    Last year I lost my SBI ATM card and since then I have been applying for an ATM card Various time . But till now I haven't received a single ATM card .

      I placed an order (17 packets of natural dyes) with amazon worth Rs.2810 ON 17/10/2020 And payment done by visa debit card.
      due to some personal reason I return 16 packets worth Rs.2555.
      I got the half refund that is Rs.1253/- (9 packets), But I didn't get the refund Rs.1300/- (7packets) till now.
      I contact with amazon they said that they already paid the full amount on 26/10/2020.(REFERENCE NO-362895).
      I contact with SBI bank also they said that they didn't get any money.They are not giving proper service. They didn't speak properly to me.

        Date of Incident : 05/06/2018. 05/07/18, 05/08/18, 05/08/18, 05/09/19, 05/10/18,
        client loan no: enclosed in the loan account statement

        i took loan for vitarra breeza for 8L in 2018 from SBI bank Golf course road, Gurgaon, India.
        complain 1:
        At the time of loan disbursement bank manager did not inform me about the RC late payment fee and taken 10 blank check for the EMI deduction. i filed application for auto deduction from my HDFC salary account but that never executed by bank manager. once the all blank check used by the manager. he called me to submit more blank checks in, and i went to bank submit those check and clear the due accumulated. and after reaching bank i asked for the statement of the loan account and to my surprised they have been putting penalty charge of 2950INR for each month, and for 05/06/[protected]INR). 05/07/18 (2950), 05/08/18(2950), 05/09/19 (2950), 05/10/18 (2950), total 17700INR. have been charged. when i asked the bank manager about this why i have not been informed he laughed and said this is systme generated he cant do anything. Why a person dont want to not submit RC and get penalized by late payment. this is complain 1.

        Complain 2: since i have given 10 blank checks at start of the loan in Jan 2018, they have charged me Arrear interest every months, since i have given blank signed checks to bank, still i was charged with the late payment arrear interest. i have also filled auto deduction application from my HDFC salary account they promise each time but never initiate the auto deduction from my salary account and when i sent email to bank. the manager simply say sorry and ask to fill the application again. i am enclosing email from the bank also my account statement.
        this is very absurd behavior of bank manager and SBI, to exploit the customer.
        Resolution: It is bank mistake for not informing me about the RC late submission penalty and continue to charge me for interest arrear inspite the fact they had blank signed checks for EMI. the manager keeps on giving sorry but does nothing. i am enclosing the his acknowledgment of the mistake.
        i request to take this complain and resolve it at the earliest by reversing the RC late payment charges and Arrear interest CAPI.

          On 5.11.20, I was making payment of my SBI credit card through SBI debit card in Paytm. Suddenly, I got a message that Rs. 50000/- has been deducted from your saving account through your debit card. As the company is One97 Communication Ltd. Noida as per my bank info. So far I know the above said company is running Paytm and they are doing this kind of frauds with many people.

          I would request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure that I get my money back immediately. Regards, C. D. Joshi

            I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference number[protected]. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
            As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
            When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
            Please do the needful..

              I had made two payments of Rs 889 and one of Rs 1189 on 11.11.2020 and 16.11.2020 respectively on Flipkart for the same item, that is, bOAt Rockerz 235v2 Bluetooth headset. I had placed the order and then cancelled afterwards. I had paid through my Google Pay account connected to my SBI bank account. I went to the home branch for help but they didn't help me. A refund reference number was given for each orders...

              This is to inform you that today some criminal called me up and acted like Manager of SBI and took my account details, card details and other credentials for my account no [protected] stating that it is required for an urgent KYC verification. He made 3 consecutive transactions through your payment gateway as mentioned below.
              I request you to please help me in getting a refund of the same.
              I have logged a formal police complaint in this regard to Gurugram Cyber police. I can share the complaint details if you need.

              Please share the details of the end beneficiary to be shared with the cyber police.

                Hi Team,
                My name is Shaik Basheed and have paid the total outstanding amount of Rs.17639/- on my SBI Card No. [protected] which was the limit of 10, 000 on 7th September 2020, and its been pending from long back from last one month to provide NOC(Closed) and update in Cibil records on daily basis i'm drafting a mail to SBICard team but still not receiving any response from SBI Team and to call customer care all the details which are updated in SBI Card are totally wrong and it was a typing mistake from executive below is the example:

                Correct Mobile No. [protected]
                In SBI Card - [protected].

                Please find the attachment of Payment proof which i have cleared the total outstanding on 07th September 2020 but still not received till now NOC letter as i request and drafted a mail to [protected]@sbicard.com but no response receiving from team from last 3 weeks.

                Requesting team Please help in providing NOC letter to below mentioned anyone of the mail Id's and Update in Cibil reports and do needful.

                    SBI Yono transaction failed but money deducted

                    On 6th November 2020, I tried to send money to a non-SBI account through IMPS on SBI Yono Lite. The transaction timed out but money was deducted and not returned. I made tried again and the second trial was successful but the first trial kept showing “in progress”. The transaction has not been reversed up till date. I’ve contacted SBI customer service and filed complaints twice, they keep saying my complaint has been closed and resolved...

                    SBI branch at shevgaon is not doing their work i was submitted 4th times my netbanking form but they still not activate last time i submitted on 11 nov 2020 but they onli conduct my form and i am sure they putted on dustbin they dont care about customer its shame of sbi i am very furststrated... its very wrong i am complainted also but this is also not used

                      I, Md Imran sbi bank account holder. My bank account number is [protected].

                      Last year 2019, sbi bank had debited 500rs from my sbi bank account without my permission in the name of sbi accidental policy.
                      I had not applied nor confirmed for sbi accidental policy.
                      I was not interested for sbi accidental policy. I didn't take and applied for sbi accidental policy,

                      But they debited 500rs amount from my account without my permission.
                      By doing this they are doing illegal and fraud. Its scam in the name of policy and they are making fool to account holder. Its punishable.

                      I want refund 500rs amount.

                        Amount not credited after depositing through CDM.

                        I deposited 20000 through CDM on 2nd November in an ATM under SBI's Chabua Branch but the amount was not credited to my account. I wrote a application on 3rd November to the manager and the branch employee said that I will get the money within a week. I went there after a week and he said it will be credited tomorrow. I has been two days since he said it will be credited and it has not yet been credited. Please help me....

                        I recently got my account open in sbi branch shivaji park.
                        This evening that is on 13 November i got a message form bank that " my signature has been changed. If not requested please contact branch." What does this mean that means my account is not safe i haven't requested for a signature change at all than how can this happen take a fast action

                          I used my debit card on an ICICI's POS machine at Moolchand Hospital on 7th Nov 2020 for a payment of Rs 4700, which was later made a void sale since it included a blood test which costed Rs 2000 which I need not take. The staff at the counter assured me that she had made a genuine void sale transaction for the same amount, Rs 4700 and I would get the refund in 2-3 days. So I made another payment of Rs 2700 for the necessary services in the hospital. On 9th Nov, 2020, I enquired from the counter regarding the void sale transaction as it hadn't been credited to my account yet and the staff told me that she had done everything right from her end and to contact my bank. On 10th Nov, 2020, I called up SBI's helpline no. [protected] and registered my complaint with a registration no. [protected]. But till today, 13th Nov 2020, there has been no updates about my complaint status and the amount of Rs 4700 has not yet been credited to my account. I am suffering because of the slow response to my complaint. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I transferred rs 4000 from my sbi saving account to another account through imps fund transfer using sbi yono lite. The amount was debited and I get sms that your imps fund transfer is timed out. Please check with your bank. That amount is not credited in a AC. Please help as soon as possible

                                Hello, i ordered a product by Amazon and i paid via debit card but i cancelled the order on 5 November 2020 and Amazon provided me refund reference Number . But state bank of india didn't initiative refund till now. And when I called the customer care they didn't reply me satisfactory .

                                So please check the status.

                                The Refund Reference Number is - 382816 . And i attached the order detail too.
