such type of service is really not expected from a esteemed bank like yours. please look after the matter as soon as possible and complete the refund procedure already initiated by IRCTC.
The condition and service provided by online banking(YONO) is really getting harashinng and miserable . we are rally facing hard times while using online banking now a days and is embaressing standing in store & not able to use our digi wallets to pay online via SBI...this is not only making us embaressed but putting your reputation down as well..
please look in both of this matter so that further inconvinence is not continued.

On visiting my bank SBI's assistant branch manager (SBI-station bazar, Puri-752001) on recommendation of your toll free no. assistance he asked me regarding UTR no generated by ponepe against this refund and holds phonepe to be responsible for this. But on calling phonepe support they said such type of refund occurs direct bank to bank so 3rd party(i.e phonepe) isnt responsible for this so need to contact bank all i am doing is just going round and round please resolve this matter as soon as possible. And providing me with a bank statement isn't a solution to this, being using a netbanking account I also have access to it so please find me a permanent solution.

    I was filling my online PO form. After filling in the details it shows error E605. and gives a message- one or more form is missing.
    though I have filled everything correctly.

      Cannot pay after transaction failure

      While filling the form for SBI PO exam, I had paid using paytm through UPI. But the transaction failed. No money was deducted from my account. So I proceeded to make another transaction but I could not as the following message pops up (image attached for reference).
      Please fix this problem asap so that I can submit my form for the exam....

        My name is Deepak kumar and I had ordered a travel bag of RS1099 from Amazon on 09-Nov-2020 and after 23-Nov-2020 I returned this due to personal reasons and on 24-Nov-2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.Amazon sent me reference no. #965160 and told me to fill dispute form.so kindly please respond to this complaint it's very urgent

(Account [protected] ), So please provide my money, and Sir Last two year same problem face my account number any time Debited same amount . totally 14th time debit Sir I count Sir. and I am complaint SBI branch but not resolve my problem, Sir please help resolve account debited problem and please provide my money .

              My SBI fast tag hasn't been credited with money. We are waiting at toll plaza. This is not acceptable, if someone urgently plans to go somewhere and sees that balance is less, even if they recharge, it takes long time.
              I am irritated and waiting here due to only fast tag. SBI fast tag.
              Money of 1200 has been deducted on the spot but confirmation is awaited. Kindly confirm it right now so that I can move ahead with my journey.

                I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card and issue for NOC and they gave me the reference number[protected] .When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                It been 3 months now and I haven't receive such letter or communication from their end. It become very difficult thing for me.
                When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                Please do the needful..

                  On 30tj November I did a transaction of RS.5000 from ATM at Sion petrol pump near Sion (Rani Laxmi Bai ) bus depot. Due to atm machine issue, it went offline I could not with draw the money but it was debited from my account. I visited the home branch at bhagini samaj. They asked us to contact customer care for reversal . Two- three times we lodged complaint giving all details but the matter is not resolved and my money is reversed.

                      My name is Raju kumar and I had ordered kodak 50inch android led tv of RS 25.499 in Amazon on 22/10/2020 and after return date 11/05/2020 I returned this order due product damage.And on 11/18/2020 refund initiated.Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.Amazon sent this reference number IGAJRGOPZ1 and I told me to fill charge dispute form.But State Bank Of India doesn't has such policy.So please kindly respond to this complaint it is very urgent.Thank u sir.

                        On[protected] at 1120 hrs, the SBI Bank Cashier who was on duty at the cash issuing counter has misbehaved with me in a rude and impolite manner and when requested to give 2000 rupee denomination notes, he said he will not give and do what ever you want and says he has his own reasons for explanantion. He bluently denied my request saying we only issue 2000 rupee notes to IGs and not to other customers or gneral public.
                        The cashier was repeatedly saying dont argue, for which I will say it was a concern and grivance and how can he say it an argument, i also advice him to see the meaning of argument in dictionary if he doest know that.

                        I would like to question the Bank authorities that when a customer asks for two thousand rupee denomination notes, what is the duty of a bank employee, should he give or not give. This is the second time iam complaining about this cashier to the bank authorities. Employees like them are spoiling the image of State Bank of India.
                        Please inform me about the rule position whether banks to give denomination or not.
                        i am customer of this bank since 20years and i would like to close all my relationship with State Bank of india if such practice is followed by your employees which is not acceptable.
                        with deep reggret and concer i am raising this issue to the higher authorities.

                          I scanned a bar code generated on prepladder app through the amazon app and payment made thorough upi transaction it showed success money also deducted from the bank account but money was not received by the merchant. I complained everywhere and on bhim upi site also they told me to raise chargeback request regarding this to my bank

                            I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 2000 for SWOS transaction on 2nd December 2020.
                            After talking to customer care, they said they have raised ticket against my complaint and I will receive a message from SBI for the same, but till now I have not received any message or response against my complain.
                            On 2nd December i received a message as: (DEBIT SWOS [protected] 2-DEC-20 xxxx S1NG000xxxxxx xxxx) which is an unauthorized transaction.

                            Please refund my money back and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            I am filing my complain within 3 days of issue arrived.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              I purchased a laptop in Amazon.in through Yono Sbi on 23rd October.
                              I am supposed to get a 7% cashback as Amazon pay balance. But I haven't received it till date. When I raise the complaint with amazon,
                              they say that it hasn't been confirmed from your side.

                              I have uploaded the purchase details and also the screenshot of this particular transaction from my bank statement.

                                SBI unauthorized transaction from account

                                My acccount was debited for INR 10000/- on 2 December 2020 without any consent or authorization by me. I just recieved a messsage that your account has been debitted for INR 10000/- and narration said Debit SWOO, i tried reaching the customer care of SBI but they are not doing anything. This amount has been debited without any reason and is a clear fraud.
                                Please look into the matter as i see many people are being victim of this Debit...

                                Sir i hold a sbi account at Vasundhara branch Ghaziabad, on 02/12/2020. in morning i got a msg in my mobile that 10000 rs debited (Swoo... 29 nov 2020...).

                                i had not doing any transation from given period, plz sir look this matter and help to refund my money.

                                I have gone to sbi bank & asking about this but not given satisfied answer by bank.

                                  Dear sir

                                  I made three transactions on Amazon and all three were cancelled but I haven't received refund for any of them
                                  1. Amount-3548. Date -24 November 2020 REFERENCE NUMBER[protected]
                                  2.Amount-4499. Date -25 November 2020 REFERENCE NUMBER[protected]
                                  3. Amount-1949. Date 19 November 2020 REFERENCE NUMBER[protected]
                                  . Thus said by amazon. These amounts should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Please help in my refund
