I have applied for credit card on 20/11/2019.
Before reciving the credit card, bill was generated and mailed on 17/12/2019, I can not open the bill with out knowing the card number.
I recived card on 06/01/2020. As Due date was passed, late fee and interest was added. Later I used card and paied the bill for what amount I have used.
After that I have not used card, but still bill was generated every month with late fee and some other charges,
From past 2 months daily calls are coming to make payment. Even though i have not used card, they are making calls and harressing.

This issue was not yet resolved. And still im getting calls from SBI collection team. 2 SR's were raised for setellement but no use, No response was received.

    I received my refund amount Rs11, 380 from the Amazon, their all the refund mode were successful too we checked it but i haven't received it in my bank account...!!!

      For the last 4 months every day I am receiving SMS stating that "You are eligible for SBI Pre approved personal loan of Rs.90, 000/- without any documentation and no processing fee". But, when I am applying through YONO I am getting a OTP and afterwards on the screen it is appearing congratulation and check your balance, when I check the balance the approved loan amount is not crediting in my account.Even on 07.12.2020 again I applied and I received OTP but amount not credited to my account. Sir, If I am not eligible for Pre approved loan please not to send SMS's everyday to me. If I am eligible please credit the amount to my account. Today(Dt:09.12.2020) I made a complaint to your customer care and received complaint NO.35365369 Kindly look into the matter and give me a reply at an early date.

        I have cancel my ticket on 28th of nov but today is 8th of December but still today I did not get any refund then I call to the IRCTC but it says to contact with the bank then I file a complaint please issue my refund my pnr no is [protected]

          I have canceled an order from nykaa of Rs 620 on 30th November 2020. Nykaa said that I will receive the refund within 5 days through original mode of payment i.e through internet banking. But it has been more than 9 days and still I have not received the refund. Nykaa has already initiated the refund on 30th November and they are saying me to contact the bank for refund status with Transaction details: 5206452, 5206457. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir,
            An amount of Rs 1000/- has been deducted from my savings account State Bank Of India Bhopal on 20.11.2020 without my consent. When I enquired in bank they told me that it have been deducted as "DEBIT CMP MANDATE DEBIT INDIAIDEAS " Which I have not initiated nor I habe any clue about. My complaint is without my consent why bank processed this debit request at First place also I want my amount credited back to my account. Indiaideas is a payment gateway company for online Payments. Please support and help

              My name is Riyajul Islam. On[protected] I paid my PhD registration fee of 10, 850/- through SBI collect with SBICollect reference number DUD9300981. But the transaction was failed and the amount got debited from SBI account. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. I hope my complaint will be processed shortly.

                Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

                Dear sir

                A refund of 1513.99 rupees was successfully processed on 3rd Decemeber 2020 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected].

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I contacted Amazon as well as SBI Customer Care regarding the issue. While SBI could not track the issue and the Refund Reference Number, Amazon ensured me that the refund was issued and will be credited by 9th of December. They even offered to contact me on the 10th of December to know the status and guide me in case it was still not resolved. Thankfully, I got the amount within 7 hours of writing the complaint on this website and calling Amazon.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am recieving massages on my phone from above mentioned links regarding Cr/Dr in my Account Number xxxxx947500 while I do not have any account in SBI. Please look into this matter and resolve. May be someone else's account is wrongly linked to my phone number....

                  I did a recharge payment to my sbi fastag through my UPI id [protected]@apl amount of rs 2500 on 4th december 2020 but it did not get reflected in my sbifastag account although
                  amount was deducted instantly from my account. It has been 3 days since i did that recharge meanwhile i tried several times contacting with customer service but they could not give any satisfactory answer.At last i am posting my issue here for solution

                    My name is (Dhrumin Patel) and I had ordered (Realme air neo buds) of RS.Amount( 2365) in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected] I returned this order due to personal reason[protected]
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                    (840402) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                      This is to humbly inform you that I'm HARKESH, account holder in your bank branch with account number [protected]. I attempted to make two continuous transactions on December 2nd, 2020 of the amount 10, 000 in the beneficiaries' account named, Ramkesh ([protected]) at 11:34 am and 12:10 pm with RRNs.[protected] and[protected] respectively using paytm platform through my SBI account (above-mentioned). The amount for both the transactions has been deducted from my account.
                      However, the refund of the second transaction (RRN[protected] has been made on the same day. But, the first transaction has been mistakenly credited to an account named Bachchu Singh via CSP outlet. It is to be noted that neither I have made any past transaction in Bachchu Singh's name nor I have used the CSP outlet ever.
                      Now the Paytm and the bank are imposing allegations on each other and I have been putting into unnecessary mental stress to get my money back. Moreover, the bank is saying that I needed to go to the CSP platform to lodge my grievance. However, I have never used CSP Outlet for any kind of transaction.
                      being an Army personnel, it is quite difficult for me to devote most of my time to this particular issue. Therefore, I humbly urge you to do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest and oblige.

                          I have transferred rs 3000 via app. I got a confirmational msg saying that that transfer is successful but the transaction is timed out .And amount has been deducted from my account.

                            Rs500 has been deducted from my account against my will on 11th Nov 2020. Upon inquiring with SBI customer care, they its for SBI Personal Accidental Insurance. Surprisingly, I have never given my consent for it. Amount has been deducted involuntarily from my account.

                                I have ordered a product on flipkart on 30 Oct 2020 and cancelled on 1 Nov 2020 and they said that the refund amount is initiated on 1 Nov and should be credited by 6 Nov after 6 Nov. when the amount was not received in my account I have contacted from flipkart they said that I have to wait for 24th nov. Before 24th Nov I against n contacted from them they said that that it's bank fault and provided me a reference number:- onus20201102.So please help me a respected citizen of india.

                                  The refund through myntra was initiated on 26 October 2020 with bank reference number[protected] and the bank is not giving any kind of details using bank reference number. The amount of 490 rupees has not yet reflected in my bank account.
