Hello, i ordered a product by Amazon and i paid via debit card but i cancelled the order on 5 November 2020 and Amazon provided me refund reference Number . But state bank of india didn't initiative refund till now. And when I called the customer care they didn't reply me satisfactory .

So please check the status.

The Refund Reference Number is - 382816 . And i attached the order detail too.

    It is Dibyendu koley (adv). On 11th November at 7 p.m. Rs. 846700 was transfered to the account of government of west bengal for registration of land of my client from my savings account being no. [protected].The above mentioned amount was debited from account but it was not credited in account of government of west bengal and the receipt of that payment is not given to me inspite of the payment. My registration procedure would be hampered due to the faulty server system of your bank. At 12.30 i went to the sheoraphuli branch for help, they replied me that they have nothing to do in this matter.

      India's largest haker & fraud bank.
      I have only purchase or shopping amount-1999/-
      How to show all transactions amount and I have don't pay any amount because I have all amount transfer.
      So please request to state bank of india immediately block my credit card & I don't need to credit card.
      I also very very request to state bank of india please immediately solve for my case as soon as possible & please request close this credit card fecility for all customer.

        My name is Arya. I have been trying to open a SBI savings bank account for me and my brother (Murali). Very very worst service I have ever been through. While we contacted bank they tried to contact customer center which is somewhat away from that place. When we contacted customer service center, their service is down and it took nearly 4 to 5 hrs to open a account. And we are not from local Vnr.. We are from Sivakasi. Later, they said we will get msg after 2 days then anyone can approach them and get the passbook.. But our application got rejected. While trying to know the reason they weren't sure why got rejected.. Again asked us to contact Bank.. Since one person took leave on that day, we have to come again the next day. Does we seem like a joke??? Very very worst service. (Virudhunagar branch both bank and customer service center). In customer service center, only 2 ladies are working.. One is cashier and the other is operating system.. Nearly 30-35 people are standing in line.. Most of them are senior citizens. They are also really upset with the service.

          My name is Sayyad Mujahid Altaf and I had ordered Book (theory of machine) of RS.300₹ in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected] I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27october refund initiated.
          Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So

            Amazon initiated refund process but didn't receive yet..

            Sir I have ordered an item on 4 November 2020 amounting to rs329 and I have made my payment through debit card..on the next day I cancelled my order and then my refund was to be credited on 2-4 business days..but sir it has been a week since I haven't received yet.. Amazon stated refund initiation on 6 November and till 12 November I haven't received it yet.. Amazon gave me a refund reference number which is 987439 and tell that contact bank...

            Unnecessary mails from SBI

            Address: Hyderabad

            From the past few months, mails are being sent from the mail id (cbssbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in) with the subject "E-account statement for your SBI account(s)" to my email id. But, I does not hold any SBI account in any of the SBI branches. Screenshot of the email is attached below. Please reply whether this is legitimate/fraudalent mail id of SBI and why these mails are being sent to me even if don't have any SBI account....

            Hi

            I m Raviprakash, I have a SBI credit card many time I informed them to cancel my credit card but they convinced me cancel the card in last month of renewal, but since last 1 month I tried to get connect with them on phone but my call never responded from customer care, and this month I got a bill of card renewal amount of 585/- they have a worst customer service and no response from customer care

                    I've order Samsung bluetooth on 12th of October 2020 from amazon which cost me 2529/- rs. I didn't like the product so i returned that product i paid from SBI card i've talked with both the company amazon says ask your bank for the refund and bank says ask amazon for refund that's why i'm submitting my complaint here now i want my refund it has been almost 20days i have reference no. As well that is #986449 i wish this would helpful.

                                  I padaya ranjanben having account no - [protected] with your state bank of india. I had visited my home branch many times for adhar seeding but I am highly disappointed every time that they didn't link my adhar card[protected] with my account. So I am unable to get benefit of subsidy benefit of government schemes.
                                  So kindly look into the matter and link my adhar card with my bank account in npci as soon as possible.
