Dear Sir/Madam,
Our car no TN37DA0457 has sbi fastag. After using it for sometime I decided to surrender it as it was not deducted at some tolls and it takes 4 to 5 days for the balance to update after money being debited. So after completing the surrendering form in sbi website, I got update that the fastag is blacklisted. I did this on 22/11/2020 and till now they have not closed the fastag and still its blacklisted. I couldn't apply to other fastag providers. I spoke with their customer care but no proper solution. So please help me in this regard.

    I have submitted my KYC documents online on date11.11.20 and paid the processing fee of Rs107.08 (Payment ID: MOJO0b11J05A[protected], sbi fastag ID -34161FA[protected]C1F720.
    But till date my KYC will not be updated due to this i paid penalties many time on TOLL gate. Regarding this I have send a mail on dated Dec 3, 2020, 11:01 AM at mail id (helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in)provided by SBI but Problem not resolved.
    Pls unblock my Fastag ID at the earliest so that I can recharge my tag.

      I purchased cod points through internet banking from sbi, but i haven't got the the cod points in my account but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I am panicking now, since my money got deducted but i haven't received any points in cod mobile account. Please kindly resolve it or refund my amount. I attached a screenshot of mini statement too showing the transaction. There it is clearly shown the amount was deducted but i haven't got any benefits, please solve it asap. Kindly help

        Debit sweep not showing in deposits

        Sir/Madam
        I am an SBI customer with account no.- [protected] since november 2012 from electronic city branch, bangalore .

        On 15th of December 2020 a debit sweep of rs 143000 was made from my account no. to deposit account no xxxxx7377.This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking.please help to solve the issue ....

        Refund of exam form fee which was deducted twice wrt the same form application ID number MD026857

        I have made online payment of Rs.4425/- through Bank of baroda on 15/11/2020 for registration of NEET- MDS 2020 two times for my cousin, application ID number MD026857.

        My first payment of Rs.4425/- has been debited from my account but it was not showing accepted in the online registration. Hence I had to make the payment second time which was accepted by the registration. After that I completed the entire registration process.

        As per bank statement, the payment details are as follows :

        1. Transaction ID S61094818 dated[protected], time 22:09, Rs.4425/-.

        2. Transaction ID S61109397 dated[protected], time 22:13, Rs.4425/-.

        Thus I have made payment of Rs.4425/- two times.

        In view of above please arrange to refund my extra payment of Rs.4425/- .

          I have opened for a new SBI Kiosk CSP opposite to SBI branch located at my place through Blue3 IT solutions agency before a month. But another CSP operator is coming to the branch and performing the CSP transactions which he applied for another location. I informed to the Branch manager but he didn't respond. Please take action.

            I ordered a product 'RAVSUR enterprises flea doctor'of rupees 315.The product was damaged and im not satisfied with it so, i contacted amazon and they told me that they will do refund within 24-48 hours.They initiated the refund on 15 th december 2020 (Reference Id [protected])but i didnt received yet

                I placed an order for Trucef (USA) toaster from flipkart and received the delivery for same on 02/12/2020. As i did'nt find the product to my liking, i returned the product and refund for same was initiated on 09/12/2020.(reference number P2012071229117456950237)
                So far, refund is'nt reflecting in my account. It has been a week now, Kindly look into it.

                    My name is Ankit Raj and I had ordered a product of RS. 2699/- (RoadRash Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Frame Sliders + Mounting Plates (Crash Guard) (Black)) in Amazon on (30 November 2020) and after (9th December 2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (9th December 2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund Reference # 747755) and told me to fill charge dispute form. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                       SBI पलसाना बैंक मे SBI की दुसरी शाखा के पैसे जमा नही करते कारण पुछने पर बोलते है की RBI ने ये नियम बंद कर दिया।
                      बैंक का स्टाप मनमर्जी करता है और बोलते है जो करना हो कर लो SBI की दुसरी शाखा मे पैसे चैक से करेंगे बिना चैक नही करेंगे
                      अत: आपसे निवेदन है की उक्त शिकायत का निवारण किजिये

                        Could you please verify and process the refund at earliest. Seems like a refund has not been issued from SBI and in passport portal transaction status is FAILED. it is almost 10 working days now, SBI claims that within 7 working days they will do the refund.

                                  Hey,

                                  I am using SBI bank's Debit VISA card since a long time for making some international payments using PayPal but since last 3 to 4 weeks its showing me error message i have tried contacting with the branch they gave me an email id of the debit card dept. I marked an email to them as usual they are state bank as expected i never received any response from them.

                                  Is there any alternate way to make payment...
