Hi

have not using SBI card ending 7775 past 1year and SBI team debiting wrong charge and asking about. have called & unformed about cancelation with reverse charges in Aug 2019.

many time sent mail to sbi card care team to cancel card and still no respond

ask pending pending 10K and which i have not swiped card.

    I have bought a LG 24-inch, Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080) Monitor Model number 24ML600M-W from Amazon on 26.02.2021 ( Order number is[protected] and subsequently returned the product.

    Amazon has initiated the refund to my SBI savings account number ( [protected]) of Rs. 10266 on 07.03.2021 and has provide me reference number, The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

    Till date Refund not yet received. Bank is also not helping me to trace out the refund transaction.
    Kindly help.

      My father is getting phone calls from different people for credit card settlement. they say that they are calling from Andheri chakala SBI branch and the payment for the credit card is still pending.
      one particular lady name priya with no.[protected] is calling on each of the family member for the same and talk in a abusive manner.
      my father had credit card 20 yrs back and have settled the balance amount and closed the card long ago.
      Now from the beginning of this year theses people doing this kind of harassment.

        Sir, I have ordered a parcel for RS.1, 299 on 14.03.2021 and cancelled it on 15.03.2021.It had been said that I will receive my refund within 5-6 business days.The refund has been initiated by Amazon on 21.03.2021 but I have not received it till now.Please do something.I want my money

          I had done two transactions of Rs. The only answer I get every time after the conversation is that your complaint has been forwarded to NPCI. It has been four months since the transaction and I have not received my payment yet, but I request you to take note of my complaint.               I have order a decorVaiz Royal look wooden Rocking chair on 14-march-2021.It was to be received on 20-march-2021.But I have returned product on 21-march-2021.amazon initiated the refund on 21-march-2021 and it was Expected to come on 26-march-2021.amazon gave me the reference id:[protected] but the SBI Bank has still not credited my money.

                    I have recharged my SBI Fastag through Phonepe but the balance has not updated in the fastag wallet. When I contacted phonepe about the same they raised a query and responded that the bank has confirmed the payment. But when I contact the fastag customer support they denied any txn from Phonepe in my Phonepe, I contacted the bank helpline but they asked me to contact Phonepe Support and Phonepe is asking me to contact the bank only. It's been 30 days my money is stuck and yet get any satisfactory answers from both the parties.

                      I have opened a savings a/c in SBI since the opening of the account I'm not able to withdraw money from the account. Every time I'm getting an error "cif is not scrutinized by lcpc" I have visited the branch many times regarding this issue I'm not getting satisfactory response from branch. Worst service from SBI

                              Sir on 27th March 2021 (Saturday) I tried to deposit an amount of 25300 at the cash deposit machine at Cloth Market Branch Indore.But while I was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. It displayed transaction time out. Please contact your branch and at that instant I went to the Branch and reported to staff of that branch but they said today is holiday please come tuesday and report the incident.This is my utmost request to the authority to kindly look into this grave issue and provide me a solution.Please look into the matter as such my money gets credited to my account.                                   A suspected fraud transaction of Rs. 62714 is performed from my SBI account (account No: [protected]) on[protected]. I received an sms related to late on[protected]@ 2:26 a.m) on my registered mobile number. Today[protected] I contacted the Bank manager who informed me that the bank is closed for 4 days and he cannot help me until then. He advised me to contact the SBI customer care and block my ATM card etc, which I did just now. The transaction is not performed by me nor I have any information of any such amount to be debited from my account. So I am nearly sure that this is a fraud transaction and request to cancel this transaction and return the amount of Rs. 62714 back to my SBI account. I tried to inform the necessary platform as soon as possible so that this fraud can be dealt on time. Kindly help me in this regard. Because banks are closed so it is getting really difficult for me to resolve this.

                                      My name is Reena Brahma and I had ordered HealthyHey Sports Creatine Monohydrate-133 servings (unflavoured, 400g) of RS.499( HealthyHey Sports Creatine Monohydrate -133 servings(unflavoured, 400g) in Amazon on 03:03:2021 and after 13:03:2021 which was the delivery date I didn't receive the order. And so i asked for a refund to amazon on 19:03:2021. And on 19:03:2021
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                      967402 and told me to fill charge dispute form. But I wasn't able to contact State Bank of India properly. So
                                      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
