Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my medical reimbursement received from CIGA o[censored]SD 10.58 on 20.10.2020 in my account in SBI.
In this regard, I’m writing to inform you that I am appointed through the United Nations Development Programme since September, 2017 posted at the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi. Several times I have claimed my medical claim by Cigna. Since then all the payments have been done in USD only. First time I have faced a problem to credit my reimbursement in account.
This month on dated 18.11.2020, I received an email from SBI, Commercial Branch Janpath (Branch Code 31390), In response to this mail I have submitted all the necessary documents. But I have not received a reimbursement till date.
Please look into the matter and do the needful

Updated by bktanwar I have mail 3 reminders to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in; agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in and
sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on dated 20.11.2020, 24.11.2020 and 01.12.2020. But I don't have received any positive response from them.
