My name is Arya. I have been trying to open a SBI savings bank account for me and my brother (Murali). Very very worst service I have ever been through. While we contacted bank they tried to contact customer center which is somewhat away from that place. When we contacted customer service center, their service is down and it took nearly 4 to 5 hrs to open a account. And we are not from local Vnr.. We are from Sivakasi. Later, they said we will get msg after 2 days then anyone can approach them and get the passbook.. But our application got rejected. While trying to know the reason they weren't sure why got rejected.. Again asked us to contact Bank.. Since one person took leave on that day, we have to come again the next day. Does we seem like a joke??? Very very worst service. (Virudhunagar branch both bank and customer service center). In customer service center, only 2 ladies are working.. One is cashier and the other is operating system.. Nearly 30-35 people are standing in line.. Most of them are senior citizens. They are also really upset with the service.
