I visited SBI main branch Purnea related to a deceased account claim. First of all, the bank authorities were not ready to give us proper information related to deceased form, their behavior was very bad, I had to visit the bank many times due to poor communication of the employees, and every time they demanded some different documents, after too much argument and complication they were ready to cooperate and submit deceased form. After all that bank is not responding properly related to that form for two months. Its hard to believe that I have to struggle for getting my own money, What kind of system and support does the bank is providing. It has created an imbalance financial condition as that was the only source of income which is getting delayed and our hope is at stack.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
