Rs500 has been deducted from my account against my will on 11th Nov 2020. Upon inquiring with SBI customer care, they its for SBI Personal Accidental Insurance. Surprisingly, I have never given my consent for it. Amount has been deducted involuntarily from my account.

    My name is Gulab Huna Chavan and I had ordered a product of RS.4428 (American Tourister Cruze ABS 55 cms Black Hardsided Carry-On (AN[protected] in Amazon on 17 November 2020 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18 November 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 190329 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.       I have ordered a product on flipkart on 30 Oct 2020 and cancelled on 1 Nov 2020 and they said that the refund amount is initiated on 1 Nov and should be credited by 6 Nov after 6 Nov. when the amount was not received in my account I have contacted from flipkart they said that I have to wait for 24th nov. Before 24th Nov I against n contacted from them they said that that it's bank fault and provided me a reference number:- onus20201102.So please help me a respected citizen of india.

        The refund through myntra was initiated on 26 October 2020 with bank reference number[protected] and the bank is not giving any kind of details using bank reference number. The amount of 490 rupees has not yet reflected in my bank account.

            Refund ECS/ACH Return Charges

            I have a another finance company loan account that linked to my sbi account for auto debit of my emi amount on every month 5th. So I deposited 900/- cash through CDM on[protected]:48pm non home branch for stop ECS charges of SBI but SBI auto debited my 900/- Claimed that 147.50/- for sms charges and 752.50/- for ECS Return Chg. so i want my unnecessarily debited amount of 752.50/- is return ASAP because if i'll miss my time of loan EMI...

            The money of the above provided details have not been refunded.
            such type of service is really not expected from a esteemed bank like yours. please look after the matter as soon as possible and complete the refund procedure already initiated by IRCTC.
            The condition and service provided by online banking(YONO) is really getting harashinng and miserable . we are rally facing hard times while using online banking now a days and is embaressing standing in store & not able to use our digi wallets to pay online via SBI...this is not only making us embaressed but putting your reputation down as well..
            please look in both of this matter so that further inconvinence is not continued.

            On visiting my bank SBI's assistant branch manager (SBI-station bazar, Puri-752001) on recommendation of your toll free no. assistance he asked me regarding UTR no generated by ponepe against this refund and holds phonepe to be responsible for this. But on calling phonepe support they said such type of refund occurs direct bank to bank so 3rd party(i.e phonepe) isnt responsible for this so need to contact bank all i am doing is just going round and round please resolve this matter as soon as possible. And providing me with a bank statement isn't a solution to this, being using a netbanking account I also have access to it so please find me a permanent solution.

                Cannot pay after transaction failure

                While filling the form for SBI PO exam, I had paid using paytm through UPI. But the transaction failed. No money was deducted from my account. So I proceeded to make another transaction but I could not as the following message pops up (image attached for reference).
                Please fix this problem asap so that I can submit my form for the exam....

                        My SBI fast tag hasn't been credited with money. We are waiting at toll plaza. This is not acceptable, if someone urgently plans to go somewhere and sees that balance is less, even if they recharge, it takes long time.
                        I am irritated and waiting here due to only fast tag. SBI fast tag.
                        Money of 1200 has been deducted on the spot but confirmation is awaited. Kindly confirm it right now so that I can move ahead with my journey.

                          I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card and issue for NOC and they gave me the reference number[protected] .When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                          It been 3 months now and I haven't receive such letter or communication from their end. It become very difficult thing for me.
                          When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                          Please do the needful..

                            On 30tj November I did a transaction of RS.5000 from ATM at Sion petrol pump near Sion (Rani Laxmi Bai ) bus depot. Due to atm machine issue, it went offline I could not with draw the money but it was debited from my account. I visited the home branch at bhagini samaj. They asked us to contact customer care for reversal . Two- three times we lodged complaint giving all details but the matter is not resolved and my money is reversed.
