Bank of baroda on 15/11/2020 for registration of NEET- MDS 2020 two times for my cousin, application ID number MD026857.

                                    My first payment of Rs.4425/- has been debited from my account but it was not showing accepted in the online registration. Hence I had to make the payment second time which was accepted by the registration. After that I completed the entire registration process.

                                    As per bank statement, the payment details are as follows :

                                    As per bank statement, the first and second payment details are as follows respectively :

                                    1. Transaction ID S61094818 dated[protected], time 22:09, Rs.4425/-.

                                    2. Transaction ID S61109397 dated[protected], time 22:13, Rs.4425/-.

                                    Thus I have made payment of Rs.4425/- two times.

                                    In view of above please arrange to refund my extra payment of Rs.4425/- .

                                      I have opened for a new SBI Kiosk CSP opposite to SBI branch located at my place through Blue3 IT solutions agency before a month. But another CSP operator is coming to the branch and performing the CSP transactions which he applied for another location. I informed to the Branch manager but he didn't respond. Please take action.
