    Address: 156/63 G belly colony near st.columbus school

    On 10 feb i withdraw 4000, but due to insufficient balance in ATM the money was not dispenced. but 4000 debit from my account, after sometime they reverse but again debit.
    i am totaly confuse and clueless about this problem, i complaint about it in [protected], they raised a complain 43405584 and after someday automatically closed it with resolving my problem, my branch manager says he is nothing to do with it.

      Sir,
      My money has been debited without informing me by bank and when I was opening my account they have not clarify that it will be deducted and it was zero balance account then also every mouth some amount of my money has deducted and in passbook it has written that MAB DEBIT but my account is zero balance than why is my money being decucted 17.70rs and when I go to sbi branch they have not give me any proper response and say due to low balance it happen I want proper response or help

          Today I received a call on my mobile from[protected] stating someone (not me) who is a defaulter of credit card payment. According to the executive the defaulter had put my name as and mobile as reference which is not possible as I had nothing to do with that person whatsoever in my entire life. When said that she changed it to saying that her executive when came to the field mentioned my details. I politely told her that we no longer stay in the building where the defaulter has mentioned the address. The executive was badgering me as to I should pass on the message to the defaulter or else I will be receiving the calls for the defaulter. When I said I don't even have the contact no the executive is telling me that she would give the no. I suggested that they should send their recovery team and check your yourself where the said person lives or not or else file a police complaint. To that the executive had the audacity to say that I should be the one filing a police complaint.
          People having a credit card facing a problem was heard of but the one not having one and getting calls for someone else's default payment is a new peak of hideousness.

          I have received an email from SBI stating that the complaint has been resolved. I fail to understand how can the complaint be resolved if no one from the bank has contacted or specified what the resolution thats been provided.

            On 22 feb 2021 12:46:14 when i tried to deposit cash with cdm machine at sbi pitnampur branch the slip i have recieved that 1 note is retained for verification please contact branch manager. Then i found that 500 amt is not reflected in my account.
            I have tried to check the msg but its also not yet received.
            Plz help.

                  On 7th Feb 2021 I ordered a Winter Jacket and a swimming goggle from Decathlon India.I returned that on 12th feb 2021. Refund was issued the same day . Today is 21th Feb but still I did not received the refund amount 3598

                    I was ordered an item in Amazon on 25 january, 2021 later I was cancelled the item on same day but I did not received the refund amount 541 rupees still now. I asked the customer care operater they replied me that the refund amount was initiated by Amazon that the problem was in bank. Please solve the problem

                      I had to deposit cash in Hinjewadi SBI branch and so waited in queue for some time for bank to open and when I was entering inside the security guard there told me they don't accept cash deposit inside the bank now and need to deposit in the opposite Customer Service Center. So I deposited in this center and next day I saw the in the account that Rs. 84 is deducted from my account for depositing cash through customer service center.
                      Why this bank does not inform prior for such charges ?
                      I want refund of this charges.

                            I ordered "Karma Buddhist Handicraft Craftmark Metal Phurba (Vajra)" on 31 jan 2021. It was cancelled by amazon on 13th feb and refund was issued on 13th feb too. They gave the Refund Reference ID - 566740. The maximum date of refund was 19th feb .But today its 20th feb . It is not showing in my account. The Bank also took no response. The bank was State Bank of India .

                              A refund of 499/- rup was successfully processed on 9th Jan 2021 to my account.This amount sould have been credited to my SBI account by now but I have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the SBI customer service and bank manager ..No action is being taken.

                              I have confirmed with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund ..Please reflect money in my bank account asap.

But whenever I call and try to enter my date of birth I get the message that my Date of Birth entered is wrong. The recovery agents are demanding money and harassing me, please tell me how to proceed further.

                                  I have orderd a dry electric hair remover trimmer and fashion jewellery gold plated jhumka same rs 1850 only on 13 November 2020 it was to be recieved on but i have no recieved refurned my product amazon intiated the refund on[protected] and it was expeted to come on[protected] AMazon gave me the 846430 refernce id but the sbi bank has still not credit my money

                                    Being a very reputable organisation, they guys are doing your job very worstly. I have used my credit card and couldnot able to pay due to financial constraints. Now when I'm trying to pay so these people of sbi banks are harrasing me like I'm a thief. Being very genuine and constantly talking to these people, I got to know that these people have worst customer representative sitting there on payroll or as a third party. This person with the contact number : [protected] is constantly harrasing me, my family and my friends.

                                    This person names 'sumit rana' uses vulgarity while being on call and says " tu paise nahi degi toh tera baap dega ", "dhanda karti ho tum", " lagta hai ek hi se ladke se kaam chalati ho tum dono" ( to my friend), " main subh baat karta hu toh subh phone utha ", he talks like I'm such a prostitue.

                                    Is this the way people works at ur place ? I know I have to pay you back for what I have used. I'm ready to do that. I paid 5000 last month and will be paying 5000 this month too by 25th because I'll be getting my salary on 15th. But what is this ?

                                    He is been calling one of my friend 'shalini' on [protected] and harrasing her on daily basis. He is been calling my friend 'anamika ' on "[protected]" and uses bad words like "apne ghar ka address de", "tu or vo ek ka hi lete ho gaand main", " uske office pr jakar hi uski beizzati karni padegi", "us bhen ki lodi ko bol ki pese de", "chor hai vo", "paise chura k bhaag rahi hai". He uses bad words which is not tolerable. I know I have to pay my bills. But why should I do if people like this will call and harras over and again.

                                    This is not the way. If people like this will call and harras over and again I promise I will file a complaint of harrasing and attempt suicide.

                                    Then this will sue SBI guys. They guys will have to pay for it. I've been annoyed by these recovery agents so many time but they are not understanding what I've been gone through and still going through.

                                    Now who is going to pay for this mental harrasment. Tell me ?

                                    Are they guys ? Or these recovery agents ?

                                    I'm very fed up with regular calls to me and my friends and family.

                                      I lost my Debit card then Blocked it then applied it again through net banking but didn’t get it even after 3-4months then went to branch they told me to apply it again and I did it but didn’t get it maybe because of pandemic so I can understand but even after that I didn’t get it then I applied it again through branch this time it has been more than 1 month and I stills didn’t get it.
                                      So please solve this issue ASAP

                                        I have ordered a Wipro 10A Smart Plug Work with Alexa it's order id is[protected] on 09 February 2021 by Debit Card.It was to be recieved on 10 February 2021 .But I have returned my product on 11 February for my personal problem.
                                        Amazon initiated the refund on my debit card 13 February 2021 and it was expected to come on 18 February 2021.
                                        Amazon gave me the reference id 248857 but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

                                        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible
