On 23 November in the evening around 5.30 PM clock, i went to sbi cdm machine to deposit my 20 thousand rupyee. During deposition my transaction got canceled and my money stucked in cdm machine. And also machine excited my debit card. After this incident, i wrote a application to bank manager and gave them. But till now i didn't get my money back.

    Namaste 🙏.

    My father was a State Govt Employee and retired in 2004. My Father used SBI Credit Card of an amount of 18000 & which was limit of 25000 . He paid 4 months minimum amount due and later when he desired to pay full outstanding amount it was shown more than expected actual outstanding. He had Spoken with customer care and they reduced lil amount but he was unhappy and decided to withdraw the usage of card and informed bank people that he will pay only outstanding amount . After long discussion they suggested for settlement and settled it he paid the actual outstanding amount and took the settlement letter and the receipts. The whole story happened in 2004.

    After 2004, we received call today in 2020 by recovery goons and threatening him to pay the dues of 1lac 10 thousand. My father is 77 years old he underwent in to stress .

    The recovery agents threatening my father to pay the whole amount else, his whole monthly pension will not be received.

    I had spoken with them they told me am unauthorised to speak on this issue. I told them to issue legal notice and will approach court with our evidences.

    Please guide us how to tackle them . Every point of time they're threatening us. My parents are 77years old . My father is unable to take this harrasment.

        My self Abhishek Srivastava I have to raised complaint about SBI Credit Card team, I am getting massages that my credit card amount is due to pay, where as I am not using any SBI Credit card and also some of amount directly debited from my account kindly enclose the date details on

        11-09-20 Rs. 490
        11-08-20 Rs. 451
        13-07-20 Rs. 389
        any may more debit from my account I have given written complain to SBI home branch but still not rectify. even now a days I am getting massages like my outstanding of credit card is approx Rs.9000++.
        due to this types of problem my credit score is also effecting, I can not go for any loan,

        request you to kindly sort out this kind of problem.

          Dear

          As I m credit card user of SBI, as I'm not able to make payment since last 1 year due to issues in my job, then after I m not able to generate source of income due to lockdown, as continuously received thereating calls from sbi recovery,
          As I promise to make payment but somehow I can't arrange the funds,
          Today I received call from [protected], and continuously use bad langugae that, " apni biwi ko bech ki paise pay karo", I have recording that call .

          I want justify on this type of langugae how can SBI officer told that make payment sale your wife.
          I want to complaint against this call.

              I have been getting multiple messages from accounts such as SBIPSG, CBSSBI and SBMSMS stating that there have money transactions from A/c No xxxxx086249 to A/c No. xx4690 (IFSC code-MAHB[protected]. I do not have any account with SBI. Please look into this matter seriously or guide whether I should inform any other government agencies.

                  I scanned a bar code generated on prepladder app and done payment through Amazon pay linked to my upi. It showed payment success and money deducted from my bank account. But the prepladder app holder saying the money is not transferred to them and contact bank. I did online complaint about it but they are saying to contact Amazon. And in Amazon I don't see any service to give me service related to my upi transaction matter. Kindly pls solve this money issue.

                    Sir i am small business man. i am running micro ATM and csp point... so daily i need to cash to give the customers, for this we are using AEPS settlement (payout), but for this i am using state bank account recently for this settlement they charged 4000/-rs with out any intimation and did not get any withdwral message for this transaction, sbi looting the customers with out any intimation, please refund my amount 4000/rs not a small issue for me, it is a salary of one month please take acton on this.

                      There was two messages from JD-CBSSBI stating that "Your A/C XXXXX198714 has a debit by transfer of Rs 419.00 on 24/11/20. Avl Bal Rs 2394.00" and again on 25/11/20 another such message was delivered stating another 416 Rupees was deduced from my account. SBI Complaints are not functioning. I need to get back my money which was deduced unauthorized by SBI.

                          I have ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY M31S smart phone on 13/11/2020. It was to be received on 17/11/2020 but I have not received.
                          Amazon initiated the refund on date 17/11/2020 and it was expected to come on date 23/11/2020.
                          Amazon gave me refrence I'd 519748 but the STATE BANK OF INDIA bank has still not credited my money.

                          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                              My name is Mohit kumar and I had ordered a product of Rs 299 Reference No :[protected] and Rs 719 Reference No:[protected] Amazon on (Date of Purchase 12th Nov and 16th Nov on amazon) & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Refund credit date :- 13th Nov and 21st Nov ) Amazon credited the amount to my payment mode but I still didn't get the money.So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                I made a recharge to my fastag on the sbi fastag website for rs 1000 on 21st november 2020 the amount got debited from my account but after 3 days it is still not credited in my fastag. The transaction status shows confirmation awaited and the customer care is also not providing any way to solve my problem. I need refund for my money or money in my fastag.

                                  I settled the credit card amount with SBI on my last payment done on 23/04/2005. i am attaching all receipts of settlement. with complaint. S.B.I not updated settlement record online because of this my CIBIL score is bad. i am facing the harassment from the date i have settled my credit card payments. they dont even issued me N.O.C. they said N.O.C will come from gurugram and it never come now it is 2020. even after giving extra money to close my case no one closed and update my details online.

                                    I had a refund from Amazon on 9th November 2020. Refund amount-Rs11, 380 but this amount has not been credited in my bank account thereafter I contacted to Amazon customer support team. I was informed from there that your refund amount will be credited to your bank account within a 5 business days from the date of refund (17th November 2020)(RRN NO. 362564) but the refund amount has not been credited in my bank account yet, then I contacted bank's customer support team but I didn't get any help from them so please help me and refund amount in credit my bank account as soon as possible.My SBI bank details-: Registered Name- Vishram, last four digit of the account no. is 0578.

                                        I visited SBI main branch Purnea related to a deceased account claim. First of all, the bank authorities were not ready to give us proper information related to deceased form, their behavior was very bad, I had to visit the bank many times due to poor communication of the employees, and every time they demanded some different documents, after too much argument and complication they were ready to cooperate and submit deceased form. After all that bank is not responding properly related to that form for two months. Its hard to believe that I have to struggle for getting my own money, What kind of system and support does the bank is providing. It has created an imbalance financial condition as that was the only source of income which is getting delayed and our hope is at stack.
