I transferred 500 Rs from my account. Amount was deducted form my bank account but not transferred to the recipient. Didn't get any refund after 3 days.

      I purchased a laptop using SBI YONO app from amazon on 25 January, 2020. there is an offer 10% instant Discount using SBI Credit Card for payment plus 5% cash back using SBI YONO app i.e. adding product using SBI YONO in Amazon Cart. Plus 5% Bonus Cashback for transection above 25000/- .
      instant Discount received at that time. but 10% (Bonus 5% and Cashback 5%) still not received after too many complaints in Amazon and SBI there is no response received till date.

          I cancelled one of my order on 25th November, 2020. Amazon processed the refund. they gave me the Reference id. but i didn't get my money back in my account till now. i have a bank account in state bank of India.

              Sir/Madam,

              This is regarding my medical reimbursement received from CIGA o[censored]SD 10.58 on 20.10.2020 in my account in SBI.

              In this regard, I’m writing to inform you that I am appointed through the United Nations Development Programme since September, 2017 posted at the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi. Several times I have claimed my medical claim by Cigna. Since then all the payments have been done in USD only. First time I have faced a problem to credit my reimbursement in account.

              This month on dated 18.11.2020, I received an email from SBI, Commercial Branch Janpath (Branch Code 31390), In response to this mail I have submitted all the necessary documents. But I have not received a reimbursement till date.

              Please look into the matter and do the needful

                  On 22.11.2020, when I tried to recharge with Rs. 490, the transaction failed and my bank account was debited. However, such balance has not been refunded till date.

                  I made several follow ups with the help line number of SBI Fastag. Every time they assured that sum would be credited soon but nothing has happened. Now it appears that they have blocked the number since I am not able to contact to the customer care helpline.

                  The service of State Bank of India is very poor.

                          I am an sbi customer from Sarupather, Chungajan with pin 785601. The CSP person took charge for money transfer at cash and also he deducted from the deposited bank account today. His CSP is in our village: santipur majgaon, post office: chungajan. He use to do this scam most frequently to almost every customer. Please do something to this issue.

                                I have ordered a boAt Rockerz 450 Bluetooth On-Ear Headphone with Mic(Luscious Black) On date 14 November 2020 . It was to be received on 20 November 2020 . But I have not received my product .
                                Amazon initiated the refund on
                                22 November 2020 and it was expected to come on 27 November 2020 .

                                      On 23 November in the evening around 5.30 PM clock, i went to sbi cdm machine to deposit my 20 thousand rupyee. During deposition my transaction got canceled and my money stucked in cdm machine. And also machine excited my debit card. After this incident, i wrote a application to bank manager and gave them. But till now i didn't get my money back.
